Dear sir/ma'am,

I would like to inform you that regarding the order 'od[protected] product 'prestige drip pcmd 3.0 6 cups coffee maker's refund is still not credited.

I have raised multiple complaints against refund which is receivable on 2nd september 2020.

Now they are refusing to refund and denying all my query to listen.

Also sharing bank statements from 23/08/2020 to 07/09/2020. Please provide refund asap.

Kindly check & confirm with me the same.

      I placed the order for abbott glucose optium strips vide invoice number fac1nt[protected] from dealer laxmi diagnostics & critical care, through flipkart. I have a optium h abbott glucometer and the order has been placed clearly on optium h strips, but i was shocked to receive strips of optium neo h which is not compatitable with my meter. This is clearly an utter cheating by the seller. It is also mentioned there is no return policy due to which this cant be returned. I am shocked to see flipkart, walmart do a sale like this and put me in mental stress and agony. I am a diabetic patient and suffering due to flipkart-walmart irresponsible action. I request you to take suitable action and find remedy for my issue.

Or na hi box ke ander phone ka bill h.
        Is ke bad sir mane flipkart me call kya or refund/replacement ki complained ki lekin flipkart ne meri complained ko 2 bar reject kr dya bina koi reason btaye or na hi mere paise refund kye.
        Dear sir /madam it was totally fraud with me i want solved my problem immediately...

          I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number that is not available with me now and I need to update the number.
          The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

          Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

            Mine 31/08/2020 ko prestige grill sendwich meker order kiya tha. Muje 03/09/2020 delivred hua. Maine prestige ka mangya tha or wrong company ka diya hai or vobhi use kiya hua. Maine 03/09/2020 ko return ki req. Dali hui hai par abhi tak koi bhi product lene nahi aay or. Nahi muje refund mila hai. Or customer care me baat karti hu to vo muje date pe date de rahe hai. Pls.               I ordered Redmi Note 5 Pro on 15/08/2020 from Flipkart. But i got a used and out of warranty Mobile. It has some dents and scratches. When i made return request then it was cancelled after 3 days. It also fulfil seller return policy but return request was cancelled. Again i made return request but it was cancelled. Kindly take an action and refund my money as soon as possible.

              I ordered Redmi Note 5 Pro on 15th August 2020 from Flipkart, it was delivered on 24th August 2020, but i got used product. The package of Redmi is tempered/broken. There are some scratches and dents on mobile. And also it is out of warranty. I did four times request for return from return request option first was on 25th August 2020, i recieved a return request accepted mail. But after some days i saw that return request was cancelled, I did another request, and it was accepted but after some days it was cancelled, I did it for four times but it was still cancelled after acceptance. After that the return policy ended and now i am unable to make any return request. So, Kindly fix it and refund my money. And take an action on seller because he/she is making us fool and cheating us by sending used and out of warranty product. It is the biggest scam by flipkart.

                  Order number : OD[protected]

                  The product was delivered and had a hole in the package and also seal on the product . I contacted customer care and they arranged a pickup and the pickup person came took the package and after 1 hour gave back the package to me saying the station master refused to send this as the item is a non returnable item. I contacted flipkart support multiple times even with escalation teams they just saying we will pickup the item and then nothing done and the product is a whey protein which is required for my daily nutritional needs . I want a replacement or refund anyway because its not my problem if they can't pickup up because of non returnable category . give me my refund or replacement and keep on scheduling pickups so i do not have to wait for you take action . In flipkart that product showing 1 year warranty but i have received the product and in that packing had warranty card, in that written in half a year from the purchase. so can you please check and confirm once how much day that warranty applicable for the product.

                        I have ordered ASUS Rog Phone 3 on 30th Aug-20 & the expected shipping date showed as 6th of Sept-20. On 7th of Sept-20 I still see just as Order placed but not yet packed and shipped. I don't know what seller is doing taking these many days and still not able to ship it. I need the exact date of its shipping or else I will CANCEL the order asap. I[censored] need some more days u could have updated from 6th Sept to some other date while we were placing order & not shipping it even after the expected date is not correct. Please update me by when it will be shipped to flipkart so that it can be delivered within next two days.

                          I am writing this letter to convey my extreme disgust at the wrong delivery of product from your Store and further very unpleasant transactions. Unfortunately, I had to purchase your product ending up in such dishonest service.

                          I made this purchase through Flipkart as I was very happy with the past purchases and the latest collection of products.

