Hi team,

I have purchased a Lenovo IdeaPad flex 5i, was delivered to me on[protected], the seller on Flipkart goes by the name PETILANTE online but I have received an invoice from INDOSPIRIT PRIVATE Limited with wrong Serial number .

The serial number on the laptop is different then the serial number on the invoice provided .

More over the seller if F assured on Flipkart this means a badge of assurance for the products under this tag go through strict quality checks, then packaged and delivered to customer.

So please tell me how can this miss match happen.

And the invoice is not readily available on the app under the order section, which like all my previous products are available.

I have to request for the invoice from the customer support but to my dissatisfaction I was told the invoice will be shared in half and hour. This kept happening twice and the third time I was adamant for the invoice to be shared right there .
And to my dissatisfaction again I was given a invoice with the wrong serial number .

Well I have been having a thru and fro conversation with Flipkart customer but they are unable to find a solution..

So I would like the consumer forum to please help me out with solving this issue.

    I m praveen I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E flipkart lite explore plus. While i m using my phone i got one pop up and and i clicked on that website. Where is shows some offers like samsung smart tv which costs 32, 000 in market but their offer says the price of samsung smart tv for rs.599.

    I thought this is an amazing offer i will never get chance like this and i got excited and paid the amount of their requirement without reading the terms and conditions and after payment. They didn't. Provided any kind of reciept or order history.
    Sir now i apologies my fault please help me regarding this.

      I ordered the set o[censored]tensils from flipkart, which I received but I didn’t like that.
      So I created a return request for that and the pickup boy came and picked the item from address. But after that the return request got cancelled from their side, so I requested for a return again and since then there is no response.
      My money(₹3528) and the product both has gone and no body in flipcart is helping me to get my money back.
      Please help
      i have placed a complaint but there is no resolution.

        We have placed on order with flipkart on 12th aug, 2023 Order Id:OD[protected] through our HSBC card, But unfortunately the order was not placed but the amount got deducted from our Cr. card. After contacting flipkart customer care they confirmed that the amount is with them & it will be refunded back within 8 days. But one month have gone past & we are still awaiting for the refund. Upon contacting customer care again & again they just make fake promise that the amount will be refunded within next 7 or so days. But till now we have not received any refund. Kindly Look into the matter & do the needful

            I had purchase EMAMI-BORO PLUS LOTION from flipkart and the date of expiry was mentioned dec- 2024 (ORDER ID: OD[protected] with flipkart).
            upon delivery on[protected], the date of expiry on the product is Aug-2024 and due to no cancelation policy, I am unbale to raise a query on their site.
            So on the same day[protected] I mailed to [protected]@flipkart.com regarding the issue, because the expiry date is not the same as advertised and I need the SAME PRODUCT WITH THE EXPIRY DATE MENTIONED IN ADVERTISEMENT. but flipkart team has not yet reverted back to me.
            Kindly look into the matter.

            dissapointing service from flipkart, they themselves delayed to get back, and blamed me for the delay.
            My communication via mail is not considered as contacting them, and my issue is NOT resolved.
            QUITE DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS SERVICE.

              Account Blocked due to high returns

              I am a valuable Flipkart Plus Premium customer since years. I shopped many products
              on Flipkart. I am very well aware of Flipkart return policy. Infact I ordered products in large quantities for me and my family and friends in the September, October, November and December months of 2022. As I above mentioned that I ordered products in large quantities so several products that I received, had manufacture defects...

              I have purchased some groceries from flipkart on 7th sep the order id is OD[protected] the order was supposed to be deliverd on 8th sep 2023 i waited for extra 2 mode days but the order status was same shipping. I tried contacting customare care number they have escalated my issue and i was supposed to get the resolution before 12 sep 2023 but it didnt happend on 12 sep 2023 i got a call from flipkart department asking me for my bank account details for the refund. I asked them to refund the amount to the source account from which I have placed an order yes they give me only 2 options either give me my bank account information or they will refund my money as a flipkart gift card. After going through all the difficulties how can I agree to get refund as a flipkart gift card, and about the bank details legally I can’t provide the bank account details to anyone. The call center agent will say that he will arrange a call back from his senior but it’s useless no one called me but i got a message saying they tried contacting me on my number about my order id and asked me to callback on this number [protected] again the same story starts only 2 options of refund or offering a senior call back its been 7 days i have already ran out of my groceries need yet my order is not delivered nor the refund is initiated.

                To refund money

                I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E flipkart lite explore plus. While i m using my Facebook I show some offers in kids items. I ordered two items for rs 1089.

                As I have trust on Flipkart i paid the amount of their requirement without reading the terms and conditions and after payment They didn't Provided any kind of receipt or order history.
                Sir now i apologies my fault please help me regarding this and refund...

