For some time now I have been frustrated with Flipcart in various ways. I am ordering various products and making payments and after a while it is being shown to be canceled. I have some problems because of this. Giving, committing again and will not happen again. The same thing is being repeated the next day. In such a situation I am very humiliated and very economically disturbed.

Hello sir/mam...I ordered Sony x8000h 55 inch tv on 16th October big billion days...and they say delivery will take place by 2nd of November, , , but product shipped date was 21 so I called customer care saying the order status is same as it was when I ordered...and they told me don’t worry everything will be ok...but now on 23rd October I got a mail from flipkart saying your order has been cancelled cause it went out of stock..they informed...

i placed order on 15 oct and cancel my order within 30 minute. Now they are not refunding my amount and told me handle yourself from bank. My state bank of india confirm they didn't receive any money. This is responsibility of flipkart to give refund to customer, not a responsibility of customer to contact bank for refund.

The product, LG G8X, I received is defective. The display has a brightness issue at lower left corner. I have attached photos as a proof. I tried raising replacement request twice but each time it is rejected. The technicians visited to verify the problem were unskilled. I am feeling like cheated as if they are told to reject the replacement no matter what.

I did not like the parcel I ordered from flipkart. I wanted to return it due to quality issues. It is clearly mentioned in their legal policy that home decor, furnishing items can be returned and get refund for the same. Whereas flipkart is denying to refund the money and return policy is still there till 31 october 2020. This is not acceptable. This is fraud....

Bought a weight machine . Product was faulty . I report instantly . They send me another product. This one basic one and cheaper. So wrong product and charged me the same . Contacted few times but no reply.

My order was supposed to be delivered at 18th oct 2020 which was the promised date. I've contacted customer care several times and I never got a proper explanation/updates.
I've been told that a team is working on solving my issue but till now I haven't received any updates from them.

Also, my product has been received by Mother_hub blr on Oct 16th at 1: 24 am and I haven't got any updates after that....

I have ordered a Thomson tv, today jeevs enginer visited and open the tv box, however tv screen was damaged now i want to replacement for the same kindly help me to get replacement of my product i do not want to refund....

I order a phone on 15th November and cancel in 18th October. Flipkart says seller initiated refund and it will credited in my bank by 20th October but I did not got money. I have purchased a Mobile phone LG G8x on 16-10-20. This phone delivered me on 19-10-20. Tried to reactivate using the steps given on the website to reactivate.

Receiving the error - "unable to process request. Please retry."

Tried with a laptop, desktop version Flipkart site, and in-app also but the issue still persists, also tried with different browsers but still showing error.

I have bought MSI GF75 laptop during big billion day sale for 74, 999. on delivery i have thouroughly checked and the laptop is genuine and running normally, however while regestering for warranty, i came to notice that the serial number is mismatching on invoice. i have raised complaint to flipkart customer care, but the only clue i have got is that they cannot correct the bill and they have initiated refund process, WHICH I DO NOT WANT...
