Dear Flipkart support executive team, i have ordered Samsung Galaxy F41 as on 18/10/2020 on Flipkart with exchange of one year old OPPO K3 handset in very good condition IMEI NO:[protected](IMEI-1) and order number generated as OD[protected].The handset was delivered as on 21/10/2020 by Flipkart Wish master shri Manoj Kumar Mobile/Contact number:[protected] at around 13:00 to 14:00 hrs afternoon time.He has checked OPPO K3 handset IMEI NO:[protected](IMEI-1) with all respect and cross checked IMEI of handset as mentioned in order invoice inclosed.He appraised the good condition of my OPPO K3 handset and collected original charger adaptor and data cable along with Handset Cover provided by OEM duly mentioning that all such accessories required while exchange of the product.Though i was at office that time but my spouse asked him that these accessories are not required by Flipkart except handset but he insisted to collect all such accessories.So my spouse confirmed me the same on phone call and i asked her to hand over all such accessories as useless for us as we got new handset. Afterwards Shri Manoj Kumar the Flipkart Wish master has handed over Samsung Galaxy F41 IMEI/Serial No: [protected] to my spouse and have taken old OPPO K3 handset IMEI NO:[protected](IMEI-1) along with all above accessories.

On evening i got the SMS from Flipkart backend at 18:24 hours regarding pick-up rejected(product mismatched) of OPPO K3 handset Tracking id FMPR[protected] due to details mismatch(Screenshot of SMS received from Flipkart backend at 18:24 hours attached) 05 hours after delivery of Product and collection of the old handset. Afterwards, i had a telephonic conversation with Flipkart Wish master Shri Manoj Kumar Mobile/Contact number:[protected](call recording attached of 2.1 MB file no AUD[protected]WA0002_ attached with this email) and while asking why product exchange pick-up rejected (product mismatched) of OPPO K3 handset he replied that he himself cancelled the product and paid the exchange value of the OPPO K3 handset of Rs6900/-as he required the handset because of handset good condition. When i asked him about his unethical/misconduct of product exchange cancellation he did not express any guilty feelings of his unethical misconduct.You requested to listen to call recording carefully.
After this conversation, i have checked Flipkart app and the thing was confirmed that pick-up OPPO K3 handset was cancelled and amount of Rs6800/- paid in cash as i did not pay anything in this transaction in cash towards rejection of OPPO K3 handset hence i have realized that that the pick-up OPPO K3 handset had cancelled purposefully by Flipkart Wish master shri Manoj Kumar Mobile/Contact number:[protected]. Afterwards, i had called back him again and asked him to return the handset to company ( call recording attached of 3.2 MB file no AUD[protected]WA0003_with this email) then he apologize and asked me speak with his Supervisor and both apologized for shri Manoj Kumar misconduct. You requested to listen to the call recording carefully.

That's Why Flipkart Wish master insisted to collect accessories of OPPO K3 handset to use handset duly maintaining in his custody unethically as well illegally. In such scenario of Flipkart Wish master Shri Manoj Kumar Mobile/Contact number:[protected] may misuse OPPO K3 handset [protected](IMEI-1) duly making fraudulent/ransom calls. Hence i sincerely request you to kindly take appropriate action in this regard so that such instances will never be occurred in future. You know very well that how serious the matter is and reputation of Flipkart put on the burner because of such unethical & illegal act by your personnel duly misusing power/access provided by the company in such scenario.
So if OPPO K3 handset IMEI NO:[protected](IMEI-1) is misused for making fraudulent/ransom calls in future then Flipkart Wish master shri Manoj Kumar Mobile/Contact number:[protected], EKART &Flipkart will be solely responsible as do not take any appropriate action even almost 04 days since my complaint raised on Flipkart as on 21/10/2020.

