I have placed an order to purchase refrigerator online on 25 July. Below is the details:

Delivered defective product. In refrigerator, how they can missed to notice, that one of the leg is missing. After delivering the defective product, it has been 1 month, I have not yet received the replacement product. Every-time, Flipkart customer service give resolution TAT 7-10 days, which they are not capable of giving resolution. It keeps on extending. In website, seller is promising to deliver new products in 2 days. Both Flipkart and seller, not at all professional. They are very good in cheating customer, as no one is taking any legal action on them.
I have sent a multiple mail to higher management, not yet received any reply from them. Flipkart customer-care, only knows to highlight the complaint and nothing else. They cannot provide resolution.

Seller: humble kart
I have placed an order: humble kart 3 layer fruits & vegetable trolley stainless steel kitchen trolley on 31st july. Its a flikart assured products. Expected date of delivery was 6 aug. Somewhere on 13 or 14th flipkart customer has called me and informed me that seller cannot deliver the product. I need to cancel the product and place a fresh order. But intelligent seller has disabled the cancellation option after 24 hours of placing the order. Fraud seller, now cancelling my products and not refunding my money. Flipkart is not all helping to resolve the issue. It has been a months, they have not yet cancelled my products. Raised multiple complaints to flipkart customer care to cancel my order. They are not at all helpful. Every time i call customer care, i get a new resolution date, but no progress on the case.
Its seller who has denied to deliver the products. What is the issue to cancel the products.
As requested by flipkart, i have already requested the new fresh order. I have already received the new order few days back. Still my existing old order, not yet cancelled.
