I have ordered a torch, my order I'd- OD[protected] on 13 th August, but still the product is not shipped.It takes two days to get it packed.
It shows that product will be delivered till 22 august. Why its taking so long time ??

If you are giving reasons that it depends upon the product and location. Its not a satisfactory answer.

    Flipkart is literally made an incorrect refund which causes me loss of an emi of 1088 rupees and expected loss of rupees 800 further for foreclosure charges of debit card emi.
    I ordered a samsung galaxy m21 midnight blue 64 gb on 11th july 2020, the product should have been delivered by 17th of july 2020 however delivery date of product extended by flipkart to 18 july 2020 and later on product got cancelled from sellers end on 18 july 2020. However i didn't received my refund till deduction of my emi.
    On 05 august 2020 emi got deducted from my account for product which was cancelled by flipkart seller.
    I raised this concern to flipkart team asking that i have not received my refund inspite the cancellation of product. Initial conversation was telephonic where customer care executive of flipkart said that i'll get back my refund and emi both.
    Later on i received an email from flipkart by asking my additional bank account details where they could transfer the refund.
    Again i raised concern to flipkart if they will be refunding money via cash mode my emi will be still active and resulting i will be bare loss of money without buying any product from flipkart. Hence i request to flipkart team that inspite of sending money to my bank account close the emi and refund back the money via same mode so that emi would have been closed automatically.
    On 14 august 2020 amount of rupees 15990 credited to my bank account around 3:30 pm, immediately i called up on flipkart customer care number and again explain them entire incident.
    Few of customer care executive were saying that i do not need to worry as product was cancelled so i'll get back my refund and emi will be closed automatically by bank, however few of them were saying that i will have to bear foreclosure charges. So ultimately none of flipkart customer care executive was cleared with solution.
    I kept asking on every conversation that i have to speak with higher authorities of flipkart but none of them were available as per the customer care executive.
    Now i'm just seeking to get this resolved.

      I have purchased vu cinema tv in flipkart on 7th july. Due to screen bleeding issue i have returned the tv. They said that the refund is initiated on 31 july. But no money is credited to my account i called flipkart customer care they said to contact bank. So i have gone to the grievance cell of the bank and registered a complaint in bank and the bank said that "no amount is initiated to your account". Again i called to the flipkart customer care and every time they are saying only that "we have initiated your refund contact with your bank. Because of their worst service we don't have any tv still now. So please help me in this case i will greatful to you.

      They have done nothing.we have to call them to resolve issue.i told them that refund is not credited they told me to conatct bank.So I raised complaint in the grievance cell.After that the bank said no amount is initiated to your account.So contact to Flipkart they will refund the amount.

        I placed an order for google mini nest 2nd gen and then i cancelled my order. I was informed that my refund will be received in my bank account from which a made a payment from by 11th aug 2020.

        Today i called the toll free and the agent said i have share my bank details to get my refund. I have also received a email asking for my banking details.

        I feel this is a con job and they want my banking details and not refund my money. My refund of 2999 rs is still not received. Please check and give my refund

          . I lost my registered number. So if i change the amount to bank account it asked otp. But am already update my new number in my flipkart account. But the otp message was going to that old number only. I cant order anything for that small amount. If i ordered something add wallet and from my atm card, that is also asking otp. I am using same number for all. But i lost that number. If this is possible kindly make this process. Thank you.

            Sir i order safari trolley bag in offer period on date 6th august 2020, and it shows delivery date on 9 august 2020. On this date delivery not done and they show delivery on 11th august. Then on 11 august again delivery not done. Then i contact flipkart customer support about this. They said the order will be deliver by 18 august. But today date 15 august suddenly the order was cancelled without any intimation / proper reason and they said sorry about it, they suggest me to place a fresh order. But why my order is cancelled automatically. This is happening 2nd time with me. First time same thing happen when i order power bank in oct 2019. They cancelled my order automatically after more than one month. My valuable time is west behind it. Now also same thing my time is wasted. So i want register complaint against flipkart. Please solve this issue.

