I bought a product last 2 month before. And i paid online payment.
After 15 days product delivered but product r not on specific level as mention on site so i want to generate to cancellation. But after that time i unable to login my flipkart account. I talked to customer care but then didn't give correct information. I got a mail regarding my issue they wrote on that due to high return generated by your account so your account blocked by our computer system.
Then i ask him plz give me last 5 order details after that they didn't pickup my call and no reply given by that side.
So i m requesting to u plz look into this matter.

    late delivery of my order for mobile phone

    I have ordered a motorola fusion plus on 10.08.2020 and scheduled delivery date is 20.80.2020. My order od[protected]. But till date i did not received my mobile. After 20.08.2020 they revised delivery date by 25.08.2020 without any reason and again delayed by 5 days till today delivery not done.

    Flipkart is indulged is bad practice.in the name of online delivery to dorr step they are asking customers to pick the product from their shop. Which is 20 km away. Shoppers are using this platform to get the orders. Once they get they get the order they are asking customers to come and pick the product.

    No doing so, results in order cancellation without any reason or without any notification that my order will be cancelled.

    I some sellers are doing this type of transaction where they want to cancel the order if you don't do what they say.

    Ans strangely flipkart is supporting these guys.

        Sir, i ordered realme 6i handset from my flipkart account and received delivery on 27th aug 2020 (Money paid via debit card). But when i opened the box instead of mobile i found 2 pieces of soap there and showed it to the delivery boy also he has taken snaps too.
        On that day itself i complained to flipkart and they registered my complaint and in the last 3days they rejected my refund request giving reason that the item was delivered as confirmed by their delivering partner. How's its possible since i showed to their delivery boy what i found in there and they are shamelessly telling lies.
        Sir i m fed up with their service and not got a single call from their side till now.
        Sir request you to kindly look into this. I want my money back

        They Called me and said that FIR has been filled against seller and it will take 7-10 days to investigate. And after few days they transferred my Refund to my Account

          S:i had purchased an ifb 6 kg 5 star fully
          Automatic front load with in-built heater white washing machine from flipkart against order id - od[protected] on 26th august 2020 and i found liquid detergent dispenser is missing from the machine. My question is how this part is missing from the brand new product. Also the box was opened by the flipkart delivery person as he said that it is an open delivery. When i informed him about the missing item, he said raise a concern with flipkart customer care. When i engaged flipkart customer care, they're taking long time to address this. Moreover this was confirmed by ifb technician against request number [protected] and he found there was water inside the machine. So it clears that this is used washing machine. This is completely cheating and immediate action need to be taken on this. I exchanged my old machine with flipkart and currently there is no washing machine available for my family. This is really causing inconvenience. This incident has lost my trust on flipkart seller as i have got refurbished product and seems flipkart is selling some other customers returned or old products. Due to this reason i would like to go ahead with the refund option instead of replacement.

            I order durex condom on 11aug2020.
            Flipkart give it local courier service econ.
            On 20aug2020 morning i got a message from econ for out for delivery. Then on evening around 7.30pm in got message of delivered. But no one call me or even visit to my place. After that i call on respective customer care no. Which is on msg. But its not reachable. I logged a complain, from now i only get date on date. No one wanted to solve issue. Yet i haven't get delivery.

                I have placed an order for "flipkart perfect homes engineered wood tv entertainment unit (Finish color - espresso)" tv unit worth 13790/ - in flipkart on 23rd aug 2020. Order id : od[protected]
                The product is supposed to be delivered by omnitech retail seller on 27-aug 2020. Today is already 30th aug and the product is still in "ordered status".
                Have complained to flipkart about this and there is no response from them. I am really worried and frustrated with the flipkart executives as are not taking care of my complaint. I even asked to cancel the order if the seller is unable to process it. They are not even doing that. There is a "change slot" option for the order and when i click it, it says "no slot available and the product will be delivered on 27th aug" (Which is already past). I cannot wait any more on this unless either flipkart or omnitech retail assures about my order. I want full refund of my money if they are unable to deliver the order and i also want compensation for wasting my money and time and not only that for keeping my money (13790) for these many days for an undelivered order.

                I raised a complaint twice with flipkart customer support and they closed my complaint without resolving it. My order is still in "ordered" status and still showing '27th Aug' as delivery date. I am really worried on my money. I need my money back as soon as possible. This will be my last purchase in flipkart and will be closing my account and will ask all my family members to close the account with flipkart and not to purchase anything from these irresponsible people. I want my money back as soon as possible.
                installation date was 26th august. but 1st september there is no installation yet

                  Flipkart never delivered me one product of INR 299 which was supposed to deliver on 11th aug, then 13th then 19th and after that no trace of my product or refund. Not even refunding my money, Moreover, Executive’s always lie that i get refund by 26th aug and i got nothing so far.
                  Worst customer support in history. Initially two sellers fraud with me now Flipkart doing.

