The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as I have lost the number and I do not have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

    I ordered realme narzo 20 via Flipkart today. The payment was done through SBI debit card. I received the message saying the amount is deducted, but it's not showing in the Flipkart app. The customer care isn't also responding. When I went to the my orders section. The order is not there. What should I do?

      I purchased a lenovo laptop worth 19990 from flipkart tracking I'd [FMPP[protected]] on 3rd January 2021. They delivered it on 5th January but when i open laptop then it's not turning on. I instantly doing return request so my replacement approved by brand but when laptop is reach my nearest hub then i get a call in morning from wishmaster he said "come on my office" and took your laptop that day i said i unable to come because it 13-14 km for from my house so now problem is no one came to give delivery that day yet i received a message "Delivery failed" Verification unsuccessful. After one day when i visited office then wishmaster said very rudely i unable to verify your replacement because image is not download in my system and then i am very disappointed and when i return my home i get message return rejected ( means i don't accept delivery) how can ekart flipkart can do this? i contact flipkart customer care regarding this but no resolution. Please help me i have very headache and tension worst customer experience.

            Hi, on jan 3rd 2021 i have booked a bus ticket worth INR 2100 in flipkart app in travel section .payment was success and money got debited but bus ticket was not generated .when contacted flipkart they said that its a third party collabaration with makemytrip and i hvae to contact makemytrip for the same, so in makemytrip i got confirmation that the amount has not reached them and its with flipkart only .when came back and contacted here they said in 24-48 hrs i will receive a call back and since 3 rd jan till today its like 19th jan 2021 i didnt receive any call i called their customer care many times till now everytime they say the same wait for 24-48 hrs .

              I ve ordered a product in flipkart order id - od[protected] and paid through google pay upi and i ve returned it they said that they ve initiated refund on 29 dec and it will be credited in my bank acc. By 7 jan, but iv nt received. After i ve called to customer care and they said that contact, i ve visited my home branch and complained my problem, but they are telling that they want refund upi transaction id but whenever when i ask them they tell that we dont ve that. Again, on jan 8 r 9, flipkart concern team called me and exlained my problem, they said that upload your bank statements from 28 to jan 7 to a mail which they ve sent me to my mail, i ve uploaded them, after conformation, again they sent a mail that i ll will get refund within 7 working days, but 7 days working days is also and i didn't got my refund. Again i ve called but they are not responding and not telling correct and resolution for my problem. They are simply postponing and i m tired of asking. Plzzz solve my problem.

                I order a cookware set with 33cm diameter and i received 22cm diameter product . I complaint against this order and flipkart customer executive accept their mistake but not pickup order till now. I complaint almost 6 times and all time they accept mistake and after 3-4 days refund request cancelled.

                  please do the needful since 4 months iam struggling with your travel team,

                  i dont know what is the problem for you to give my amount back there is no proper updates and response
                  Backend team is too weak please look into that otherwise one by one you will loose customers.

                  80 CALLS TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
                  35 MAILS TO TRAVEL DESK
                  3 TIMES TECHNICAL ISSUE

                  after that your team comitted for 9 days those 9 days completed, again 72 hours those also completed
                  again 48 hours those also completed.

                  Then what is the purpose of your travel team not able to solve one small refund case since 4 month.

                  same on you people waste and worst people i met.

                              I booked flight ticket from Flip kart travel But it’s cancelled by the airline due to COVID restrictions. I contacted SpiceJet airlines and they confirmed that they had already given the refunded amount to the travel agent(Flipkart). But Flipkart not refunded the money which is already refunded by the airline to them . I contact Flipkart customer care but they have no answer and they are now refusing to refund my money by telling several stories. I already frustrated with the service of Flipkart. Whenever I email them to refund my amount they start to tell different procedures by different customer executives. they only said that wait for 2 days but I wait through 25 Dec 2020 I cannot receive a call or SMS from them. my .booking id is FF[protected].

                                So its been 3months now almost i had ordered mobile from flipkart on oct19, 2020 and canceled it on the same day within 2 to 3 hours.I have not been refunded the amount

                                I had also ordered one more phone on oct 22 and the flipkart team canceled it on oct 23, 2020. And again I have not been refunded back.

                                They told us that since Syndicate Bank is shifting over to Canara Bank the bank has issues.But still we have provided the bank statement for over 5times atleast, But still they have not agreed.Even the Bank Manager has signed and given his statement that we have given the money but not revived the refund yet.

                                They have been giving out reasons since 3months which is highly unprofessional.I highly request the team to please return the money as soon as possible.

                                  I ordered 2 packets of optimum Nutrition gold standard 100% whey protein 10lbs from flipkart on 17 dec 2020 and it delivered to me on 22 dec 2020. I found that the delivered product is fake. I also cross-checked through by providing my product info & pics to optimum Nutrition company via e-mail. After 4-5 times return request approved my return is still not complete. Flipkart by making every time new cause canceling my return request.

                                  Today 19 jan last day to pickup my return but again my return request is cancelled... I have already provided what they asked me every information regarding delivered product but again request got cancelled... I talked to delhivery wishmaster about my return request he said he'll not pick the return until flipkart especially send a email to him regarding this & Delhivery wishmaster rejecting my return request again & again by making false excuses.

                                  I don't know where is the problem... From flipkart side or courier side...

                                    I bought Poco X3 on 17-dec-2020, after two days I got a mail that you will no longer be able to login into your account it is blocked by Flipkart.

                                    I had more than 2600 supercoin in my 5 years+ old Flipkart plus account. When I called customer care and enquired about the same they said “Blocking is system generated and we identify your account is not use for personal use". Flipkart says do not order any product for your family. if you order for your family then they will block your account. they do not give any warning to you. i will suggest to everybody to not use Flipkart.

                                    i raised the first complaint on 21-dec-2020 and today is 16-jan-2021 Still there no response from flipkart. I was surprised to know that there are huge number of people who faced this issue and still money is not refunded.

                                    Flipkart block all accounts who keep GV or supercoin in there wallet and never respond on it.

                                      Beginning of December I ordered foodfrillz Instant Dry Yeast Powder Single pack 200g by Nuage India. On December 22 I got a parcel but there was only 100g yeast inside. I complained immediately and got a replacement arranged. On December 30 I got the replacement. It was again only a 100g yeast box instead of the 200g I payd for. I complained again and they promised to give a refund. Nothing happened. Later when I asked about my complaint they sayd I am too late and they will not give a refund. This is clearly fraud.

I contacted with the customer helpline number . But they can't even locate the order, just simply said "it haven't shipped yet". So why the EKART service is taking so much time to deliver the product.. can it atleast get my ans?
