Flipkart is fraud and cheater. I made purchased adda52rummy voucher using 50 supercoin and they given me invalid coupon code. I wanted to made complaint but they denied the request to call.
I contacted to adda52rummy also but they told me that Flipkart is responsible for this.

I would like to give My contact informationwant but the comment is public. So, i kindly request to Flipkart that if you are not cheater/fraud then either refund my coins or give real code.

I know fraud Flipkart will do nothing.

My work is just aware to be alert from Flipkart india mcbc.

    I had placed an order for 3 units of Milo weighing 400gms each. The order ID is OD[protected]. Today I received the order. After cleaning the packaging, I opened it only to find one unit of Milo weighing 400 gms. But all the three units have been marked delivered. I immediately contacted the customer support and spoke to them. They have marked it under "refund requested". I don't know what will happen going forward because in all these years I've never face this issue from Flipkart. I've ordered two phones, a laptop and many other things and never have I faced this issue before. I had ordered this for my mom and this is the first time she is using Flipkart as Flipkart grocery is not serviceable here. So I had ordered it from Food&more section.

          I raised cancellation request on 29 Dec 2020 for my flight ticket ( Booking Id - FF[protected]) travel date of 3rd Jan 2021. I received confirmation email from Flipkart on 29 Dec 2020 informing me that the cancellation request has been processed on 29 Dec 2020, to the airline. On 31st Dec 2020, i received an email from Flipkart informing me that cancellation request has failed. As a result of this action from Flipkart, i am unable to get the refund for my cancelled ticket which i should have got as per the cancellation policy for cancelling the flight ticket on 29th Dec 2020.

          Flipkart is running away from its responsibilities. They are yet to refund the money based on the cancellation request made on 29th Dec 2020. Flipkart have a poor and inefficient system due to which the cancellation request made can get rejected.
          When I raised the cancellation request to Flipkart, I got confirmation email from Flipkart. In this confirmation email, I was informed that the cancellation request was processed to the airline. 2 days later after getting the confirmation email, Flipkart sends an email informing me that the cancellation request has failed. Post this, Flipkart customer executive will ask customer to raise a new request for cancellation. This delay in processing the ticket cancellation results in additional cancellation charge. Flipkart is not accepting to bear the additional charge due to delay in cancellation from their side. Thus customer ends up losing extra money for the ticket cancellation.

          I pray and hope no other customer goes through the trouble which i am going through.

                I had ordered a shoe from Flipkart and the year of the shoe was bad, so what I had came on 15 December and I gave it poorly, then immediately put a request for it back. You told me that your product is on 22 December Will pick up but then it was canceled on 23, then I returned it on 24, then it was given that by 31st December you will have your pick up but what will be taken back today is 1 January but the return has not gone Ajay Damani If you will not return, where will the money be returned, just my intention to supplement it was that I have the product which is bad, then please take it back and give me my money thank you

                  I ordered Samsung galaxy active watch 2 and today got delivered a Chinese watch..
                  With no branding, no user manual, no actual boxing, no logo while bootup.
                  Overall a pathetic experience.

                  I can't expect this from flipkart.
                  Where I paid approx 18000 and what they sent is a fake product.

                  Luckily I made the unboxing video as well as having the pictures which confirms that it's not a genuine Samsung watch.
                  Let's hope I get what I deserve.

                    I booked a round trip ticket in the month of April from air India airline via Flipkart travel with PNR no SPJBXS. Unfortunately, the airline cancelled the PNR in view of COVID-** pandemic and subsequently, processed the total refund to Flipkart as they mentioned, also the modification which I have booked and paid through my card I received the payment from airlines. I have called and mailed the Flipkart travel customer care multiple times regarding the same but their actions are unfruitful as they are unable to cancel the ticket and process refund. I don’t understand why flipkart is playing such a cheap trick after I have provided them with adequate proof of the cancellation of PNR by the airline, but still there is no positive response from Flipkart travel. I have been waiting for my refund since past many months and it has been really frustrating and irritating. I have been mentally traumatized with persistent fallacious responses from Flipkart travel. Please help me.

                        I was earning good money from Flipkart Affiliate in the 2016 to 1027 period. But later it went down due to some personal reasons. Recently I started everything again and trying to get back.
                        From May to October the total earnings was 27000.
                        On November first week I updated my bank account details, but they didn't verify it that month, so I dint get payment. by that time, account approved was around 12K.
                        I was supposed to receive that money this month.
                        After an Email they verified my new bank details and the account is now "verified". Usual payment date was 28th, but I didn't get payment on 28th.
                        But for every email they are giving the same response - "Your payment is on hold with the finance team, It will be processed shortly. We will let you know once your payment is processed. "Without any reason ?
                        It is not easy to earn this much from Flipkart or any other affiliates!
                        I dont know why they are hurting my trust on them.

                        One month passed since the incident. Still no payment. I usually get payment on 28th of every month, today is 31. I have been contacting them multiple times via Email, one Email said I will only receive payment next month - without any reason. Other Emails said "You payment is being processed and you will receive it by the first week of next month." But they did not processed the payment yet.
                        Account is verified and even the Non-GST Declaration form is approved. There is nothing pending still they like to hold the payment.
                        This money is very important for me this month, I dont know why flipkart is showing this unprofessional practice to me!

