My order was not delivered and was told to do a new order. There was price difference and so flipkart assured me of refunding back difference amount in gift card which they said will takes minutes after product gets delivered. I accepted as they said in bank account it would take a longer time. Its been 3 days my product has been delivered and yet not received my refund of Rs 8, 250. Contacted customer care team mutiple times and even on twitter and they are not taking it seriously. Please help kindly.

    I saw a problem to technician they said that we forwerd your feedback to flipcart and then flipcart rejected my request ... i asked flipcart customer care.. he said that technician was saying that they resolved my issue no one is doing anything

      I have ordered "Faber Hood Primus Plus Energy" chimney. However, I received "Faber Hood Primus Energy". I realised this when Chimney got installed. Now, when I am complainting it to Flipkart customer care about replacement, they are saying, since I got installed it from other vendor my replacement warranty got expired. Flipkart & Seller are fooling people on sake of online-sale. Don't buy any product form Flipkart special some costly product.

        I have ordered cousin set of 5 and bolder set of 2 from Flipkart and I have paid for these product threw debit card and when I received the product only bolder set of 2 is delivered but cousin set of 5 is not delivered to me and my order status is showing delivered, so I instantly call to the customer service and explain all the issues and they said we will solve your issue by 30 Oct and it's now 2 Nov my refund is rejected 3 times and still I'm calling customer care and they are saying wait for 72 hour every time. The cousin set of 5 is worth amount Rs.549 and my refund is not transferred to me.

          I had a flight booking in the month of April but due to lock down it got cancelled. I have informed flip kart travel about it on 3rd October, they called me took all my details again and again but yet I have not received my refund . Today its 2nd of November . My booking Id is FF[protected]. Please help me out to get my refund.

            They blocked my flipkart account and giving me a generalised and standard copy paste reply that since last three times that rhere is some payment irregularity from my end. Kindly review the decision or point out the specific flaw that u have found in my payment pattern.

            I personally think that all the orders made through flipkart were prepaid and in compliance of rbi and banking rules..
            Since last 12 months, i m ordering grocery items worth 5 to 7 thousand per month

            Since last week was big billion day event, i ordered electronic items worth 10 to 15 thousand... All orders were prepaid and made with my credit card.. There can be nothing wrong that flipkart is pointing to..

                  Item not delivered on 22nd oct. Then they said it will be delivered on 24. But not. After tat they said problem will be solved on 27. Then they Just extended the date from 22 to 24, 24 to 27, 27 to 31, now 31 to 2. Nothing has been done by them till now. Just they wasted my time by giving ths worthless response. Without solving anything when tat date reached they changed tat subject into “problem has been resolved” wat is tis. I ordered through credit card. No proper response just they replied with computerised message and extending time period without solution resolved. But it’s show problem resolved

                  After extended issue resolved date from 22, 24, 27, 31, 2, 3, after tat without date it’s shows issue will be resolved soon. But nothing resolved but urself changed on tat all dates issue resolved.
                  After crossing 2 weeks of delivery date by making many calls to customer care and writing many mails, yesterday that is on nov 3 only I got a call from ur customer that seller accepted tat fault.. they ready to refund amount.. they ready to send item to same amount which I order when I reorder through the same seller.. and it will be updated in my order within 24 hours. But nothing changed as like before. That’s why I mailed u again. Now in mail u replied that product will reach me as soon as possible. It’s delayed due to unforeseen courier service
                  Always just reply something for a message and u itself changed issue resolved. Just fake fake fake fake fake fake updates.
                  Now ur mail reply today is right or ur customer care reply yesterday that’s is refund processed within 24 hrs as received to u from the seller side with reference no IN[protected] is right.
                  Not make me much more tensioned by just reply something. I have all ur reply. Don’t make it much more complicated. Check properly and reply me after verified fully.

                      The product which was ordered and paid for on 16th October was packed and shipped on 19th October but has not yet been delivered. Several calls made to Flipkart have failed to resolve the matter.
                      It has been a very frustrating experience and Flipkart needs to be punished for such irresponsible business practices which are condemned.

                      5 calls to Flipkart Customer Support Executives today and persistent follow up failed to resolve the matter. The Customer Support Executives were absolutely helpless and would only read out a standard non-commital reply, like a parrot.
                      The saga of agony continues with no end in sight.

