I have purchased Godrej 236L frost free refridgerator from the flipkart. The product stopped working after two days of installation. I have opted for replacement policy but there is no response from the flipkart team and no technician has visited to check the product. Flipkart should either provide replacement or refund.

    Sir I have have talked a lot of time with company's customer care guy's and they are confessing that wrong thing is happening with me and wrong shoes is given to me but not giving me resolution and saying that name on my I'D is different from the name at order .
    I want to tell you sir that my name on my I'd is Gaurav kumar and address is 781/2 Brahampuri Meerut UP and on flipkart account my name is Gaurav kumar and address is 781/2 Brahampuri Meerut UP so both are completely same.
    And my shipping address is also exactly same 781/2 Brahampuri Meerut UP and name on shipping address is Gaurav kumar Bhardwaj so flipkart guy's are saying that my name is mismatching.
    I want to tell you that it's a prepaid order and I have paid in advance from my account and refund will be in source account from which amount had been deducted so what's the problem flipkart have to give me my refund.
    I am declaring that I am gaurav kumar and i ordered shoes, paid in advance from account ****3362 and want to refund in the same source account.
    Sir I am same person, same delivery address, same pick up address and same account of amount debit (prepaid order) and same account for refund it is however flipkart is devouring my money, making me fool, bluffing me.
    Please get my money back from these fraud people and fraud e-commerce company.

      I ordered a iphone xr on 29th of october through flipkart and it shows 6th the delivery date, it has been 8 days my product is not even packed, i complained many times to Customer service but no proper response they are not even telling the reason for delay.
      I paid the amount through finance, how can i pay emi amount without even geting the product.

        Address: Plot No. 19, Deep Nagar No. 1,Near Hanuman temple,Chhatri Talav Road, Amravati.

        I got delivered Avita Liber V 14 Laptop on 26 October, 2020 in dead condition. I then charged the laptop fully using power adaptor and switch ON, laptop starts functioning but again after 5 min it's showing battery low 10% and suddenly off. Then I again charged to 40% and try to used, it's been overheated.
        Regarding same I had call to Flipkart customer executive and explained the incidence happens after receiving the laptop. They simply raised complaint and gives resolution dated in terms of Technical visit and return and refund process.
        Till the date (6th Nov.2020), I have made several complaints against laptops issue for speedy recovery in process. But no action taken from flipkart nor from seller side. No technician visited to my address to check laptop condition. Everytime when I call to Flipkart customer care executive, he/she will create new ticket/complaint and marked resolved previous one ticket.
        Yesterday on 5th Nov. 2020, I got message from flipkart that, Seller has rejected your return and refund request.

        So, I am requesting you to kindly look into this matter seriously and lodged a complaint against Flipkart and seller as fast as possible to get my refund.

        Herewith I am attaching all complaint status snspshot for your reference.

          I had ordered an item on 17th October 2020, the delivery was scheduled on or before 28th Oc
          After 28th October the delivery date was changed to 4th November, and after 4th the delivery date was again changed to 11th November.

          The main issue is that they haven't packed the item yet, the expected packing date was said to be 21st October. It has been almost 20days since I ordered online, it is taking too long.

          I have attached a screenshot along with the complaint.

            Hi all, on 31oct afternoon I tried to purchase acer aspire 7 ryzen 5 laptop from Flipkart. With a instant discount from axis card my final payment was 46890. I was in payment page received otp entered everything after that it diverted to orders page and I am shocked to see a msg that order is not placed with a msg your payment is not confirmed by bank. But I received a transaction alert tk my email and a sms that payment is dedicated. And contacted bank they confirmed me that payment is sent to Flipkart and they also provided reference number. J contacted Flipkart support and they amount is not received your bank did not sent and asking to contact bank. I requested to escalate then diverted to a lady and she mentioned the same and finally asked nd to wait for 48 hours. So I think jst to cool down they are saying 48 hrs 24 hrs and exactcly they don't know where is my money. I am requesting flipkart to please look into my case and refund my money ASAP.               I had ordered one asus vivobook laptop on dt. 15-oct-2020. Order id was OD[protected]. Expected delivery date was 24oct2020. Laptop was purchases on basis of buyback of my old HP laptop. My old laptop qualifies all conditions mentioned for buyback of old device. New laptop was delivered in my city on 23oct2020. But till date no body delivered it to me. When i asked it with flipkart delivery partner ekart for delivery then delivery boy said that i am not familiar with laptops i can not check hour old laptop. From that till now no body delivered it to me and i had made payment of new laptop 36000 on dt 15oct2020. This is loss to me.

