I have complaining too many times to flipkart against my product, seller give me a wrong imei no product, i didn't receive any accessories with my mobile but no one help me all of their executive give lots of excuse anyone can't help me anyhow they only expired my replacement policy time..my order id is OD[protected] .

Again replacement acceepted by flipkart but at the time of delivery flipkart delivery agent again reject to replace, this is too much harrasing from flipkart...

      Hi Team,
      I ordered this product on 16 Oct 2020. My deliver date was 28th Oct 2020. I got call from Gati courier guy at 4 PM on 27th Oc 2020 and they said that they are going to delivery my unit on that day I said ok and I was waiting for 4 hours and then I called again to that guy and asked about the status of the delivery unit they said not going to deliver today. I said ok but they would have informed to me earlier this also not happened. i got message from Gati courier like unit was attempted to deliver. this not good how they sent message like this without attempt deliver to my address.I called that Guy 8-10 time but he disconnected my call. then I ignore to call them I forgot about Gati courier but I called flipkart and raised compliant on 28th Oct 2020 about this unit deliver status.Still I don't see any progress from Flipkart end also everyday I called flipkart customer care and raised compliant. but no use to call flipkart it seems . Flipkart didn't take no action from Gati courier end. today also I called Flipkart and asked about this status. but they said simply I escalated this issue to that courier end but I don't see any update last 3 days .first time I facing this kind of issue . Great support - refer the below status from courier end still they are keeping the delivery status as 28th Oct 2020.
      Note: My Unit status is Arrived to my near by place. I am not sure what purpose they are keeping my unit with them in last 10 days Please find the below status. if this issue not sort it out with a day. sure I will raise compliant to consumer court about it. I fallen under stress regarding this .( I need compensation for this issue. ) Thanks for Your support!!!

        I have purchased apple airpods pro from flipkart and received the product on October 23rd 2020 I noticed that they are defective and contacted flipkart they just denied and asked to contact apple service as it is in warranty .so I went to apple service which is 150kms away from my home and the apple serivce told me that yes they are defective and ready to replacement but the issue is they said that the serial number should match on my invoice instead of serial number there was an IMEI number, an IMEI number is only provided for simcard devices not for some earphones so clearly showing flipkart just cheated me .apple denied my service and asked to contact flipkart for original invoice .since few days iam contacting the flipkart they are just torturing me like hell .They asked apple acknowledgement for that I have provided them talking to senior advice from apple..after providing they have asked the serial number photo with bar code on box I have provided them ..later on they are just saying that they didn't received any acknowledgement or a serial number on box .one person call me say we didn't received acknowledgement again another person call me and say u didn't send any serial number with box.later they put an message that invoice serial number is matching on the box then another call me and say no sorry it was the wrong message .Iam experiencing terrible act from flipkart .They are trying to escape from this issue smartly .iam not going to tolerate this .I want my original invoice asap .I am ready to do watever it takes.

            On 15th october I purchased 2 physical gift vouchers of flipkart worth 7500*2 from the website.I received the delivery on 22 oct but to my surprise when I tried redeeming them on their website...It showed me an error saying Gift cards does not exist. I was so much worried about my 15000 that I straight away called the customer care and they registered a complaint with a resolution time of 26th oct. But the more surprising thing that they conveyed me was that in their systems the gift vouchers are yet to be delivered but in the "My Orders" section of my flipkart id the gift cards showed as delivered and ofcourse I received them also...Time passed and I called them everyday till 26th but on 26th my resolution date got extended to 27th oct now...and then from 27th to 28th to 31st oct to 2 nov to 3rd nov...In the meantime I called them daily and also raised a concern with their twitter support also but to of no avail...Everytime they increased my resolution dates and resolved the previous complaints themselves without providing any solutions...Below is the mention of all the incident ids that they have raised for a single issue of mine just to increase the resolution time...

            Please help me get my gift cards activated or get a refund from these corporate thiefs

              I have ordered a Biba Black kurti size 34 on 21st October, 2020 during Big billion day offer. Received the product on 30th October. After opening the product on 31st October I am very surprised to see a totally different designed black kurti of Size 32. Instantly I communicated the same to Flipkart and requested for a replacement. But they have initiated a return and refund request on the same day. But no pick up by flipkart is done yet. Previously they have done the same with me regarding Pegion Deluxe spin mop, now with Biba kurti. Why Flipkart is playing this fraudulent game with me again and again? Isn't the rights of consumer not protected anymore? Or this online shopping sites are above the Law of our country? They are doing this unlawful business for quite some time. Should I Have to move to court for this kind of harassment ? What are you suggesting ? Please inform.

