    This is regarding the last order of [poco m2 pro 6 gb ram 128 gb stores (16999/-) rs] i placed this order through iob debit cart where 75/- rs off and i paid 16, 924/- on (1st september 2020) 7:50pm. Amount debited and the order is in pending status till now of around 15 days.

    I have reached flip-kart support for several time's and today is sep 14 2020 almost 15 days crossed, till now we i have not received the refund yet. I was asked to reach bank, they confirm that payment was successful from their end and i received proper bank response message [amount debited] on the day of transaction.

    Fake Resolution dates by the Flipkart, they convince me by telling [ call back from backed team shortly ] never ever I received a call in these 15 days, i called them on the date which[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and my current resolution date is[protected].

      My order i'd is (Od[protected] i received a defective product on date 3rd of sept.2020 from the packet itself and i complained about this from the 4th of sept.2020. But flipkart denied to return and asked me to visit brand which is 580kms far from my home (786191) i visited today from my home which is 580kms i travelled i asked apple about return but then they asked me the policy or whatever the flipkart told me and then with that policy they will not return untill and unless flipkart take the risk of returning apple told me clearly that they will not return because i didn't buy from them.. And today flipkart told me my return date is already passed now i can't return the product

        I have purchase a mackbook air on 28 august 2020 and the serial number provided on invoice is not matching as on my laptop the serail number is fake on invoice which does'nt match any product on apple site. I have written complaint about mismatch of serial no of product in invoice.

          My order id is od[protected] and i have complained several times to flipkart customer care, but they are giving me fake promises. I received a used product of a different brand and now they are delaying my refund request

          So kindly look into this matter and provide me resolution as soon as possible.

            I have placed tv order 11th sptember and amount of duducted from account.
            When i talked with customer care they confirmed that amount is received by flipkart and order is not placed on their side.
            Since 11th till today, everyday i am calling customer for my refund and everyday they are dealying for my payment.
            I am really disapointment with flipkart expeience, i am not getting my refund and not my tv.

              This complaint is related to order id: od[protected] which was placed by me on 25th august, 2020

              I am clueless and baffled with the things happening. My refund "refund rejected refund id:[protected]" was rejected with a reason that "issue is trouble shooted and hence refund is rejected".

              I do not understand, when product delivered is wrong (I ordered "asus zenbook" and i received "asus vivobook") then how it can be trouble shooted. Quite a ridiculous and lame reason.

              I again raised a refund request (Refund requested refund id:[protected]) on 11th september, 2020. Then i called customer care and asked for senior executive callback, i was told that i will be getting call within 4 hour but till now i haven't got any call and neither there is any update on the incident.

              The invoice no. Stick on box delivered is s[protected] and invoice no. Mentioned on invoice copy sent to me on email is fac9ta[protected]

              I am just tired of false promises and false concern.

              I am shopping from flipkart for more than 6 to 7 years and have lot of respect for the company but the way i am being treated in this particular instance has made me believe that flipkart is now least concerned of customer.

              I have invested an amount of inr 56990 on 25th august, 2020 and my money got blocked and i am not able to get the laptop which i need for my daughter for her online classes. Also, it is my humble request to the management and senior executives to please go through the complete detail of this incident this will tell the level of mental torture myself and my family is going through.

              The above details clarify that the fault is of flipkart but still it is taking so much of time for refunding my amount. I got a call from there backoffice team that issue will be resolved by end of day of 13th september but as usual nothing happened.

              Please find attached images for reference.

              This harrasment will lead to health issue and will result in something serious for which flipkart will be responsible.

                    Respected sir/ ma'am,

                    I had ordered the (Prestige 1200 watt induction cooktop with push button (Black) induction cooktop (Black, push button) on flipkart and on 31st aug.2020 a phone call came from courier office come and pickup your parcel. We have to travel 30km to collect our product. While taking it was making noise and before we ask him he ran away from there. He already knew that this is broken product.

                    I have taken the shooting before the opining the packet. It was fully broken top and at that time i requested for replacement and next day the seller denied the replace after that i have had conversation with your executive more than four days.

                    The seller kept cancelling the replacement i spoke with your executive and asked to talk to the seller and tell the information.

                    I am very surprised that on one has spoken to the seller and asked him why is he doing this?

                    Now i would like to get only refund i do not want any product from flipkat at all.

                    Develiry boy was very rude after giving the feedback and... Lot of things happened after that.

                    I am not able to send video because it is large file.

                    I had filed a complaint in flipkart as well No. is IN[protected] Nobody is wokring on this they are just saying that we are working.

                    I think they want money from Indian people but do not want to give service or good product.

