I ordered a smartphone via Flipkart on January 12th at 11:50am.
soon after the transaction is done via my debit card, the status is shown as ' thanks for placing the order...' and the amount of 12999/- has been debited from my account.
but on the order menu, it is shown as the product is cancelled...i was very frustrated and mentally broken since it was my complete salary of past month that I've saved for buying my mother a smartphone.
i was ordering it as a surprise gift for her and its her birthday next week. what should i do, now the Flipkart executives are not answering my call or they are not responding to me.
it is shown, it will take about 10 days to get my refund.
please help

i contacted the customer care executive via Flipkart toll free no, then he told me to wait till 20th Jan 2021. since the seller have completed my repayment process, he jave told me that not to worry. today 16th Jan, when i checked my statement the amount of 12999 have been credited to my account and was totally happy about it... i didn't receive any emails or calls regarding the refund... but any way i got my hard earned money back. but i cannot express my metal situation that I've passed those 4 days...

    I have ordered two products from Flipkart. The product is pigeon electric kettle and woolen stole. Both products delivered to me respectively on the date 5 jan and 7 jan. I have raised a return request for pigeon electric kettle on the date 8 jan 2020 and for woolen stole on the date 7 jan 2020. Pickup last date for pigeon electric kettle was 11 jan 2020 and for woolen stole was 9 jan. But till now nobody will come to me to receive the package. Last date of return for product pigeon electric kettle is 12 jan 2020 and last date of return for woolen stole is 14 jan 2020. I have called many times Flipkart customer care but there is no response. No one could solve my problem. They didn't give a proper reason for delay in pickup my products.
    I request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible. It's a big issue and surely there is a big scam under Flipkart service. Flipkart service is not good. Solve my problem and provide me better service. Otherwise I'll take a legal step.

        I’ve ordered for Armani watch 2 weeks back and last week I’ve received a duplicate fastrack watch and I’ve raised a complaint asking for a refund or replacement and there’s no response from the customer care yet. I’ve paid 23, 000 and received 150 rupee watch and the product is flipkart assured which is shame on them

              I had received a Lenovo laptop instead of my Asus laptop at the time of exchange which was delivered on 20/12/2020 and flipkart had blocked my account. Multiple return request was raised by flipkart and it was rejected multiple times and this is the reason system have detected high return which was not my fault It was fault from flipkart . I call daily customer service and raise a complaint. Please resolve my issue. Pick up the wrong product and refund my money My registered number is [protected] and registered email ID is [protected]@gmail.com Flipkart Order ID -OD[protected] Please check and resolve the issue. As I had contacted Flipkart multiple times about the issue and I m not getting any resolution for the same. The exchange order was delivered to me on 20th December, 2020. At the same time I have contacted Flipkart about this issue. Previously when I order I got the damage product and I raised a exchange request and at the time of exchange I had received a Lenovo laptop instead of my Asus laptop.

              It occurred on: 20/12/2020

              I just want that flipkart should pick up the wrong product delivered to me and refund my money.

                    Due to lockdown our flight to and from Amritsar got cancelled. We had booked through flipkart travel. It was an indigo flight. Indigo refunded flipkart the money of our tickets but flipkart travel is yet not able to process my refund even after 2 months. I have been regularly following up for the same issue. They give only one reason it has been initiated please wait for 48 hours. I have provided them with my alternate bank details as well.

                      I had paid the dues for using pay later services but now pay later service is blocked. I had complained in customer care about this and was promised that the issue will be resolved within 6 Jan 9pm and later the date was changed to 7 Jan 9pm 2021 for resolution. Post that I called customer care again & I was promised that the issue will be resolved within 24hrs but now its more than 24hrs issue is still not resolved and no update from Flipkart.

                        Received a tan colour loafers of local company instead of Puma MAPM Future Kart Cat Sneakers For Men which was delivered to me on 6th January at 10:57 AM the box was tampered by delivery boy of flipkart named Mr.Tarun from flipkart Daryaganj Station he has came when asked by him on call and he abused me when I asked him about the order and thrown my order box on floor and I request flipkart team to deduct his salary for this and take a legal action against him, and the box has been misrouted by flipkart company and ekart courier service as there was sticker on the box and on sticker it is written misrouted and this shows that box was misrouted by ekart courier company ( It is the package which is to be delivered on 3rd January as I have checked on app that it has reached nearest hub to you ), in between the 3rd January - 6th January the tampering of package has taken place and shoes has been changed and local shoes has been delivered to customer on 6th January by flipkart company and on same day I have placed a refund request of the same order on flipkart app, and company is not providing refund to me and rejected my return request on 8th January at 8:12 Pm and closed my account on same date say 8th January at 8:16 pm and says that seller is unable to provide return/refund on order of Puma MAPM Future Kart Cat Shoes and also we have detected high number of returns on account ...In this way the company has cancelled my refund and not give my money back in this way the company has lost my faith in it and has cheated me and taken my Rs.4199 on order and not refunding back ..I myself post this issue on all social sites ( Facebook, instagram, whatsapp as well as make YouTube video of this issue ) and tell all persons in my contact about this issue that flipkart was fake company and cheating customers by sending local company products in order of puma shoes and instead of refunding money back of the customer they are rejecting the return request and blocking their account ..
                        Forwarding this complaint/ issue in cyber crime ..as money is taken by cheating customer ..

