My product amounting to rupees 75k is still not delivered by Flipkart and their logistics partner ekart..it has been 10dats they are continuously delaying the delivery ...the agent is out for delivery for so many days .the delivery agent is not picking up the calls..ekart agent is always busy...he might have switched the product with a duplicate one .pls help.

    We called delivery agent on the date on which delivery of package was scheduled. We tried to call that delivery agent 5 - 10 times but call was not picked up by delivery agent. This is really worst experience faced by us.

      Sir, I had received a pay later amount of 50000 from flipkart, from which I had ordered a phone on flipkart on 2nd August, the price of which was 61999. For which I paid 50000 pay later EMI, remaining 11999 I did through upi, my order was canceled without any reason after reaching my nearest hub. I ordered the same phone from back on 4th August with the same process which was supposed to be delivered on 6th august but was canceled again on 6th august. After canceling my amount which i got back in flipkart pay later i am not able to use that amount as soon as i am going to payment page there i am not getting option to use 50000 only i have to use 8000 option is coming. Please give me the option to use 50000 which is my flipkart pay later emi amount so that I can purchase my phone. i tried to contact flipkart & idfc bank many times but nobody will cooparte properly with me whenever i try to explain my issue they cuts my call please try to resolve the issue that i can again use my pay later

          Reg the same order the unit first delivered having software issue i've raised a replacement for the same replacement unit delivered but it found damaged glass broken, delivery boy only evaluated the return unit not the new replacement unit, then after contacting him he said raise a return request for the same, i've done the same it also got approved by seller end, but now ekart pickup team not accepting order and saying if they pickup the product they will get penalty for the same and for this reason they have cancelled the return request 9 times
          i'm facing this issue from almost one month,

            I ordered a shoe Order ID - OD[protected] on flipkart on 3rd aug delivery date it showed was 6aug, however they were not delivered I called flipkart centre and they told me it shall be delivered by 9 aug and delivery date was revised to 9aug now again it is not delivered and help centre has no idea were the product is, on order tracking they are simply updating the movement from Bengaluru to Malur and then back to Bengaluru with no idea of product this is the worse service I have ever seen

                I have created flipkart account more than 5 years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number. but email linked with flipkart available with me...

                The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                  My expected date of delivery was the 6th of August. It's been the 9th of August. It has been delayed by 4 days. The product is just 2 minutes away from my home in ekart hub. They don't want to deliver my product even after my home is 2 minutes away. Every time the product is rescheduled by the delivery guy to the next date. Even after showing out of delivery after 100 calls to the delivery guy he cuts my calls and stays busy on another call. And after 7 pm he reschedules it. This is happening for 4 days.

                  I never get a call from the delivery guy neither he picks up mine, and just rescued it to next day. As proof, I have a screenshot that I have called more than 100 times but he seems busy all time cutting my phone.

                  Even after taking multiple support from Flipkart they don't even have access to ask the ekart about my issue. The delivery guy is playing with my time and I seem to be helpless as support has only 1 answer due to some reason it has reusable. I am telling them that the delivery guy is not behaving right and last time the delivery guy was very rude to my mom and he said bad words to my mom. I personally think he is the same guy that's why he is skipping all my products now.

                  I Respect Flipkart for shipping the product on time but tell the ekart company to look after my issue

                    Recently I purchased some items (oppo encho buds, Bajaj mixer and ifb oven) I have some complaints regarding those items. They send used product (oppo earbuds) and at the time of oven purchase they were showing demo and installation will be provided but now customer care executive saying you didn’t purchase with demo. I talk to customer care many times regarding my complaint but they are doing nothing so after that I write my experience in review but Flipkart blocked my reviews. I am feeling helpless neither Flipkart solving my problem nor allow to write my views

                      My issue revolves around updating my registered mobile number on my Flipkart account. I initially created my Flipkart account using an email address and did not have a registered mobile number associated with it. The situation changed when I acquired the Flipkart Axis Bank credit card, prompting me to request the addition of my mobile number to the account.

                      The challenge I am facing is that I am unable to change my mobile number on the Flipkart account. The existing mobile number associated with my account is a company number from my previous workplace. Since I have left that job, I no longer have access to the company number and cannot receive any OTPs or verification codes sent to it.

                          I orderd prarthna dhoop combo pack of 2, it should have come in box with the quantity of 400 grms, as there is no return policy seller cheated and sent me 30 % of quantity without box and broken,

                          i complained to flipkart, that had no action for a week, finally i complained here on consumer complains, i am happy that flipkart did action because of you, so they raised replacement.

                          seller sent me replacement but still he did cheating the quantity he sent me was 130gm and without box, however i weighted the package and took the picture of weight and return it to delivery boy. means i did not accept replacement as the quantity and packing was again a lie.

                            Because no one was at home so I paid COD order before delivery in flipkart via paytm UPI, but when order arrived delivery boy said that no payment was showing and Amount showing while delivery, I was also provided an OTP to receive product but delivery agent didnt ask because payment was not showing so I have to pay again to get the product, Flipkart Order ID -OD[protected], 1st payment method UPI ref[protected], 2nd payment- COD, please look into this

                                Dear sir,
                                The product are delivered without quality check and the user manual, warranty card, remote and aux cable which are usually provided in a cover packet is missing in the soundbar package. I contacted the customer support and Given request to return for replacement I was been informed it will be exchange only if the company approves
                                but it is right how can I use the soundbar without remote and aux cable which are missing in the package of the received product.
                                It is the fault of the packaging team why should customer suffer due to some one else negligence please look into the same and resolve the query.

                                  On 8th August, i saw Realme c55 on the flipkart app and wanted to buy it. It showed that if i ordered within 15 mins, I can get the order delivered the next day. After i placed the order and paid for the order, it said that i have to wait 4 days now. i was well within the 15 minutes of countdown even after placing the order. i would like it if the order reaches me by the night of 9th august since i may not be at the place of delivery after the date.

                                    which now suddenly started having problems on 28 July 2023, went to Samsung Service Center to check, when the phone was checked, the activation date of the phone was 27 July 2022. so i am not getting warranty from samsung service center.                                       I have ordered some dress from flipkart on 2nd August and I received the orders which i was not placed as COD.The address and my contact details given are as same as of the one i give on flipkart.The miss use of my details has been happen from flipkart, the seller or the logistics team.My 598 rupees has lost and also now i feel that my personal details with flipkart has been compromised i also tried for a callback from flipkart by giving this details but unfortunately no one has contacted me till now even though 24 hours has finished for this serious issue.

                                        Dear Flipkart
                                        I have ordered Govo gosurround 900 sound bar on[protected] from Flipkart and it was delivered on[protected]. But when I opened the package the user manual, soundbar remote, warranty card, aux cable are missing in the box which are usually provided in package. I contacted the customer support and they said that they have raised a replacement of product for missing accessories but it still showing "pending for approval". The order was fulfilled by Retailnet limited. Please look into the issue and replace the product or provide the missing accessories as soon as possible. Without the accessories how can we control the soundbar. So, please help me with this issue.
