I have 2 passengers ticket booked via flipkart. Crdit shell has been issued but flipkart is delaying in rescheduling the ticket. The time they take for rescheduling is making us suffer fare increase. It is total harassment from flipkart that they dont let us reschedule as per our convenience. Totally unprofessional

    मेरा नाम विष्णु राना है और मेरा रजिस्टर्ड मों. [protected] है। मैने फ्लिपकार्ट से दिनांक 31/12/2020 को एक ऑर्डर किया था जिसकी ऑर्डर आई. डी. OD[protected] है। ये जो प्रोडक्ट है ये एक वाटर गीजर है जिसको चालू करते हैं तो पानी का रिसाव होता है प्रोडक्ट के डेमेज होने के कारण रिप्लेसमेंट की रिक्वेस्ट 08/01/2021 को लगाई जो कि अप्रूव होने के बाद भी बार बार फ्लिपकार्ट की तरफ से कैंसिल कर दी जाती है और कैंसिल करने का कोई कारण भी ग्राहक को नही दिया जाता है और जब कस्टमर केयर में कॉल करते हैं तो कोर्ट की तरह एक नई तारीख दे दी जाती है

    फ़्लिपकॉर्ट घटिया क्वालिटी के डेमेज प्रोडक्ट बेचता है कस्टमर को प्रोडक्ट की डिलेवरी देने के बाद वह डेमेज प्रोडक्ट की रिर्टन रिक्वेस्ट अप्रूव करता है लेकिन प्रोडक्ट को पिकअप नही करवाता है ग्राहक की उस रिकेवस्ट को दी हुई तारीख पर कैंसिल कर दिया जाता है और जब ग्राहक कस्टमर केयर में कॉल करता है तो उसे नई तारीख दे दी जाती है जिसे ग्राहक का मुँह उस दी गई तारीख तक बंद किया जा सके

      I have ordered some clothes from flipkart few days ago.I put a return request for 4 shirts and 1 jumpsuit among all as they are having some quality issues and color issues . I am sharing the products with their respective order ids -

      (1) Allen Solly Anti-Bacterial Men Slim Fit Solid Spread Collar Casual Shirt - OD[protected]
      (2) Peter England Men Slim Fit Solid Button Down Collar Casual Shirt

      After putting return request they have given us a pickup date for 1 next week but they did not pick up the item on committed date and after that they canceled my return request . So I again applied for return request and this time they give me pick up date by another next week . I have contacted Flipkart customer care multiple time via calls and there chat support but every time they are just giving excuses and false commitment. Every time they are giving a new date to pickup the item and actually they are doing nothing. They are just saying that we have escalated your issue to concerned team. When i track all the return request package via tracking id on Delhivery site it was showing as cancelled and Flipkart is telling lie that they will pickup my item.
      Here is the list of all the tracking id for pickup item of Delhivery courier-

          Hello,

          I have an issue of refund with Flipkart. I am following up from more than 2 months but did not get any resolution yet. Below are the details of issue.

          I booked a ticket in spicejet from Flipkart for travel date 25th apr 2020 and PNR is ECSL3Q. This booking was cancelled by Spicejet due to Covid and amount was refunded to a credit shell.

          Later I booked another ticket for travel dateb10th nov 2020 using above credit shell amount and paid additional 1200₹ for fare difference to Flipkart. PNR number is N6RKJY, and unfortunately that flight also got cancelled by Spicejet. I received my credit shell amount back to new PNR (N6RKJY) but ₹1200 which I have paid to Flipkart is not yet refunded.

          It' been more than 2 months, I called them 15+ times, raised my issue in twitter but not received my refund. Below are the latest incident number which I raised :

          Finally I am writing my complaint in consumer forum. Please look into the issue.

            I ordered infinix hot 10 mobile in flipkart.when the delivery boy reached to deliver my order, then only I comes to know that I was mistakenly ordered two mobiles, but I told him(delivery boy) to cancel my order. Because I mistakenly ordered two mobile and at the same time I don't have that much amount to pay for two mobiles, and I don't wish to do so. But the delivery boy forced me to receive my order. I paid for that and I don't aware of the return policy. He said now you pay, then u can return one of your mobile tomorrow. But the return executive refused to accept my return request and he said mobile phones have only replacement policy and we won't give return.

            Now the monetary loss of 11000 is a total burden on me. Purely because of the forceful act of delivery boy.

                I ordered a mouse from Flipkart after a few days I got a scam message and call saying I won 16 lac rupees or a Mahindra xuv car. All I had to do was pay 4500 registration fee.
                How do they have my order details from Flipkart? I have complained to flipkart but they hang up or don’t answer my phone. This is scary.

                            I ordered apple airpod 2 through flipkart. But I got old apple airpod. Also serial number on box and actual airpod are not matching. When I searched serial number on box at apple warranty check it shows it is replaced product. and When I look for serial number on airpod, it shows invalid serial number.                                     I am an Ex Servicemen. I have purchased a realme 43 inch TV online from flipkart on 10.06.2020er # FAC3R[protected] with this an additional warranty also purchased for three-year complete protection from Jeeves consumer services Private Limited invoice No. # EAAAAB[protected]. The display of the TV getting lines(Image attached). Register a service request on 29.12.2020 then an appointment booked on 30.12.2020 (appointment No. IN-SA[protected]) same day another massage received Jeeves Complete protection stating that the request of your LED TV has been registered with Jeeves, ticketid 0l31.372240KSGSCS-4860356. On 31.12.2020 technician attend the service request. As per his report TV panel issue.

                                    Then the Jeeves proceed with a refund 50% of the invoice amount stating that it is damaged, actual it is not damage panel issue. As per terms and conditions of Complete protection 100% refund required as it is a manufacturing defect. The technician stating that he has never given any damage report to any one. (Technician Whatsapp image attached).
                                    However, i try to contact the customer service, up to this time there is no reply from the M/s. Jeeves who give complete protection for three years.
                                    Please look in to the matter most favorable.

                                      I have a Washing Machine (MarQ by Flipkart 7.5 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine), which is not working. I raised the issue with MarQ somewhere in Aug-Sep'20 (The product has an extended warranty upto Nov'21). The company technician visited on 3/10/2020 and following his checking of the machine, he said that a part inside the machine needs to be replaced, which he will be receiving from the company in two weeks time (since the washing machine is covered with extended warranty, the part will be replaced and machine repaired free of cost). I have been repeatedly and regularly making follow ups with MarQ from 17th october 2020 onwards. I wrote several mails to them, for which they had a standard vague reply that we need some time, we have escalated your issue etc etc. My last E mail to their official mail ID [protected]@jeevees.co.in on 18/01/2021 at 1:54 pm has failed to elicit any response from them . Request your support and intervention . What I need is that my washing machine is repaired at the earliest (Already I have waited patiently for almost 120 days for resolution). Thank You
