As a Flipkart Plus customer, I placed an order for a Hindware geyser on 19th July 2023 and made the payment online. The promised delivery date was 25th July 2023, but unfortunately, the product wasn't delivered on time. Despite my attempts to contact the customer support center over the phone, they couldn't provide a clear answer regarding the delivery status. They assured me that they had escalated the issue, but there was no response from their end.
In frustration, I decided to write an email to the Flipkart support team, but even after sending the email, I received no response from them. Given the circumstances, I am left with no choice but to file a case against Flipkart to address this matter.
