I was writing in great grief to inform you i.e FLIPKART and seller of the mobile Samsung Galaxy F41.
What's wrong with you guys ? This is the way you serving your beloved customer ?
How can you deliver a phone with scrathes, heating issues.
I WANT YOU TO INITIATE REFUNG AT EARLIEST INSTEAD IF REPLACEMENT.
I FED UP WITH THE MOBILE AND YOUR SERVICE.
As a business man, you know how a mobile phone plays a crucial role in my day to day life. So, please initiate refund instead of replacement.
I have placed order from an remote area and it have taken lot of time and effort to deliver my product. If you are going provide another replacement product, Again I have to spend additional time and effort to get delivery and I was sure I will face issues again and I feel with your service.
It's going to hurt your customers by making him spend lot of time and effort with your unacceptable service and concern.
This is not at all fair and very disappointed as a Flipkart Plus customer with your service.
I have raised request for refund at earliest since the mobile phone I received having scrathes, facing heating issues at worst, Battery draining rapidly and phone unable to perform even small tasks too which was reviewed by the Jeeves Technical person on 4th November and approved the same.

Samsung Galaxy F41
I was very disappointed with the product Samsung F41. Absolutely not satisfied.I want to return the Samsung f41, since I was facing bettery draining, poor performance hanging all the time. Kindly credit my amount of Rs 14, 000 at earliest.This kind of customer service from the seller end is not satisfactory and disappointing.
I have seen they have placed replacement of Galaxy F41 instead of return with
Order ID - OD[protected]. I request you to credit the amount in the below mentioned account number instead of initiating the replacement. It's was high I have invested time, money and assurance on Flipkart and seller and they made me fool with your product and I don't want any replacement and request you to refund the amount of Rs 14, 000.
Please take appropriate action and initiate refund to my respective bank account details at earliest.

Updated by HemanthVL I haven't received any revert and response from Flipkart team, they have cancelled the return request. I hope this is not the platform to sell damaged products to the customers. I incident I have faced is worst and your superior team has to look into it.

Updated by HemanthVL Please find the attached screenshot, they delivered damaged product and they approved for return and on Nov 10 they cancelled the return.
Even my order was cancelled and no proper feedback was provided.
Worst company ever seen.
Request others to not buy products from this fraud flipkart.
