Dear Sir /Madam,
I Ordered Acer aspire 7 on 19th October 2020 in big billion days having Order ID-OD[protected].I purchased the laptop at Rs.49990/-.(I pay Rs.47240/-after instant discount on Bank offers)
As my location bearing pin code 515571 is not serviceable, I preferred near by pin code 515591.
Due to mismatch of pin code, delivery partner has not deliver the product and returned it to seller with inform me. Flip kart cancelled my order on 30/10/2020
The present price of above laptop is Rs.54990/- Because of cancellation of this order I loss Rs.5000/- .So, Kindly help me to get the product at same price or to revocation of cancelled Order.

Complaint marked as Resolved I call to flipkart customer care they said sorry for the inconvenience again and again .They donot resolve my issue.

The seller has processed the refund of Rs. 47240 for order ID: OD[protected] on Oct 30 2020 and should have reflected in your bank account by Nov 09 2020. Request you to note down the ARN: 74056630305030360305131. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.
My son had been placed the order on 16th October 2020, Flipkart mentioned that"yet to be delivered" Blue dart FDSP[protected]" expected delivery on 30th October 2020, which is neither delivered till now, nor could be tracked in in the website of Flipkart or Blue dart by customer and experienced customer support representative of the Bogus Flipkart.