                            I got the product with any wrapping or covering, but I was in the happiness of the new phone so I didn't mind at all. After 2-3 hours the phone started to hang and freeze. Sometimes it hangs and some time not, it kind of happens periodically. So when I went back to my orders tab for Return, there was no Refund option, there was just replacement of the Product. So I did click on that, They regularly started to message me about They are going to call me, but the call never came. On the 5th day a message came on my no written : "Return Update : Sorry, the seller is unable to fulfil your return request for POCO C3...from your order with order ID OD[protected]". Please check your email for more details." And I never got any mails from them

                              I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                              The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                              Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                  I, Varun sood, having flipkart account with mobile no. [protected], email address - [protected]@gmail.com, have had a horrible and disgusting experience with flipkart Grocery dealer-SuperCom Net

                                  The dealer is SuperComNet

                                  The dealer incharge of this order in past had 3 times cancelled on the last day of delivery, my orders everytime giving false claims of address- pincode mismatch.

                                  The current order mentioned above is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow I:e on 11 January 2021, and as of now the order has not been even processed, acknowledged by the concerned dealer. The flipkart customer representative team when contacted, clearly say they have no means to contact the respective dealer.

                                  I am more than 100% sure that the above order will be cancelled by the dealer tonight by giving a lame excuse that the address- pincode does not match.

                                  My question is -On the same address the non grocery items ordered through flipkart get delivered without any difficulty, then how can there be a issue in the order of groceries only?

                                  I have called 5-6 times to the customer representative team of flipkart but have not been given any proper response.

                                  Hopefully you can do some help in this matter

                                  For your convenience, I am attaching the screenshot of the current order along with its status. I am also attaching the screenshot of the previous orders of groceries I did and all of which were cancelled. Moreover the screenshot will also contain the last order I did on flipkart of non grocery segment in month of December 2020 and which was delivered successfully.

                                    Pathetic service from flipkart
                                    ..
                                    1.Purchased a phone pixel 4a on 25th December 2020. Phone turned out to be defective..

                                    2. Sent it to Google Customer Support.
                                    They demanded an invoice so as to send a replacement

                                    3.. Placed several requests with the flipkart for the invoice as it was not present in the order email nor available on website to be DOWNLOADED. Get a standard reply and a new ETA every time I call the customer support

                                    4.Even after several days of purchase and 10 days after placing a request for invoice, no invoice is received.

                                    5. Have to let go of the phone replacement due to flipkart shoddy ways and for no apparent fault of mine. 32k₹ lost due to thanks to FLIPKART.

                                      Hi flipkart, your customer care is not resolving issues . My flight is cancelled by airlines but still you are saying it's non refundable so we can't refund you money talk to airlines and get mail stating about full refund but airlines is saying I can't talk to them as I didn't book through them . So please give me my money back . Flight is cancelled by airlines don't say its non refundable I didn't cancel airlines cancelled it.. if I didn't get my issue resolved iam going to court.                                         today i harrased by [protected], name ashish, said i am from flipkart higher team we called you regarding your case, we send you link just click on it and tell OTP, i totally shocked because in true caller this number showing spam from west bangal and the message which comes in my mobile for otp that you won mahindra SUV worth rs 15 lacs provide otp for claim settlement and your last refund case settelment, i said one thing kindly provide my pickup address and seller details and pick up partner name for my confirmation, i shocked he knew all my personal data, how flipkart do this to their customer if flipkart not done than i am sure this is from seller or ekart delivert partner ends because they know all details of their customer very well.

                                        person on shouted me using abusive bad words to me and in last said, take back this return refund case otherwise we took you from your home or empty all your bankbalance and he disconnected.

                                        now tell me why i take back my refund case back my money is blocked, i have all the proof submit to flipkart and verified already by flipkart.

                                        i really much sure either seller or ekart threat me or giving me pressure to take back but i will not becauae consumer complaint forum and all proof with me.

                                        today i saw one more thing that flipkart block my account this feel very bad to me.

                                        i need my refund back.

                                        Today is the pickup date of my i phone 11 pro, i recieved details on my mobile so i called in after noon & evening but Ekart executive not recieved my any calls so i decided to call from different number in the evening around 7 pm he picked up and said are you same person of i phone return pickup, i shocked how he knew than i asked when you come for pick up he said i will not come for pick up as my senior said to me you will not pick up this courier otherwise your salary will hold, i really shocked.

                                        now tell me one thing flipkart how many pickup you create, here ekart is not ready for pickup intentionally. so this is totally waste of time & efforts by you and me.

                                        kindly look into this matter and provide proper resolution.

                                        see today all day i sent mail for refund
                                        they esclate and cancellee after an hour

                                        4 times they do today, what a shame

                                        flipkart block my account

                                        whenever i raised complain they said no data found.

                                        i have all the data but they not supported.

                                        kindly do support, i need my refund back.

                                        ekart delivery boy again denied dated 15 jan 2021,
                                        i asked why & he said
                                        because our senior said, we dont have permission to pick up this, i really dont if you dont have permission than why you come again here for pickup.

                                        why flipkart & ekart playing pickup reject gamr again & again.

                                        i requested to consumer department, kindly look into this matter & esclate further.

                                        Now see flipkart EKART AGAIN REJECTED PICKUP with different fake reason mention this time i think they are very much expert.

                                        i already said ekart will never pickup all are playing, is this not noticable by flipkart.

                                        pls find attachment which is showing, pickup rejected due to missing contents, if this pick up is created for multiple reason than why again rejected by ekart.

                                        Ekart doesnt want pickup for this product because they involved in this.

                                        ekart delievery boy told us we dont have confirmation for pickup.

                                        kindly contact flipkart when they send us confirmation mail we will than pickup.

                                        he said our senior dont recieved any mails regarding this pickup.

                                        if they dont have confirmation than why they come for pick up.

                                        its a completely fraud.
