Hi Friends,

I have purchased a 2 chairs from Flipkart, one for me and to my colleague.

If we sit on the chair and lean back we are felling down. Observed same issue for both the chair. I do no know what quality check measurements from Flipkart. Out 2 chairs if 2 chairs are having same issue think the quality of items in flipkart. This one part of the issue. Below is the one more major issues after the sales.

Now I have raised the complaint on both the orders.
Order 1: Order ID - OD[protected]
Order 2: Order ID - OD[protected]
This order 2 is mine and order1 is my colleagues. Below mention details are related to order 2.
On the installation day of 24th October 2020 raised an issue by the installation person and later by me. They just kept replacement but the chair is not even dispatched or not approving refund after 20 days. If we reach to customer care they are not even giving any response and after some time the call will be disconnected.

Please do not buy any items from flipkart.
Amazon is way far better is services after sale and quality of the product compared to flipkart.

Hi friends,

Please understand one thing, Flipkart should be banned.

I got a call from Flipkart but no resolution still only one answer wait for 72hours.

But they did not any response to my below questions they just said wait for 72hours and disconnected the call.
1. If the seller is not even giving any response for next 72hours also.
2. What you have done for these 20days from 24th October.
3.They no time for waiting seller response.

Pleas do not buy from Flipkart. Amazon is better.
Yes I also now in same situation. I believed flipkart but now they cheating me

    My name is Guru, I have ordered acer aspire 7 i5 laptop in flipkart on 9th November with order
    I'd :OD[protected]

    Paid amount of rs 48, 990 through credit card and placed my order the actual promised date of delivery is 12th November, The shipment reached to a nearest hub by 11th November, I called flipkart costumer care to know the order I'd because it was not provided in my orders list and as I won't be available to pick the order on 12th november and I want to pick the order from delivery hub early, she mistook it and cancelled the order, when I call back them regarding this they keep saying once cancelled order cannot be reinstated,

    They asked me to re oder the same item which went out of stock, and my money also struck with them, They initiated refund process the amount will be credited on or before 23 november,

    Actually this was my brothers diwali gift, Please help me regarding this if there is there anyway thath I can get my order delivered back

          As per discussion with Grievance Team, refund will be processed by 10th Nov 2020. But till now it has not been processed. Now its a request to look into the matter & take necessary action. Screenshot attached for your reference. How long i need to wait ? This is really frustating

            I bought an Oppo A52 through flipkart which was delivered on 5th November. While opening the box, we found that it was an open box phone and all accessories were missing. We raised a complaint immediately and we got an assurance of either replacement or refund. It’s been seven days, none from flipkart have come with any resolution. After a numerous followups, I decided to lodge a formal complaint

              DEAR SIR/MADAM
              I had given order for a mobile from flipkart on 20th October using my SBI debit card rs 11, 999.00. Due to delay in process I had cancelled the order on 24th October and a confirmation message came to me on 30 th oct that my money has refunded successfully.
              But the money has not received for this I have complained so many times a many agent reply only few line the shift resolution from time to time and my problem still persist. I have showed my details of ATM mini statement but they did not agree on my request
              Kindly advice what to do any legal action against the Flipkart or seller .

                  I had a booked my ticket Delhi to patna in 11th March-2020, for 1st May-2020 my pnr is jpwzje(Indigo). due to lockdown all flight has been cancelled .
                  As per goverment guidelines airlines returned money to agent but i havn't recieved yet. i tried to connect many times to flipkart costumer agent but always he provied tentitative date. i have no idea what is the reson he is not resolved my issue.

                  please help and resolved my concern.

                  your team not provide status ...16th of oct-2020 initiate the refund i am not sure how much time to need initiate and resolved my concern.

                    This is extremely frustrating that Flipkart is just foul playing with customers and cheating with its consumers.

                    I have been continuously reporting from day one of the delivery that I ordered different shoes (ASICS DynaFlyte 4, Size 8) and the correctly mentioned in the invoice BUT FLIPKART DELIVERED THE WRONG SHOES.

                    I raised issues, but every time Flipkart is CLOSING these tickets without resolving the issue. It's highly unprofessional behaviour, just DISGUSTING. If Flipkart cannot deliver the shoes which are ordered, then why don't they REFUND my money.

                    I have already provided all the IDs of mine and my Dad, still repeatedly IDs are requested. If Flipkart is not satisfied with the IDs then please send your representative and physically check the prescribed address, and my Dad's ID there.

                    If Flipkart has CHEATERS enrolled as vendors, then that is not a customer's problem. Flipkart will be held responsible for all the cheating committed with the customers. I used Flipkart considering it's a trustworthy and honest company but I was wrong. Not even I am allowed to reach the top officers of Flipkart.
                    I am now only left with one option is exposing Flipkart on social media and raising complaints with all the Consumer Forums (National Consumer Helpline (NCH).

                      I ordered lg g8x during big billion days in flipkart the mobile is defective. It is getting switched off. So opted for replacement then again replacement unit also having the same problem. Flipkart is not providing refund. Every time i raise complaint after few hours it is marked as resolved.                             I have ordered nike shoes first date of delivery was 27oct 2020 then they asked to wait till 5Nov 2020 then they again said it will be delivered till 10Nov 2020, now the customer care again asked to wait for more 3-4days. Have called the customer service several times and each time they only say logidtics team is working and product is in your city it will delivered till EOD 7pm.
                            I am fed up now please take strict action against this issue.

                                Hello Flipkart,

                                I have called customer care a minimum of 10 times and addressed my issue as want to go out of town and delayed due to order delivery on time(OD[protected].

                                The product is for 10 days at the nearest hub and I visited 3 times to hub and seen my products also but neither they are delivering nor giving shipment.

                                I told my concern as want to go out of town, still, they are behaving like an enemy.

                                The shipment promise date is 5th Nov but today is 10th Nov, even today I visited Flipkart hub where my shipping lies. but they are not delivering or handing over to me.

                                Even second shippiment promise date, flipkart does not delivered my shipping and due to that flight got cancelled.

                                    I have purchased the book named Vishwa Kalyan Mahan Indrajaal with Order Id: OD[protected] and Order Date:[protected], 1:54 PM and Invoice No: FAD9O[protected] in Flipkart for Rs. 4000. But after i have received the product i have noticed that seller has cheated me by overwriting on original MRP 3500 Rs as 4500 Rs.

                                    When i have requested the seller to provide the loss of 500 Rs the seller did not provide the refund and Flipkart also didn't helped me in getting my refund which i was lost.

                                    I want to get the refund of Rs. 500 which i was lost. Please do justice for me.

                                      in the Specifications Tab they mentioned Purifying Technology : RO+UV+UF+TDS control

                                      but the actual technology they used : RO+UF+TDS Control+UV intank

                                      There is a lot of difference between these 2 technologies but flipkart is not accepting their mistake and rejecting my return requesting .

                                        75G-50SA Gaming Laptop) from Flipkart in October sale, I received the delivery as the promised on 27 October but the laptop was damaged. So I requested a replacement, It was accepted by flipkart and thay gave me date of 6 November for pickup and replacement, but nothing happened so I contacted them again they say "we have send the complaint to our backend team and your issue will be resolved by 9 November, again nothing happened I contacted again and that gave me new date of 14 November. They are not doing any real help only delaying dates. This regular delay in dates has put so much stress on my parents and me as we are afraid to loosing our money.