                          I placed an order of samsung galaxy A21s on 18th December 2020 and make a online payment it shows that my product delivered me by 25th December 2020 but unfortunately my product not delivered on 25th when i complained flipkart about this then they told me to some uncertainty there is delay in your product delivery and we deliver this to you by 31st December 2020 for sure. But now today on 31st they mail me to cancel the order now what kind of service is this i doubt, i sold my old phone in between this and now i gone through lots off. Now who is responsible for my losses and my phone i sold my old phone and don't get new thankfully to the flipkart!!!
                          So i want to take an action against this

                            I am being harassed at the hands of flipkart for my Order ID: OD[protected].
                            You can find attached the “10d return policy” of product & 3 rejected return IDs. There is no requirement for personal ID for return.

                            In my 3 long RECORDED calls and an email (also attached) I have continuously been told that “if I don’t give personal ID, product won’t be returned”. I have recorded call too. It is illegal to ask me for my ID AFTER my purchase. If I had been provided this information beforehand, I would have not placed the order. I want my return to be processed without ID requirements.

                            The issue has still not been resolved. it is above 2 weeks!
                            Now they have cancelled my return request for the fifth time and despite having mentioned in the conversation with customer care, they have not extended the duration of return even though the delay has been caused by them due to coercing of customers to give personal ID. So now not only have they harassed me by asking illegally to show my ID, they have also closed my chances of return
                            The issue has still not been resolved. The order has still not been returned and my money is being wasted.

                                  I bought a laptop from Flipkart on Nov 25 2020 . It cost ₹32990 . Due to some issues I wanted to return the laptop . But then I had to wait for the technician visit . But no technician came and I had to wait for two weeks and finally they took the laptop . Then the seller initiated the payment the very same day . It started on 14th December . And then I had to wait till 24 th as the deadline for money to be credited to my account.
                                  But then it didn't happen . I sent them my bank statement via email and they told me to wait till jan 1 to have the problem resolved. I also contacted the bank and they told me that the money has not been credited and to contact Flipkart for the same .
                                  I waited for a few days . And then they extend the date to jan 5 . Then again they extend the date to jan 6. And each passing day the deadline keeps increasing . At first they told me that the issue will be solved within jan 1 . And it kept on increasing. Now it's jan 7.
                                  I have waited for nearly a month and I don't have a laptop with me because Flipkart keeps playing with my money like this . I think the transaction failed from the seller end . I don't understand why Flipkart treats it's customers like this .

                                      I contacted multiple times i didnt receive the refund for this order and i contacted but they said we have credited the refund please check with your bank but i contacted my bank also with the reference number but they said the amount is not credited and 1 month already over

                                        ###YOU PEOPLE ARE LITERALLY MAKING A CUSTOMER TO BEG IN FRONT OF YOU EVEN AFTER THAT CUSTOMER HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT OF INR 40, 000/- AND AGAIN YOU PEOPLE ARE ASKING TO MAKE THE PAYMENT OF INR 45, 000/-. YOU PEOPLE HAVE ALREADY BLOCKED MY MONEY FROM LAST 25 DAYS AND NOW 10 MORE DAYS YOU WILL BLOCK IT AND YOU ARE BEING A SHAMELESS AND SEEKING A PERMISSION FOR THIS AS WELL AND IF I AM NOT GIVING YOU THE PERMISSION TO DO SO, YOU PEOPLE ARE FORCING ME TO DO THAT.

                                        ...Guys it is my humble request from you to look into the matter as no one is bothered in #flipkart about their consumers and their hard earned money, wherein the company has already captured my money since 22nd Dec, 2020.



                                        As I have ordered a product on 22 Dec 2020 and I am sitting now on 11 Jan 2021 & I haven't received my product and not any kind of positive update from Flipkart people.



                                        Each time I am calling so called customer care people or senior desk or supervisors or even escalation team #digitalmarketing

                                        Everyone is just saying sorry and giving me a new timeline, all the time wait for another 24 to 48 hours.



                                        Finally on 3rd Jan 2021, #socialemedia team came into the pictures and committed me that your order will be packed and shipped on 06th Jan 2021 you will receive your product maximum by 9th of Jan 2021 but today on 11 Jan 2021, I am again sitting on the same situation.



                                        What is happening here guys have raised the issue on #socialemedia still no one is bothering, I seriously fail to understand the challenge you people are facing while resolving the issues.



                                        At Least provide some contact details wherein I can speak to some for any kinda update as there is no update on your customer care numbers...



                                        #AND FOR GOD SAKE PLEASE PROVIDE A SINGLE PERSON TO TALK TO. HOW MANY TIMES I NEED TO EXPLAIN EACH AND EVERY THING TO EACH ONE OF YOUR EXECUTIVES...



                                        SERIOUSLY VERY VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND CLIENT SERVICE...

                                        My paan wala provides better service than you guys, wake up people.



                                        I am working from home these days and I don't have a good phone to use and you people are making fun of my problems.



                                        I am unable to use my banking services, apps to make payments, considering the pandemic situations and to follow the safety measures I generally use phone pe and google pay but now just because of you guys I am forced to use cash and cards.



                                        Who will be responsible if I will come in contact with this Virus and my family is also connected with me and I have kids and seniors as well at home as I am staying in a combined family.



                                        I am facing a very bad mental trauma and harassment, is this the way you people treat your customers.

                                        ### I do not want the refund, I just need my product as soon as possible so that I can work, I am unable to do my work as of now considering ###WorkFromHome### in this pandemic situation.
