I made a flipkart order

Prepaid payment of rs 5215

The estimated delivery date is 17th august
The status was made as product delivered on 13th august
I am writing this letter today (19th august)

I haven't received my product still

The delhivery courier service has reported the product as delivered eventhough i haven't received it yet
I made a complaint to the courier service also and received a reply mail with proof of delivery which they say as delivered

This signature doesn't match with mine, family nor with friends

The coordinates provided doesn't match the addres provided in flipkart

The coordinates is several kilometers away from my home

The deliver person haven't contacted me or any one related to me.

No messages regarding delivery person nor deliver

No message even after delivery

The delivery person have delivered to someone else

There may be a probability of forgery

I suggest you for a enquiry

Else

Take the product back from where you have delivered and return my money

Forward a procesure for making a forgery complaint regarding this

Its complete distress for more than 10 days because of the services provided by flipkart

I lost my money but haven't received my product but claimed by the courier service and flipkart as delivered

    On 9th august 2020, during flipkart sale, i have ordered motorola 109 (43inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart android tv (43sauhdm).

    On 14th august the wrong & cheaper model with lower specifications of motorola 107.6 (43inch) fhd (Not 4k) tv (43safhdm) got delivered.

    (Carefully check the model numbers)

    Please check the pictures.

    1. The tv box which mentions tv is 107 cms (This is stndard definition tv with lower specifications. Also 5000 lesser than orderd tv)

    2. My order details which mentions mototola 4k tv 109 cms. (This is advanced version tv with higher specs)

        I had booked 3 tickets for 25th July 2020 it was Air India flight from kolkata to Mumbai. Air India suddenly cancelled their flight and therefore I had asked flipkart to give me my full refund but till today 19 aug 2020 I have not got my refund yet. I have been mailing and calling up flipkart travel but still no help. This is pending since 20th July. If the airline has cancelled their flight then why should we suffer.

          Amount debited from account but order was not placed and refund not credited

          I have tried to book mobile phone in flash sale at flipkart on 8th Aug 2020 . order not got placed at the same time amount debited from bank.
          So i started followup with Flipkart, they said within 8 days it will refund back.
          mean time i have submitted payment transfer details along with google pay credit receipt, which clearly shows amount credited to flipkart.

          But after 8th day they are replied as order number...

          I bought Intex semi automatic washing machine on Aug 12 2020
          Delivery boy said they will send someone for installation/demo/guidence but no one showed up. After two days we tried to use washing machine the dryer isn't working and shaking vigorously and have burn smell. I requested to return the product. Intex technician was supposed to come on 17 Aug 2020 but no one came. Next day i.e. on 18 Aug 2020 I called intex technician to check. The technician visited he just checked & did nothing and said machine is in good condition. After that we tried again machine is causing problem. We haven't received any feedback from flipkart nor intex
          Please help

            Hello sir
            I ordered the bosch dishwasher on 4th August 2020 from flipkart and It was delivered on 6th August and then installation done. Product is leaking and error 15 coming from the same day.
            I requested the return request on 16 Aug under 10 days of delivery.
            But they are not returning and replacing the damaged product till date.

              I ordered Realme C11 at 12:00 PM (IST) from Flash Sale on 19-Aug-2020. I was lucky enough to place the order(ORDER ID :: OD[protected]. Hey! but wait. What i see, After two hours, Exactly at 1:54 PM (IST), my order was cancelled. This thing happened with me for the second time. Flipkart always makes fool out of their customers by doing this. Request you to take some action against them. I want that neither mine, nor anybody else's product should be cancelled after the order is placed. Or if they continue to cancel the orders automatically, the they should give some privelage to those customers by placing their orders next time on priority basis. Or i request the mobile companies to please change their E-sellers. Amazon or Tatacliq would be a best option for launch and selling of their exclusive products on sale,

                  Before covid lockdown, i've ordered a package from flipkart worth rs. 1332 and made a payment through sbi yono app (Android). Money got deducted from my sbi account but order wasn't placed. I've tried to contact their customer support (Both flipkart and sbi) but they haven't paid attention and asked to contact sbi. Sbi in-turn are saying that flipkart have got the payment.
                  Both of them are just saying to ask the other party.

                  I'm firing a complaint against both of them (Seperate for sbi).

                  The payment was done and money got deducted but order was not placed. I've also contacted you earlier but still no resolving has been done from your side (Look the attached image). Bank is saying they have transferred the money to Flipkart.

                        I have bought honour 9x Pro from flipkart. It was no where mentioned that this will not support Google play store.
                        But after delivery the flipkart support is not accepted its mistake and the return of the product is not accepting.
                        The phone is not supporting most of the app like ola, amazon prime, jio mart, yes bank etc.

