    We had ordered a tv entertainment unit from flipkart perfect homes sirens on 18th of October on hdfc debit emi basis, and product was supposed to be delivered on 22nd of October but as the delivery boy told the product is damaged during the transit and so he ll deliver fresh product within 2 days and also we called customer care and told the same thing. But still the product not delivered and we called customer care more than 100 times but they are negotiating the issue not trying to give resolution. Even we asked fir the cancellation but they are not doing that also. Since our money is stuck I want the fresh product to be delivered or I want the refund as soon as possible.

      I ordered a laptop few weeks back in Big Billion Scam and it was delivered yesterday, i don't understand what caused such a long delay . I got my laptop but after unboxing it I get to know it is a deffective laptop its screen is deffective, the screen is totally blank . Surprisingly they are not willing to refund my money, and replacement policy is again taking very long time, poor service . I requested for replacement on 29 of oct and they have given me a date of 15 nov for technician visit and then technician will approve my replacement. And then they will think about giving me a new laptop . It is a big scam by flipkart they are delivering deffective product in the name of sale .Shame on Flipkart .you loose me and my friends, we are not going to order anything from Flipkart by now...Today is 3rd nov and not a single Flipkart executive or technician tried to reach me . I want the full refund of my product...

              Hello !!!
              I have ordered Biofresh FDA Sanitizer on 17 Oct'2020. It was expected to deliver on 22 Oct'2020. Then, delivery extended to 28 Oct'20. On 28 Oct'20, it was again extended to 2 Nov'20. Then I cancelled the order.
              From 28 Oct'20 till today i.e 2 Nov'20, I didn't receive any refund update.
              Later on, I called up many times but didn't get any satisfactory answer.

              Kindly issue my refund of Rs 988 as soon as possible.

                  I have bought a tv from flipkart on 17th oct 2020 for 36000/-and with in a week it’s screen goes off and don’t start.I requested for refund as it’s in there stipulated period of returning.I requested for returned on 27th oct and they gave me a msg that technician will visit on nov 1st n we will get it returned after checking.but technician didn’t come on nov 1 after calling them they again given me assurance that it will be done nov 2 before 9 m but again technician didn’t come n now they have given me new date of Nov 5th. They are making fool of customers and frauding them.kindly resolve my issues but getting my money back.

                    PNR: HKQ1T, Booking Id: FF[protected], Passanger Name: Ram Kishore Sharma, Journey Date: 08Nov, 2020, Ticket Cancellation Date: 07Oct, 2020 (ticket get cancel within 1hr of booking). Air India Flight (PNR:HKQ1T) was booked on 7 Oct.2020 from Flipkart and cancelled within 1 hr. According to DGCA rule if flight has been cancelled within 24 hrs of booking full amount will be refunded. DGCA Rule copy has been attached refer Pg No 6, 1st Paragraph. I tried to get incontact Flipkart via mail and call, no any response get back from Flipkart only gave condolances we will resolve issues within 24hr after 24 hr no any response get back. Complete careless responsibility. Neither they tried to get intouch with Air India to revert my Refund. Only making me fool by replying we will work to resolve your issues.

                    Flikart encroach my 5935 rupees.Help me to revert my amount. For this i am always be obeliged.

                      We have bought Asus VIVO book 14 laptop at 28th Oct 2020 but it was damaged one .
                      we have placed compliant immediately against that with detailed information and evidence . But after multiple follow ups we haven’t received any proper solution for that .
                      There is no proper tracking of our compliant. every time when we called and asked the flipkart customer care new people have attend the call and we have explained newly and everyone asks 24 hours everyday but no update on what happened to our complaint and what is status .
                      As of Nov 2nd its 5th day of complaint but until now no progress on this we are calling and talking everyday with several people from customer care and all went simply vain .

                      Very terrible customer care we saw ever and the we haven’t yet to know what happens and why its deadly delay and we are not sure atleast customer care people have track of our complaints as everytime they talks as new compliants . Really very shocked to know how immature flipkart customer care is and bad part is our issue yet to be resolved .

                        I have ordered 2 LG G8X mobiles on flipkart.

                        Here are the details

                        Order ID: OD[protected] with cost of 19385 on 16th Oct and Cancelled by an Flipkart Agent on 27th Oct without consent.
                        Order ID: OD[protected] with cost of 21999 on 19-Oct and delivered on 22-Oct.

                        Both orders deal by the same seller OmniTech Retail.

                        The seller has irresponsibly cancelled the low price order and delivered a high price order. Flipkart being a seller denied to resolve the issue they are blaming the customer.