                I had ordered one product and there was a delay in delivering the product and when i saw the status it was showing ordered till date. Then i raised a complaint on 8th aug 2020 with the customer support team, they asked me to wait for 2-3 days; will do the needful, but i didn't get any resolution from the support team. I raised one more complaint on that same issue then i got a response from the flipkart team and they are checking with the seller; as the seller did not accept the order. Still coming across this issue again and again. But no proper response; this was unexpected with flipkart.

                First complaint raised on 8th and complaint is resolved also; without giving any proper reason. Resolution date was given by 11th aug 2020.

                Second complaint raised then timeline is given 14th aug 2020; when contacted today; it is said that your resolution date is 15th aug 2020; wait till 15th aug.
                On 15th aug - when i asked about product status; same answer wait for 24-48 hour.

                Even i asked the team to connect me with their senior team or escalation team, but they denied to help me with that. This is how customer support teams act with customers. I asked them to forward my concern to the higher level but they completely denied to help me on those issues; just similar answers that please wait till issue deadline time..

                This is what flipkart is offering to the service; and i am very much frustrated about this service; could anyone please look into and help.

                    I never done any cheated process in games. Day before yesterday while playing suddenly this error appear showing means some sorts of fairplay violation against the mention terms and condition in flipkart gamezone.. I cannot play game in flipkart gamezone. Whenever i play game in flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message after assessing the game zone with different accounts from same phone. I thought the problem will be fixed in one or two days but till date it shows the same

                    Please be resolve this issue asap.

                    And this indicate customers not to shop online on flipkart anymore amazon is the best den they don't have this stupid error like you

                    You can check my previous orders i don't only just play the games theirs a lot of big amount of orders. It's a shame

                      I ordered 75 inch motorola tv from flipkart and the same was delivered on 11th august 2020. Installation was supposed to be done within 24 hours.
                      There is no phone on who the service guy is. After 9 calls, i’m just getting response from flipkart that it’ll be done asap. Though, nothing done yet. Just know the name of the service guy (Shaikh mohammad shahrukh), no contact details are provided nor he is contacting me (As you said in sms that expect a call from him, may i know how long do i need to wait). Also, the jbl 2.1 installation and demo is also pending.
                      Assuming that the installation guy will come, i have to take a leave from office and sit at home biting by nails when he will come. I have to loose my business for one day because of flipkart waiting for service guy to deliver. Flipkart has been irresponsible and non-supportive about this. Hence, required flipkart to compensate one day business loss.

                      Also, please take your tv back. I don't want this. It's just blocking space at my home.

                        I have ordered a pocox2 mobile from flipkart on 26th july 2020, it shows the expected delivery on 3rd august but it does not deliver the product on time and i have cancelled my order because of delay in delivery but my money of rs.17500 hasn't been refunded into my account till today (14 august 2020), and the flipkart customer support is saying that seller has transferred the money into my account on 4th august2020, so where is my money gone, i haven't recieved it yet.                           I have been using flipkart for almost a year. I ordered items and never returned an item even once. I play games on flipkart and finally i got a 5k gift card from flipkart and that day itself i was blocked the reason being that it has been observed the items i bought on flipkart are not for my personal use. I was a student, then i went back to my home then we shifted to another state so my delivery locations were different. And during a festival i sent gifts for my relatives using the flipkart account. Now with this reason they are saying that the products i bought are not for my personal use which is an unfair and unverified accusation. I can justify each and every order i placed on flipkart. After talking to the customer care they are saying that an account was blocked cannot be unblocked and they won't consider my justification and that i won't be able to use my 4.5k which is in the flipkart wallet. This is an unfair practice by flipkart.

                            Dear sir/ma'am,
                            I syed khwaja customer of flipkart.com have ordered poco m2 pro on 6th aug 2020 in flash sale which was cancelled by them stating out of stock or high demand on very same day
                            After next my account got blocked by them
                            & received mail stating my intention was to buy the product not for personal use without any verification they blocked my account on baseless allegations they blocked my account
                            I repeatedly mail them message them on twitter to check my order history there was no previous order to buy the product or multiple orders which violates any flipkart policy
                            I argued with them but they aren't responding to my mails or reply on calls.
                            I asked to refund my gc amount about 9500 rupees which is stucked my account.
                            Please help.