To avoid such instances in future to provide strict provision of OTP customer mobile number to validate such transaction(cancellation of Pickup of Old appliances and payment of balance amount) if any if required. If any problem occurs while generating OTP or delivering OTP to customer mobile due to technical reason/network outage then the same may be created by flipkart customer care and after duly authentication same may be advised to customer for completing such transaction..if the required OTP not provided by the customer then the whole transaction should be cancelled and refund should be initiated duly charging penal amount if applicable.

At last my humble request to take all such necessary action in this regard to return OPPO K3 [protected](IMEI-1) to the seller and refund amount if any paid by Flipkart Wish master shri Manoj Kumar Mobile/Contact number:[protected] and confirm status as successfully picked up instead of existing; pickup cancelled, and paid exchange amount in cash.I also requested to take consider fact that Flipkart Wish master shri Manoj Kumar is very sincere & dedicated person .He delivers the products at my area since long time with full dedication.But he committed mistake without thinking the consequences of such unethical act in need of financial crisis post COVID19.So take only affirmative action to avoid such instances in future instead of any action in vengeance.
PS: Please go through all attached audio and .pdf files duly supporting my point of view in this incident o[censored]nethical cancellation of OPPO K3 Handset exchange by Flipkart Wish master without customer knowledge and unethical possession of handset with Flipkart wish to master.

      I ordered 2 bottles of Patanjali Swasari pravahi of 500 ml. But when they were delivered they were of 250 ml each. original price of 250 ml bottle is Rs 50 and for 2 it is Rs 100. But I was charged whooping Rs 206 (including delivery charges Rs 39)

      i ordered a pack of Patanjali Swasari pravahi of 500ml, costing rs 206. when they were delivered they were of 250ml each costing rs 50 each. i was charged extra. The seller on the portal is selling the product above MRP

        I was order a Laptop on Flipkart During Big Billion Day Scam on 15th October after that the laptop was deliver to me on 17th October, but I'm facing an issue with that laptop (Laptop fan & speaker make wired noise). So I raised a replacement request on 18th October 2020 which was accepted by flipkart on 24th October and committed that the laptop will be replace on 4th November 2020, but they don't do replacement of the product and they don't even contact to me. On the very next day (5th November 2020 ) they cancel my replacement from their own side without informing me, now they are giving update that replacement policy has been over. I Want my money back.

        Yet again flipkart taking time for their technical issue, I'm having trouble regarding my laptop since 17th October no step has been taken through flipkart after cancellation of my replacement by their ends, I want my money back, please resolve ASAP.

        Yet again same things happen to me they again and again give me time limit for few days now they told me that issue will be resolve on 12th November, but they don't doing anything and told me that the problem will be resolve on that day, but the don't give me any resolution from the past week they do that same things I want my money back.

              I had ordered a realme narzo 20 It was supposed to be delivered by 20th October 2020. But it hasn't been delivered till date (7th November 2020).

              ON tracking the status of the delivery product is NOT yet delievered

              I have contacted Flipkart customer care many times during this period (between 26th October 2020 and 7th November 2020) and all of them have said that they will escalate the issue to "higher authority". These customer care executives seem have no idea about why there is such a long, unprecedented delay in the delivery of the product, i.e. the delivery of the product apart, they do not even know the reason of the delay. I had contacted Flipkart customer care thrice before 4 November 2020, and all three of them had assured me that the issue will "definitely" be resolved by 5 November 2020, which "definitely" was proved to be a blatant lie, as proved later.as well they are telling to cancel the order and buy it again they are not satisfying the need to induividauls during this festive seasons I have not accepected this arrogant behavaiour from flipkart worst platform for online buying .

              There is no way to contact these "higher authority" people, who are supposed to be directly looking into this matter, but are apparently not doing their job.s

                    The JBL Speakers which were ordered and paid for on 18th October with a promise of delivery by 22nd October have still not been delivered even as of date ie., 7th November.
                    Repeated follow ups have had no impact and Flipkart has refused to act on the matter.
                    Pls advise if it would be appropriate to take the matter now to Consumer Court after having patiently waited for about 20 days.