                        With these sort of online fraudulent selling strategy by increasing the cost and canceling the lower price one is not correct.

                        Please help me to get this issue resolved.

                          I recently purchased a laptop on 21st Oct 2020 the acer helios 300, i was promised the delivery date -28th oct it was then delayed to 2nd Nov and it as not been delivered yet i have called customer care multiple times but they said they can do nothing order id- OD120010010082811546000
                          the laptop i still available on site nd shows a 3 day delivery to my area
                          i would like the delivery, action against the person who caused this delay and a fair compensation from flipkart because of delay

                                I ordered the apple Macbook pro 16 inch on 20th Oct by paying Rs.1, 54, 900 upfront, the promised date of shipping was 27th Oct and that of delivery was 4th Nov. On 27th Oct I contacted customer support they assured me that your issue will be resolved by 31st Oct and the item will be shipped. On 31st I again contacted the customer support which stated that the issue will be resolved by 2nd Nov, Today I got a call from different customer agents some saying order wont be delivered. some saying to cancel and some assuring order will be delivered.

                                After paying 1, 54, 900 Rupees upfront this is the kind of service flipkart is providing. I DO NOT WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, and I want FLIPKART to hold their promise of delivery after they have Confirmed the order on 20th. I am even willing to wait if they provide a clear updated date of delivery. i have been cheated on continuously by the customer agents at FLIPKART. and this is 14 th day of continuously waiting, calling and wasting my time trying to get updates about the same.

                                  I had purchased KODAK TV CA0909 from flip kart during big billion sale on 16th Oct 2020 which gave costed me 28, 361 including the additional TV Protection for 3 yrs. The order was confirmed by the flip kart & same was delivered to me on 24th Oct 2020. At time of delivery only we found the damage/ defective in the product - TV Panel damage on the screen. The same was inspected by the allotted technician & asked us to raise the replacement. When we tried for replacement marking in my order unable to get, for which contacted CS of flip kart. They said still the delivery is not updated at thr end hence kindly try after 24-48 hrs., as you have still time for replacement raising for 10days as per return policy.
                                  I was waiting, in mean time next day morning got message from flip kart saying return request raised & refund initiated, which was shocking ... Again, contacted CS Ms. Niharika & explained all the story for which they revoked back the return & asked me to wait for 24 hrs. so that i will get option of replacement & then proceed but if still have ANY PROBLEM can contact back to CS.
                                  As mentioned, i waiting for 24 hrs. & tried for placing replacement on 26th Oct. Again, same issue. They asked me to wait. But on 27th Oct, i again get shock of message saying return request approved & refund initiated.

                                  This time it was ridiculous that my account been manipulated by FLIPKART team repeatedly. Contact CS as usual & blasted them & got it revoked.
                                  Then on the same day sent as mail to flip kart grievance, for which got the call & mail from Ms. Amrin, saying that they are extending the replacement duration window by 10 days as there is possibility of stocking up the same product. If I notice the product availability, I can place request for replacement still ANY PROBLEM can contact CS or respond back to same mail.
                                  So, I as mentioned by flip kart CS, I was waiting & tracking the product availability for the same. On 29th Oct, Diwali sale started, in that I found KODAK Brand’s same specification model but in 65inch & 50 Inch availability.
                                  Hence, I responded to the previous mail sent from Ms. Amrin, asking as below on 31St Oct 2020:
                                  ts been 5days, still kodak tv 55 inch CA0909 model has not enabled for delivery.
                                  But could find other models of kodak tv as enabled n available.
                                  Hence, check the any other options of replacement with either 65 inch CA0101 as the big billion day offers n let me know the difference amount to be paid or 50 inches as per big billion day offers n let me know n then refund the excess amount to original payment account/ card.

                                  Atleast look into this option of replacement n let me know n confirmation of the same on urgent basis.

