I have ordered a wooden wardrobe (Od[protected] from flipkart which is actually having some defect for which i have filed complaint on flipkart many times but still no action has been taken. Customer care always ask to wait for few day. Even after the due date period over then extend the query resolution date and again asked to wait for new due date. I am really harrashed by the service provided by flipkart

The courier service provider will pick up the product by 14 Sep 20. The replacement product will be shipped after the pickup completion. You can expect more updates once the item shipped.

I hope after replacement I wont be getting same defective product as it is going to cost me another 10 days.See I order the product on 23rd August and it will almost 22nd September since I will be receiving the correct product after lots of call and explaining the same thing to again and again to the flipkart customer support.I dont know if this is going to happen again with the replacement one or not but I had very bad experience through out the period.I am worried about the replacement now if this is again going to repeat.

Better if you just return the current one process the refund asthe service provide by flipkart customer support is worst nowadays. and I don't want to get into these loophole again.Better to hire a bot rather than putting a human as a customer representative as the customer support act like one and repeat the same sentence even if know the issue and do nothing about it.

    I order a mosquito net from flipkart on 1st sepetmber 2020 and i recived
    My parsal on 7 september but the product is difrent colur and size then i request to exchange the product, and then i recived exchange product on 8 sep but this prouduct is also damage, used and diffrent colour and size, then i requiest to refund the money, but delivery boys says he is mismatch (Colur), and he is not returned my product and without my permission he cancle my return request many time, he is not collect the defective pice, and customer care is not help me

      I created my flipkart profile with my previous number which is out of service now. When i am trying to update my mobile number, the app is asking me to enter OTP which is sent on my previous number. Please suggest if there is another way.

        I have purchased sprig tempered glass guard for oneplus 7t (Pack of 1) of 499/- total paid 539/-, on sept 9 it delivered on 10th sept but it has damaged, i was trying to contact customer care they were irresponsible, im requested to call but when im getting the call no one speaking on the other side, it happend 3 or 4 times continuously, you guys delivering damaged product and not responding to customer, terrible service i have the call recordings and photo of damaged product,
        This is not only the first time, so many times they did but i just left, but they were continuously giving the services like this, and their customer care giving the fake calls after thts they were sending the message like we were trying to contact you, thats insane

          I have booked dry fruits about 3500 including almonds. All are good but
          1 kg almonds was wrong product, at the time of delivery i received wrong product (Pack of 1 t shirt) in the pack of 1 kg almonds. Now it is going to be 10 days, no any return or refund policy process initiate. While i am following continuously to the flipkart agent for refund or return the item and deliver the original product. But till didn't get any response from his side.
          Totally illogical answered given by his customer care executive..

            I have recently ordered a smartphone from flipkart about half a month ago. The purchase cost me around 10k rupees and the expected delivery date was 4th September. Apparently its been 5 days past the date mentioned and I have not received any contact whatsoever from flipkart or the delivery executive. I am very much disappointed in their service and a lot of money has been spend on this order. I expect immediate action against this unfair service.

            I received a call from flipkart care. But their support was not much satisfying. The delivery executives have still not called.The person who called me asked to go to the courier office which is about 25 km away from my given address to collect the shipment. This is almost cheating and the problem is I haven't gotten any calls from the delivery executive. Therefore how can i make sure that they have it?. Im not willing to waste my time hearing their excuses. It is their responsibility to satisfy their customer. And as a customer who already paid for the service I demand critical action against them and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience they have caused.

              We have complained to flipkart about the defect in the product (wardrobe) which is under warranty but they are not redressing the complaint citing insensible reasons.They had sent a technican fo visit, he hold us that it is manufacturing and installation defect whereas he reported to flipkart as end usage defect, playing double game with us. We have been reporting these issues since the date of purchase. But we are not getting any resolutions from them.

                      I have ordered track pants on flipkart. I have completed my payment online mode. My product deliverey date was 08 sep 20. Till now i have not received my order. When i contacted flipkart representative they told me that my delivery will be done after 12 september. Why should i suffer for their fault. Request to guide for next step which should i taken against flipkart.

                        I have purchased the onida 1.5 ton 3 star split dual inverter ac - white item on 7th aug 2020 through flipkart. I have paid the amount 25499 to flipkart.

