    I have purchased red chief shoes of Rs 1722 from flipkart on 31-October-2020. seller already mentioned that warranty is of 2 months but they are not refunding. In lesss than two months the Upper layer of shoes is getting worse and coming out from the surface, very disappointed with flipkart.

    This is duplicate product which has been sold by flipkart, seller cheated me with its duplicate product,

    So, i want replacement/refund as soon as possible,

      Hi! I lost the sim which i used for registering on Flipkart. Now i cannot update the new number as the otps are sent on both the numbers. I ordered something from Flipkart which I’m unable to return due to some technical issues at your end. And it is impossible to reach you guys which is very frustrating. I don’t have all the time in the world to keep doing this. Please resolve at the earliest.

        Bought a Nokia 43" tv on Flipkart. Assured of installation within 24/36 hours. Rec'd tv on time. Mechanic arrives at my building to install and is requested to park vehicle outside the building gates (Covid restrictions)
        The mechanic refused to park outside and returned without installing tv. On calling customer care to re arrange mechanic visit for installation, I am told the person can only come on 11 Jan (4 days later) and the lady disconnects without any explanation for delay.
        Very unexpected and extremely rude behaviour from both mechanic and call center executive.
        Kindly arrange call back and early installation of product.

          Dear Team,

          It is regarding the flight cancellation refund issue from Flipkart Travel.

          I have made a Go Air ticket booking in March 2020 from Bengaluru to Ranchi on Flipkart Travel for travelling date of 23rd March 2020. Unfortunately, because of COVID-19 outbreak the tickets were cancelled by the Airlines (Go Air Airlines).
          The airline has refunded the amount to flipkart travel on 2nd Oct (as per the confirmation received from Go Air) and I asked for my refund from flipkart in Dec 2020 and flipkart then cancelled my ticket and initiated my refund on 20th December 2020 and asked mt to wait for 9 calender days for the refund. In those 9 days I had not received any communication from flipkart and after 9 days when i called flipkart as I had not received the refund, the they asked me to wait for 2 more days without any reason.
          From that time they are asking me to wait for 2 more days everytime i contact them for my refund. So, I called them on 29th Dec, 31st Dec, 2 Jan, 4th Jan and 7th Jan but everytime they are saying that they are looking into the issue and need 2 more days. They have my bank details as well to process my refund but then also they are not processing it and none of the time they are communicating any status to me and everytime i will have to call them asking for my status of refund.
          So, I’m requesting you to help me out in getting the refund amount (10, 385 rupees) because the Flipkart travel help desk team has not responding to me.

          Note: Go Air Airlines has refunded the amount to flipkart on 2nd October 2020.

          I am not getting any communication from them even after sending so many emails. Please ask them to atleast give me any status of my issue, they are only asking for time and telling that they will revert back but never do that.

            my name is Roquibul Alam. this morning i received 5 pcs open pack of whisper XL ultra sanitary napkins against my order of 40 pcs. Order id : Order ID - OD[protected]. The package is too small to fit 40 pcs combo sanitary napkins, mentioned above. Moreover, the package was light weight. Pictures are given below for your kind perusal. Plse take fast action against Flipkart online fraudulence . The order was under no return policy which triggered Flipkart to do this offense.

              my self Narasimha reddy. I’ve ordered Fitbit smart watch on 22nd of December 2020 from flipkart now today 7th January 2021. Till now I’ve not received my product. Flipkart people promised me 3 times 26th December, 02nd, and 6th January but there is no response from flipkart. Now they are escalating my order. I’m trying to go through legal process on both CEO Mr. Kalyan krishna murthy and Sachin bansali against this issue. Here I’m sending an attachment please go through it how flipkart cheating us.                     I had ordered an apple iPhone XR on 18th December 2020 and it got cancelled on 19th December 2020 .
                    it was the prepaid order and I had paid Rs. 43999 through my debit card then I called the customer care executive and they told me that my refund has been initiated on 19th of December 20202 and and it will be reflected in my account latest by 31st of December 2020.
                    But today is the 6 January 2021 and the refund amount is still not reflecting in my account and I have been calling the Flipkart customer care executive constantly and daily.
                    Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest possible

                        I am trying to make purchase but always show "transaction was declined on the basis of risk check".
                        when I call my bank they told me all are fine so, why flipkart declined my payment.

                            Hello Team

                            I have booked an Indigo flight thru Flipkart site (Flipkart Flights with booking ID : FF[protected] for me and my family (wife & kids - 4 members) from Gauhati to Hyderabad before lock down period. As it was lock down, airlines cancelled my flight and refunded the money of my flight on 2nd July, 2020 however the refunded money went to Flipkart account as I booked tickets from Flipkart flights sites. I have been following it with Flipkart team a number of times but they are saying many excuses and not returning my money yet. Its been mental harassment to me to call them after every 2-3 days as they are asking for 24 to 48 hours of resolution time everytime I call them. Even mail support also very bad that when I send email, after 1 day I will get a reply asking me to wait for 24 to 48 hours resolution time.

                            Please assist me in getting my refunded money of INR 19, 884/- which is refunded by Indigo airlines to Flipkart on 02 July-2020.

                              Money has been deducted twice while placing the order on 29th December. When contacted Flipkart regarding this issue, they said they are having only single transaction which is successful at their end and there are no details regarding the second transaction with them. Further adviced me to check with Bank end to resolve the issue.

                              When contacted Bank end they said that "Both UPI transactions have been successful at Bank Incase of non receipt of reversal / merchant still denies of having received the funds at their end, please write back to us with the merchant confirmation mail for non receipt of the funds to enable us to assist you better".

                                  Hie my name is pranvi.
                                  My COD option on Flipkart has been blocked lately. Not because of my mistake but Flipkart's mistake. I ordered for a face wash that was not delivered on time nor could it be tracked. When called customer service he requested me to cancel the product and replace the order when my payment was already done. Hence I cancelled that order as not even customer service was sure what is to be done. There was another product at same time that I had to cancel as I was not sure I I will receive my order like another.
                                  I am a regular customer of Flipkart I almost order several times and even though my account COD is blocked.
                                  Please provide me a valid reason on this.

                                    Have made a payment on the date of 27th dec 2020, order not placed, still i havent received the refund amount, when i have enquired they asked me to wait for 8 working days, now they are asking me to recah my bank and phonepe, as i have made the paymet thorugh phonepe.

                                    i contacted them, they are like there is no technica error happened from their side and still am waiting for my refund.

                                        I purchased HP Pavillion 360 laptop ₹51990 from flipcart on 18/12/2020 and done full payment by debit card(master card) but order was cancelled on 19/12/2020 and now flipcart is saying that refund is completed and credited before 31 Dec but i am not getting any money on my account and when I again contacted their customer agent they give me new date 8 jan 2021 as a maximum time and refund money before this but after few days they increase this maximum date to 12/01/2021. i am in very trouble why they behave as. my amount is so huge and I am student my maximum time of day waste in doing phone call to their agent and flipcart not given any compensation for this. And also they given me a . Refund reference no # 75105170355003575505054 and said to contact with bank and file a dispute form . I had also do this but bank response is very passive they said if flipcart refunded your money then certainly its reflected on your account and said to contact with flipcart.

                                        i Don't know what to do. i am in very trouble please sir help me. I am a student and I required this laptop for research work. I am collected this money from doing 5 month part time job. and flipcart stole my money …please please sir help and resolve this as soon as ..please