                                  For which, I dident get any reply atall till 3.30 PM of 1St Nov 2020, hence in mean time found same model KODAK CA0909 stock was available in flip kart, tried marking for replacement. Even this time it did not allowed me to do so. Hence immediately contact flip kart CS Mr. Shivam. Had raised all the concerns & final got the replay from him that he is also unable to enable the replacement option, hence plz wait of 2 more days etc… & also asked him to raise a separate complaint for this & Ref ID : IN[protected]. Even at 7:30 PM on 1st Nov 2020, I cloud find the KODAK 55in CA0909 stock availability from the same seller OMNITECH. I have proof of screenshot of the same.
                                  On 2nd Nov 2020 morning, I got call from Flip kart GS Ms. Chandana, saying that we saw your mail asking for the replacement of the different model which is not allowed as per company policy & its only refund. So, I asked her to check the latest conversation happened, the same model was available for which u can allow for replacement. Sa again she started saying, at present kodak CA0909 stock is not available with the Seller (OMNI TECH) so only refund option & got the mail saying that it is only refund option & no replacement as the same product is currently not available in stock at 11.41 Am of 2nd Nov 2020.
                                  This made my temper raised & its nightmare as a CUSTOMER to buy something from flip kart. By all these, it clearly indicates that, Flip kart intentionally
                                  Don’t want to give CUSTOMER service properly
                                  Just offered fraud sales/ marketing of product in discounted price & send used or defective product
                                  Then say only refund option can’t provide the order product, as they order got placed @ lesser cost.
                                  Flipkart is doing always FAKE & CHEAP sales STRATEGY? To be frank, this second time I am experience within 1 month.
                                  Incident: On 11th Oct 2020, one of the sales ordered California Almond offered @ Re.1 Along with other products. Got the confirmation also from flip kart for placing the order successfully. But when product delivered, they did not send the discount offered Item CALIFORNIA ALMOND. When raised the concern to CS, they coolly said sorry we will refund the amount Re. 1/- as we cannot re dispatch the same.
                                  Here also clearly it indicates that FLIP KART INTENTION of CHEATING & FRAUD ADVERTISING.
                                  Getting refund of 1/- is not at all my concern & its very cheap amount of asking for refund also from my end practically. As the FLIP KART intention were not at all good towards CUSTOMER, where we say CUSTOMERS ARE KING. So not for the sake of refund, but wanted to raise the concern & fake advertising & fraudulent marketing gimmicks of the company, I raised the issue with Grievance cell of flip kart for which in 48 hrs. the resolved issue saying will credit the actual amt of the product to my flip kart wallet that is 77/- & I can place the order again.
                                  As per the Consumer Protection Act 2019, this is fraud & misleading advertisement.
                                  Without CUSTOMER consent some of company staffs are marking placed order as RETURN N REFUND, which is again manipulation & fraud.

                                  CUSTOMER complaints, service requests, requirements and call discuss are not updating by their concern officer, which is again fraud, CUSTOMER service issues.

                                  In one of the conversation with the CS, got to know that even stock is available that is only for the new buyers not ready to provide for the replacement CUSTOMER as price sld for me is much discounted price but at present price is more, which is loss to them.

                                  Even at 14:00 hrs of 2nd Nov 2020, the same brand but different model is stock is available but company deny to fix the issue.

                                  Hence, check the any other options of replacement with either 65 inch CA0101 as the big billion day offers n let me know the difference amount to be paid or 50 inches as per big billion day offers n let me know n then refund the excess amount to original payment account/ card.

                                  Atleast look into this option of replacement n let me know n confirmation of the same on urgent basis.

                                  For which, I dident get any reply atall till 3.30 PM of 1St Nov 2020, hence in mean time found same model KODAK CA0909 stock was available in flip kart, tried marking for replacement. Even this time it did not allowed me to do so. Hence immediately contact flip kart CS Mr. Shivam. Had raised all the concerns & final got the replay from him that he is also unable to enable the replacement option, hence plz wait of 2 more days etc… & also asked him to raise a separate complaint for this & Ref ID : IN[protected]. Even at 7:30 PM on 1st Nov 2020, I cloud find the KODAK 55in CA0909 stock availability from the same seller OMNITECH. I have proof of screenshot of the same.
                                  On 2nd Nov 2020 morning, I got call from Flip kart GS Ms. Chandana, saying that we saw your mail asking for the replacement of the different model which is not allowed as per company policy & its only refund. So, I asked her to check the latest conversation happened, the same model was available for which u can allow for replacement. Sa again she started saying, at present kodak CA0909 stock is not available with the Seller (OMNI TECH) so only refund option & got the mail saying that it is only refund option & no replacement as the same product is currently not available in stock at 11.41 Am of 2nd Nov 2020.
                                  This made my temper raised & its nightmare as a CUSTOMER to buy something from flip kart. By all these, it clearly indicates that, Flip kart intentionally
                                  Don’t want to give CUSTOMER service properly
                                  Just offered fraud sales/ marketing of product in discounted price & send used or defective product
                                  Then say only refund option can’t provide the order product, as they order got placed @ lesser cost.
                                  Flipkart is doing always FAKE & CHEAP sales STRATEGY? To be frank, this second time I am experience within 1 month.
                                  Incident: On 11th Oct 2020, one of the sales ordered California Almond offered @ Re.1 Along with other products. Got the confirmation also from flip kart for placing the order successfully. But when product delivered, they did not send the discount offered Item CALIFORNIA ALMOND. When raised the concern to CS, they coolly said sorry we will refund the amount Re. 1/- as we cannot re dispatch the same.
                                  Here also clearly it indicates that FLIP KART INTENTION of CHEATING & FRAUD ADVERTISING.
                                  Getting refund of 1/- is not at all my concern & its very cheap amount of asking for refund also from my end practically. As the FLIP KART intention were not at all good towards CUSTOMER, where we say CUSTOMERS ARE KING. So not for the sake of refund, but wanted to raise the concern & fake advertising & fraudulent marketing gimmicks of the company, I raised the issue with Grievance cell of flip kart for which in 48 hrs. the resolved issue saying will credit the actual amt of the product to my flip kart wallet that is 77/- & I can place the order again.
                                  As per the Consumer Protection Act 2019, this is fraud & misleading advertisement.
                                  Without CUSTOMER consent some of company staffs are marking placed order as RETURN N REFUND, which is again manipulation & fraud.

