Return product has been picked up by flipkart agent on nov 4 th 2020 from me . i called to flipkart customer care and they said that transaction has been completed from their end and shared the reference number .if you havent received amount please contact bank. further i contacted bank and they informed me that there is no information regarding that mentioned reference number.

whenever i am contacting flipkart customer care, they are informing me to contact bank.

    I have cancelled my three orders Order ID OD[protected] of amount 2049 which i have ordered yesterday simultaneously.immediately after i have ordered i have cancelled my all three product within 20 min..flipkart has initiated my refund and i got a msg on my mail that the money is sucessfully refunded to my bank account but till now i have not received any refund amount in my bank account i have also called to banks customer care they have said that no refund has been intiated by flipkart...

    I have called to bank they have said that they cant track my refund with refund id that you have given to me...i kindly request you to give my refund...in my bank account within 24 hours..

      Order a Product on 17th Oct 2020. Was promised a delivery by 5th Nov 2020 but it is not yet delivered. Have contacted the customer services several times but they have no update on why the delivery is delayed. They advised me to wait for a few days for the complaint to be resolved.

        Hi Team,

        I have ordered (OD[protected] one phone
        OPPO A9 2020 (Space Purple, 128 GB) in flipkart website on 15th October 2020 and received defected piece from seller (XONIGHT E-Commerce) so am not satisfied with that phone. I requested refund amount but they rejected simply without discussion with me. I expected call from flipkart and try to solve my problem but without solving my problem they rejected my request as well as refund amount but at least am expecting replace my phone but they didn't do. Still am not satisfy with this current phone and flipkart says they will not help us this type of issues. Means flipkart is not encouraging trusted vendors in website they are cheating the customers. Flipkart need to support the customer until he should satisfy with the product. I told to flipkart if you will not support I will raise the complaint on consumer form they didn't listen my words.

          Plzz sir help me i have order a product on big billion day product is iPhone se 128 gb order id hain OD[protected] and sir flipkart box was ohk but sir brand box was tampered and i have not got the phone when this problem i discuss with flipkart executive they disconnected the call and sir i dont know sir they what do with my account my account was currently block by flipkart and sir they mail me that due to unusual highly requested of return they blocked my account and i couldn't able to login with my account plz sir help me with this they have created a fake reason that and sir it was my first order with my account and they are not provided proper response plz sir help me and plz resolve my account and my email id on flipkart is [protected]@gmail.com plz sir help me and sir i have the unboxing video of the phone with wishmaster plz sir help me.               My Desirable Resolution: I want the Replacement of this TV with NEW ONE(which have no display issue).
              I've ordered a Sony Bravia 43X7002G tv at 36, 999rs on 17th October 2020 and it got delivered on 2nd November but It has a display issue, So I wanted to Replace this tv with New one. But there is no option showing for Return /Replacement on my order page. As they've only given 10 days replacement, so I'd Called, Mailed & Tweeted them on 4th November so they can replace the tv within the due date. But they're cheating now, they give a fake deadline and say within 48hrs-72hrs issue will be resolved but all three deadlines crossed, and now they're(Flipkart Customer Care) hanging up my calls when I try to complain. I feel cheated by Flipkart.

              Details of Flipkart Customer Care Numbers(They hanged up the call or gave fake deadline):
              +91 [protected] - 4 Nov 1:33 PM- They Hanged up.
              +91 [protected] -4 Nov 3:00 PM- They Gave a Deadline of 7th Nov and said the issue will be resolved by 7th Nov. Complain No they said :IN[protected]

              +91 [protected] -6 Nov 12:48 PM- Received a call from Flipkart, they're saying that they're calling because I'd mentioned my issue on Twitter and then they again gave a fake deadline 9th of Nov but nothing happened.

              And like this received many calls, I called many times and they hanged up on me.

              I'm also attaching some Snapshots/PDFs where I mailed them, messaged them.
              Also attaching the Invoice, Defective Product(Excess Backlight Bleeding on the display, especially near the Top Right Corner where a LED light can be seen).

              3rd Pic: They mentioned clearly on the buying page that the 10days Replacement Policy is available for this product.

                Hi Flipkart,

                I have purchased a realme 7 (Mobile) product online with an amount of Rs 10143 on date 19th Oct 2020 which was cancelled by the seller, No amount is refunded by your team. I have done numerous complaints from the last 15 days and still the refund is not received.