                      I have ordered "Apple watch series 5 GPS 44 mm silver aluminium case with white sport band " from flipkart on 4th september
                      but what i got on 7th september(delivery date) was a poor quality duplicate watch in unsealed box with no apple logo and no adapter.From last 7 days I am requesting them from all.mediums to refund my money but all in vain.Their customer care either dont listen properly or dont take any matter seriously.
                      Kindly help me

                        Hi,
                        I have ordered a tommy hilfiger watch for men on[protected], 12:45 pm and i have received this package to my home on[protected] with an empty watch box and i was unable to see any product inside. The courier boy who has delivered this product also has took pictures of this and reported the same from his side to flipkart. Inspite of this being reported multiple times with the flipkart customer care personnel the refund request has being rejected stating technical issues at their end. As requested by flipkart we have provided id proofs which didnt reach to seller due to technical issue at flipkart end. Now we are in a dead lock situation where our hard earned money is locked with the flipkart without providing any resolution. Kindly help us in resolving this issue.

                          I have booked ticket for april 3rd from cochin to guhavaty, but airline cancelled the ticket, so they told me they have refunded money already to flip kart, they will refund you, but due to corona virus lock down no one is picking call from flip kart, no one is replying through email also, and if i go to flip kart travel booking and they are saying that indigo will refund the money but how?? I did not book any ticket with indigo. I already frustrated with the service of flip kart. Whenever i email them to refund my amount they start to tell difference procedures by different executives. For a big company like flip kart is not suit for the kind of behaviours.. So please consider my request and refund my amount of air ticket at your earliest opportunity

                              Over 80% flipkart product is not being delivered in my pin code as it saying out of stock for this address. My pin code is 712139 similar issue is happening with 712136 as well but the same product is being delivered on 712135. This is really a challenging being home for a long we brought most of the product is online now this issue surely restricted our family acess towards shopping clothes and other accessories. Please take a look into this

                                Points i want to put in place are
                                1. Table has a manufacturing defect, wrong alignment of screw, wooden mica is torn, table top has scratches.
                                2. Technician who visited yesterday was unprofessional.
                                3. He offered 500 inr to keep the defected table.
                                4. He even commented and giggled from where i belong, what language i
                                Speak, what race i am. Not acceptable
                                5. He discussed with the person along with him that they will update that
                                The issue is fixed and customer not happy. I challenge anyone from your
                                Team (Not a single unmanned personal in my house) to visit my place and see if the issue is fixed or not.
                                7. I have already spoken to customer care twice and all i get a
                                Humiliation, waste of time, loss of temper, lack of peace by ordering a
                                Simple table from flipkart.
                                8. All i want now is take this table from my house and initiate a refund as
                                I will not speak to seller or his personal any further.

                                  Booked flight via flipkart travel from delhi to bangalore for travel date 2 april 2020.
                                  Booking id: ff200xxxxxx3670
                                  Due to lockdown flight cancelled. I called flipkart and asked for refund and they told me to contact airline (Spice jet). I contacted airline and they have refunded amount to the travel agency. I received confirmation mail from spicejet.
                                  But now flipkart is telling me that they have not received refund from airline and also flipkart is not providing me any details regarding what communication is going on between them and airlines. From flipkart side this issue is pending for more than 1 month now and they are not giving me any details. Attaching mail communication.
                                  It seems like flipkart has tie-up with third party booking agencies and agencies are booking ticket on flipkart behalf. But when it comes to cancellation then flipkart is not providing any support. They are simply sitting on my money and now i am unable to reach their customer support as well.
                                  Flipkart has broken my trust.

                                    And they promised to me that they have return policy 😒..but after received defect item they are not receiving item and my account had been blocked by your system.

                                    As per your concern if this is your guideline for return policy so why do you not showing before login to your site.if you shows this type of condition that time I have not return high no of product.we are a joint family and many family members lives with so it may be it happens more return on Flipkart.

                                    So, please unblock my I'd for future use.

                                        Hello there

                                        I am a plus member of flipkart since more than a year. I have played many games in the past on flipkart and have won many supercoins in the last two months.

                                        But the worst thing is that i have not got any supercoins credited to my account.

                                        And more than that another worst thing is that i am not able to play games on my flipkart since two weeks because after my winnings flipkart has blocked my account for playing games.

                                        Therefore i request you to please look into this matter and help me to play games on flipkart again. And please credit all my supercoins which i have won by playing fake or not game.

                                        Please unblock my account.

                                        Give all my rewards and credit all the supercoins which i have earned while playing.

                                        If flipkart wont give my rewards and wont unblock my account then i will deactivate my plus member account and close all my relations with flipkart.

                                        And here i request everyone who is reading this message that it's time for us to unite against flipkart's unfair policy o[censored]nnecessary blocking of accounts and not giving them rewards and prizes only because the people are winning in the games. It's time to unite and complain to flipkart.

                                        My problem has still not been solved. It's more than two weeks that my account has been unnecessary blocked by flipkart just because I was winning supercoins.
