I ordered iphone xr and got it on time i. E. 13-sep-2020. After getting the product i tried checking the imei number of the product but the number did not match the brand and the model. I raised a complaint on 14-sep-2020 and spoke to a customer care executive and he was giving me wrong information. Since then i am daily following up on this but flipkart is not helping me. All they can say is you have to wait till 24hrs, 42 hrs or 72hrs. I have wasted my 47, 500 and they are not giving any satisfactory solution to this. This is going to be the last purchase of mine n flipkart and i will not stop here i am going to post this story on every social media platform if i did not get my money.

    I have a issue regarding while after earning of super coins by playing Flipkart win super coins games, I see an error Suspicious Activity Detected when I try to unlock the surprise gift It says I cannot claim any rewards from flipkart video.
    I have played total of 9 videos till date and hardly 40 coins, I complained Flipkart about this but there is no response yet.

    I assure you that this account was never used for any unofficial and will never be used for the same.
    Please rectify my issue because for donating coins for the social welfare,
    I don’t want to miss those lovely games & puzzles of flipkart

      I have placed 4 orders on 06 aug worth inr 877/-, with delivery dates on 14th-17 aug. But flipkart has failed to deliver even a single order, and then cancelled without any confirmation from my end!! This was pre-paid order and it contained birthday gift!! Worst part there was not even single attempt to deliver the product and flipkart claiming that they were unable to deliver due to logistics!! Flipkart customer support is not available on call, flipkart is refusing to deliver the product why did they accept in the first place?? Now they have increased the price to twice the amount!! Why should i pay extra when i had brought same product for lower price?? I was made to wait for more than 26 days and then order was cancelled. Flipkart is doing such cheat on purpose so that customers are forced to place new orders at higher cost!! This is not the first time not delivering product by flipkart. Flipkart support team refuse to respond to my simple query if any attempt to delivery was made, why should flipkart be allowed to continue such malpractice and illegal means to make money?
      Also, i am seeing only chinese brand phones on flipkart home page when i login to my account, i don't wish to purchase nor want to know about any chinese brands not only mobile phones! I have objection to such ads!! There is no place of origin or manufacture stated on product description and flipkart is misleading customers by saying its manufactured in india. I request to stop any further sales from flipkart as they are cheating customers big time, not delivering products on time, but cancel n force customers to place new order!!

        Hi i ordered few bedsheets from flipkart and raised a return because number of bedsheets delivered were less than as shon in product description. Product description said number of bedsheets: 3. I received single bedsheet.

        Flipkart agreed and promised to resolve the issue. Then i ordered different bedsheets having product description, number of bedsheets: 3. Again i received single. Ordered 5 different bedsheets. When i tried to return those, flipkart blocked my account account with number [protected].

        I called them, they again agreed to that product description has issues and promised me to resolve my account blocking issue by 11 sep, 2020 by 1 pm. But again they failed to resolve the issue in timeline.

        I contected then through email, phone and social media but they only reply with copied message.

        On 16th sep i got a call from flipkar escalation team mentioning my account has been unblocked. When i checked i was unable to login as my account was still blocked.

        Flipkart is fooling the customers by listing incorrect products and then blocking customer's account for raising the returns of incorrect products.

        This comment is exactly the same what Flipkart had earlier commented in other portals. They'll simply say due to unusually higher number of returns your account is blocked. You'll no longer be able to login.

        Please give proper reason, why all products were returned and didn't I inform you have incorrectly listed products. That's why I returned?

        Didn't you mentioned that I was correct and didn't you promise to resolve the issue?

        Today I got call from flipkart escalation team, mentioning to try login into account through laptop and try changing the password.

        I tried through laptop and mobile:
        I am neither able to login nor I am able to change password.

        Notified Flipkart about the same.
        Now today return of all my products is expiring, even if I am able to login starting tomorrow, I have to fight for returning the products.

        Flipkar: Please make a note for this comment.

        Flipkart escalation team told me that they will call me in 24 hours if I am not able to login or update password to login.

        Provided above information to them via email, but again they thought of cheating.

        No calls, o response on email.

        Flipkart called me after 72 hours though they promised to call in 24 hour.
        As requested I have shared them screenshots showing that my account is still blocked and I cannot change the password either.

        Also requested them to raise a return of all items in my last order. They again promised to call back in 24 hours.

          I ordered a product on flipkart i got that product on time but when i got the product i found that is not suitable for me so i put a request to return that. When the agent of flipkart came to take the product back he said give the product in the same packing in which it was delivered. Now he said he will not take back the product. In short refused to take back the product due to the packing only. Now in this way they are commiting fraud. I have all the particulars of the product still he refused.

            Order failed, but payment not reversed.

            I have been following up with flipkart and icici bank from last 6 month, no resolution.

            I have ordered a poco x2 phone of 14999, but order got failed, they are not returning my money. I have raised a complaint over national consumer helpline app against flipkart and icici bank.
            Flipkart responded saying they have returned the money, provided me a reference id as well. But bank is telling they have not given correct reference id.

            Please help me. The issue is going on from 6+ month.

                I received a defective mi TV for which I asked for a replacement they postponed it saying it will be delivered soon but after 10 days they call me saying my replacement request is cancelled and refund will be provided but even after 6 days refund is not provided

                  So, since 05 August 2020, I've been chasing your customer service team to resolve this query and to my surprice, this is still pending.

                  I'm horrified by the lack of customer service that I have been offered from your end as since day 1, I have been given the same story of 24 to 48 hours and after 2-3 days, I'm refreshed with the same story of 24-48 hours.

                  This is now over 40 days and yet I'm still waiting for a resolution and I'm still getting this 24-48 hours story.

