Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings for the day!

Despite my attempts to try and talk to some senior executive in Customer service and make the point, it seems the "TECHNICAL ISSUES' always stop at the customer service executive.

I have been given false assurances till 11th Nov that the product will be delivered and the same have been continuing now for the next date 18th Nov.

I have been asking for a simple and logical (as per my humble common sense) question - kindly provide me with the TRACKING ID where I can track my product and know that it is actually on the way.
The TRAKING ID[protected] Tracking id is incorrect)provided or is in records with your team "DOES NOT EXIST" . So, either the SELLER or the COURIER PARTNER is selling you lies and I am the one suffering here.

IF YOU CANNOT TRACK IT, ASK THE SELLER TO SEND THE REPLACEMENT, BUT DO NOT ASK ME TO WAIT ANOTHER 7 DAYS AND THEN DO THE SAME EXERCISE OVER AGAIN!!

I AM EXPLORING ALL AVENUES TO GET THIS ISSUE ADDRESSED BUT HAVE FAILED SO FAR!! HOPE THERE IS SOMEONE WHO SEES THIS EMAIL.

Flipkart escalation team contacted me today at 15:00 hrs 13 nov, and told me to cancel the order and place a new order in its place. The product will be delivered at old price.

Only catch - i cannot cancel the order and they will take 4 days to find a solution for that. So, the struggle continues...Will post updates.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR KIND EMAIL BELOW AND APPRECIATE YOUR RESPONSE.
It seems the matter is not that easy to resolve. I cannot CANCEL the ORDER at my end and am at mercy of your customer service executive who has promised me to move it to the escalation team, in spite of me sharing your email as an attachment. 
So, first thing - the ORDER HAS TO BE CANCELLED AT FLIPKART's END as I DO NOT HAVE THAT OPTION. The SELLER policy is clear that once the ORDER has been placed, the customer cannot cancel it after 24 hrs once shipment has been done. (PLEASE SEE THE EMAIL ATTACHED - THEY WILL HELP ME BY 17th NOV TO CANCEL THIS ORDER ?????)

THE FLIPKART was finally able to cancel the ORDER after much follow up and complaints on 17th Nov. It was agreed refund will be processed to a designated account.

They further management to screw it up and sent it back to the CREDIT CARD which has been since discontinued. So, now taking up the issue with the banks.

The complaint was escalated to the CEO ESCALATIONS TEAM, yet they managed to screw up on each and every level - first non-delivery, then cancellation took 3 days, then REFUND was processed but into wrong account. So, it has been a suffering all through.

The problem is that there is no single source of resolution once the complaint has been escalated and everyone from every desk keeps responding with different information and status. This non-coordination leads to confusion within their own organization as well ensures that the CUSTOMER - suffers even more.

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.
Flipkart escalation team contacted me today at 15:00 hrs 13 nov, and told me to cancel the order and place a new order in its place. The product will be delivered at old price.

Only catch - i cannot cancel the order and they will take 4 days to find a solution for that. So, the struggle continues...Will post updates.

    I ordered an iPhone SE on 15th October, 2020 during the big billion sale for Rs.24749. The delivery got delayed by a almost 25 days.           I have Ordered TC HC BK-N Model, but
          they sent me HC SC BK 90 Model. I have raised return request on 09-Nov-2020, but still now it is not approved.
          Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Even im calling Flipkart and asking them update. They are providing any information. It's been four days I didn't get update on this. I have sent requested
          documents on 10-Nov. But still now return is not approved. Please ask them do some
          action taking this as high priority.

              I purchased on Flipkart a Vega Cliff Helmet in S size. However upon checking with Vega I was told Vega manufactures Vega Cliff Helmets in only M and L size.

              I have complained to Flipkart and written to them but no response.

