I ordered my product on Flipkart big billions sale between 16-18 October 2020. today its 8th November and I still haven't received my product. Flipkart has shifted my product delivery date 4 times already and now its showing 12 November. Every time I talk to their customer helpline they just give excuses. I have already paid and I don't know what is stopping them from sending me my product....

Sir, I purchased a phone on 2gud on Nov 1.
When it arrives on 4th NoV, I unbox the phone infront of the delivery man to check,
The phone camera is not working(doesn't open), besides I got a lenovo charging adaptor which is not 18 watt, and the provided charging cable is micro-usb but the phone is a type-c.
