Hi. I've been trying to order Pixel 4a mobile on Flipkart. It shows not deliverable to my pincode 533437 or my nearest city 533004. I have been using flipkart regularly from the past many years. Can you please look into this....

i order washing machine from the Flipkart and delivery agent refused door step delivery he was asking us to pick from a place which was 30km away from mine. He was rude and arrogant.

When asked the customer service they asked more time (1 week) to assured delivery but they didn't do anything. After week they called me again to cancel the order and assured faster service on the new order.

I'm facing a serious issue here . I've been a flipkart costumer for a long time but this is the first time that I am facing this much trouble. Firstly I didn't recieve the product that I paid for. You guys handed me an empty box for which I raised an issue requesting my refund worth ₹5499/- . After so many days, so many struggles talking to your useless customer support and explaining them everything again and again your customer support...

My order reached my nearest hub a day before delivery date, but i received a message saying that my order is delayed. For the past 2 days my order status showed that my order was at my nearest delivery hub yet they did not deliver it. Today my order got dispatched back to a ‘motherhub’ far from my home.
My order contained a mobile phone which I needed at the earliest, I shared the details with flipkart costumer care yet they failed...

I have purchased a purchased a Acer laptop on 16-10-20. @1.38 AM. And 21990 payment made by SBI debit card. I cancel this order on same day after 2 minute. Flipkart generated refund id - CR20101601413918055232906. and informed me that refund will be added on my bank account till 19-10-20. But till, date refund amount not credited in my bank account.
Several time, i contacted Flipkart customer care via phone, Email and Twitter post....

I have ordered on 19th of October with order ID OD[protected] and you have committed to deliver on 21st October but its still not delivered and now you asking for 28th of October to be delivered. I do not have any other phone. Its emergency....

Product is not available in Hyderabad on big billion day at made fools...

I have ordered a laptop from Flipkart with Order ID - OD[protected]

And cancelled it.
I am not getting refund .
They are saying refund has been done with reference number PZT[protected]X4VMH04 in my SBI account.

But my SBI bank ADB madhubani is saying no refund has been done.

Kindly solve my problem...

During this Flipkart Big Billion Days sale, everytime I ordered a POCO X3 (Gray, 8GB/128GB), it got cancelled automatically by the system. Then, as per usual protocol, an assurance messages came saying the amount paid will be refunded within a given period of time.

Now, this has been a problem because it happens to me multiple times and I really wanted to avail that particular product as I am on budget and opted for the discount...

I have placed an order on flipkart on 18 oct 2020. That order has different products but all delivering at one single address. Minutes after making the payment through my credit card i got a message that my order gets cancelled due to quantity restrictions placed by the seller. As per airline they have refunded money to flipkart.

But it been more than a month, I did not get my money from Flipkart.

I have given ordered BATA shoe and oppo mobile but I have received stone instead of shoe and still my phone was not delivered and customer care asking every day to wait till 7pm but today 22 Oct I didn't get my order from Flipkart as per Flipkart expect time of delivery 20 Oct 2020 but still don't receive and also I didn't get shoe refund please help me about this concern...

The expected delivery date at the time of deliver and till the last hour of the date was 26th october 2020 but the delivery date automatically turned to be 1st november and the callcentre people kept on committing to deliver by 7pm . very bad service, i need a compensation for the same ....

On 17th Oct, I ordered a laptop Dell Inspiron 3505 from Flipkart in an exchange
offer where i opted for my old hp laptop.Originally the Dell laptops
price was Rs 46, 990 and my old laptop exhange price was Rs 13, 600 and

I have tried to book Sansui Tv at flipkart on 15th Oct 2020 through ICICI UPI. order not got placed at the same time amount debited from bank.
So i started followup with Flipkart, they said within 2 days it will refund back.
mean time i have submitted payment transfer details along with reply from ICICI bank, which clearly shows amount credited to flipkart.

I have never get such treatment with other site like...

Please unblock my account my is pending and return request not send...

First time ordering with Flipkart, very Disappointed with flipkart, next time I won't buy the product with flipkart. The product which is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Haven't shipped yet horrible experience .In addition this laptop was purchased in Big Billion Day considering the Offer, already its shown the delivery date very late, but now it is more delayed, I need to go for a business trip I don't know what to do now, Please suggest how...