                    I had ordered for Poco M2 Pro mobile phone from Flipkart. Just 6days from its usage, today when trying to attend a few calls, I was not able to hear anything in my side and some short circuit like sounding bursts came from the earpiece, which definitely proved that the device is faulty. Luckily since I'm within the replacement period, which might have ended tomorrow, I immediately gave a return request. A customer service executive called to enquire about the return request for its processing and asked me about the problem and I patiently explained. It was totally wierd responses coming from the side of the customer service executive- she was a lady. She didn't have any technical knowledge and was forcing me to continue using this faulty product by saying that the issue will be resolved if I update the firmware and do a factory reset! I don't understand how a firmware update will resolve the issue with a faulty hardware. I posed this question. She had no answer for that but just vaguely said that the company's return policy is this and you should accept that. When asked with my right of replacement within the guaranteed replacement period of 7days she says that physical damages which can be seen in first look while the phone is delivered are the only defects covered under the replacement policy and asks me to take the phone to a service centre and continue using this faulty product rather than giving my replacement. She was so rude and harsh, who doesn't have any respect or value to a customer and was blaming me all the way through that I am not accepting her conditions- which she intends is to keep silent and continue with this faulty device. She was so rude to the extent that I felt deeply hurt. I was given a faulty product and when asked she's taking lectures on learning to be happy with what you've got!
                    Worst experience from the side of Flipkart.

                        Hello Team,

                        This is with regard to order # OD[protected].

                        The product was purchased on 1st Nov and delivered on 7th Nov. The installation of the same product was complete by 9th Nov.

                        Immediately after the installation, we noticed a considerable gap between the Bezel/frame and the TV display.

                        We have contacted Jeeves executive (Installation team) and they confirmed on 11th Nov that the product is damaged and requires a replacement.

                        When we tried to replace the product, there was only an option of return. Hence we contacted flipkart for replacement but in Vain. They suggest us to return this product and rebook and replacement option is not available. However the same product was bought on sale and now the new price is significantly higher for rebooking.

                        Availing a replacement for a damaged product is the basic right for any individual and I request Flipkart to support us in this regard.

                        Please arrange us a replacement of the same product.

                            Sir,
                            Had ordered 5 no.s of VJ Interior Office chairs @ Rs 5152/- on 30th October 2020 thru Flip kart. Started to order a 6th one on the same day but on afterthought aborted.
                            Again on rethought, ordered a sixth chair on 31st October thru Flip kart.
                            Flip kart confirmation for the 5 chairs ordered on 30th and one chair ordered on 31st came via email.
                            On November 9th, these 6 chairs were delivered at the address given. On 10th they were installed.
                            On 10th evening at 7.30 pm again a VJ chair box was delivered to my home address. The box is unopened.
                            I tried for a return, but as I went through the process, I was stuck at the level of replacement. Since the seventh chair is an item which I have not ordered, I do not want a replacement, but a refund.
                            I checked my bank details, and has found that Rs 5152/- has been debited 6 times on 30th October and once on 31st October. I understand that due to some networking problem, my cash was debited though I did not go through with the order. I remember entering the CVV but after that I did not go forward. Besides I have got confirmation from flip kart for 6 no.s of chairs only.
                            So i called customer care and waited for almost one and half hours on phone to finally be told that" they could also find only 6 orders for the chair- 5 numbers on 30th October and one chair on 31st October. But since the return policy of the dealer is replacement they cant do anything."
                            Sir, If you have only six orders from me for this chair, then i feel that you, Flip kart- should get involved in this and get me a return and refund from the dealer.. It is the trust that I have with Flip kart that made me go through a lot of purchases all these years.
                            Please do the necessary for a return and refunding of this unordered item.

                              Dear Sir

                              This is to inform you that, I have ordered a product from flipkart having order id no. - OD[protected]. The product was a combo pack of 120 pcs of huggies diapers, but we have only received 60 pcs and I have also paid the amount for the same(via COD). Then we have raised a order cancellation request and refund of the amount but till date we have not received any refund of our amount.

                              I have also raised a incident report of this issue with incident id No. - IN[protected]. It was as told to me that I will get a call from customer care team regarding our refund but till date we have neither received our refund nor any call from flipkart.

                              so request you to kindly do the needful to refund our amount or else I have to raise a complain in Consumer Forum regarding this matter.

                              I hope that I will get a favorable response from your end.

                                My order number is OD[protected]. It was canceled by flipkart as the delivery service was not able to pick it up. I received a message saying that the refund has been credited on e November and that I will receive it by 4 November. It is 11 November as I am writing this and I have still not received the refund. I contacted the customer care and they are requesting for my bank account statement. But I am hesitant about it as it contains my personal financial information. The customer care today sent me an email saying they are closing this case. Please help.

                                        I had paid my flipkart paylater due by flipkart's alternative link provided when my acount has been block...

                                        i attached receipt of payment...
                                        i padi my due but still its shows overdue of amount and they are charging penalty. ..and getting call and messages of for pay overdue amount
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