                On[protected] i recived my order, for wella nutricurl shampoo and conditioner combo worth rs 1870/-, but there was only shampoo in the box which I received, i urged and tried to convey consumer support but, every time i do complain i recive on reply your issue will be resolved in next 4 days, on 21 when i made my first complaint they told by 26-10 your issue will be resolved, on 26-10 they told your issue will be resolved by 28-10 on 28-10 by 30-10 and on 30-10 again 4-11 date was given to me !! And then again when i urged they deind that your issue is outdated and now we cant help you !!! Please i seek govt. help i need my refund or the product from flipkart, i am a non-earing college student and this is a big amount for me, please see to this

                  The mic which i ordered no od[protected] on 9th oct 2020 from seller kusum ecom delivered me on 12th oct 2020 was defective. I make refund call twice a time but the courier boy denied to get it by saying " product is mismatched". Return id was[protected] and[protected] . I have also message on flipcart and even called on customer care number as well. Despite of their filling my compalint online still i am unable to return it and get my refund back. What is the fault of customer if product is mismatched and defective?

                    I have purchased a mobile phone from Flipkart 15 days back and it had some issue with the battery so I raised a request for replacement they hired a technician to resolve this issue without checking properly he told the issue is resolved now the company is not giving replacement itself

                      I had buy the product -- Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Core i3 10th Gen - (4 GB/256 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) E14 Thin and Light Laptop (14 inch, Black, 1.77 kg, With MS Office) -- which order id OD[protected] from FLIPKART.COM on 21st october, 2020 and paid the full amount from debit card. Today is 3rd Nov, 2020 and Flipkart is not shipping the product that i had order, It's been more than 10 days, Customer support is telling to wait for more days and delivery date is getting revised. If the Flipkart have any problem for delivery the product then it must be canceled, Why Flipkart keep telling us to wait more and more. I think its a loot from people in the name of big sale season. Neither they delivering the product nor canceling the order, Flipkart are using people money to earn profit as bank interest while getting crores and crores of rupees from people.

                        I ordered a realme C12 on 21st Oct 2020 in Flipkart Dusshera Offer 2020 and their estimated time of delivery was 3rd Nov 2020, but my order came for delivery on 1st Nov which is a good thing but unfortunately my order has cancelled because I could not receive the call of Ekart delivery boy as I was busy that day, I think that my order again will come for delivery in next working day according to flipkart policy but the same date I received a message from Ekart of order rejected rather I did not reject my order then why Ekart sent me the message that I rejected my order? They can also update that I was not at home and try to deliver the same on next working day. On 3rd Nov again I received a message from Flipkart that my order has been cancelled and my money will refunded in 7-8 working days.
                        I waited so much and the result that my order has cancelled if they cannot give the delivery then why they offer?

                              I ordered samsung galaxy for Rs10, 791 watch on 16th october but product was not delivered till 28th oct so i cancelled the order. They said that the refund was completed on 29th oct. But i did not received any amount in my account. I have verified with my bank also 3-4 times and it is showing no money is received. But flipkart is claiming that money is refunded.

                                I have ordered computer table from Flipkart on 27 Oct 2020 through Seller Suncrown Furniture. Order id is OD[protected]. Tracking id they have given is 89043523 through their courier partner Safexpress. While i tried tracking product on Safexpress portal it shows its invalid E way bill number provided by flipkart. Even after contacting customer support team for over 2 days to get correct tracking details. Flipkart is unable to share correct tracking details. Also flipkart is not allowing cancellation of product as they are saying product has been shipped and cannot be cancelled. I have seen this issue is common when products are being ordered through seller "Suncrown Furniture". few other people have lodged complaints as well.
                                Please ask them to provide either correct tracking Information or allow cancellation of product

                                  My flipkart pay later statement is not correct. Even though product is return and refund approved . Then also the amount of it is added in account . It shows in my statement summary, when I speak to customer care executive, they have no answer to it. I was said everything is fine from their end. I see incorrect statement of October 2020. I see mistake of 422/- . .Transactions has to clear and matching.