                          I have placed an order with flipkart for newborn baby cradel (Id od[protected] worth rs. 3300/- on 28th july. By mistake i clicked on return of the product which was immediately cancelled by me. The return period was valid till 13 the august. When i tried to arrange the cradel i found that there are missing a few items hence i was not able to use it. So i tried to return the product before 13th but there was no option provided by the flipkart team. I contacted them through their help chats and even speaking to their customer care several times but i only got fake assurances that it will be resolved. Now it's been more than 2 weeks, every time i ask them to resolve the issue they postpone it for further 2 days with no resolution. Today also same thing happened again. So i have lost trust in them and only hope that your team could help me with this.
                          Request you to please guide me.

                          I have been receiving fake assurances from Flipkart, earlier I was told my complain will be resolved by 15th Aug, as I didn't receive any calls so I again called them and I was assured that it will be resolved by 17th, same thing repeated again I was again asked to wait till 20th, again there was no response so when I called I was assured that It will be resolved by 24th August.
                          Flipkart on its own is updating the complaint status as resolved without my knowledge.
                          I am 9 months pregnant and due in next 3-4 days, I ordered this cradel for my newborn . As Flipkart failed to provide with any solution I ordered another cradel from other site. Now I just need my refund.
                          Sir, I request you to please take strict action for harrasing a pregnant woman for no mistake and not providing solution for a simple return of the product.
                          Hope you will help me in this regard.

                            I placed a order of laptop and was delivered to me on 7th Aug and on 9th I placed a return request for pick up and 17 the Aug was given you me as pick up date in between this I received messages from ekart for pick up but no one came to pick my order then on 18th I called the Flipkart regarding the issue and they gave me 21st Aug as resolution date, but on 18th Aug at evening I received a message from ekart that you return request was cancelled .now I am stuck with a damaged laptop and on app the option of return is also not there
                            How ekart could do this as without visit g they cancelled the return request.
                            Now who is responsible for my loss of almost 65000
                            Ekart service is worst .

                            But with laptop I also purchased a attached laptop protection warranty but today I only received the laptop amount not of laptop protection

                              My order ID is OD[protected]. I had placed an order for two lamps but only one was sent. I raised a request for return several times but the pathetic Flipkart customer service kept refusing my return request stating that the product was delivered. Yes, one lamp was sent but not the other lamp. Two lamps were supposed to be sent but only one lamp was sent. Now they are harassing customers by refusing return request. I have the box with me which was delivered and that can accommodate only 1 lamp and not 2 lamp. Still Flipkart is not initiating return of my product.

                              Further I raised the return request twice within the 7 day window period but Flipkart customer service took more than 3 days to respond to my request and ultimately rejected the return request giving some false excuses. Since there was so much delay on the part of Flipkart, the return period is over and now I cannot raise another request. Moreover noone contacted me despite escalating the issue several times and didn't even bother to call and tell me why my request was rejected. If they would have called, I would have explained to them where they went wrong. Infact I raised the return request on the very day of delivery and still my issue is not resolved till date. Pathetic customer service and moreover so keen to harass your customers for no fault of theirs.

                              Please see the attached screenshot. After I reopened the query for not resolving my issue, Flipkart sends me this response requesting to wait for resolution but at the same time, marks the issue as RESOLVED.

                              I completely fail to understand this attitude of Flipkart. I guess I really need to take legal recourse now and also make this known in other social platform so that noone is cheated in future.

                              Finally the complaint was resolved after 14 long days and writing/calling Flipkart several times. What a waste of time and effort for return of a missing item in a product! I really wish they were faster in resolution like Amazon. This was too simple a return request and for that Flipkart took 14 long days to refund! Buck up guys!

                                Flipkart. I am most annoyed that in this brand new laptop as different letters in keyboard working continuously. So that i cannot even use it for writing a mail.
                                I already sent mail to lenovo customer care and did not get any reply. I made the decision to buy the lenovo laptop because of previous good recommendations some friends of mine gave me about lenovo. However, after this experience, i feel deceived.

                                    Dear,
                                    I Sourav Mukherjee would like to inform you that on 9th August I ordered multiple products with multiple gift cards from Flipkart out of which one order id-OD[protected] cancelled from Flipkart's end due to out of stock and notified me that my refund amount 399/- will be refunded to gift card wallet by 17th August.
                                    Refund Id-CR20081405290820512152305.
                                    But till now my wallet balance is showing 0.
                                    I called customer service of Flipkart several times and wrote this matter also but no response from Flipkart's end. By phone they said that refund credited but my wallet balance is till now 0.
                                    Please solve this matter urgently

We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 14 Aug 20 and should be reflecting in your Gift card section of your Flipkart account by now.