                              1 ordersold under offer / offer not implemented on checkout
                              Order plased throgh cod order came till nearest hub then got message that the delevery is delayed and will be delevered net day finnaly ordere canceled.
                              Got mail from flifkart will recive call back from manger on 30th jully no call as of yet. Was a gift for dads 75th birthday flipkart ruined it up.

                              Second ordered phone for their aniversary after 4 days same blunder after paying for the order the order is not yet delevered like

                              Old story of childhood hide and seek in this genration flipkart enjoying it with customers
                              The order came to hub went out for delevery then went back now it's operational problem all looks fishy.

                                I rohit kumar and my flipkart number [protected] and my concern is about my account as my account is blocked and my amount is stucked with flipkart you people blocked my account when i complaint regarding my product and still i didt get my money for the product as daily i am compaining and calling to call centers they are always giving me 72hrs time line for resolution see i am already sent a mail to you so many times but no one is responding even i tweeted my concern but still i didt get any resolution always you peoples are saying “trust we have classified shame on your company flipkart this is big company and you people are making me fool and fraud as its my huge amount of rs32995 from last 4 months i am complaining and struggling this is lockdown time but no one is ready to resolve my issue what is this service issue also and there is no proper help to the customers even i saw in the social platforms all the social handles i have checked everybody is suffering try issues to understand me i want my money i have paid huge amount and from the march month i am complaing regarding my return of product you can see that 4 times my return request has been cancelled from your end i want the account to be unblocked and iniate the refund of rs 32995 as already 4 months i have waited but you people are sending me the copy paste replies and i would like to inform you that in my account there is no email id is registerd at the time of account signup i was not updated any email so on call with flpkart customer care they haven’t updated till now and kindly reply back here and please don’t send me the same copy paste messege as number of returns you are stating but i request you to check i have given return request because it’s wrong item deliverd to me kindly provide my account to be unblocked and inaite the refund and update this email [protected]@gmail.com i dont know wherther they updated my email or not because whenever i am writting complaint over the mail i am not getting any reply here and your call centers are saying we have send a mail to you and reply to that mail and as i can check there is no mails from your end istead of offer mails of flipkart atlast kindly call me regarding my issue please try to understand flipkart already its 4month over but i did’nt receive my money during this lockdown you peoples are just giving me 72hrs time to resolve the issue like that but its completly fake commitments there so many complaint its above 100 times complaints i am mentioneing the order is here ;- od[protected]

                                    Heartly congratulations for being the best online e-commerce company.

                                    Sir i had been a flipkart customer since years and a proud flipkart plus member since flipkart started its plus membership scheme. And i am very thankful to you and your team for providing the best service.

                                    Sir everything was going fine till the last order with order number od[protected]. This order dissapointed me a lot because of its delivery experience.

                                    The order was a refrigerator that was delivered on 5th of this month. Sir without information the delivery boy kept the refrigerator on road without door step delivery even without a signature or a consent from me. How can a 60 years old man residing in the house who is the only male in my house take the refrigerator to the home which is in first floor. As i reside some 700 kilometres away i had to contact some of my friends who arranged coolies and i had to spend an extra amount of of 1200 rupees for the same.

                                    Further i found that the item was defective and i raised an replacement for the same. Sir today i received a call from the courier to bring the item upto their vehicle. How can a aged person do this sir? The courier returned back saying they wont pick up the item.

                                    Sir i was a very happy customer of flipkart till this order but it disappointed me.

                                    Kindly look into the matter and find a resolution for the pickup and replacement if possible thrpugh a different courier service.

                                      I have ordered for huggies wonder pants medium size order id [od[protected]]. And i use to buy diapers before too. But the diapers i got delivered today 14.8.2020 seems to be of a duplicate, damaged, and unhygienic. Its really difficult to see these kind of activities from flipkart's side during this pandemic times. Please look forward to the problem and initiate a refund or solution.