                    I have purchased sansui ac in july end 2020
                    Model no. Sac155sia
                    1.5 ton
                    5 star

                    But what we received is outside unit is perfect but inside unit is of 1 ton only
                    On box of inside unit model no. Mention as sac105sia.
                    Which is not my ac model which i have ordered
                    Its been 1 month happened but no one has contacted us for replacement or refund.

                    We have responded each and every email from which order has been done.

                      Grievance Details Sir, I had bought a Chinese bamboo plant from flipkart and when i received the product it was in damaged condition(hole at the bottom of pot, most of the bamboo sticks were in such damaged condition that half of the sticks died within 10 days) so requested them to replace the product but they denied. So i simply put a negative review on that product and after that flipkart blocked my account. Upon asking them why they blocked my account they gave me a reason that I'm returning lots of product that's why they blocked my account. So i asked them please check my last 3 months order history and find how many orders have i returned but they didn't replied. In this way I'm contacting them over chat for last 3 months and they keep saying that an agent will call within 24 hours but no one calls. How could they block an account like that? I have lots of orders there, lots of invoices there. I was flipkart plus members, there was lots of coins there which i could have used but they blocked the account and I'm unable to access all these things. Earlier i have returned 2 earphones because they were in warranty period and stop working. The earphones were of flipkart smartbuy brand. I visited the service center, they checked the earphones and they placed the return request on behalf of me because it got damaged within warranty period. Please take strict action so that company like flipkart think twice before blocking someone's account like that. Without giving any reason how could they block the account. Please verify the facts and take suitable actions and help me.

                        I have marriage at my place and hence ordered in bulk.
                        But unfortunately Flipkart dont see the quality of their products and sent me fake ones.
                        I have right to return them and did the same.
                        Now I just want my account to be unblocked as I have gift card amount around ₹4500 in the account.
                        I want that money back.

                          I have booked flight ticket from Bengal ore to delhi (booking Id FF[protected]. Due to covid 19, indigo canceled and refund am out to flip kart on 25 July 2020 but it is not refunded by flip kart to me . ever time I received reply facing technical issue.
                          I feel like they are cheating me even not probably taking to me. I don't know what to do know

                              Hello Team,
                              I have placed an order to purchase refrigerator online on 25 July. Below is the details:
                              My order id: OD[protected].
                              Seller: OmniTechRetail,
                              Delivered defective product. In refrigerator, how they can missed to notice, that one of the leg is missing. After delivering the defective product, it has been 1 month, I have not yet received the replacement product. Every-time, Flipkart customer service give resolution TAT 7-10 days, which they are not capable of giving resolution. It keeps on extending. In website, seller is promising to deliver new products in 2 days. Both Flipkart and seller, not at all professional. They are very good in cheating customer, as no one is taking any legal action on them.
                              I have sent a multiple mail to higher management, not yet received any reply from them. Flipkart customer-care, only knows to highlight the complaint and nothing else. They cannot provide resolution.

                              Seller: humble kart

                              I have placed an order: humble kart 3 layer fruits & vegetable trolley stainless steel kitchen trolley on 31st july. Its a flikart assured products. Expected date of delivery was 6 aug. Somewhere on 13 or 14th flipkart customer has called me and informed me that seller cannot deliver the product. I need to cancel the product and place a fresh order. But intelligent seller has disabled the cancellation option after 24 hours of placing the order. Fraud seller, now cancelling my products and not refunding my money. Flipkart is not all helping to resolve the issue. It has been a months, they have not yet cancelled my products. Raised multiple complaints to flipkart customer care to cancel my order. They are not at all helpful. Every time i call customer care, i get a new resolution date, but no progress on the case.
                              Its seller who has denied to deliver the products. What is the issue to cancel the products.
                              As requested by flipkart, i have already requested the new fresh order. I have already received the new order few days back. Still my existing old order, not yet cancelled.

                                I had ordered the product on 7th August, and it was supposed to get delivered on 11th August. Then the delivery date changed to 14th August and then 21st of August.
                                Flipkart keeps on asking me to cancel the product and buy a new one. I bought the product for Rs. 1349 and the current price is Rs. 1849... Why should I pay more due to Flipkart's or Ekart's fault?... Flipkart has no idea where is my product and are unable to track it. I need the keyboard and mouse to work on my system in this time of work from home and all Flipkart is doing is asking me to wait again and again.
                                I had previously mentioned to Flipkart that I will be pursuing legal action and yet they do not seem to care.
                                It is high time now and I am facing the consequences of Flipkart's and its Logistic partner's mistake. Shopping from Flipkart has clearly been a blunder!

                                    Sir I had ordered online mobile i kall 900 from flipkart
                                    After only 4 days of taking, the mobile hang problem immediately and shuts down frequently and the battery has to be removed frequently and then it turns on.
                                    Don't give me my mobile replace but pay
