I ordered total 3 items from Flipkart but received only 1. I called them but they are saying wait for 24 hrs. On the delivery box it is written 3 quantities but received only 1. What should I do now.

      I have booked boat rockerz Bluetooth earphones and gave the address of my home but today when the date of delivery has arrived the agent is asking me to travel 20kms to receive the product. He called and asked to collect and on saying that I will be complaining to customer care he said he don't care about complaint. This is really disgusting for Flipkart to have such employees working..

        I was writing in great grief to inform you i.e FLIPKART and seller of the mobile Samsung Galaxy F41.
        What's wrong with you guys ? This is the way you serving your beloved customer ?
        How can you deliver a phone with scrathes, heating issues.

        I WANT YOU TO INITIATE REFUNG AT EARLIEST INSTEAD IF REPLACEMENT.

        I FED UP WITH THE MOBILE AND YOUR SERVICE.

        As a business man, you know how a mobile phone plays a crucial role in my day to day life. So, please initiate refund instead of replacement.

        I have placed order from an remote area and it have taken lot of time and effort to deliver my product. If you are going provide another replacement product, Again I have to spend additional time and effort to get delivery and I was sure I will face issues again and I feel with your service.

        It's going to hurt your customers by making him spend lot of time and effort with your unacceptable service and concern.

        This is not at all fair and very disappointed as a Flipkart Plus customer with your service.

        I have raised request for refund at earliest since the mobile phone I received having scrathes, facing heating issues at worst, Battery draining rapidly and phone unable to perform even small tasks too which was reviewed by the Jeeves Technical person on 4th November and approved the same.

        Samsung Galaxy F41

        I was very disappointed with the product Samsung F41. Absolutely not satisfied.I want to return the Samsung f41, since I was facing bettery draining, poor performance hanging all the time. Kindly credit my amount of Rs 14, 000 at earliest.This kind of customer service from the seller end is not satisfactory and disappointing.

        I have seen they have placed replacement of Galaxy F41 instead of return with
        Order ID - OD[protected]. I request you to credit the amount in the below mentioned account number instead of initiating the replacement. It's was high I have invested time, money and assurance on Flipkart and seller and they made me fool with your product and I don't want any replacement and request you to refund the amount of Rs 14, 000.

        Please take appropriate action and initiate refund to my respective bank account details at earliest.

        I haven't received any revert and response from Flipkart team, they have cancelled the return request. I hope this is not the platform to sell damaged products to the customers. I incident I have faced is worst and your superior team has to look into it.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          This is regarding a ceiling fan that I had ordered on 16 Oct 2020 with ekart shipping ID FMPP[protected] (and order ID OD[protected]. The original date of delivery was 23rd Oct 2020. Since it was not shipped on time, I waited for a few more days before contacting the customer service dept. Each time I received a call, I was given false promises with a new date of delivery. Finally, I saw it was shipped on 30th Oct 2020 and reached Kheda Ekart hub on the same day. Since then it is lying there and after my repeated requests to expedite the delivery process, nobody is cooperating. Each time I receive the usual ready made assurances and false promises after which the status still remains the same.

          I would also like to draw your attention that earlier another order with ID OD[protected] of a ceiling fan was cancelled by your side without any intimation. Thats why I bought the aforementioned ceiling fan. If I had not bought these products from Flipkart, I could have got them from Amazon as there were sales at both the platforms. Since I trusted Flipkart more and I am a regular customer here, I preferred Flipkart over Amazon. I am now frustrated because the way my requests are being ignored by Flipkart services to deliver my order. I have lost my faith on the customer service departments now, so I thought of writing here hoping that there could be a faster solution.

            I ordered my product on 17th October.It showed that it will reach to me on 30th October.Though it's 14 days long delivery i waited. Then on 30th October, the usual delivery is in the morning 7am to 12pm so i waited but then they said that my order will reach to me by 7:00 pm.So i waited till 7:00 pm but later it delayed for whatsoever.They postponed it to 4th November. Now today is 4th November and again it is not delivered in the morning. I am so frustrated right now that i can't wait further.i want my order now itself anyhow.Today also they said that wait till 7:00 pm and i am waiting.It is 3:30 pm right now and the delivery guy is not out yet as they informed.they didn't give me the number of delivery guy either.Now i want you to resolve my issue. I am very frustrated.

                My product has been delivered over 1 month. I immediately wanted to contact Flipkart and replace it. Many times my request for Kosice was rejected and my order was repeated and JBL-T110 earphone was priced at Rs 739. I request you to either resolve me or else I am going to sue the consumer court against Flipkart. Fraudkart has fried with me.