                        I have ordered Canon dslr camera on 15/10/2020 and got delivered it on 17/10/2020 but the delivery boy has not given my prepaid order to me and without asking me has delivered to someone else and has not call me without my permission he delivered it. And when i received i was shock that the parcel was covering from tape and I got i different brands camera of cosina and when i applied for return the seller rejected it and its been 20 days since i received it.                           Delivered on 25th october and expected installation was oct 29 and later changed to october 30 and gain changed to nov 5th and 6th and 7th and 11th andb12th and now show as 12th.

                          Now flipkart is not arranging installation nor taking request for return. I have spent more time on following up also mental torture and harassment. I need compensation of 1lakh from flipkart for cheating me. I have also approached in twitter and i have call recordings of all the practice.

                            I am Subhendu Dinda, last 30/10/2020 I purchased one mattress through online from Flipkart.com, which is order id # OD[protected], now problem is, i ordered the mattress size is (78 X 60 X 5 ) inches but they are sent me the different size which is (75 X 60 X 5 ) inch, which is not fitted on my bed, after i ordered the mattress i could not track my order because they not provide tracking id number and delivery status, still now also, not showing delivery status in my flipkart account for this wakefit mattress, and suddenly they call me on 30/10/2020 and told me your mattress is arrived and i received, but that is wrong size. in the invoice they mention size is (78 X 60 X 5 ) inches but the seller sent wrong size mattress. i already contact flipkart, for replace my mattress, but they ignore me to replace the mattress, I want my proper mattress size which was i ordered .
                            So, i have to request you, please take the necessary action for replace my mattress as soon as possible, i hope you can understand my situation and please consider this issue as a high priority and do the needful Sir.

                                    Hello Guys,
                                    I am shearing, A fakery story by Flipkart.
                                    On 5th Oct 2020, I raised a complaint on TV malfunctioning as I was getting a strip on the LCD Panel. See image below.
                                    After 2 days, I got a call from Jeeves, a third party agency linked to Flipkart for the resolution.
                                    A technical person Jeeves, called me for the problem statement and asked me to sent images through WhatsApp, immediately he called me and told TV panel is gone and need to be replaced. He told to talk to his Manager and raise a complaint again. That I did on Jeeves.
                                    I gave almost 5 days to Jeeves for the resolution, no response from Jeeves nor Flipkart.
                                    Again I called Flipkart Customer care and told the complete story.
                                    a day later I got a call from Jeeves, saying that they will replace the TV.
                                    From then till yesterday I was following up with Jeeves, They are just extending days but no positive note on TV replacement.
                                    Today when I called Jeeves, That freak Manager telling me to raise a query in MI Stores for TV replacement.
                                    This is frustrating for me to follow up with Jeeves or even Flipkart.
                                    TV is completely gone now, No display is visible just black screen.

                                    Latest news from Flipkart is to wait till November 18th 2020 for resolution.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

                                      I have an issue against you that I purchased Ashi Polymers Double IT Trolley for Inverter and Battery but I recived that product in damaged condition. I filed return request but it was always cancelled by your side and the return policy was overed on 2nd November 2020. On 5th November 2020 your delivery boy was came and pickuped my product but till date there is no message by SMS or email I have been provided which shows on your side you totally misrepresents your customer. I want to say that I have returned my product to delivery boy and I got not get refund till now I want get my money back.

                                      I have an issue against you that I purchased Ashi Polymers Double IT Trolley for Inverter and Battery but I recived that product in damaged condition. I filed return request but it was always cancelled by your side and the return policy was overed on 2nd November 2020. On 5th November 2020 your delivery boy was came and pickuped my product but till date there is no message by SMS or email I have been provided which shows on your side you totally misrepresents your customer. I want to say that I have returned my product to delivery boy and I got not get refund till now I want get my money back.