                          I was expecting the delivery of the item which I ordered but the one I received had no resemblence to the ordered one or the product displayed in your advertisement. I requested return through several chats with your agents and is very disappointing to understand that the company is trying to fool me, firstly by delivering a wrong product and further denying my return requests by alleging that 'I' cancelled my return request. Failure to deliver the right product demands full refund of my money and I am emotionally taken aback by the fraudulent service I received from Flipkart who is denying refund of my hard-earned money.

                            Due to her has high number of parcels he is not giving the home delivery of product . His [protected]

                            He called me at 8.15 am in morning which are not business hours or working hours. Second thing is he denied home delivery of product Rs. 588 because he contained lot of parcels, but he will ready to deliver product at 150-200m long distance from my home.

                                On 28 August 2020, I received a defective product even after multiple chats with the customer care they r simply refusing to refund my money and putting everything on the faulty return policy.                                   This complaint is with reference to order number: od[protected].
                                  My relative had placed order of lg ledtv (32 inch) on behalf of me on flipkart on 6th aug, 2020 by paying amount of inr 12, 746/- via credit card. Expected date of tv delivery was 18th aug, 2020 and delivery address was in beed district in maharashtra. On 16th aug we had got update from gati courier that "product undelivered due to mismatch in address & pincode". My delivery address is of small town in beed and it is correctly added on flipkart portal but gati attempted deliver somewhere in aurangabad in maharashtra which was visible under flipkart order tracking. There was no phone call/sms received either to my relative or me from gati courier before they tried to deliver tv.in fact they did not try to deliver tv to my address in beed.

                                  My relative had called up flipkart customer care on 16th aug to inform about non-delivery of tv and lodged complaint with flipkart. The team had assured him that tv would be delivered to my address in beed district but it did not happen at all. As per the product tracking status shown on gati website, they tried to deliver tv again on 18th and 21st aug in aurangabad itself which was wrong address. Again there was no phone call receieved to us from gati on all 3 occassions. On website of gati courier they updated status as
                                  "undelivered due to customer/consignee refusing to accept delivery"
                                  Which is totally false and rubbish. Again there was no delivery attempted by gati courier to my delivery address in beed. We had informed flipkart about this issue muliples times from 16th aug till 24th aug. Flipkart had promised that my complaint will be resolved by 9 pm on 24th aug but there was no reponse recieved from flipkart.

                                  We had called flipkart again on morning of 25th aug and flipkart team told us to wait till same day evening. Suddenly after few hours we got update from flipkart that "you have cancel the order for tv".in fact we did not cancel tv order. We again called up flipkart team and raised complaint about issue. Also requested to setup call with their reporting manger to resolve isuse. But the lady customer represenatative told us that we would get call from senior representative but after 30-40 minutes we noticed that complaint was closed by her without
                                  Providing any solution. After couple of days we again follow up with flipkart and
                                  Requested to deliver tv instead of sending refund amount but they refused to do so and on 2nd sept flipkart sent me refund amount without paying credit card charges.

                                  During this period my relative and myself have wasted lot of time, efforts and money in doing multiple follow ups. Flipkart and all its partner gati dkt, bathla teletech pvt ltd and ramthralla retail did not fulfill my order. They all have cheated us and wasted our time. I strongly feel that flipkart and all its above mentioned business partners are following unprofessional and unethical practices. It was totally unexpected that reputed e-commerce company like flipkart provides such bad services to its long time customer. I will never ever buy any product from flipkart and have already informed my family, friends and community about this incidence so that they are aware of such type of bad services provided by flipkart. I want compenasation from flipkart for wasting my valuable time and efforts. They should also take appropriate action against people from their own team as well as their partner's team who are responsible for non-delivery of television so that no other customer will face such problems in future.

                                  Your "SORRY" won't return my Efforts, Time and Money spent during last 1 Month. It seems you did not read complete post. My complaint is regarding Unprofessional, Unethical, Untimely and False committment provided by Flipkart and all its partners whose names are mentioned in my Post. Once again you people have marked complaint as resolved without understanding the customer's issue. So if you really care for your customers then try to undertstand their concerns and then mark issue as resolved.

                                  Secondly check your database correctly, Refund was credited to my account on 2nd Sept and not on 31st Aug. My money of INR 12, 746/- was custody of Flipkart and its Partners for 28 Days and I want compensation for using my money. Dont give suggestion on things which were not asked like check credit card statement, contact bank etc. It not at all relavant to complaint raised by me. And If Flipkart is not willing to give me compensation then I will proceed with filing case in Consumer Court. Hope you understand it.

                                      I recieved a damaged boat headset (One side of the headset is not audible) as soon as i recieved the product i apply for return and it got cancelled. As my return period is not over so i applied for the return again and the customer executive give assurance that now the return will not be cancelled again. But it got cancelled again i need my money back
