Refund request not accepting

Hi Team,

I have ordered Realm 7 and Order Id : OD[protected]
But its not upto the mark as per specifications given and not satisfied with mobile. Main issue is camera mentioned 64 MP but its not upto the mark.
Picture quality is not good and same i have raised same complaint to Flipkart.
Flipkart team raised multiple return requests and tech visit but its rejected and replaced the my mobile. But...

Account blocked,need invoice copy of my orders gigabyte graphics card

Sir/madam,
My account is blocked by Flipkart.
Now I am unable to download invoice of my order gigabyte graphics card 2gb.
I request to please provide the order I'd and invoice copy to my email id.

Order pending flipkart poco m2 pro

On 15th October i ordered poco m2 pro mobile with order id OD[protected] Payment got deducted from my sbi bank account but flipkart shows 'payment not received from the bank' and 'order is pending'. I have been waiting for 6 days to happen something. I lodged a complain also on flipcart but no response even after 3 days. Nor they are refunding my money nor they are confirming the order. They are simply ignoring my request....

I am unable to return my product

Regarding duplicate product from flipkart

Dear Sir/Madam

Greetings !!

I have purchased a wrangler slim men blue jeans (OD[protected] from Flipkart in Big Billion sale on[protected] at 6:50 PM but the product is duplicate. It looks like garbage that is purchased from street side. MRP printed on the product is Rs.2495 but item does not seems to be of this price. Product material is low, stitches is poor.

Gst law violation

I have ordered a mobile phone which got delivered to me from banglore. I am currently residing at Ahmedabad. As per gst rules supplier is suppose to mention GSTIN of buyer if available i.e.buyers can have the option to quote their GSTIN so this is an option available to buyer not seller.seller is mandatorily required to quote GSTIN of buyer if he is willing to give GSTIN.but on flipkart many products...

Payment deducted from my account but not received otp

Yesterday delivery boy camed to my house to deliver my phone which was 19k and I asked him for using my debit card he said due to covid we are using sms payment via mswipe and I paid it I also received aproval code and transaction details in sms and he is asking me otp from Flipkart app but I didn't received anything from them then delivery boy not delivering my product...

Delivery delay and there is no update

My order has reached the nearest hub 2 days ago and is yet to be delivered. There is no update in the flipkart app and even the chat bot isn't responding properly....

Delivery delayed and rescheduled

Ordered an iPhone se from Flipkart on BBD sale. On order day(i.e. 16th oct) promised shipping date was 17th and delivery day was 20th oct. On 17th oct the promised shipping day was changed to 20th oct n delivery day to 25th, due to some "unknown" logistics issue. But on 20th "the unconditional shipping day" they again changed that promise day to 1st november.

Called Flipkart consumer care, they were unable to help me with this,...

Delayed delivery and then cancellation

Previously I ordered a saree and it was to be delivered on 10th october but was shown as late delivery and I was told that it has rescheduled to 14th october. After 14th, flipkart customer care told me to cancel the order and order freshly as they cannot deliver. This time too, I ordered a saree and it was to be delivered on 17th october but rescheduled to be delivered on 20th october. But I received no delivery and flipkart customer service...

Flipkart is not refunding the money of worth 8908 rs, I escalated the matter no one responded after making me struggle for 7-8 days and sent mail as they have already refunded check with the bank, I did so but bank says there is no refund that they have received .they are making issue has resolved without giving any details on transaction...

Damaged and different product delivered

I recently ordered a American Tourister bag having Order ID OD[protected]. Today I received a different bag which was damaged and had a different colour and size. I called the customer care and they said it can't be replaced. How is this service from a reputed company as yours justified.
I am attaching a picture of the damaged bag that I received.
Please look into the matter and replace the bag with the original bag...

Replacement Request rejected without solving Issue

Hi,
This is to inform you that I am Soham Bhowmik, a customer of Flipkart. Recently I have bought a mobile Realme 7i (Order no OD[protected]. I received the product on 18th Oct, 2020.

In this mobile I have facing one issue. I can't able to set up UPI setting due to switching to another platform from Google Pay or Paytm, PhonePe due to massage pop up. I am trying it on different phone it has been easily setup....

On BBD sale, flipkart mentioned some conditions for the exchange of device. My phone fulfills the conditions but the wishmaster still rejected my phone on baseless grounds and when I tried to clear the issue with him, he was so rude and he was threatening me that he will cancel my order and was very rude in speaking, I went to the ekart office and they also didn't helped me.