              I am not able to understand that why flipkart offers this type of buyback offers to its customers when they are not able to handle it.

              I again request flipkart team to look into this matter and take appropriate action.

              Also guide me whether i should hold this order or cancel it on my own.

              Amazon is much better then flipkart i will never advise anyone to get trapped in offers provided by flipkart.

                Recently I ordered a Realme X3 Superzoom Arctic White 8 GB/128 GB Variant from Flipkart. Within 5-6 Days of the usage the phone started showing the issues. I faced Battery drain issue, Voice cracks over phone calls, Call drops etc. After that I raised a replacement request on flipkart for a new device because the one which I had was not working properly. They assured me of a replacement over call and told me that a technician will visit me to check the phone. The next day A technician from Flipkart visited me and checked my phone for at least an hour and after that assured me that my replacement request will be approved and I will be provided with a new device as soon as possible. Now as I check the status on flipkart website, They're saying that the replacement request is rejected and The technician has fixed my phone which is did not as I was with him the whole time and all he did was some basic tests and record some videos and listen to audio. Kindly help me with this case because Flipkart customer support executives are not helping me and they're either cutting my call or putting it on hold and not talking afterwards.

                  I booked a screw drivers set with super coins . It reached to my nearest hub, and it is out of delevery. I am waiting for the order . At that time a delivery boy called me ans asked to travel me for 10km to pic up the product. I request him to redeliver that product the fallowing day. That's it . He took my product and then I got a message displaying your product delevered .

                    On 3rd nov 2020 i received my Khadi herbal red onion hair oil from Flipkart
                    But i placed order for 2 quantities and in the delivery box i just received one quantity.
                    And paid for 2 quantities which is ₹408.
                    Whenever i tried to get my refund for the missing product their customer executive disconnects in ongoing process.

                      On 16 October I ordered a SmartPhone from Flipkart, I get a call from delivery boy to cancel an order from my side (didn't expect that) then I cancel and reorder that smartphone on 21 October. Flipkart app shows expected delivery on 29 October and I didn't get that phone on that day also and the delivery date changed to 5 November. Today they assured me to deliver the product up to 7 pm (5 November) but I didn't get my device due to this delay my student who needed that smartphone got very much disturbed in his studies

                        Flipkart is Cheating people by giving exchange offer and then denying them at the time of delivery under small pretexts.

                        I have recently ordered a new LG Front load 5 star 8 kg fully automatic washing Machine from Flipkart by taking exchange offer with them. For this exchange offer they have given me 5350/- off when I was ordering New washing machine.

                        At the time of Delivery of New washing Machine they were suppose to pick my old machine in exchange. The delivery person came for inspection and i clearly said machine is not switching on. There is no rusting anywhere without any damage. But wishmaster directly refused and demanded rest Rs 5350 If I want to take delivery of my new machine.

                        Reason for Denying -
                        Delivery person Denied for picking the old machine because the machine is not switching on. Before ordering the item i thoroughly gone through their exchange policy there is reduction in the exchange value if the old item to be exchanged is found rusted from internal or external, not switching on, drum not rotating, any damage internal or external. There is rejection only in case if the Brand / model/ size is different from what mentioned at the time of purchase or if the product is fake.

                        Since my old washing machine is not switching on then also there is option of reduction in exchange value offered to me at time of purchase and to pay reduced amount of reduction by cash and process the delivery. I also called Flipcart and lodged a complaint on this issue but flipkart team is also not responding in consumer favour. The language of seller and flipkart seems to be same.

                        That Means Flipkart is expecting people to exchange new unblemished goods in return for new goods.

                        Or else

                        They are cheating people by giving exchange offers which they deny under small pretexts at the time of delivery and demands for money in cash.

                        Exactly the same happened with me too. I recently ordered a washing machine from Flipkart. There was exchange option opted while ordering it. The person who came to inspect the old machine, rejected the exchange just because there were minor hard water stains on the machine. While their exchange Policy page mentions that you even take non-working and rusted tanks machines, how can their inspection person reject a perfectly working machine on such flimsy grounds? I tried to escalate the issue multiple times but my order was automatically cancelled? Does Flipkart understand as to how much time and energy is spent in ordering a machine and then all these escalation etc.? I expected a better handling of customer issues, at least for such decently large ticket purchases! It is daylight cheating where show a lucrative offer first and then the customer has to accept the item at actual price out of desperation.

                              My order ID OD[protected]. As per description there should be 300 bulb but delivered order with only 100 bulb. same thing happen with earlier order too. As per call received by flipkart agent after tweeter complaint & not ready to share mail regarding seller dont have/Not selling product which they advertise on flipkart. This means Flipkart want only commission not customer delivery...ShemlessFlipkart.