                  Guys, I may not be important to you and I understand this, but I'm facing this issue and you have been un-willing to assist me with my query.

                  The product is not a small amount which can be swift under the rug.

                  Please I beg you, please resolve this issue and atleast response as I'm not getting any response from your end for the emails I've been sending (reminder emails) from past 10 days.

                  Appreciate if you could find some time out of your busy schedule and help me out.

                    With regards to the order of sun crown furniture. Ordered on aug 6th 2020 which promised to deliver by 15th august 2020. All of a sudden before delivery flipkart changed the delivery date to sep 15th 2020.
                    Immediately called service and complained and they said it's a system generated date and they can not do anything. I was very disappointed and was thinking of canceling the order. Suddenly from nowhere furniture delivered on 16th august. But they have delivered a damaged furniture. We infect asked the logistic guy to take it immediately as we opened it in front of them. But they denied saying we need to raise return request.
                    I raised a return request on the same day and till today 15th sep 2020 flipkart is giving all reasons to avoid my refund.
                    Thrice refund request was canceled by flipkart and when i ask their escalation people they say it's a process and they need to follow.
                    When it comes to returning my money they are dictating all the terms. But according to their wish they will change the date and also cancel my refund request.
                    I have also copied their ceo and grievance officer in my email but they are only replying saying we understand and trying to resolve.

                    Flipkart doesn't have any control on their sellers. They are playing with them and flipkart is playing with me.. As a consumer i do not have any value and harden money which is stuck with them.. Can flipkart give me 1 month interest for the money what they are holding and giving me all kind of mental torcher, will they compensate for the same?? If this was a case in usa, will flipkart/walmart behave same with consumers?? Never because these kind of pathetic customer service is delt with serious action.
                    I hope and expect i am complaining to the right forum now. I am also attaching some communication details and product details for understanding my case.

                        I placed an order of wooden plant table which I recieved on 9th Sept 2021. The product recieved is damaged and completely rotten (fungus is present ) and there is no label on the product to confirm the brand. I have raised multiple return requests which are approved by the company but then my pickup is getting rejected as they are mentioning that they cannot confirm the brand of the product. I have informed everything to the customer executives multiple times and today, 15 Sept the have confirmed that my pickup would be successful but again it is rejected and there is no pickup made for the day. This is highly troublesome and irritating.

                          My name is valid nadgaokar
                          On 26th august 2020, i booked ‘redmi note 9 pro’ (Order id. Od[protected] from flipkart & cancelled on 28th august 2020.

                          I have paid rs. 16984/- via my credit card & now i am asking for a refund but the refund is still not credited in my credit card.

                          I reported this problem & talked to customer support but despite several follow ups there were no positive responses from flipkart team. It's been more than 15 days now i am chasing for refund, i have received a screenshot from flipkart that refund completed on 01 september 2020 (Refund id - cr2008290945324861708901) but today i have received another message from flipkart (Below screenshot for your reference). If the seller has not received the payment of rs. 16984/-, so how you can process the refund.

                          I hope indian government will take an action on flipkart for this fraud case as they are making fool to their costumer.

                            I recently made an order of a single combo of bedsheets from flipkart but only received one double bedsheet. I called customer care they told me the issue would be addressed then they asked me to send i. D proof of which i sent my passport. The order was collected yesterday but today received a meassage that my request for refund has been denied. I am the biggest loser in all of this i feel cheated and betrayed by flipkart this is unacceptable i want my refund asap you cheaters how can you do that to me, how can you cheat a foreigner shame on you!!!

                            In continuation with my grievance dated 16/09/20(docket # 2248610) flipkart is still refusing to acknowledge that they owe me my money.I have spoken to a customer care rep who is failing to explain why i cannot receive my refund in due course.One thing i dont understand is why a service provider like flipkart has to treat its customers like we are rubbish or is it maybe a racist thing? i really wonder.I am tired of making the calls to flipkart which seems unconcerned and unbothered by its clients genuine requests.I am a paying customer and demand to be treated with respect.I reiterate give me my refund otherwise il pursue legal action against you.This is unacceptable flipkart shame on you.If the manangement condones such behaviour then shame on them.I am appalled and repulsed by such gross negligence and inhumane treatment that i have been given by flipkart.You have lost all credibility in my sight.Shame on you flipkart you should be ashamed!!!

                                I had booked the ticket of flight through flipkart but due to covid 19 it was cancelled in june. I had called the indigo airlines but they informed me via e-mail that they had refunded the amount to the travel agent of flipkart but i still not get any refund amount and it is showing the cancellation pending status in my flipkart account.                                   On September 8, 2020, I ordered Apple iPhone XR for 47, 500 rupees via Flipkart. The date of delivery was September 10, 2020. Today is September 15, 2020. It has been 5 days over the due delivery date. So, I tried to contact Flipkart via their chat option but to my disappointment there was no proper help from them. They do not have a proper online customer care service that can address outstanding issues of their customers. I have ordered several items from the Flipkart in the past and I never ran into any problem whatsoever, but now I have started to get apprehensive. Although, they have been in the Indian e-commerce market for several years now but they have not yet evolved enough to understand how to value a customer. I am not sure whether this product will be delivered at the said address or they will refund my money since everything is in the air at the moment. So, I am seriously considering to stop buying anything from them henceforth, and choose from the other available options in the Indian e-commerce market.

                                    I am a Flipkart plus member, but recently when I visit a book to buy it's shows 48 delivery charges, the book name is " 10 judgements that changed India " by Modi Zia . As per their claims Flipkart told me that i[censored] become plus member you will eligible for free delivery for all products, but now it's take charges, if I don't get free delivery relating this product, I will sue Flipkart in consumer forum .
