I have created flipkart account some years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number. P.S : My lost mobile number is [protected] and my new number is [protected] and my lost email address is - [protected]@gmail.com.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

    COMPANY NAME: FLIPKART TRAVELS

    I have booked one flight ticket from Flipkart Travels (New Delhi to Patna dated 3 April 2020). The flight was canceled due to COVID 19. Its almost 7 months have passed but the company has failed to provide a refund. Every time they are incident IDs and telling to hold for another few days but no progress. My advice as a deprived customer "Never book tickets from Flipkart Travels). I am also planning to file a complaint in Consumer Court.

      This is some TV Flipkart sells.
      This is not even fully functional. Many channels are not visible like Netflix etc. Raised concerns with Flipkart and they referred to the seller.

      Seller is playing games with us, promises there's a fix coming in sometime.

      Come on, take away this lousy piece of plastic and get our money back ASAP.

        Dear FLIPKART,

        It is very very pathetic condition in Flipkart. Recently I have bought a 50inches TV, which I have received on 30th of October.
        The installation is supposed to done on 31st October, but today is 1st November but installation not done yet. While calling customer care no one is responding properly.
        In the mid of call they cut the call and ask me to contact the seller.
        This is very unresponsive behaviour from Flipkart and surprisingly the customer care executive was unable to give the exact date when it will be installed.
        As I am situated in quarter which quite small to keep the TV free and in this festive season there is painting works going, which adds up difficulty for me.So, please resolve the issue at earliest

          Hello sir, I ordered Asus laptop costs 25990/- and paid through SBI debit card. And cancelled the order and not received the refund from Flipkart after the deadline date of Nov 2 also. Please help me to get my refund. And Flipkart provided me false reference number onus20201028.

            I ordered a product( Libas kurta set) on 16th Oct 2020. Product was out for delivery on 25th, I called the delivery person a no times he didn't picked up. The same day I got a msg from ekart that the delivery person approached me but I refused to receive the order i.e., I rejected, a blatant lie. I complained to flipkart but of no use. They kept on extending dates to resolve my issue, I called them every other day till I received a msg on 4th Nov that my order has been cancelled on my request but I hadn't requested for cancellation at all. Flipkart said since the logistic attempted 3 times and every time I rejected the order( so untrue) the order stands cancelled. I'm going to file a complaint in the consumer forum if my issue is not resolved by ekart.

            I have attached the screenshot of my order ID. As is mentioned here that I raised a complaint regarding order cancellation as I hadn't requested for any cancellation. I waited for more than 10 days for my order to be delivered and they cancelled it on account of the fact that the delivery person attempted thrice to deliver but reality is delivery is not attempted even once. I complained again and again that when will my order be delivered they kept on giving dates and lastly cancelled it.

            I have attached the screenshot. As is mentioned here that I raised an issue that my order has been cancelled by their side, I haven't requested for any cancellation. Flipkart responded that they resolved the issue but they haven't actually. The delivery person didn't attempted delivery even once then how come they cancel it. I waited for around 2 weeks for my order to be delivered and they cancelled it citing delivery attempted 3 times, so untrue.

                IFB washing machine was order in flipkart on Oct 20 with order ID - OD[protected]
                IFB 7 kg 5 Star Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater Silver.

                IFB washing machine delivered on 23 Rd October without invoice and not getting option to download the invoice ..

                Installation happened on 30 October 2020 found start button is defective, hence raised an complaint for return still there is no improvement on that ... November 2nd 2020 one IFB technician visited and told same that switch is having issue to update that he need invoice of the item purchase ..

                Why Flipkart is cheating the customers with defective items and not ready to give the new machine, if I didn't get any replacement I will going to file case against the scam which flipkart is doing .

                Spoke to customer care he said that there is no option to generate invoice and asked to contact senior manager .

                Please check the history of the call how many time did I contacted ...

                Worst Worst service from flipkart ...this would be my last purchase with you guys

                Still Fake promises continued with Flipkart, I got call and msg statinf on 8th new replqcement washing machine will be delivered, now in flipkart says that replacement item will be delivered on Tuesday ... If I check with flipkart they are telling by wednesday issue will be addressed ... I encourage people not to buy anything from flipkart ...

