Dear all,
I request everyone to spend one min to read this post so that u will not come to this place like me as now and don't get cheated.
I have ordered a refrigerator from flipkart for my cousin marriage as gift but unfortunately what they delivered is a defective product I have raised a return requested and after a lot of follow-ups I finally got replacement on Jan 3rd . Again it's defective product what they gave me as replacement from then my issue is kept unresolved and days are going nothing changes...I lost my patience lost my cool because of flipkart and also facing embarrassing situation infront of my family beacuse of giving this defective refrigerator as gift from flipkart and not yet resolved yet. Ive really appreciate AMAZON in this case they never let the customer issue unresolved not more than 5days hats off AMAZON . Sorry for choosing the wrong platform. Readers please don't buy anything from flipkart they don't even bothered about customer satisfaction they work as they wish. Completely disappointed.. It's almost a month time my 11000 rs. Staying in cousin house as useless gift . Thanks to flipkart for giving me this wonderful experience.

    Inspite of the actual phone some diffrent damge was delivered in the box of XR
    I’ve generated the return request for the same would require some strict action for the same for the culprits

      I am a Flipkart customer for long years, and purchased many products from the company.

      Recently in a few orders, I have received items either with quality issue, a defective item (manufacturing) which I had to return as the seller was not giving option for replacement. In my last order, I have received a different product.

      When I raised complaint on customer care, they just blocked my account without any intimation. Now, I am unable to login to Flipkart, unable to replace the item that I received wrong, and unable to use/withdraw my account balance available as gift card.

      Raised many complaints afterwards, requesting to provide a resolution unblocking my account. But the support representatives closing the tickets without any resolution.

      Now, I need a final resolution from the company on the followings:
      1) Unblock my account
      2) Allow me to replace/refund the item that I received wrong
      3) Allow me to use or withdraw the amount present in Flipkart wallet as Gift Card

        I have purchased red chief shoes of Rs 1722 from flipkart on 31-October-2020. flipkart already mentioned that warranty is of 2 months but they are not refunding. In less than two months the Upper layer of shoes is getting worse and coming out from the surface, very disappointed with flipkart. This is duplicate product which has been sold by flipkart, flipkart cheated me with its duplicate product,
        So, i want replacement/refund from flipkart as soon as possible,

        flipkart is calling me and telling me to contact with seller, flipkart and seller both are not responding appropriately.
        even the seller is not registering the complaint and flipkart has closed my complaint, i am requesting consumer forum to help me to ged rid of these annoying seller and flipkart. And requesting you to help me in getting the refund against this product.
        please help me to get refund for this defective product .
        flipkart and its seller both are delaying my complaint to exhaust the warranty period.

            I have ordered Item on 26th Dec 2020, Ordered Item has arrived Perambalur Bluedart Office which is away from my town 30kms. Bluedart Person ask me to pickup from office instead of deliver at near by location. Since Bluedart is big company they don't deliver in small town. My question is if they can't deliver at mentioned address why do they pick up.

              Where do I even start,

              I ordered a Aristorcrat trolly bag & expected my product to arrive in time as the promised delivery date. At the time of delivery and reaching near my areas warehouse, it said the product couldn’t be delivered today & will be delivered 7 days after. I was shook because the tracking showed its reached near me.

              And now when I finally received my product, it was definitely not what i paid 2400 for!!! It was beans of a bean bag! Are you kidding me???

              Beans in place of a trolly bag?

              Flipkart sellers run such a scam.
              I anyway never buy from flipkart because I’ve heard their pathetic services but today my eyes are shook.

              I once ordered an AC which they cancelled without even telling me.
              Then I ordered a chair and it reached near my house & AGAIN they canceled without even informing me. What is this going on??

              Are your customers a joke?????

              Please solve my query, i am not numbing about this.

                I Gautam Sharma would like to inform you that I had purchase Mi 4X LED TV from flipkart on Dt. 30.12.2020 vide Invoice No.# FAE3TR[protected], I had called so many times to flipkart customer cares and begging to give my hard spent money on defective product, but they are not going to refund my amount, and saying that the product had only a replacement policy, there is no such agreement copy available in the flipkart stating any terms of replacement or refund.They are saying seller is not agreeing to refund the amount, I purchased from Flipkart, why I should agree with the 3rd party the seller because when the customer purchased items from flipkart, its flipkart seller not the third party.

                Then I raised a replacement for Mi TV, Now, they are sending fraud people to my home to pickup the tv from Ekart, Ekart don't have valid ID card and other details like order ID, replacement ID and when I asked the pickup person from ecart to show the details like his Employee ID and other details, he told that he will bring which is in the vehicle, he did not came again, this information I shared with flipkart customer cares. All specification details given below pertaining to Mi 4X TV

                Please take serious action against flipkart customer care teams for negligence and also ecart who send fraud person for replacement to pickup the TV.

                  It is sold by Damson Technologies Pvt ltd.
                  Today I gave call to helpline no & spoked with Mr. Rajivkumar Ranjan Sharma . He had asked me to use Desktop remote & then later asked for all credit card details including CVV.
                  I was shocked, since CVV details are not supposed to be shared as per RBI guidelines.
                  Pl check whether your procedure is correct or mischief is been done, I closed the call .