                I thought this is an amazing offer from real Flipkart as I always use to buy the things and i paid the amount of their requirement of these two items i.e rs 1089 without reading the terms and conditions as I trust to Flipkart and after payment they didn't Provided any kind of receipt or order history.
                Sir now i apologies my fault please help me regarding this and please refund my money as I earn the money very hardly. Thank you🙏

                      'Your Flipkart Paylater account is blocked due to non-adherence to Paylater or EMI policies.'

                      This is the message shown on my Flipkart account Pay Later session.

                      This issue has been happening since the beginning of this month.

                      I had paid my August bills before the bill generation, i.e., on August 31, 2023.

                      Later, this issue will be shown on my account.

                      I have already contacted the IDFC customer support team twice regarding this. They said that there is no block on my loan account on the IDFC side. Again, I contacted the Flipkart customer support team more than three times regarding the same, and they said that they couldn't see any block in my account on their end. They can see the credit limit, KYC status, and all that. and I already reinstalled the app and tried again, but it seems the same as before.

                      In FK support team said that it might be any technical error .
                      Plz help me to resolve this issue.

                        I ordered one kitchen chimney on 5th August 2023 with model name: "Elica EFL 108 HAC LTW VMS 90 Auto Clean Wall Mounted Chimney (Black 1350 CMH)" for price of Rs, 23, 715.(pls. see attached original invoice) Order id is OD[protected].

                        But I received totally different model with model number "ELICA EFL 207 HAC LTW VMS 60". (pls. see attached photos of delivery box labels with actual model number and invoice that I received ) In the attached photos you can clearly see that I have received the wrong product.Now when I contacted your customer care support today 2 times they told me that I cant return the product to you as I have missed the return period from date of delivery of 7 days to retrun the product.
                        But, my question is why should I take a wrong model delivered product even if I raised the concern after 7 days delivery period. So, I want to return this wrong product delivered and send me correct product otherwise I will be bound to file a legal case in consumer court.
                        I request you to send the original ordered product otherwise please take this mail as legal notice and I will proceed with legal case for the fraud that you have done with me.

                          My Flipkart gift voucher worth 5000 expired just 1 hour ago.. oli was in medical emergency .. so I forgot to use this gift voucher. I contacted Flipkart customer cary they said we cannot extend validity of gift voucher. I need only 1 day I'll use. Please help it's big amount for me.

                                My name is priyanka and i have been using flipkart account my mobile number [protected]. I recently ordered a purepet adult dog food 9 kg from flipkart but received a wrong item instead a 1 kg dog biscuits packet. I informed flipkart about my problem and they assured me that i will be helped. So one of the executive created a return request on my behalf and told me to wait for 72 hours for return pick up. I was okay with it and patiently waited for the given timeline. But on the very same day of pick up they cancelled my return request on their own without informing me. I again contacted their team, they told me that due to some technical issues we are not able to accomodate your return request and had cancelled it. I contacted them several times but every time a new incident is created by the customer care and is closed by them on their own without any update given to me. From last fifteen days i am calling them again and again for a resolution but customer care team just don't care, they don't even listen and say we already have a complaint registered wait for next 24 hours. By doing so again and again they have wasted my fifteen days. I never expected this type of service by flipkart. It is really very sad that you are asking for help again and again on your own but no one from flipkart pays attention as if they don't even bother. I am attaching the images of the product i received along with the image of original product with order id. Please do the needful in my case and help me with the return and refund of wrong product i received. Regards.

                                with Base Drawer without Base Drawer
                                Color: Camellia Blue Color: Saffron Red
                                Model No.RR20C1824CU/HL Model No. RR20C1723R8/HL
                                Invoice i received for 4 star Fridge but product i received for 3 star fridge (you can see on tax invoice with same Customer Name printed in box, image also)
                                MRP: 22, 999/- MRP: 19, 999/-

                                I informed flipkart several time from 05 march 2024 about my problem and they said that i no your problem but we are helpless because delivery man intact that he was delivered right items.

                                So more than 7-8 time the executive created a return request on my behalf and told me to wait for 72 hours for return pick up. I was okay with it and patiently waited for the given timeline. But on the very same day of pick up they cancelled my return request on their own by massaging that the that issue resolved by troubleshooting or return cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed delivery of the order with the product being intact.
                                i am calling them many time for a resolution but customer care team just don't care, they don't even listen and say we already have a complaint registered wait for next 24 hours. By doing so again and again they have wasted my 28 days. I never expected this type of service by flipkart. It is really very sad that you are asking for help again and again on your own but no one from flipkart pays attention as if they don't even bother. I am attaching the images of the product i received along with the image of original product with order id. Please do the needful in my case and help me with the return and refund of wrong product i received.
