I have ordered a delivery from flipkart, and it reached to wrong delivery hub and they are saying our services is not upto where i am staying now how can i get my order.
The shipment reached to rishikesh, but it was supposed to reach haridwar.
Please clarify this issue, as that was already paid order....

But no body has come then i have raised complain but they haven't taken any action. After that i have contacted multiple times but they really don't take any action till now. I had ordered a bosch washing machine from flipkart. Apparently my new house was not ready yet and i scheduled an installation for a month later. And after a month when i finally open the machine it's dented at the base. Like it was dropped from a crane or a truck or so. The machine does not balance on the floor anymore and i'm in a loss of 26k....

My approved payment is 2973. I have selected my payment mode as EGV whose threshold is 2500. I have also uploaded non-gst declaration form and it's been more than a month and it is still pending for approval. I have repeated contacted flipkart through contact us section but no reply has been received till date. Kindly issue the gift voucher asap....

I ordered for a webcam of quantum qhm495 on 6th july 2020 and i received on 13th july vide order no od[protected], but the product was delivered with different company (Wrong product). For which i complaint immediately through e mail and again by phone. But company flipkart refused to take back wrong delivered item.
Please solve my problems.

I had ordered mobile phone yureka note from flipkart and i got defective mobile then i raised the complain and got replacement. The second time again i got the defective mobile now they are delaying and not arranging the reverse pickup.

Whenever i call the customer care they put me on long hold and then phone gets disconnected.

Now i feel cheated from the biggest online store.

I received my order yesterday (22 july 2020)
I opened the package today (23 july 2020) but to my surprise i only found the infrared thermometer & not the oximeter.

The invoice says it's for both. But there is item missing from the package.

Attached are the some pictures of the package.

Please respond as i have tried reaching on customer care number but not received any...

As i had ordered 2 qty it is responsibility of flipkart to give me product in good condition with proper packing and shipping...

I placed order of two pyjamas and paid in advance but i received only one.
After multiple followups and complaints my request was rejected on technical terms. No explanation was provided.
Flip kart seems to have found a new model of earning quick bucks. I am glad i made a small purchase....

I have ordered for mee mee walker on 27th june and got it delivered on 7th july. However was shocked to see when i received parcel. It was not packed well.
*no manual/instruction card was provided
* finishing were so sharp that it could cut when pressed hard
*stopper didn't serve purpose

Hi there, i had done a booking from flipkart travels with pnr: mil93b.
The flight was rescheduled and then cancelled my the airline (Spicejet)... For which a full refund was processed to the travel agency (Flipkart travels) on 29th april '20 as confirm by the airlines.

When reached out to flipkart with all the necessary information they are still saying the the airline is still pending confirmation for the refund.br...

My flipkart account has been deactivated and now i want be activate it but it is not activating
My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is not connected with email and when i enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"