                    I bought an infinix phone which was prepaid for Rs 6999 from Flipkart order, which was to be delivered to me on 3 jan 2021. The delivery boy came to my address and asked me for 1000 rupees. I refused to give him, then he asked me for proof of delivery. Both PAN card and Aadhaar card, when I again refused to give him id proof, he threatened me that he Will deliver the product and will not even give me the product and went away from there with abuse.Then my product went out for delivery on 4 jan and the product was delivered but I did not receive the product.                       My mobile phones order is getting cancelled from past 4 to 5months..when ever i order the mobile immediately after the payment they will cancel my order and they will take 7 to 14 days to refund my amount.. When i have contacted the flipkart they are saying that the order is getting cancelled from seller not from us and we cannot give any resolution it..but I tired to order with different sellers and different pin codes but nothing differs the order automatically gets cancelled in fraction of second.. And no proper response from flipkart..

                        I ordered ASUS ROG 3 ( Order ID - OD[protected] on 4th Jan & on same day itself i noticed huge black crush while watching movies, trailers even while playing games. Also multiple times the phone was getting reboot. Raised return request on the same day & got rejected by Flipkart seller @truenetCommerece.

                        Technician simply came and told all models of ASUS Phone Rog 3 are like this and as at that time the phone was switched on so he asked me what proof do i have that the phone was rebooting again and again. Seriously ? I didn't had any proof at that time as i trusted Flipkart as a responsible Indian e-commerce. And rejected my proposal of return and updated as issue resolved & Flipkart not even asked me for feedback before updating issue resolved .

                        Now on that same day, from evening onwards the phone is not getting started and getting heated like an oven. I raised the return request again but till now no response. I have taken multiple videos with timestamp to proof it to technician this time but technician is not even picking up my phone. Also Flipkart is always disconnecting my calls in middle while discussing this issue. Very very bitter experience. I haven't even used Asus rog 3 for a single day properly.

                        Never ever expected this kind of treatment from FLIPKART. Sad part is they are not even responding. This has been a bitter experience & Requesting Flipkart to kindly refund the amount. I have uploaded some screenshots of videos with timestamp of the phone not starting and only showing ASUS Logo. Not able to upload video here. Planning to create a video in YouTube regarding this experience.

                                Hi! I lost the sim which i used for registering on Flipkart. Now i cannot update the new number as the otps are sent on both the numbers. I ordered something from Flipkart which I’m unable to return due to some technical issues at your end. And it is impossible to reach you guys which is very frustrating. I don’t have all the time in the world to keep doing this. Please resolve at the earliest.

                                  Bought a Nokia 43" tv on Flipkart. Assured of installation within 24/36 hours. Rec'd tv on time. Mechanic arrives at my building to install and is requested to park vehicle outside the building gates (Covid restrictions)
                                  The mechanic refused to park outside and returned without installing tv. On calling customer care to re arrange mechanic visit for installation, I am told the person can only come on 11 Jan (4 days later) and the lady disconnects without any explanation for delay.
                                  Very unexpected and extremely rude behaviour from both mechanic and call center executive.
                                  Kindly arrange call back and early installation of product.

                                    Dear Team,

                                    It is regarding the flight cancellation refund issue from Flipkart Travel.

                                    I have made a Go Air ticket booking in March 2020 from Bengaluru to Ranchi on Flipkart Travel for travelling date of 23rd March 2020. Unfortunately, because of COVID-19 outbreak the tickets were cancelled by the Airlines (Go Air Airlines).
                                    The airline has refunded the amount to flipkart travel on 2nd Oct (as per the confirmation received from Go Air) and I asked for my refund from flipkart in Dec 2020 and flipkart then cancelled my ticket and initiated my refund on 20th December 2020 and asked mt to wait for 9 calender days for the refund. In those 9 days I had not received any communication from flipkart and after 9 days when i called flipkart as I had not received the refund, the they asked me to wait for 2 more days without any reason.
                                    From that time they are asking me to wait for 2 more days everytime i contact them for my refund. So, I called them on 29th Dec, 31st Dec, 2 Jan, 4th Jan and 7th Jan but everytime they are saying that they are looking into the issue and need 2 more days. They have my bank details as well to process my refund but then also they are not processing it and none of the time they are communicating any status to me and everytime i will have to call them asking for my status of refund.
                                    So, I’m requesting you to help me out in getting the refund amount (10, 385 rupees) because the Flipkart travel help desk team has not responding to me.

                                    Note: Go Air Airlines has refunded the amount to flipkart on 2nd October 2020.

                                      my name is Roquibul Alam. this morning i received 5 pcs open pack of whisper XL ultra sanitary napkins against my order of 40 pcs. Order id : Order ID - OD[protected]. The package is too small to fit 40 pcs combo sanitary napkins, mentioned above. Moreover, the package was light weight. Pictures are given below for your kind perusal. Plse take fast action against Flipkart online fraudulence . The order was under no return policy which triggered Flipkart to do this offense.

The seller has processed the refund of Rs. 199 for order ID: OD[protected] on Jan 18, 2021 and will reflect in your bank account by Jan 19, 2021. Request you to note down the ARN:[protected]. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.

                                        Dear sir/madam

                                        my self Narasimha reddy. I’ve ordered Fitbit smart watch on 22nd of December 2020 from flipkart now today 7th January 2021. Till now I’ve not received my product. Flipkart people promised me 3 times 26th December, 02nd, and 6th January but there is no response from flipkart. Now they are escalating my order. I’m trying to go through legal process on both CEO Mr. Kalyan krishna murthy and Sachin bansali against this issue. Here I’m sending an attachment please go through it how flipkart cheating us. Thanking you sir.