                                  CUSTOMER complaints, service requests, requirements and call discuss are not updating by their concern officer, which is again fraud, CUSTOMER service issues.

                                  In one of the conversation with the CS, got to know that even stock is available that is only for the new buyers not ready to provide for the replacement CUSTOMER as price sld for me is much discounted price but at present price is more, which is loss to them.

                                  Even at 14:00 hrs of 2nd Nov 2020, the same brand but different model is stock is available but company deny to fix the issue.

                                  I have almost all the call recording of the CS & GC executive discussions, mails & screenshots of the same MODEL KODAK CA0909 availability in flip kart from the same seller/ vendor OMNI TECH as proof, still flip kart did not honor the CUSTOMER issue as per their Return Policy .

                                  Hence, I demand for product replacement only & last option is refund with double the amount paid by me. As I have lost the opportunity to buy the different product in better price during the sale period which now will cost high price to me its only bcoz of FLIPKART misleading offers on the KODAK PRODUCT & too lot of pain from the day of delivery till now investing my time & energy & losing my peace of mind also unnecessarily paying interest & other charges to bank for the prepaid amount.

                                  FYI & R, just a few mins back saw the same model 55 CA0909 in my another (Husband's ) login id, which clearly showed the very much availability & details for the delivery dates also. PFA of the screenshot is the same. So based on that i tried mark replacement but my login shows unavailable. Hence called to CS support for which Mr. Kunal called & told the issue again, he kept the CALL ON hold and never returned back almost for 22 mins just kept on hold. Which enforced me to just cut the call.

                                  After me mins, got msg as " Our CS tried reaching to u but unable to connect you" ####.

                                  What are these cheap gimmicks, misleading advertisements etc... evading the CUSTOMER's. Now I have got to know that even grievance team is hopeless, non sense unfit for anything even to perform the core job of grievance.

                                  The BIGGEST MISTAKE OF CUSTOMERS IS PURCHASING FROM FLIPKART & GETTING BULLIED BY FLIPKART.

                                  EVEN AFTER PROVIDING FACT & PROOF OF AVAILABILITY, THE ### IN FLIP KART COMPANY IS BRAZENLY SAY STOCK NOT AVAILABLE.

                                  WHAT A SHREWDNESS BEHAVIOR OF THE FLIPKART.

                                      Hi Team, My name is Atul Kumar Singh and having flipkart account via mobile number[protected] and I purchased this LG soundbar on 22nd and got it installed on 23rd where after using 2 days I found there is connectivity issue between soundbar and provided subwoofer. Hence I asked for return / replacement on 26th Oct and since then continuously following up with customer support for solution. Everyday they promised me a new date for return and all of sudden today I got a msg that days have been exceeded now for the return. But I want to ask these morons who is really responsible for this Flipkart or me? I strongly believe that this is strategy of flipkart to delay like this and create a frustrating situation for customer.

                                      I need a an answer for this pathetic customer support and delay in solution. Also kindly delete my flipkart account and arrange a pickup for this item from me. Keep the money but just never ever send me any email or notification for Flipkart.

                                        I bought Honor Watch GS Pro from Flipkart on 25th October 2020, When this product was delivered I was not at home at that time I was out of office work, When I came back and checked the product, the problem came out in the product. The watch SpO2 and heart rate sensor not working properly, I raised complaint to flipkart customer care for return and refund amount, the flipkart customer care support person said, the seller not accept your return request, i asked him why seller not accept the return request, he said, he don't know.

                                        I need solution, i have paid 17999 amount for working product, not for the defective product.

                                        Kindly look into this and provide me solution
