Worst service experience with flipkart.
I have ordered some (3products in single order) products from flipkart i use 2 gift cards and paid rest amount by credit card for the order no. Od[protected]. Then after after 2 days i receive a message from flipkart 1 product is cancelled from seller side and refund will be done in giftcard. If the product is not available then i only use giftcards instead of paying partially by card after taking order they cancelled the order and providing refund in gift card. Then i call customer care and a guy name aman (Name told by him) call back and talk rudely and
Unprofessionally, was not willing to provide solution and when i asked to escalated the call he denied. He said do you know for which product you have paid by credit card. Are we refunding the same product. I made the partial payment by giftcard and credit card and they have not mention in the invoice also for which product they have taken credit card, then why their executive is asking for details. Please refund my amount in credit card and take action against your executive for rude behaviour with customer.

They mailed that our costumercare executive will call you but when costumer care executive called they were unable to solve the problem. The attitude of the company towards complaints is not right they are useless in solving complaints

    I vikas, have ordered a 43 inch realme smart led tv on 6august, 2020, it was to be deliverd on 10 august. I have made the payment online and requested for home delivery but the delivery boy has refused to deliver and asked us to take it by our own. He has been really rude, he even made cancellation request many times but we didn't confirm it. It is for the 1st time i encountered such bad behaviour from flipkart service. We have made complaint 6-7 times through flipkart customer care phone number... But neither any action has been taken on the delivery boy nor my product is deliverd. Today its the last day for delivery...

    I hope you will take strict action on the delivery boy and please deliver my product soon...

      I bought kemei km-1400 moser type professional hair clipper on 7th june through flipkart. The given product not working properly, so i raised return request on the same day. Flipkart did not raise the pick up schedule up to today but my return request has been cancelled and refund amount rs 1026 cancelled.

      I sent many complaint to flipkart regarding this, they did not respond. Flipkart did not pickup the item in time, is it customer mistake. Please help us in this regard.

          I am 62 year old. I am waiting for my product for door step delivery from last 3 days.
          Delivery boy denied to deliver door step home delivery in rude manner & told me that he will cancel my order.

          Daily he is giving false statement that customer reschduled the delivery.
          Customer care are supportive but ground level its not working.

              My order got cancelled due to again lockdown in that area and flipkart have self problem with there ekart service provider they had shutdown there courier service due to lockdown corona spreading my order no od[protected] od[protected]
              Fraud cheater company is flipkart and later on my account also got blocked by flipkart. Kindly unblock my account login id [protected] and email id is reenaverma242.[protected]@gmail.com many calls and more the 12 mail done no
              Proper reply got, don't harrast customer 100000+ of twites are clearly saying flipkart is doing fraud with customers and on other social media too kindly give my wallet around which is around 25k money back i am unable to see my wallet balance. Consumer court but how can they blocked my account with so much money amount in it. I need my money back this is a fraud kindly help me.

              Hello Flipkart how you people misleading consumer court also.
              Consumer court kindly check they had blocked my account kindly check in attachment they had blocked my account gift card was added in my account I will not be able to use gift card with my account get unlock they knows every things very well they are just manipulating the topic.
              My case is why my 2 order got cancelled.
              My account got blocked without any reason in my account there is lots of money around 22k currently I am unable to check because my account is blocked by Flipkart every date I and my relatives child are losing there study's and I am losing my job due to no mobile to work from home,
              I had ordered 2 mobile it got cancelled with any reason I paid money from Flipkart wallet they had cancelled my both mobile and later blocked my account my account have around 22000 in it I am losing every day shot of money they are just cheating with customers lakhs of twites are there in tweeter and other social media clearly saying they are now cheating with customers and doing fraud even consumer court also can see that how manipulating misleading even court they are now bulding new scams. Lots of email but no reply and many call to Flipkart customer care but they never get connected they are now doing fraud.
              Kindly send my 2 order of mobile phone and unblock my account asap if anything happens to me or my family member due to shot of money because my gift was attached in Flipkart and you people had blocked my account and my order is also you people had cancelled I need my order and unlock unblock my account

              Dear consumer court kindly see how they are so big bigger millions core's money of company is doing infront of you hassing people they have all details and every things with them but now they again thinking for manipulating court and customer now they will create some new story or any other ways to harrast customer.
              Kindly pls my request to file FIR again then many innocent people's are facing same problems.
              Kindly file FIR against them. I am every day facing problems due to my account block by them my all money have been taken by Flipkart I am feeling very helpless kindly file FIR against them kindly unblock my account pls

                I bought a product of swipe tablate from flipkart, the feature it is showing on flipkart is high but the quality of product is too bad, i want to return it but they are not at all coprating.

                I think flipkart is fraud company selling duplicate product
                If you purchase product with good faith of filipkart, you are wrong.
                Filipkart support selling very bad qulity product by saying high feature

                Picture quality is too bad
                Card not suppoting
                Volume is too low
                Very slow
                Pathetic product

                Flikart is a company where you buy product and chase to return very bad quality product

                You can just regrate buying from flipkart

                    I bought moto one fusion plus on 10-aug-2020 and get on 12-aug-2020. This phone's software has an issue that the call recording feature has a bug it says "this call is now being recorded" which can be heard by caller and listener. My profession is rely on call recordings. This product was eligible for return [refund] at time of ordering. I got issue in phone so i tried to return this but this is now showing up only replacement. Pls help me i cant use this phone with this bug. Please return this product. Your chat-bot is also saying this product is eligible for return. I asked 3 times before buying this phone [problem] "is this item is eligible for refund" your executives said me "yes it is" eligible. Now i am facing issue. No resolution over chat and telephonic conversation. Pls help me at this stage.

                        I ordered a hp laptop for rs 75990 on 2nd august and canceled the same in the same date. Flipkart accept my cancellation and sent the massage and confirm the refund amount to my bank account on 11th august 2020. But till now i did not receive the amount and i checked out the bank authorities and they said to approach flipkart authorities

                        But flipkart sent the msg 'amount is credited and the transaction id is

                        Till now, the amount is not yet credited in my bank account. Kindly check the details and refund the amount as early as possible

                          I ordered realme6i on 31st july 2020, it should be delivered on 4th aug 2020. But they didn't deliver it further i contacted customer support they gave date till 11th August but they didn't resolved the issue. They again I complaint so they told me to wait for 48 hours but than also no resolution. They are neither delivering my order neither they are cancelling it.

                            I have bought a gulab jal from flipkart at rs 139 plus rs 60 delivery charges, after getting this product i found mrp tag was rubbed with permanent marker, then i removed it, then i found the product mrp is only rs 75 means the flipkart took extra 64 rs from me. Then i complaint against it but they did nothing how shameful act from flipkart.
                            Even after complaining the product is still showing mrp of rs 139 rs.

                                I ordered a whirlpool washing machine thru flipkart by Making the payment in advance on august 5th. I got an update that the product was shipped and reached my nearest destination on 6th and the expected delivery date was 8th. It’s almost 1 week now there is no update about my delivery.                                 10 days now without any updates from flipkart. They are not even answering our calls. Is this the right way to treat a customer? Worst experience ever.
                                Can't wait anymore. I need an urgent solution.
