My name is prashant, my order id od[protected] and ekart tracking id fmpp[protected], i have bought an lg ac on 10th aug, on 13th it showed me the it's shipped and is in warehouse or something but it hasn't change its position since 13th only. They sent my item through ekart so i check on ekart website by entering tracking id and there it's showed that it's invalid tracking id. I contacted customer care of flipkart, they say that they can't track my product. Now i don't know what's happening. My order is prepaid rs. 30479/- no one is ready to take the responsibility.
