I have ordered masks via flipkart, but quality is not good. These masks can not protect me from covid virus as i can easily breath through these masks.in a nutshell, these masks are not good for society. I requested return and refund this order - od[protected], but they did not do as they said these masks can not be returnable as per return policy. But i would stress on the point that there are many sellers which are taking the advantage of this situation and selling that quality of product which is not safe even for society or country. I am not worried about my refund but want to delist such products which can not safe us from virus but even spread in the society.

Kindly take necessary action.

    I had raised the complaint of deffective ghee and damage ghee receive during transit no response i had get uptil now from flipkart totally bad smell and seal was open and it was damage internally due to poor packing please give me resolution of my order

    No help from flipkart about the resolution of deffective ghee allready esclated matter to cs head and grievances but no resolution team from after esclating

Since the product was delivered to you on 25 May 20, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

        Hi i have order the mobile poco m2 pro on 8th august 2020.
        flipkart promised me to delivery it by 16th august and
        it has reached my nearest hub Ravulapalem on 15 th aug as in Tracking system in Flipkart App.
        But they didn't delivery the product on 16th aug and they are not updating the tracking system from then.
        i reached the flipkart customer care team they are repeating the same words they will look for solution. i tried of calling flipkart teams from last two days.
        they are making my situation as uncomfortable by not responding positively.
        they are changing the expected delivery dates even though the order has reached the nearest hub.
        i need my order to be delivery by tomorrow so please do something that can deliver my order by tomorrow.

          Hi, I recently order MI A3 phone, kind of grey 6 GB RAM 128 GB, Order ID OD[protected]

          In the box i got a old, used, broken samsung duos phone. Immediately I requested for return. It got approved and I was informed through flipkart app and message that return pickup will happen on 17 August 2020. On 17 I called the wishmaster asking when he will come. he said he has not received any email regarding the return. So he will not come to pick up unless he gets an email.

          Then suddenly I receive an sms that pickup rejected due to product mis-match. How come it can be mis-match when nobody even came to check??

          Also in my complaint to flipkart, i was told that since you have received the wrong product there shall be no verification at the time of return pick up.

          Please help. I have not informed this to my family as well. I come from a moderate family. If they come to know that i have been the victim of a fraud of 17K... these poor people will lose their sleep.

          So please help.
          Below are few of my observations:

          The mobile box was not plastic wrapped on the top
          The seal on the mobile phone was tampered with. It is clearly visible that someone had tried to open it by scratching.
          Wishmaster is rejecting the pickup himself without even come for inquiry or verification.
          Now he is not even picking up the phone.

              I had ordered this 2 gulab oil container and flipkart seller had given this product in poor condition not put support with each other due to transportation in transit the product is totally damage and oil has leakage we can't accept this lekage oil in covid pandemic condition so i had requested flipkaart from day 1 when i had received and esclate many times... Finally they are sending me mail lots of return from u r end so we are closing u r account... Ok fine close my account what about the damage product that they had given to me who will give refund of damage product we can't damage product

              This is moong dal and chana dal which flipkaart had given to us i. This product all black insect kernel are they i had esclated the issue to flipkaart and they had investigate they told we will take necessary action and waited me for 10 days for resolution and finally account has been closed from thier end and money had stuck... This is unfair from flipkart end..

              I m requesting to consumer court and social media platform raised my complaint against flipkart and tell them to give me resolution and don't back out from my complaint i had shared my content to all my friend and family member so they also will raise voice on behalf of me and all public will stand for my complaint flipkart will know what customer voice... I want money from flipkart with the compensation loss that they had frusted and harrassed me mentally

                I was ordered JBL boombox on 6the August is in Monthly EMI besis(3779×6 month=22674) expected delivery date is 13 August. Order is not delivere on 13 Aug, then e tend to 14 Aug. When I was track the order, order was reached in my location (cuttack) by 12 August, but not delivered till 14 August. After that I was talk with customer care, they told before 22 Aug we solved the issue.But on 17 Aug order was cancelled and refunded Amount is 21499.00. My complaint is when order was reached why they not deliver. They cancelled the order without inform to me where as I losses 1175 .00 .

                  My Flipkart account is blocked... First of all I forgot my Flipkart account password so when I try to login from my new phone I was unable... So I tried to use the forget password option but in Flipkart needs your phone number to recover your account... and the number which was used in my Flipkart I don't use the number anymore coz I changed my sim card number so I was unable to recover my Flipkart account... Then I tried to create a new Flipkart account but I was also unable to do that... Please help me to unblock my Flipkart account... I had bought may things from my Flipkart account previously in past so please help me

                    Dear sir,
                    I ordered an item from flipkart on 8th june 2020 and it got delivered on 15th june 2020. Since the item was defective, i placed request for return on 16th june 2020.
                    Since then, flipkart is not resolving the issue and every time they provide me new date for pickup of defective item.
                    Also, there is no escalation method so that i can raise my issue.
                    My details are-

                    Order placed on - 8th june 2020
                    Delivered on - 15th june 2020,
                    Return request raised on – 16th june 2020

                      I placed an order for a mobile on 7th August. I got an update that product delivered on 9th August which actually I do not receive and I put a complaint on 10th Saying that product not delivered. Flipkart say that they will resolve the issue by 14h August. I keep on ask about the status and flipkart customer supports guys say that it will be resolved by 14th.
                      When 14th August passed they said wait for one day that is 15th. Again on 15th they called and tell on that wait till 17th. Today they said might be it will take 48 hours more. Do not know how to move further

                          I purchased a boat rockrez from flipkart. Then i open a package box there is nothing except a warranty card My product was missing. I filed a complaint on same day of delivery of my product by a call to flipkart costumers care They gave me a date to resolve my problem on 15 August And again they call me and told your problem will be solved on 18 aug and again they change the date of solution till 20 aug Sir i have purchased a product from flipkart at 999 rs but now its about 1499 Plz solve my problem as soon as possible

                              I have raised a flipkart support Ticket but no one is responding and they dont even have customer care number to contact, I have already payed the money for the product and the intial promised date of delivery was 10th August but it is postponed to 14 th August and today is 17th august but still I see no signs of progress on the delivery . I have attached the screen shot of the same for your reference.
                              Please make sure that flipkart delivers the product immediately or else make them pay the penalty for making false promises to customers

                                I ordered on bosch fully automatic washing machine on 7 august, the expected delivery date was 13 august but till today i have no information of my product. not satisfactory solution given by flipkart & not any contact with the ekart courier service. on 13 august the ekart message for out of delivery bt that product is not delivered.and after that is shows "Unable to attempt delivery due to operational issues". what is this

                                Here who is responsible We paid whole amout to flipkart but there is not any positive response given by them.

                                    My Flipkart wallet had ruppes 3999/. Flipkart blocked my account anyonomously . Every time i reach out to Flipkart they send me the same ### email which says " You have been blocked cuz our system tells is you are a reseller". I ### don't want your ### account anyways just give back my money .

                                      I have ordered from flipkart Asus ROG 3 on 6th of Aug, they have yet not delivered mobile.
                                      Flipkart representative are not even responding to the issue. I am afraid I'll have refund issue as well after reading others post.

                                        I am ordered poco x2 on 8th August and it was packed and shipped on 12th August and it's delivery date was given me is 15th august but today is 16th August and product not delivered yet..and Flipkart customer care not taking any action on this..and my old orders are cancel even my product is in nearest hub.
