My name is yateesh kumar. My issue is that i have ordered realme earphones from flipkart in which i got damaged products. After that i returned that parcel they told me they will do replacement but after 2 days i got message that replacement was cancelled by seller they will do refund i waited the estimate date of refund was till 21st aug, 2020 then they told refund has been intiated by seller wait till sept 2, 2020 till now i have not received money. When i complain to bank they are telling contact to flipkart when i am complaining to flipkart they are telling contact to bank. So atlast no body is helping sir. The amount i have to get is rs 849. The flipkart had given me reference number i. E.,[protected]. So i want to investigate this issue. Kindly help.

They are telling to contact SBI but bank is telling me that we can't help in this issues if seller is telling that he had refunded means bank statement it will show but it is not showing means seller has not credited money in your account.

    Hi everyone,
    This is my second complaint about flipkart. On september 10, 2020, i ordered apple airpods pro worth 21, 299 rupees and they were delivered on september 12, 2020. I had also reordered iphone xr which arrived today. These all items we're actually a birthday gift for my wife. Surprisingly and shockingly, when unboxing the airpods, they were fake, dirty, used airpods (Please see pictures attached), nicely packed in an apple airpods pro box. Slowly, i am losing my patience with flipkart. I have told my wife to file the police complaint at a local police station about cheating and fraud. How disappointing could it get, we all work hard to earn money, and then when we spent it to buy stuff from an indian company to promote indian business instead of chinese, they cheat us with fake and used stuff. Why? I will take action against them. This is unethical and shakes customers' confidence.

      Paid payment already but still getting payment yet not confirmed from bank

      I have ordered for 4 items from Flipkart at 3:10 am on 18th September 2020 and did paid through my paytm wallet. The amount of the 4 items has been deducted from my paytm wallet but they are showing there is no confirmation. I did talk with customer care but she told that I must write to paytm but the point is paytm has transferred payment to flipkart already but still my order has not be approved as well as cancelled. I would like to get...

      Flipkart blocked my account.
      I am a regular customer of flipkart. Also i have plus membership. I can't open my account now. The email from flipkart showing i can't login because i placed an order for another person. Only last order was placed for my friend. Please check another orders. All are for my personal use.
      The actual problems are, one prepaid order is pending. Also flipkart pay later bill payment is pending in my account.
      I didn't know that can't order for others in flipkart.
      Please unblock my account. I want to pay flipkart pay later bill before due date.

          I bought a mixer grinder from flipkart company but got a plastic bucked and a stone inside the bucket. The parcel was sealed pack but inner packaging was tampered. Delivry boy said that he would not let u open the box without payment. I gave him payment but when i opened the box got a plastick bucked and stone. Flipkartand flipkart seller is cheating me. I filed a complaint in flipkart and also shared my aadhar document with the flipkart though flipkart paid no heed to my complaint and ate my money rs 3999. My complaint is trueand i am furnishing my aadharcard photo to verify that my complaint is true.

            Flipkart cheats: od[protected] got a defective phone. I have raised the request for replacement, thrice cancelled by seller indiflashmart claiming issue resolved without getting any call from seller nor they visited for device checkup. I have called 10-12 times and asked for resolution with customer care, they dont have any option to resolve my issue.

            First technician visit was scheduled on 9th sept postponed on 12th sept - status cancelled claiming issue resolved without contacting me.
            Second visit 15th sept: status cancelled issue resolved without contacting me. Again the same issue repeated.

            Either i need the new working phone or refund to my account. Both of the options were rejected by flipkart

              Item: webster v3.0 car bluetooth device with audio receiver, transmitter (White)
              Price: rs. 429

              The above item was ordered along with some other items. As per item advertised, the main item is while color and should have usb charging cable and two sided audio male adapter.

              Item received on 10th sep 2020, black color, without usb cable. The bluetooth received was defective.

              We asked for return and refund the amount, which was accepted.
              Subsequently, the pick up boy came but said color is different he did not take it and cancelled return request.

              Like this two time they cancelled on pretext or other.
              Subsequently no one turned up, and they keep cancelling return requests next day and flipkart customer care (Which is very difficult reach) keeps on saying you again place return request. Now it has happened seven times, without actually taking the item back.

              Kindly do the needful to resolve the issue.

                Hello sir.. I have purchased a realme 6 (Comet blue, 128 gb) with order id od[protected] on 10th sept 2020. But the camera quality is very poor and not performing as expected.. So i want refund back my money but customer care is not responding my complaint.. I have already called 65 times to customer care but they are ignoring and denied for refund.. From 6 days m in shock i wanted to return but after technician visit he also feels camera is poor.. But he doesn't complain to seller.. After so many problems like hitting and touch problem he ignored to check all the issues and wrongly behave by saying that he can't do anything because seller doesn't want to refund money. Among corona contentment zone we are unable to afford visiting technician so pls considering our problems please pick up the worst product and refund my money. Seller is a third class organization that denied to refund my money after knowing so many defect in its phone.. Flipcart also not responding our complain and not refunding me.. So pls do me a favour and refund my money

                  I request you to please look into this issue again, as i dint received amount till now, it's been 3 months the problem not solved till now, it's been a pathetic service by flipkart.
                  On 28 june 2020 i made a transaction from my indusind credit card amount of 20216/-. Tried to purchase vivo s1 pro (Jazzy blue 128gb).
                  But dint got the product and amount debited from my account and you even converted it into emi, i even went to bank for issue but they clearly said, they dint converted the amount into emi, they said this amount converted by merchant only, they given authorization code -269918.