                This issue caused me poor services caused you mental harassment and I am demanding compensation for it.

                          I ordered iPhone SE2 on 16 October 2020 against exchange of, my phone. It was to be delivered on 18 Oct. The person who came for delivery said that he was new and could not check the phone. Therefore his supervisor would come for exchange and delivery. Since then, Flipkart has given repeated dates for delivery- 29 oct, 3 Nov, 6 Nov, 9 Nov but no delivery is being made. They keep saying that matter is escalated but no wishmaster is coming for delivery.

                            I was order a Laptop on Flipkart During Big Billion Day Scam on 15th October (ORDER ID : OD[protected] after that the laptop was deliver to me on 17th October, but I'm facing an issue with that laptop (Laptop fan & speaker make wired noise). So I raised a replacement request on 18th October 2020 which was accepted by flipkart on 24th October and committed that the laptop will be replace on 4th November 2020, but they don't do replacement of the product and they don't even contact to me. On the very next day (5th November 2020 ) they cancel my replacement from their own side without informing me, now they are giving update that replacement policy has been over. after getting touch to them they just giving some date and told that the issue will be resolve on that day and when the day comes the give me another extension for my resolution, they are doing the same things from the nest week and don't giving any kind of resolution, even they don't help me for any kind of replacement and refund they just giving me time extension for the resolution and nothing else at all. I want my money back. Resolve it ASAP.

                              Dear Sir,

                              This is regarding Flipkart Extended 2 Year Warranty with JPPOFFK940329 for my LED TV.
                              with serial No.Serial No: 1808AJB135906D01350, FSN: EWNF4PG8ZKHFCB7Z, iFFALCON K2A 138.71cm(55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV with order ID OD[protected]

                              As per the service request Flipkart service engineer visited my home twice on 8th Oct 2020 and on 7th Nov 2020 inspected my TV and both engineers came to the conclusion that there was some problem with panel of my TV set. Since the TV set is under 2 years extended warranty apart from the domestic guarantee it is the responsibility of flipkart to rectify or find amicable solution to clear the issue and support customer. Whenever I follow up with flipkart service provider they immediately open a service claim and the following day they will cancel the claim with their own saying successfully completed Claim ID CLJP[protected] without resolving the problem of my TV and this continuing till now.

                              Problem of TV is top side of the screen a band of horizontal strip lines appeared with blinking which is very irritative to the viewers especially to my parents. I am afraid it may cause to Health Issue to my parents eyes.

                              Humble Request arrange to repair my TV as early as possible.

                                I dont see any where that we should not use international credit/debit card for payments on Flipkart and still a support rep of Flipkart named "Tanmoy" said "This is the flipkart policy, we don't accept International cards."

                                  i order a lenovo laptop on 15th oct and got delivered on 19th oct after that i recived a defective product i immediately raise a complaint after that requested for refund so flipkart will scheduled technician vist on 1st nov after that they approved for return onwards pickup was done on 6th nov by courier partner named delhivery My return was pickuped 6th nov on 1.30 pm by delhivery execute after that execute enter the wrong serial number while return process after that they call back and said your return was not accepting and ask to call flipkart what will i do they made a mistake so i immediately wrote a complaint to delhivery by mail they send the mail we can't do anything from ourside this is very disgusting from delhivery on 7th nov they closed the pickup, in my order status was showing refund canceled iam not blaming flipkart my kindly request is resolve my issue as soon as possile i attached invoice, pickup stauts, complaint wrote to delhivery, recived email from delhivery, along side with my order status

                                    I have ordered Hotline Plus Charcoal Grill -OD[protected] this product on 15th oct 2020 for which i have paid already, expected delivery date was 23rd oct 2020 which flipkart failed to deliver and then they changed delivery date to 25th oct 2020 . By 25th also flipkart failed to deliver. I raised complaint in flipkart by calling them then they assured by anyhow product will be delivered by 30th oct 2020.On 29th i received call from flipkart saying i need to cancel the order and re-order it which i declined as ordered product price has increased by 400rs. Then flipkart guy mentioned they will escalate the issue to senior team.30th also they didn't delivered, received next promise date as 31st oct, 3rd nov, 5 nov, 9th nov and today guy called me to cancel product and reorder it or wait for next 7 days.
                                    How long customer has to wait for delivery when payment was already done.
                                    Kindly take legal action on company there have been thousands of these kinds of complaints against the flipkart.
