I have been reading about this online, and finally has happened with me too...
Flipkart order placed 20th Jan, delivery date 23-25... On 25th, Shipment reached Hyderabad ( destination -M.P., reached wrong location). Now next commitment on 27th was, they will deliver by 30th. Now next they said they will deliver by 4th Feb. Now i get a message they have cancelled the order.
Order ID OD[protected].
Kindly explain.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry for the trouble caused. The seller has processed the refund of Rs.53615 + 100 for order ID: OD[protected] on Feb 01, 2021 and will reflect in your credit card by Feb 04, 2021. Request you to note down the ARN: 090543. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.
I contact Flipkart support for 3week but no resolution received.

To help you with your return request, please share a copy of either Aadhar (both sides) or PAN card by replying to this email within the next 48hours . Please ensure that the information on your photo ID should match the details on your recent order(s).
We will be validating the ID proof shared by you through a third-party service provider. Please provide your consent to Flipkart for use of the identity proof that will be provided by you for the purpose of authenticating the Flipkart Account. Please share the below clause in the email reply along with the photo ID so we can work on your request.
“I give my express consent to Flipkart for collection, use and/or disclosure of my information provided in this email and the documents attached hereto for the purpose of authenticating my Flipkart Account”
When the product was bought, no ID proof was required but now that they have sent wrong product and i want to return it, Flipkart is asking for ID proof. This is a complete breach of privacy. All my accounts are connected to my Adhaar and PAN card.
I share documents but again they not provide me my refund