                    Hi,

                    I have ordered a furniture id - od[protected] from the flipkart, which was delivered to me yesterday. I have paid rs 14498 for the product which is not worth that much.

                    The site has allowed a seller without any validation of product, the product is over priced and after contacting flipkart customer care i have not received a positive response that how can i replace and get refund.

                    The question here is i have spent a huge amount but the flipkart team says the policy is that we can only give replacement, the real question here is how can a seller sell a product which is so over priced and not worthy as it shows on the picture. There is high percentage chance that you may not like the product but flipkart team has no response how can a seller sale a product with such huge price.

                    I need to get the refund for the amount as i have paid quite high amount.

                        I ordered a jacket (Amount paid-rs 1049/-) from flipkart (Date of order-6.09.2020) with order id-od[protected] and as my product got delivered (Date of delivery-12.09.2020) i raised a return request within an hour because it was not fit and wrong size. I contacted with them placed return request and 2 times my return request was rejected and 3rd time when i placed return request my flipkart account was blocked. Now i am unable to place any request due to account block. Out of 10 last orders only this one needs to get return or exchanged and that too because of valid size issues.

                        Being a plus member it is nearly horrible experience. I want to return that product as its return date is 22.09.20 after which i cant return or exchange. I cant see any updates as my account is block.

                            On[protected] I selected and purchased a product (Puma Flex Essential Running Shoes Size 11) Order ID: OD[protected], from my registered flipkart ID and paid the total amount of rupees 962 for the product while purchasing itself.
                            2. On[protected] I received the item parcel wrong from flipkart other than which i was selected, Received a Wrong Puma Alacrity Shoes Size 9 with a different colour also. I don't like it because it's the wrong size and I will not be able to wear it, and i'm not interested in using the product.
                            3.From the day I received the product I am raising the return and refund request through Email, Flipkart APP, and by Phone also. But all my requests are being rejected by the seller and flipkart team.
                            4.Flipkart is asking and forcing me to give consent and my personal confidential documents (AADHAR CARD, PAN CARD ) scanned copies to get my return request accepted.
                            5. As a normal common man, I was also worried about my confidential documents. I don't want to misuse my personal information by giving to flipkart or other third parties. Because of this issue till now they are harassing me by rejecting my return requests and not giving refund or replacement also. 6. One thing I want to know is, If the sellers and flipkart have delivered wrong products to me (customer), why are these people asking customers confidential documents for their own mistakes and faults?
                            7. Why should a customer need to give his aadhar card or pan card for returning the wrong products? I was really fed up with this issue and wasting time and painful moments losing patience because of neglecting behaviour of flipkart. Thank you.

                            Note - Flipkart can't ask for your personal information if you're not lending any money from them according to the UIDAI.
                            (The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) on Monday cautioned e-commerce companies such e-bay, Flipkart, Amazon etc not to allow their merchants to collect Aadhaar information from general public for printing Aadhaar card. “Collecting such information or unauthorized printing of Aadhaar card or aiding such persons in any manner may amount to a criminal offence punishable with imprisonment under Indian Penal Code, ” says a Ministry of Communication and Information Technology release.) it reads.

                              Yesterday on 16/09 at 4:03 pm, we placed an order for himalaya combo pack and the order is in pending state till now. My amount of rs.429/- is deducted but the order is still in pending state there is no response from your team.

                              The customer service team cannot see the order details. While the amount is debited from the account, on asking the team to check with the backend team they refrained it.

                                I had purchased a nova chopper from flipkart on which there is a warranty of 12 months after 15 days the product stopped working. I compliances with customer care for the same on which they provided me with several contact numbers of service center, non if which is in service. And still the matter is pending to be resolved.

                                  I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number 741538xxxx. Sometime ago i lost my sim and henceforth number.

                                  The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                  Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.
                                  Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      This is against my return request for tommy hilfiger t-shirt on 13th sep, 20 complaint no[protected]; for which till date i havent got the pick up done & no communication of return. I received a mail mentioning to share my aadhaar card/pan.

                                      Are you guys phishing out my private data. Is there anywhere in your return policy that personal data is to be shared for bloody return of a t-shirt.

                                      This is totally disgusting and unprofessional. I have been a regular customer but this is complete harrasment and breach of trust. I never faced any such petty issue with 'myntra' or 'amazon'.

                                      I wont share any data and want this return query to be resolved asap!!!

                                      Dont want to go legal route for it and bring all of it on social media regarding the absurd way of procuring customer data and sharing it further to third parties.

                                      This is pure cheating. They havent event picked my product to check and asking for my personal data beforehand whem there is no such thing mentioned in Flipkart Return Policy. Stop the fraud
