I've ordered LG 49 inch smart TV (order ID : OD[protected] on Aug 5th and got delivered on Aug 7th. It was noticed that I've received a defective product during installation. LG technician also confirmed and took a photo copy, sent to his superior.
So we placed a return request on same day (Aug 8th), but it got rejected. When I contact the customer care they told due to "technical issue" your request got rejected. And they asked me to place return request again, I did the same on Aug 10. Again it got rejected, so same story with flipkart customer care team.
Totally 5 times I placed the return request and it got rejected. No proper response from Flipkart team. Now my product return date is expired (Aug 17th was last date), and no clue on how my request can be closed and assurance for my money back. I paid 33K for this TV, no refund till now
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
