I had placed order for Kent electric blender of 1240 INR and got missing Product in parcel so raised complaint same day on 30 Nov

Executive took bank details and assured for refund within 2-3 working days but I Did not get so again I contacted them they raised complaint with department I got mail refund cancelled.

More than 6 times complaint raised by Flipkart and took long time now after 25 days they blocked my account and said we have detected unsual activities you cannot login.

Is this your way of work if you are unable to help so directly said on first meet why you took 25 days

I want my Product or Refund or Replacement along with my account reactivation because I'm Plus membe of Flipkart

    Order not placed but money debited from credit card

    I was ordered a Motorola G9 on 18 Dec 2020, and select the payment method by SBI credit card but the order not placed even after the amount of this phone debited from my credit card... I talked to flipkart executive and they raise my complaint and said that I will get my money in 3-4 working days... It's been 10 day but still I didn't get my refund back, whenever I call the customer care they cut my call after hearing my complaint.

        Allie Wood dining table defect

        I bought Allie Wood dining set (6 chair) and found it defective in two month. One leg comes out of table and I am not able to use it. I tried to contact Flipkart as it was under manufacturing defect warranty, but no use as they did not support.

          Dear Team,

          I booked flight from flipkart.com for a Delhi to Jaipur flight on Sat, 22 Aug 2020. Airline cancelled the flight and asked me to seek full refund from the booking agent(flipkart.com).

          I immediately informed flipkart.com to refund my amount but they are not refunding and giving fake assurances .

          As of now its been 5 months and I am to talking with their representatives no action has been performed by flipkart.com

          I am attaching Itinerary Details and letter from airline to seek refund for the Trip has been cancelled.

            The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered this spring mattress on october 15th 2020 and paid full amount Rs 10, 349/- . The product is still not delivered. As per flipkart customer care, There is no option for a refund since the seller shipped the item. I have waited for the past 2 months!!! Today i got a message that the delivery is resheduled to jan 25th 2021!!! Are flipkart afraid of this seller?? I was a regular flipkart customer before oct 15. After that i lost all my trust in this . As a customer, i dont want to know the issues with flipkart seller. I paid Rs 10, 349 because of this trust. I need a compensation for this cheating . The delivery was resheduling to every 10 more days and now it is resheduling to almost one month!!! Now the total waiting period is more than 2 months. I have send many complaints before for this issue. No one had an answer for this. The customer care is just a ********.

            It occurred on: 3/11/2020

            I need an immediate delivery of this item or a complete refund with a proper compensation for this cheating which this seller & flipkart had done to me.

                The product is delivered but the delivery status is still showing shipped, until unless the delivery status is changed the installation of the product will not happen, I need the installation done as the product is lying outside my house. Please fix this ASAP

                  The behaviour of delivery boy was very rude.he started shouting my neighbours unnecessarly and when my father stopped him he even shouted at my father. there is no minimum commonsense for him that he should not talk to elders like that. i have never seen stupid delivery man like him.

                      Hello,

                      I booked 3 tickets from flipkart on Nov 2020 for 9th Feb 2021, which was cancelled by Air Asia due to operational reasons.
                      Later I opted for reschedule for 1 ticket and full refund for 2 tickets.
                      Air Asia had immediately processed by full refund and asked me to reach to Flipkart for refund process.

                      I had initiated refund request from flipkart on 3rd of Dec 2020, thereafter support executives had given me vague promises like it will take 7 working days, again 15 working days. Executives keep adding days as per their wish.
                      I have been calling travel support executives and mailing also. Every call they give me a new excuse sometime they say" It is taking time due to technical issues " sometime- " its manual error from our Team" etc.
                      I am disheartened to see the irresponsibility and inefficiency in addressing the issue.

                      Not sure if they are actually looking into my issue and they are not bothered to value their customer or to retain them.

                        I had purchased One Honor mobile and upon the arrival on Checking it shows that there is not google support and google play store on the device, in the absence of these this would be worst to use, so I raised return request on the next day but nobody contacted for return the item and collect the return item from myself. and in the system it shows that return request rejected, the wondering is that Return period until 28 Dec 2020, so Why it is happening, I hope that someone will note this complaint and try to solve my problem.

                            Purchased this phone (Samsung Galaxy A51) and wanted to give my old Moto g4 for exchange as per their scheme. On the website, they offered me an exchange price of Rs. 1650. Be aware on the exchange price, they also charge pickup cost. For me, it was Rs. 100 additional. On the delivery of my new phone, the delivery body decided to reduce the exchange price of my old phone to Rs. 550 despite no technical issues. He also removed the screen protector on my old phone without my permission. I requested to speak to their manager regarding this. To my shock, The manager - Mr. Mayank argued that the delivery boy has the authority to do so was extremely rude on the phone and threatened me to block my account on flipkart. I refused to give my phone for exchange due to this. It seems like their exchange scheme is a rip off scheme. Very disappointed by Flipkart customer service.

                                I have ordered pigeon electric gas stove as COD and as per term I paid money to the flipkart delivery person Ekart through link provided and asked to place the parcel at security gate but when i visited security person he said parcel not yet given when contacted delivery person he says money not paid and when contacted flipkart there is no response after a week they say money may be struck with ur bank check with them and when checked with bank money is properly paid to flipkart n bank has provided transactions details and i have sent to flipkart over mail but as on date money is not yet refunded nor product is delivered