                        I have not received the my item yet. I have raised the lot of queries and called multiple times to filpkart, but there are not responding properly and also not cancelling the my item.

                        I have requested if not deliver the item, in that case cancel the item, but there are not cancelling the item or delivering the item.

First off all seller send me wrong product with wrong serial number and when youer team arrange a technician visit and he confirm that i received old product then seller reject my replacement request then again i raise a new replacement request and at this time when seller ship my replacement i download new invoice and check the imei number given in invoice to apple offical site and also do screen recording as a proof and send it to flipkart before replacement and told them that seller again doing same thing and flipkart says please accept replacement and when i get replacement i unbox the product in front of delivery boy and he also said that invoice number is diffrent and now flipkart close my complaint by not even making any type of comunication with me and acc to flipkart the reason of closing this complaint is my conversation with them which is never happend. Flipkart is a cheater company

                          i reopened my complaint 1 hour ago but flipkart again mark it resolved without giving any reason, please check this image and imei number with apple and it is not valid this means flipkart selling fake product.

                          Complaint is not resolved they misleading me and they said go to apple care centre and create a jobsheet and when i go there apple service center representative said your product is old and first generation so we can not generation jobsheet and if you still want a jobsheet you need to pay 1200 rs. And now I'm going to court because i guess flipkart is also with seller in this fraud because i was aware them before delivery.

                              I have purchased fan on 21 aug. Order id - od[protected].
                              After delivery fan has some technical issues and i returned the fan return id -[protected].
                              By mistake return and replacement selected and new order booked from flip kart. I canceled the order on call and said for refund. I received a msg like-"refund unsuccessful: the refund of rs. 2850.0 could not be completed based on the bank account details shared by you. Please update your bank account details by clicking here http://fkrt.it/sv2eyRuuuN. the refund will be credited to your account within 1 business day once you've updated the details."
                              When i clicked on link it shows some thing wend wrong please try again.
                              10 times i called to customer care and i did not received refund as account detail all ready updated.

                                I have order my product on 6th august, the promised date for the product to be delivered is on september 8 but the product hasn’t been delivered yet. I will not wait for one more day to get the product delivered as you already took more than a month.

                                When i called customer service for 3-5 times they told me that their team will reach out to me on september 16. Am i a joke to them??
                                Why will i even wait after i have patiently waited for a month???

                                They are setting up false expectations, i believe they do not have any idea to deliver the product.

                                I want this to be cancelled and refund my money back as i do not have the option to cancel or they should deliver my product either today or tomorrow.

                                      I booked flight tickets from flipkart travel but it’s cancelled by the airline due to covid restrictions during lock down. As i contacted to indigo airlines they said they have already return the money to flip kart

                                      But flipkart not refunded the money which is already refunded by airline to them. Flipkart customer executives are always saying indigo will refund my money but how?? I did not book through indigo. I contacted to flipkart customer care but they have no answer and they are now refusing to refund my money by telling several stories. I already frustrated with the service of flipkart. Whenever i email them to refund my amount they start to tell different procedures by different customer executives. For big company like flipkart its not suit for this kind of behaviour.

                                        Hi sir, ma'am,

                                        I have ordered a himalaya neem purifying facewash from flipkart.com worth rs. Of 238 on 1 of september 2020. Because of address change issue cancelled product. On 1 sep of september 2020, i got a message from flipkart.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to bank account on 4th september"

                                        I waited till 4th of september but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your customer care of your issued bank. Flipkart.com is not going to loot your money. But actually they did. I called to state bank of india customer care and they said they have not received any refund from merchant flipkart.com.

                                        Again i called to flipkart.com and asked for the refund. On that they said i have done the payment through net banking not through credit or debit card. Instead of that they had given me one reference no and told me to give that number to my bank so that they can check. They send me one mail as well in that they have mentioned about the reference number and the refund which had never ever happened.

                                        I again called to state bank of india customer care and told that reference no. Which i got from flipkart.com but sbi bank guys were unable to see any details using that number. They said me to contact to flipkart.com.

                                        I again called them and this time they were not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that refund has been done from flipkart.com. Your bank is lying your money, kindly contact to your bank. Flipkart is not even interested to refund my money. I am pretty sure the problem is from flipkart.com end.

                                        Sir, i am going to attach the relevant document. Kindly have a look and try to resolve my issue. I will be very thankful to you. Below are few more detials:
