Ekart rejected my return request saying that the product is mismatched. But nobody from Ekart has visited to me for picking up the product. This is my tracking id FMPR[protected] for Mi Redmi Prime Exchange. The last day for return is ending soon but Ekart rejected my return request without visiting for pickup.And in the message it was told that product mismatch. But nobody from Ekart visited to me.I need refund now. I talked with Flipkart customer care but they didnt help me

    On December 27, 2021, I received a notification from the Flipkart app that my cancellation request for a webcam cover had been accepted. However, I had not actually made a cancellation request. I then received a WhatsApp call from a number (+[protected] from someone claiming to be from Flipkart. The caller said that he had come to return the webcam cover but that my phone number was not reachable, so they had called me on WhatsApp. I told the caller that the webcam cover had already been canceled and hung up.

    The caller then pinged me again and asked for a PIN so that they could cancel the order. I was busy in a meeting and did not think clearly, so I gave them the PIN. The caller then used the PIN to order a number of Myntra gift cards using my Flipkart Pay Later account.

    I am very concerned about this fraud. I am not sure how the fraudster was able to access my Flipkart account, but it is clear that there is a problem with Flipkart's authentication process. I am also concerned that the fraudster knew exactly what I had ordered last time, which is impossible without having access to my Flipkart account.

    The fraudster also asked me to share the OTP that I received from Flipkart to cancel the order. I should have known better, but I was busy in a meeting and did not think clearly.

    I have already contacted Flipkart customer service and they have registered my query. However, it has been more than year and I have not received any help from them they just ask to pay money. I have also filed a cybercrime report and given a written complaint to the nearest police station.

    It has been more than a year since my CIBIL score has been drastically impacted due to this fraud. I have been receiving calls from banks and creditors, and I am being constantly harassed. I have called Flipkart several times and asked them to escalate the matter to their higher management, but they have not done anything. It seems like they do not have any proper channel to solve these kinds of problems.

    I am writing to you today in desperation. I am just a freelance teacher and I do not have a lot of money. I am also very worried about my future.

        I was ordered a GoPro cam worth of 24k in the freedom sale (actual price 27.5k) unfortunately they canceled my order having without any reason and I reached out to the Flipkart customer care over the issue but they are not provided any solution in this issue and they offered only 500INR coupon. I think it’s totally a scam from Flipkart they just want to create high in public to get the customers by fooling peoples in India. Recently millions of people facing such issues over the same. Kindly govt of Indian and consumer court have to look into this scams

              I ordered mobile with exchange of old phone discounting me 1000 rupees. Delivery agent called me to come to his office for exchange and to collect new mobile. I asked him that i paid 100 rupees for exchange pick up so come to my home. He threatened me that if i will not come to his office in 10 min he will cancel my order. I purchased it on sale so reached to his office where he misbehaved with my younger brother as i was out of town. He denied to take my exchange mobile and my brother waited for 3 hour in his office. Then i asked my brother to come back to home and i complain his misbehaviour in flipcart customer care. Then he calld me in evening and asking me to come to his office with money then only he will give me my parcel otherwise he is cancelling it. And when i requested he asked his mate in background that cancel his order with abusive language. It was my worst experience of my life. Flipkart not even supported and asking 4 days to solve this issue. Worst app ever. Once i clear with my order i will never ever order anything from Flipkart. I really felt like abused after this incident.

                  The laptop I bought from Flipkart order noOD[protected] defective so I requested a replacement then the technician came and issued a dead on arrival certificate but Flipkart rejected the replacement request and i have placed another replacement request and contacted Flipkart and uploaded the doa certificate.Flipkart told me that there backend team cancelled my replacement as my reason is not sufficient (the laptop is not powering on) ..infact they are delaying the process I have already filed a complaint with national consumer helpline

                    I purchased Mobile phone in Sep-2022. Recently I lost the phone and I need the IMEI no mentioned in the invoice for police complaint
                    The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in Flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

                        I bought mi x pro tv from Flipkart on 11th Aug. It was delivered on 12th and it's screen was broken so it was sent for replacement. They took 4 days to replace the item and installation was promised next day on Flipkart. But there has been 2 days and there are no update regarding the status of installation.
                        Flipkart customer support just escalate the issue but no resolution is done. Instead of solving the issue they told me to call mi and Jeeves installation services, I tried but they told only flipkart can resolve it.
                        I can't even return the item as Flipkart doesn't let me return the item and stuck with the tv without any installation.
                        I need resolution and compensation for the time and energy I have wasted in the matter.

