Dear FLIPKART,
It is very very pathetic condition in Flipkart. Recently I have bought a 50inches TV, which I have received on 30th of October.
The installation is supposed to done on 31st October, but today is 1st November but installation not done yet. While calling customer care no one is responding properly.
In the mid of call they cut the call and ask me to contact the seller.
This is very unresponsive behaviour from Flipkart and surprisingly the customer care executive was unable to give the exact date when it will be installed.
As I am situated in quarter which quite small to keep the TV free and in this festive season there is painting works going, which adds up difficulty for me.So, please resolve the issue at earliest
