Hi, i just order a maternity pillow on august 11 and its delivery date is updated by flipkart is 18 th of august, they not delivery the product by the date and changed the date to 21 of august, i give the office addres and updated the delivery time between 6 pm but the delivery boy call at 7 .45 pm on 21st they again changed the date of delivery within two days, i am connect with the flipkart they said will be updated within in 26 th of august, delivery agent again called on 23 rd after 6 pm do not delivery the product, i just tried with flipkart customer care they again changed the date to 28th of august, and after call with customer care they are cancel my oredr without my permission and refund the amount within an hour i am not placed the order to cancel i am waiting to receive the till 24 th i just want the reason of cancellation of the product without my permission

    I am a Flipkart plus customer but some days I am unable to use Flipkart Paylater. Although I have sanctioned Rs.50000 by Flipkart and associated with IDFC First Bank. Calling customer support but they are saying all are ok and account is active.

        I ordered a product a product one month before, flipkart send a defeated product I raised a return request immediately, last one month I am following but not yet they picked up my return

          I got ₹500 Flipkart Gift Card on August 29, 2023 which I am not able to add my wallet. I am getting this error, "This card belongs to a wallet and direct transactions are not allowed on this card." I've contacted Flipkart customer support many times but they aren't solving my problem. They are only saying we can't see your gift card. I have no such information. It's 4 days now and seems they don't even want to solve my problem.

            I paid my payment which I purchased through Flipkart paylater and the payment already paid through the partner bank idfc..the amount paid since 1 months but the flipkart continuously harrassing me and repeated called me regularly.

              I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E flipkart lite explore plus. While i m using my phone i got one pop up and and i clicked on that website. Where is shows some offers like OnePlus 55 inches Y series 4k ultra hd which costs 17000 in market but their offer says the price of OnePlus 55 inches Y series 4k ultra hd for rs.499

              I thought this is an amazing offer i will never get chance like this and i got excited and paid the amount of their requirement without reading the terms and conditions and after payment. They didn't. Provided any kind of reciept or order history.
              Sir now i apologies my fault please help me regarding this.

                  I have purchased a Lenovo yoga duet 7i from flipkart on 26th August 2023. There was no option to give the GST details. I have contacted them several times after that and they have told me that it depends on the seller if he wants to give the input credit or not. This is obviously in violation of law and i believe that immediate and strict action needs to be taken about it.

                    My order was about to deliver on 27 August and today is 1 sep still my order is not received. it was gift for my sister for rakshabandhan. When I checked tracking of Ekar logistics it's shows unsuccessful attempt no response from customer. but I didn't received any of the call or update of order from any delivery agent.. last time also my same order was delayed and then canceled.such a pathetic service from flipkart and ekart logistic

                      I ordered a watch, then due to some issues I created a return request and on 24 August, my product is picked-up by a delivery boy and he cancelled my request instead o[censored]pdating, on 25 August by saying product mismatched.

                      Then I ask for help from the customer service, they are saying that product is not picked-up, they can't help.

                      This is a mistake of delivery boy, he cheated, please take any action for this fraud.

                        i am a flipkart long term customer, dr r aashish
                        i have bought a mobile phone (redmi k50i) via exchange offer for my old phone (redmi note 8 pro) on 11.08.23, order id od[protected]
                        my new phone was delivered on 11th of august 2023 after paying the full amount for exchange for my old phone which was announced in my flipkart account on 21st of august 2023 but a delivery partner called me on 18th for exchange of my old phone, i told him that the promised date was on 21st, so my phone my is at home and i was at my work and he said he will come tomorrow for the pick up. In next few mins i receive a message from flipkart saying my exchange for old phone is cancelled. I made a contact to customer service and they promised to sought out the issue by 21th august 2023, nothing happened, made a contact to customer service again, they promised to sought out before 25th august 2023, nothing happened, contacted customer service again, this time they were saying to sell phone via flipkart, which was not promised during the sale of my new phone and again i contacted customer service, they said they will sought out the issue before 31st, nothing happened. As you can see a honest customer is being harassed and i would like to take things legally from here. I want my old phone to be picked up and promised money to be credited as early as possible as promised by flipkart. Kindly do the needful !

                            I have ordered HP Printer 2723 but they delivered 2331, compare to both the 2311 model is cheaper than 2723 and they are not accepting to refund or replace my item. This is not acceptable.

                              I recently purchased SONY X70L 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Google TV (KD-43X70L) through Flipkart 22 August 2023. They Delivered the product on 24 August 2023. And provide installation date on 26 August 2023 but due to some issue Technician could not reach on 26th. he came on 27th and open the TV box and found the product was wrong and damaged. So, he could not install the Tv and moved from my home and asked raise case with Flipkart.

                              I called the customer care[protected] and asked for refund we got the reply sure sir will raise the refund and very soon will pick up the product but after few hours got message please share the picture within 48 hrs. otherwise your request will be rejected, I shared the pics and call the customer care whether these pics are received or not they said it’s ok.
                              But after some time got the message, your request has refused not sure why. And again I called customer and they said we will raise the new request.

                              Need refund or replacement of my order.

                              I am not sure whether Flipkart and seller has good intention of selling the correct product. I am really feeling depressed and emotionally harassed by Flipkart and its fraud seller.

                                  I ordered a weight plate worth rs859 but the seller delivered me dumbells (Wrong Product). Return policy was supposed to end on 6th Aug and i created a replacement request on 4th Aug. After few days, the seller canceled the replacement request. I called the flipkart support team and they created another replacement request. This request was also canceled by the seller on 14th Aug. I called the flipkart support again and the created one more replacement request which the seller canceled again on 21st Aug. Now flipkart is refusing to help me on this regard. They have wasted my time and my patience.

                                    Flipkart is delaying to replace a defective product (SAMSUNG Crystal 4K 138 cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Tizen TV (UA55AUE60AKLXL) from 16th Aug 2023 to till date (30 Aug).

                                    Order ID : OD[protected]
                                    Purchase date: 5th Aug
                                    Order delivered: 11th Aug
                                    Return request date : 16th Aug
                                    Replacement ID:[protected]
                                    Service order from service center: [protected]
                                    Seller: Tech-Connect Retail Private Limited

                                    Summary:

                                    I got the product delivered on 11th Aug and during the installation process it was found that there was backlight display error due which there were dots and lines on the screen. I placed a return request on 16th Aug and the expected delivery date was Sep 6. But on 28th of Aug it a message stating that the replacement request has been cancelled due to not submission of job sheet provided by the service provider. For the record I uploaded the job sheet on 24th of Aug as soon as I received the request. When i questioned about them they said it was due to some error and I was asked to wait for one week for the resolution. On 30th I got a reply stating that "The product delivered to you has crossed the seller's replacement period" which was irrelevant as I raised a request before the replacement policy date. First of all there are making a delay by providing a replacement and later stating that the policy is expired. Also in the account, it is showing that the replacement was cancelled as the issue was resolved by troubleshooting. There was not troubleshooting from their end they just making up stories to make a delay in replacement.

                                    Either a replacement has to be made or else money has to be refunded. Its been nearly 19 days since product was delivered which I am not able to use.