                        I had ordered laptop asus vivobook 14 on big billion day sale on 19th October already it told expected delivery date is 1 Nov that is 2 weeks now today they are saying they will deliver by 9th nov which is next Monday. I am sorry I can't wait that much even the app doesn't let me chat and when some customer executive calls me I can't hear him/her and then I receive an sms that I couldn't be in touch and I should call again on the toll free number. What is this ? I have already waited 2 weeks and now you're telling me to wait for another week? I am sorry not possible from my side. Please look into the matter

                          I have request return to flipkart for my order the shop has rejected it then I have contacted flipkart customer support service they said you want replacement or refund I choose for replacement they when I went to check the replacement status I have been blocked on Flipkart then later when I contacted flipkart customer support they said it will be solved by 31st October but it was not solved when I tried to contact them again they said we can't help u because yours account is blocked, my order are all pending they are not giving me information aswell kindly help me to get my account back and enjoy shopping please

                              I have requested to return my product on Flipkart, but the shop has rejected my return request so I contact flipkart customer support they had asked me return or replacement I said replacement and when I went check the replacement status my flipkart account has been blocked without any proper information when I contacted flipkart customer support they said it will be solved by 31st October but now I am trying to contact them they said we can't help u it has been blocked and they are not providing any information to me of my order Kindly solve my problem please help me out my order has been pending without any information please help me.

                                I have ordered on flipkart through flipkart pay later a total amount of rs. 2232 and i have paid this amount from sbi debit card on 15th october. Then after some days i have cancelled a product amount of rs. 405. And then I have ordered 4 products total amount of 969. But rs. 405 didn't refunded in my flipkart pay later wallet neither my sbi debit card. And flipkart pay later show amount of 405 have refunded to you. And flipkart pay later shows you will have to pay rs. 969 by 5 nov. Please check where will be the fraud of rs. 405. It's a scam. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                Rs. 405 should be subtract from rs. 969 which i had cancelled the product and i'll have to pay total amount of 564. but it didn't happened.

                                Flipkart didn't give me a proper reason about this issue. Flipkart didn't have enough information. There is a big fault under the flipkart but they don't accept it.

                                  The wrost services provided by an e-commerce platform is Flipkart.
                                  For them customer won't matter only there false promises matter.

                                  The delivery date of order is 24th of October, which has been rescheduled to 1st of Nov. From 25th of October till 1st of Nov, I'm following up with flipkart executive on regular basis for its delivery but the answer I get is that we will get this product delivered asap. Now as on 1 st Nov, they are saying ki if it will not be delivered by today 7 pm we will try to deliver by nxt day means the reschedule date is also don't matter to them. I'm just surprised that after so much followup there is no action from your team to get it delivered by the reschedule date. Also when we say that I will not buy any product from flipkart and will lodge a complaint to consumer court, then they simply say ki sir you can do that. Bcoz For flipkart customer is useles.
                                  I promise to.flipkart not to buy any product from flipkart in future.

                                    Vide order ID OD[protected] dated 16.10.2020 order was placed for Pigeon easy mop deluxe model with stainless steel spinner from flipkart having retailnet seller which is flipkart own brand. However the order which was delivered on 29.10.2020 was a totally different model I.e pigeon cleaning mop lx model which is a lower model and has plastic spinner. When the flipkart customer care was contacted, the customer was harassed like anything and the call was kept on hold for several minutes in the same of issue being escalated but in vain. The flipkart team totally denied the replacement for the product which was a different one from the ordered one. The issue wasted my precious time and energy and i want a logical explanation and apology in this regard. The product which is shown at a certain price during any sale shall be delivered and not cancelled or changed with a different product as the seller wishes. The prepaid amount was kept with the seller for many days and this a pure case of deliberate misconduct and unethical buisness practice. I want a replacement for the product or the difference amount of the product delivered and the actual price of the product.

                                    The complaint was not regarding the refund but the deliberate intention of delivering a different product wrt what is shown in the order page. I asked for logical explanation for what was the issue in providing the replacement of the product which was ordered against the wrongly delivered one? The product was available with the flipkart owned seller Retailnet, but they denied the delivery of the product which was ordered.

                                      Flipkart promised to give 100 supercoins with my order by 24 October 2020 but they did not do so till now. I planned on buying rs 5000 coupon with my supercoins but they did not credit my supercoins on time and discontinued the 5000 rs coupon.They dtill not have credited my supercoins till date.I hope you would help me.