                  I have created flipkart account some years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                  The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number. P.S : My lost mobile number is [protected] and my new number is [protected] and my lost email address is - [protected]@gmail.com.
                  Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                    I have booked one flight ticket from Flipkart Travels (New Delhi to Patna dated 3 April 2020). The flight was canceled due to COVID 19. Its almost 7 months have passed but the company has failed to provide a refund. Every time they are incident IDs and telling to hold for another few days but no progress. My advice as a deprived customer "Never book tickets from Flipkart Travels). I am also planning to file a complaint in Consumer Court.

                      This is some TV Flipkart sells.
                      This is not even fully functional. Many channels are not visible like Netflix etc. Raised concerns with Flipkart and they referred to the seller.

                      Seller is playing games with us, promises there's a fix coming in sometime.

                      Come on, take away this lousy piece of plastic and get our money back ASAP.

                        Dear FLIPKART,

                        It is very very pathetic condition in Flipkart. Recently I have bought a 50inches TV, which I have received on 30th of October.
                        The installation is supposed to done on 31st October, but today is 1st November but installation not done yet. While calling customer care no one is responding properly.
                        In the mid of call they cut the call and ask me to contact the seller.
                        This is very unresponsive behaviour from Flipkart and surprisingly the customer care executive was unable to give the exact date when it will be installed.
                        As I am situated in quarter which quite small to keep the TV free and in this festive season there is painting works going, which adds up difficulty for me.So, please resolve the issue at earliest

                          Hello sir, I ordered Asus laptop costs 25990/- and paid through SBI debit card. And cancelled the order and not received the refund from Flipkart after the deadline date of Nov 2 also. Please help me to get my refund. And Flipkart provided me false reference number onus20201028.

                            I ordered a product( Libas kurta set) on 16th Oct 2020. Product was out for delivery on 25th, I called the delivery person a no times he didn't picked up. The same day I got a msg from ekart that the delivery person approached me but I refused to receive the order i.e., I rejected, a blatant lie. I complained to flipkart but of no use. They kept on extending dates to resolve my issue, I called them every other day till I received a msg on 4th Nov that my order has been cancelled on my request but I hadn't requested for cancellation at all. Flipkart said since the logistic attempted 3 times and every time I rejected the order( so untrue) the order stands cancelled. I'm going to file a complaint in the consumer forum if my issue is not resolved by ekart.

                            I have attached the screenshot of my order ID. As is mentioned here that I raised a complaint regarding order cancellation as I hadn't requested for any cancellation. I waited for more than 10 days for my order to be delivered and they cancelled it on account of the fact that the delivery person attempted thrice to deliver but reality is delivery is not attempted even once. I complained again and again that when will my order be delivered they kept on giving dates and lastly cancelled it.

                            I have attached the screenshot. As is mentioned here that I raised an issue that my order has been cancelled by their side, I haven't requested for any cancellation. Flipkart responded that they resolved the issue but they haven't actually. The delivery person didn't attempted delivery even once then how come they cancel it. I waited for around 2 weeks for my order to be delivered and they cancelled it citing delivery attempted 3 times, so untrue.

                                IFB washing machine was order in flipkart on Oct 20 with order ID - OD[protected]
                                IFB 7 kg 5 Star Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater Silver.

                                IFB washing machine delivered on 23 Rd October without invoice and not getting option to download the invoice ..

                                Installation happened on 30 October 2020 found start button is defective, hence raised an complaint for return still there is no improvement on that ... November 2nd 2020 one IFB technician visited and told same that switch is having issue to update that he need invoice of the item purchase ..

                                Why Flipkart is cheating the customers with defective items and not ready to give the new machine, if I didn't get any replacement I will going to file case against the scam which flipkart is doing .

                                Spoke to customer care he said that there is no option to generate invoice and asked to contact senior manager .

                                Please check the history of the call how many time did I contacted ...

                                Worst Worst service from flipkart ...this would be my last purchase with you guys

                                Still Fake promises continued with Flipkart, I got call and msg statinf on 8th new replqcement washing machine will be delivered, now in flipkart says that replacement item will be delivered on Tuesday ... If I check with flipkart they are telling by wednesday issue will be addressed ... I encourage people not to buy anything from flipkart ...

                                    Bought MI 43 inch tv. When opened it was looking absolutely perfect but when i turned on the power i saw the screen was broken from left side where the handle in box is given.
                                    They are not replacing it
                                    How will i come to know that it is broken from inside.

                                        They Said they Transferred Rs. 11, 380 in My Bank Account on 9th October but Now it's 3rd November Still I didn't get any Amount in my Bank Account. I sent 3 mails to them regarding it still no reply from them Received as yet.
