I ordered a product from flipkart order no. Od[protected] my registered mobile no. [protected] and email - [protected]@gmail.com. I want to return this product but seller always rejected my return request lastly blocked my account.

    I have placed an order for poco x2 on flipkart on 08th august, 2020, till now my order is not yet packed and no reply. I raised a complaint with flipkart using bot and it still says order still getting processed.

    I have seen alot of complaint for the seller seller: truenet commerce and thought of adding mine as well so that appropriate action can be taken.

        Hi,

        I have ordered the logitech mk-235 from flipkart on 9 july 2020, the product does not have the bluetooth device so i requested a replacement. The replaced product had some keys as not working so i return the product and asked for refund and the refund was accepted but it never reflected in the account.
        They have messaged as the amount has been refunded.

          I have an original iphone with a correct and verified imei number but it is not being accepted on the exchange offer of flipkart with an error.

          Is this policy simply a marketing gimmick!

            The ordered tv set is delivered on july 31 and installation and demo was never happened. Tried to reach out to customer care but they did not give proper date for installation or did not provide option to return the product. They call after very long time and dont even listen to the complaint. Promise new installation date and disconnect the call. This is going on since last 10 days.

            Yesterday i received call from flipkart they said within 12 hrs we resolve your problem but now still i am waiting for installation person. Problem is not resolved from flipkart. I will request you kindly update on the same & please arrange TV installer as soon as possible...

              I have order samsung a71 worth ₹33k in july 23. First they promised to deliver it within 7-9 days. It was then reschedule from 31 july to 3 august. Later there is no updates regarding my order. Today is august 10. Nothing has been resolved yet. If they want to cheat let them cheat. This is the last item i will order from flipkart. And lastly remove the bloody ekart logistics from our town before something worst happen. 5th class delivery courier.

                I had ordered this 2 gulab oil container and flipkart seller had given this product in poor condition not put support with each other due to transportation in transit the product is totally damage and oil has leakage we can't accept this lekage oil in covid pandemic condition so i had requested flipkaart from day 1 when i had received and esclate many times... Finally they are sending me mail lots of return from u r end so we are closing u r account... Ok fine close my account what about the damage product that they had given to me who will give refund of damage product we can't damage product

                This is moong dal and chana dal which flipkaart had given to us i. This product all black insect kernel are they i had esclated the issue to flipkaart and they had investigate they told we will take necessary action and waited me for 10 days for resolution and finally account has been closed from thier end and money had stuck... This is unfair from flipkart end..

                I m requesting to consumer court and social media platform raised my complaint against flipkart and tell them to give me resolution and don't back out from my complaint i had shared my content to all my friend and family member so they also will raise voice on behalf of me and all public will stand for my complaint flipkart will know what customer voice... I want money from flipkart with the compensation loss that they had frusted and harrassed me mentally

                This is 5 order i had order of milk powered because the amount was low so i had ordered 5 qty of different order but i didn't knew i will get old stock and damage also due to poor packing from seller the product damage internally the milk powder supposed to come with safety polybag and have some air bag inside... But this seller does not do this all material was damage inside dur to poor packing and all powder came out of it.. We can't accept this openly and damage product in corona pandemic condition please arrange reverse pickup and take this back to u and refund my money back immediately

                Continuously i had contacting the flipkart from when i had received this damage product i had not get the resolution and flipkart had blocked my order saying high return i had not return anything whatever statment flipkart will provide 

                Fine take the product back and clear my refund i will not shop from flipkart and recommend all the family and friends not to buy from flipkart

                The product which i received is 1 kg packet of 10 qty she. I open it i saw there is huge insect of black which is black kernel when i had open the packet in that small insects were there i had taken the images and now i m attaching the images please check it

                This product is hazerdous to our health and also harmful for anyone we are living in invisible enemy of corona which can't see but affect human organ system badly but this product small insects which are live and affect our body who will responsible

                Please take this back all and refund my money back

                And also there is one request after this order seller had made this order out of stock it means when time of giving the order he doesn't have the stock he had given old stock he doesn't have the stock

                I m attaching the images please check it from u r end investigate the matter and refund my money back

                And after continually esclating to flipkart [protected]@flipkart.com and grievances department of flipkart.. My account has been blocked by flipkart and refund and returned had both stuck i want my. Money back with loss of compensation 

                I will fight against flipkart till my last breath i m esclating this concern to all social media platform and consumer court to get justice and take necessary action against flipkart who had taken request to closed my account

                I will recommend my all friends circles not buy any product from flipkart

                And this matter i m esclating to sachin bansal sir and binny bansal sir in their respective email id... Let see who win flipkart customer care or customer of india

                                    Sir, with due respect i would like to state you that i had ordered a battery of moto e 4 plus handset from flipkart. Which i received on 5th of august but the product was different from the one i ordered which was shown on flipkart. So i requested for return immediately but the product has not been picked so far. Therefore i request you kindly to look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest as the return period of the product is about to expire.
                                    Looking forward for a prompt action.

                                      We purchased a microwave from ifb from flipkart on[protected] and purchased additional 2 years warranty along with it from jeeves flipkart, which is valid from[protected] to[protected]..
                                      When our microwave suddenly stopped working on[protected]. We called jeeves several times but didn’t get any response from them. Then we sent our 1st mail to jeeves support on[protected]. On getting no positive response we followed up on the same mail on[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected]. Even after that we didn’t receive any positive response from jeeves apart from “we are looking into it”.
                                      Then we made a complaint in social media platform (Tweeter) to flipkart[protected] and followed up on it[protected] and[protected]. Even then we didn’t get any positive response. Finally, after being chasing flipkart and jeeves for more than a month we called ifb and got it repaired for ₹2500 (₹2150 repair charge+₹350 technician charge) by paying from our own pocket despite having warranty.
                                      Finally today on[protected], we got a call from flipkart saying we are working kn your complaint please provide us some more details and time.

                                      Got a call on Tuesday from Flipkart saying within 48hrs Flipkart will call me back and will compensate me the amount I had to spend for the repair of the microwave. However, over 72 hours have passes but didn’t get any follow up call from Flipkart/Jeeves.

                                      Got a call 4-5 days back from Flipkart saying they will initiate compensation for the trouble caused within 48 hrs and will send a notification for the same to registered email id. And the payment will take further 4-5 business days. However, still did not get any notification on whether payment has been initiated.

                                        In flipkart there is are offers in sale like "buy 3 and get 10% off, buy 2 get 5% off"

                                        These offers are completely fake.
                                        I tried to place 3 units of boat earphones but i got a popup that i cannot place 3 units of same and asked me to choose another product from same seller.
                                        So i placed 2 boat earphones and 1 bolt earphones from same seller. The offer got applied and i got 10% off during payment but after payment is successful seller immediately cancelled the order.
                                        When i checked with flipkart they told seller is cancelling inorder to give each customer equal opertunity. But the fact is i didn't place atleast one order in flipkart in this sale.
                                        Flipkart people just asked to wait few days and place order.
                                        I tried multiple times and everytime the same thing happened. My money got deducted then my order got cancelled and refund process started.
