I have ordered a redgear smartline pc gamepad from flipkart with order id - od[protected] on 11 september, 2020 on cash on delivery of rs 584. Later on, i tried to make online payment through flipkart app of same order of rs 584 but unfortunately my payment was failed but the amount was deducted from my bank account, they refunded that amount which was wrongly debited as payment was failed to go throughon 14 september, 2020. I received the delivery of the product on 16 september 2020 by paying rs 584 cash. On the same day of delivery, i raise a return request as i received a damaged product. The return pickup was done by flipkart on 17 september 2020 but still i have not received the refund of my returned product. I tried contacting customer care, and they are keep harassing me by telling me to wait 3 more days again and again. Flipkart support emailing me and confusing the previous refund which is wrongly debited when payment failed with the current refund which should be credited after 17 september 2020.
Flipkart support mostly dropping my call and not giving me a solution yet.
Either they confused my second refund with the first one or they just cut my call on my face.
It is just purely harassment from flipkart. Their customer support is not ready to transfer the call to their seniors. Their customer support are keep asking me for my bank details and bank statements through email again and again and then they send me the same email that my refund is already credited on 14 september 2020. They always confused my second refund with the first one. I have returned the product on 17 september, then how can they confused it with the refund which is credited on 14 september 2020. It is just their way to snatched our hard earned money and keep harassing us on the calls. I am flipkart plus member but i am telling you all to never ever shop with flipkart. Their customer support is worst and they will not even help you if something went wrong. There are much better options available in the market like amazon, go with them.
Do not shop with flipkart.

You may contact your bank’s customer care with the refrence number[protected] using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