                    Bought MI 43 inch tv. When opened it was looking absolutely perfect but when i turned on the power i saw the screen was broken from left side where the handle in box is given.
                    They are not replacing it
                    How will i come to know that it is broken from inside.

                              Hi Team,
                              I ordered this product on 16 Oct 2020. My deliver date was 28th Oct 2020. I got call from Gati courier guy at 4 PM on 27th Oc 2020 and they said that they are going to delivery my unit on that day I said ok and I was waiting for 4 hours and then I called again to that guy and asked about the status of the delivery unit they said not going to deliver today. I said ok but they would have informed to me earlier this also not happened. i got message from Gati courier like unit was attempted to deliver. this not good how they sent message like this without attempt deliver to my address.I called that Guy 8-10 time but he disconnected my call. then I ignore to call them I forgot about Gati courier but I called flipkart and raised compliant on 28th Oct 2020 about this unit deliver status.Still I don't see any progress from Flipkart end also everyday I called flipkart customer care and raised compliant. but no use to call flipkart it seems . Flipkart didn't take no action from Gati courier end. today also I called Flipkart and asked about this status. but they said simply I escalated this issue to that courier end but I don't see any update last 3 days .first time I facing this kind of issue . Great support - refer the below status from courier end still they are keeping the delivery status as 28th Oct 2020.
                              Note: My Unit status is Arrived to my near by place. I am not sure what purpose they are keeping my unit with them in last 10 days Please find the below status. if this issue not sort it out with a day. sure I will raise compliant to consumer court about it. I fallen under stress regarding this .( I need compensation for this issue. ) Thanks for Your support!!!

                                I have purchased apple airpods pro from flipkart and received the product on October 23rd 2020 I noticed that they are defective and contacted flipkart they just denied and asked to contact apple service as it is in warranty .so I went to apple service which is 150kms away from my home and the apple serivce told me that yes they are defective and ready to replacement but the issue is they said that the serial number should match on my invoice instead of serial number there was an IMEI number, an IMEI number is only provided for simcard devices not for some earphones so clearly showing flipkart just cheated me .apple denied my service and asked to contact flipkart for original invoice .since few days iam contacting the flipkart they are just torturing me like hell .They asked apple acknowledgement for that I have provided them talking to senior advice from apple..after providing they have asked the serial number photo with bar code on box I have provided them ..later on they are just saying that they didn't received any acknowledgement or a serial number on box .one person call me say we didn't received acknowledgement again another person call me and say u didn't send any serial number with box.later they put an message that invoice serial number is matching on the box then another call me and say no sorry it was the wrong message .Iam experiencing terrible act from flipkart .They are trying to escape from this issue smartly .iam not going to tolerate this .I want my original invoice asap .I am ready to do watever it takes.

                                    On 15th october I purchased 2 physical gift vouchers of flipkart worth 7500*2 from the website.I received the delivery on 22 oct but to my surprise when I tried redeeming them on their website...It showed me an error saying Gift cards does not exist. I was so much worried about my 15000 that I straight away called the customer care and they registered a complaint with a resolution time of 26th oct. But the more surprising thing that they conveyed me was that in their systems the gift vouchers are yet to be delivered but in the "My Orders" section of my flipkart id the gift cards showed as delivered and ofcourse I received them also...Time passed and I called them everyday till 26th but on 26th my resolution date got extended to 27th oct now...and then from 27th to 28th to 31st oct to 2 nov to 3rd nov...In the meantime I called them daily and also raised a concern with their twitter support also but to of no avail...Everytime they increased my resolution dates and resolved the previous complaints themselves without providing any solutions...Below is the mention of all the incident ids that they have raised for a single issue of mine just to increase the resolution time...

                                      I have ordered a Biba Black kurti size 34 on 21st October, 2020 during Big billion day offer. Received the product on 30th October. After opening the product on 31st October I am very surprised to see a totally different designed black kurti of Size 32. Instantly I communicated the same to Flipkart and requested for a replacement. But they have initiated a return and refund request on the same day. But no pick up by flipkart is done yet. Previously they have done the same with me regarding Pegion Deluxe spin mop, now with Biba kurti. Why Flipkart is playing this fraudulent game with me again and again? Isn't the rights of consumer not protected anymore? Or this online shopping sites are above the Law of our country? They are doing this unlawful business for quite some time. Should I Have to move to court for this kind of harassment ? What are you suggesting ? Please inform.
