I have request return to flipkart for my order the shop has rejected it then I have contacted flipkart customer support service they said you want replacement or refund I choose for replacement they when I went to check the replacement status I have been blocked on Flipkart then later when I contacted flipkart customer support they said it will be solved by 31st October but it was not solved when I tried to contact them again they said we can't help u because yours account is blocked, my order are all pending they are not giving me information aswell kindly help me to get my account back and enjoy shopping please

      I have requested to return my product on Flipkart, but the shop has rejected my return request so I contact flipkart customer support they had asked me return or replacement I said replacement and when I went check the replacement status my flipkart account has been blocked without any proper information when I contacted flipkart customer support they said it will be solved by 31st October but now I am trying to contact them they said we can't help u it has been blocked and they are not providing any information to me of my order Kindly solve my problem please help me out my order has been pending without any information please help me.

        I have ordered on flipkart through flipkart pay later a total amount of rs. 2232 and i have paid this amount from sbi debit card on 15th october. Then after some days i have cancelled a product amount of rs. 405. And then I have ordered 4 products total amount of 969. But rs. 405 didn't refunded in my flipkart pay later wallet neither my sbi debit card. And flipkart pay later show amount of 405 have refunded to you. And flipkart pay later shows you will have to pay rs. 969 by 5 nov. Please check where will be the fraud of rs. 405. It's a scam. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

        Rs. 405 should be subtract from rs. 969 which i had cancelled the product and i'll have to pay total amount of 564. but it didn't happened.

        Flipkart didn't give me a proper reason about this issue. Flipkart didn't have enough information. There is a big fault under the flipkart but they don't accept it.

        No, it's not right. Rs 405/- didn't refund in flipkart pay later. I have checked ny account several times. But there is no refund from flipkart or bank.

          The wrost services provided by an e-commerce platform is Flipkart.
          For them customer won't matter only there false promises matter.

          The delivery date of order is 24th of October, which has been rescheduled to 1st of Nov. From 25th of October till 1st of Nov, I'm following up with flipkart executive on regular basis for its delivery but the answer I get is that we will get this product delivered asap. Now as on 1 st Nov, they are saying ki if it will not be delivered by today 7 pm we will try to deliver by nxt day means the reschedule date is also don't matter to them. I'm just surprised that after so much followup there is no action from your team to get it delivered by the reschedule date. Also when we say that I will not buy any product from flipkart and will lodge a complaint to consumer court, then they simply say ki sir you can do that. Bcoz For flipkart customer is useles.
          I promise to.flipkart not to buy any product from flipkart in future.

            Vide order ID OD[protected] dated 16.10.2020 order was placed for Pigeon easy mop deluxe model with stainless steel spinner from flipkart having retailnet seller which is flipkart own brand. However the order which was delivered on 29.10.2020 was a totally different model I.e pigeon cleaning mop lx model which is a lower model and has plastic spinner. When the flipkart customer care was contacted, the customer was harassed like anything and the call was kept on hold for several minutes in the same of issue being escalated but in vain. The flipkart team totally denied the replacement for the product which was a different one from the ordered one. The issue wasted my precious time and energy and i want a logical explanation and apology in this regard. The product which is shown at a certain price during any sale shall be delivered and not cancelled or changed with a different product as the seller wishes. The prepaid amount was kept with the seller for many days and this a pure case of deliberate misconduct and unethical buisness practice. I want a replacement for the product or the difference amount of the product delivered and the actual price of the product.

            The complaint was not regarding the refund but the deliberate intention of delivering a different product wrt what is shown in the order page. I asked for logical explanation for what was the issue in providing the replacement of the product which was ordered against the wrongly delivered one? The product was available with the flipkart owned seller Retailnet, but they denied the delivery of the product which was ordered.

              Flipkart promised to give 100 supercoins with my order by 24 October 2020 but they did not do so till now. I planned on buying rs 5000 coupon with my supercoins but they did not credit my supercoins on time and discontinued the 5000 rs coupon.They dtill not have credited my supercoins till date.I hope you would help me.

                    I ordered one acer laptop for my studies on 16th october and the promise date of delivery was 22nd october and then on 22nd i made a call to flipkart and then they said your promise date is 29th october and on 29th again i called and then they said the date 3rd november and i already paid the payment and my order is not packed by the seller yet its been 17 days.

                        I ordered Butterfly Rapid 4 Jar 750 watts 750 W Juicer Mixer Grinder in billion day 2020 with offer price 2349.00 and I got notification for out for delivery 3 time and I connected with wishmaster 3 time but he responded bthat he was not going to door delivery and he updated status as customer rejected delivery. I compliment 3 times in flipkar customer care I did not get any resolution and finally my order was cancelled. Now that product orice is increased because I purchased this in billion day now who is responsible for this flipkar or ekart courior partner. I wnat this product in same price but Flipkart care telling it's not possible.

                        Flipkart delivery is very poor.

                            "Flipkart wastes customer time and makes fools. This is the 2nd time when my experience was bad ." I have raised a return request for my product iQOO 3 (Tornado Black, 128 GB) (8 GB RAM) as I got a used product and not working on 28th but they said it will be replaced first by 31st oct. and now October passed and there is no update and my product did not pick. yet When I tried to contact customer care they told me I will get a call back. What I am getting is a message that my number is not reachable despite my mobile number being reachable.

                            I am wondering why my replacement request did not get fulfilled on 31st October when it was mentioned. Now what I am seeing is my order list showing that your issue is resolved .

                            How is it possible without asking the customer how you can close my ticket. ?

                            I had to travel on 2nd November now i have to cancel my travel plan due to you people's cheap service.

                            Still there is no answer from Flipkart customer service staff that when my product will get pickup and replaced. I want to get my product picked up as early as possible before 2nd November.

                            Replacement Accepted Replacement ID:[protected] . Kindly escalate my concern on high priority.

                              I booked a redmi note 8 mobile on a Diwali offer at the discount of 6000rs from axis bank debit card.order is dispatched and completed 3 days.. on 4th day my order cancelled automatically and I called the flipkart executive regarding this issue they told me that item is out of stock that's why order will be cancelled and disconnect the call .. I return called to them and then they told that seller was not ready to sent you item . I have all screenshots they only gave the offer and they know its booked in offer they know all are right but they are liers if they are unable to give product in offer why this all show big billion day, diwali sale etc these all are name shake? If the product is really out of stock we unable to place a order then how the order will placed? If they don't have product, technically fault they take a order then the total product amount including discount amount need to refund me if they really doing their job. It's not right to refund only paid amount ineed total product price or need my product any way

                                I have ordered an item in flipkart with the applied offers on 29th October and cancelled the order on 31st October with out any information and saying place order again. Now the price of the product is increased and offers are also not applying. I am getting nearly 7000 price difference from when I placed the order to the current price.Please find the below images.

                                  Here one more issue is going on my exchange mobile, previously at booking time my exchange value is 7050, at delivery time the value is changed to 4750, my phone is totally good, at least as flipkart terms I have to get 6000 ruppes but flipkart only given 4750. This is absolutely froad.