                            I have ordered one product from Flipkart, Order ID OD[protected], in the amount of Rs. 16, 349/- It was shipped on July 18, 2023, and the delivery date was July 28, 2023, of this month. I was unable to track the shipment with the tracking number FMPN[protected], (Ekart Logistics), and the product is still at the same location. There is no further update on movement. Can you please look into it and do the needful?

                            +91 4046714000 This number was called to me by a customer executive who told me to cancel the order due to some technical issue with Ekart Logistics and order a fresh one, whereas I have raised a request to cancel the same and have been suffering since last 01 month, but the cancellation could not be done nor the refund so that I can place a fresh order. I have called customer executive after repeatedly waiting for 24-48 hours, almost 15 times, but they have not had a resolution and are keeping me waiting again for 24-48 hours.

                                I ordered a Wings Phantom 850 Earbuds on 5th August and delivery date showed me it will be deliver on 19th August
                                But on 18th August the simple send me cancelation message from there side

                                    I purchased the product on 3rd Aug 2023, received on 4th Aug and found battery charge issue on 4th and raised return request in Flipkart.

                                    Service request was raised for technician visit on or before 18th Aug but Asus took 13 days i, e, on 16th the tech visited and unable to fix the issue.
                                    Later I came to know the product was out of warranty and also I am waiting for getting DOA cert but its delayed.
                                    so overal, from 4th Aug to today (18th Aug) I have been waiting for a simple replacement followed by tech visit DOA etc..which is not satisfactory at all.
                                    Now I dont know what is the status of DOA as tech has not updated details in flipkart portal and I am unable to check in Asus portal so had to ask chat support to escalate and get realtime update which is again not user friendly one. SO overall the process is not good, overall time taken for tech visit +DOA is also quite not good and no update on the status of the RMA ID via SMS/Email is also one of the things should be improved keeping customer visibility as I deserve the right to know the exact status of each steps.

                                    Flipkart still insiting me wait till 19th August and mentioning I might get replacement or Refund .
                                    I did not ask for refund as the product is out of stock and offer ended and not available on the same price now.

                                    I am closing it but Flipkart did not give replacement but refunded the amount and informed seller informed that item is not in stock which was white lie. The product was still available at that time and was being sold at higher price so the reason for cancellation of replacement was crystal clear

                                    Raised Grivence but no action taken but want to talk to me first rather taking action and update me . So grivence service is also worst. Moreover they created another ticket and mentioned resolution date as 22 August. Wow such a worst demo when I am already pissed of by waiting from 4th aug to 19 aug with no resolution. And I am following up with Asus to things get done rather Flipkart though it's their duty to get follow up, fulfill replacement within given timeline

                                      I've ordered a phone from Flipkart on Friday, it showed out of delivery on Saturday, delivery agent confirmed that order will be delivered but till 9 PM there was no communication so I connected again with delivery agent (10-15) times. He did not responded. Then I cancelled the order.

                                      Again I ordered the same phone on monday and they supposed to deliver by Wednesday. Product went out of delivery, delivery agent also confirmed that it'll be delivered but the same story repeated. Delivery guys do not receive any calls and status gets changes by 10 PM automatically.

                                      This is been done thrice with me and this is not acceptable.
                                      I tried calling Flipkart customer care but they have no clue about delivery and they just run the script which they have. And inform me same things which I already know and already see on the portal.

                                      Delivery should be done on the commited day. One time problem is understood but this is been the pattern of Flipkart. Please consider this as a sincere request or you'll loose your customer base.

                                        I have been purchasing goods from Flipkart since several years. I am a premium plus member. I recently purchased purchased a roti maker from Flipkart. This was my second roti maker. But I am utterly disappointed by the service of the roti maker. Primarily, the roti maker lacks safety measures like ISI mark.
                                        Secondly, the finishing of the chapatti is very pathetic.
                                        I want to return this product and get the refund. But unfortunately, there is no refund option. Only replacement option is there.
                                        Despite complaining several times to the Flipkart executive they are arranging replacement for my product.
                                        I told them that I want refund but then also they are doing replacement. If the product is intact with price tags and original packaging, I don't understand why the seller is denying refund. Will the product get ISI mark after replacement?Why will I take the same product again which is full of cons.
                                        Despite complaining thrice, no action is taken yet. I am really disappointed by the service provided by Flipkart to its plus members. I swear that I won't order anything from Flipkart in the future if Flipkart doesn't address my problem immediately.
                                        I shall be grateful if Flipkart arranges some provision for refund .