                                This is regarding order id OD[protected] which is realme 7 pro mobile purchased from flipkart. Issue with the phone is when I play music or while talking in calls I'm feeling vibration on the back side of the phone body which is intense that I feel irritated to hold phone .So I asked for return request which they provide replacement as their policy by techician visit confirming issue does exist .But, problem is when technician visited he does mention this vibration issue is there in all these realme 7 pro model .please help me with refund by taking faulty product.

                                    I had ordered a Laptop in exchange offer recently via order #OD[protected] . After filling all details about my laptop, the exchange price was quoted as 13600. I was happy as it was higher than what was being offered by Amazon. So, I ordered my laptop.

                                    My problem starts at the time of exchange. The Flipkart person who came was deliberately trying to find fault in the laptop where none existed. At first, he was trying to convince us that since we had entered the serial number in small letters it was different laptop and would not be exchanged. Then he was trying to convince us that the hinge was broken from inside, when it was not. Finally after half an hour of inspection and multiple discussions with his bosses over phone, he said that the laptop is broken because there was a small scratch and a small dent (pictures attached), none of which in any way impacts the use of the laptop.

                                    The final value that came was Rs 6850 /- less than what was promised online. This was a shocker for us. We had already cleared our laptop of all personal data and were ready for the new laptop. When we tried to contact Flipkart at that time there was no way we could get in touch with a customer care as there is no direct customer helpline. The delivery person started putting pressure on us to either cancel the whole order or pay up. He also offered to give us the contact number of his “friend” who would buy the laptop for 10k. He also said that if he does not point this out, he would be penalised, and the amount would be deducted by Flipkart from his salary. These tactics unnerved us a lot and showed the unprofessional and unethical nature of these much-touted exchange deals. We finally decided that we would take the laptop and raise our grievance to Flipkart later and paid the amount. Which is really excessive for the damage that was there.

                                    On contacting Flipkart via Incident: IN[protected] raised on 2020-Oct-29, the first email response came regarding the mobile exchange policy instead of Laptop exchange policy. When we pointed this out, someone from Flipkart called us to say that the call of “wishmaster”, the person who comes to collect the old item and who is not an employee of Flipkart is final. There is nothing that can be done.

                                    In our opinion this is a scam that is being run by Flipkart in the name of exchange offers. There is no proper customer redressal policy and the customer is at the mercy of a vested interests and unprofessional behaviour of a third party wishmaster and his company.

                                      I have bought a lenovo ideapad gaming laptop from flipkart. product amount is 70000rs. all things are okay but when used laptop its a heating issue after 2 days i have reised a return request after technician visit my retun request is conformed. 20-oct-2020 product is pickup by ekart courier boy but he is not complete pickup from his side. I called many time in customer support but no response only issue is escalated day by day. 27-oct-2020 my flipkart account is blocked and my refund is cancelled while my product is pickup by courier boy. before 1 month I'll try through call, mail, social media but no resolution.

                                      dekhte h kb tk refund nhi krega.
                                      I did not recived any update from flipkart. I have raised issue through flipkart supprt on 31-oct-2020.

                                      Same way flipkart blocked my account I ordered one plus mobile but with the helpnof consumer complaints I got my refund

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        Its a matter of regret that the undersigned still being a regular and frequent purchaser of various goods through your concern, faces a particular problem from the end of your currier service, who I suppose forces unwanted intervention to avoid responsibility regarding above mode delivery.
                                        The fact is not new but I have experienced the same at the time of another disposal of ordered on 18th September2020 and Delivery man appeared on 22nd Sept/20 and order Id No OD[protected]
                                        That Sir, the customer had ordered then a Samsung Galaxy A21s handset on exchange offer by your concern and following the scheduled terms and condition displayed on your site. The customer intended to exchange a Gionee P5L hand set of running condition and without any physical damage .The delivery man came and without checking properly and without any tally with your guideline had instantly cancelled the order.
                                        Now the customer has further ordered a NOKIA 2.3(Charcoal, 32 GB)handset with a view of exchange with his MotoE4 handset in running condition and without any physical damage on 0311.2020 and the ordered parcel has arrived on evening of 04.11.2020.But the delivery man, superseding your guideline of exchange most irrationally refuses to take the old handset just to avoid his responsibility.
                                        The facts mentioned above are very painful, discouraging policy and unexpected to fair deal tradition of Flipkart.
                                        So Sir, I can't help bringing the fact in your knowledge for immediate action with and ardent request that specially the exchange schemes should be verified by Fliopkart expert staff, , directly with contact to customer in stead of depending on the callous courier men.
