My name is Guru, I have ordered acer aspire 7 i5 laptop in flipkart on 9th November with order

Paid amount of rs 48, 990 through credit card and placed my order the actual promised date of delivery is 12th November, The shipment reached to a nearest hub by 11th November, I called flipkart costumer care to know the order I'd because it was not provided in my orders list and as I won't be available to pick the order on 12th november and I want to pick the order from delivery hub early, she mistook it and cancelled the order, when I call back them regarding this they keep saying once cancelled order cannot be reinstated,
They asked me to re oder the same item which went out of stock, and my money also struck with them, They initiated refund process the amount will be credited on or before 23 november,
Actually this was my brothers diwali gift, Please help me regarding this if there is there anyway thath I can get my order delivered back

Request you to note down the ARN: 75105170317003422051812. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.
