sir, I ordered a hp pavilion i7 laptop of rs 75990 on 2nd august of 2020 and cancel the order within an hour. Flipkart accept and cancel the product and approved the refund and sent the message to refund the amount on 11 august 2020 but till now i didnot receive the money and the amount is not credited in my account but when i check in flipkart tracking id, i got the following msg

      I purchased a laptop on 30th July. The estimated delivery date was on 4th August, then it got rescheduled on 10th August. So, on 11th August i gave them a call and they asked me to wait till 18th August. Then i said okay but tell the delivery team to try and deliver it before 14th if possible. But then suddenly when i checked my orders then i saw my order got cancelled. When I called them they said the seller cancelled it and you will get your refund within 19th August. I said who the hell wants refund, i waited 2 weeks for my laptop and you people cancelled it without any notice? Atleast you people could have asked me if i want to cancel or not. It's not some chocolate which they will cancel whenever needed, i need it for my work. When i asked them to uncancel it they said it's against their policy. Is this how an e-commerce works?
      I want to take appropriate action against them if possible

            I have purchased thomson led tv from flipkart in june 2019 with extended warranty from jeeves provided by flipkart.

            After a year, my tv display got dull, upon then i have a raised a complaint to jeeves and upon verification, they said that it is not repairable and suggested me with refund option.

            I have accempted the agreement and then they picked my tv on july 21st 2020 but till now i dint get the refund yet.

            Also i am not getting any response either from jeeves or flipkart in this regards

            Please help me out on this.

            It seems it is purely irresponsible from flipkart/jeeves end in this regard

              Today dated 12 aug 2020, we eagerly waited for our product from flipkart app named sumsung microwave.
              firstly they did not call us and we just recieved missed call on true caller app. and then tried to call them back many times as their number wasnt reachable. later, when the call got connected the delivery agent refused to deliver the product and asked us to travel a long distance in heavy rain to collect the order.after reaching there we requested them to deliver As the product was too heavy and we were just two girls we couldn't carry it on our scooty. then he talked to us in a absurd manner and was shouting on us loud on road and he wasnt sober at all. and then in this pandemic we had to search our own auto rikshaw where he charged us rs 500 and even after taking auto delivery guy was trying to convince him that the product is heavy and he shouldnt carry us home back with the product. he even told his helper in front o[censored]s to call some bar just bcz he was trying to threaten us. this is how flipkart gives delivery. i will make sure in my circle that no one buys product from flipkart.

                I Have odrderd a chair but it has a manufacturing defect, The base of chair is not correct one side up and one side down it is giving back pain it is not balanced properly i raised a return request and for a refund but it is not happening in filpkart site, i raised a complaint via customer care they said there is some technical error and it will resolve in 24 hrs it's been 7 days everyday they say the same thing but no resolution not at all happy with customer service

                    Dear sir
                    I hv purchased a refrigerator from my account [protected] Alok Kumar kn 26 jun on no cost emi and 10 percent discount from hdfc credit card which is guaranteed by flipkart . The total amount to b paid is 16886 in 12 emis. When bank statement raised Rs 309 as interest charged .After spking the issue with flipkart rep i advised to speak to bank and it sud not b charged if bank not resolv then flipkart will raise issue .i spoke to bank and got to know it will b charged . Then after several written complaint on flipkart app i got no reply . One rep called me nd just said its not flipkart ckncern. My issue is that i hv purchased the item from flipkart and he has guaranteed no cost emi so he sud sort the issue out with bank . I m the sufferer and cheated from all side . Bank is throwing ball to flipkart and flipkart to bank .ultimately financially the customer side is cheated or frauded ... So my request is to look i to the matter and do the need full ...Thanx

                              I had order for samsung ta201w fast 1 a mobile charger with detachable cable wide order no. Od[protected] on dt.2/08/20 with prepaid amount. On dt. 8/8/20 i rcvd the parcel.. When i opened it... It was a old mobile charger of another brand but packing box is of samsung. I am trying to customer care no. But not rcvd any satisfactory reply.. And till date no return made by flipkart... Plz look into this matter... I m very much disappointed.

                                Hi,

                                It is like if they are calling me after getting the thing like what is happening call gets disconnected, this is the 3rd time i have raised refund request and on 2nd time no one has visited to tech visit and they cancelled the refund request.

                                Really bad service and i want the refund please help me

                                  I had ordered 10 kg rice i don't expect that flipkart will give in poor condition not even in box that also i had neglected

                                  The product which i received is 1 kg packet of 10 qty she. I open it i saw there is huge insect of black which is black kernel when i had open the packet in that small insects were there i had taken the images and now i m attaching the images please check it

                                  This product is hazerdous to our health and also harmful for anyone we are living in invisible enemy of corona which can't see but affect human organ system badly but this product small insects which are live and affect our body who will responsible

                                  Please take this back all and refund my money back

                                  And also there is one request after this order seller had made this order out of stock it means when time of giving the order he doesn't have the stock he had given old stock he doesn't have the stock

                                  I m attaching the images please check it from u r end investigate the matter and refund my money back

                                  And after continually esclating to flipkart [protected]@flipkart.com and grievances department of flipkart.. My account has been blocked by flipkart and refund and returned had both stuck i want my. Money back with loss of compensation

                                  I will fight against flipkart till my last breath i m esclating this concern to all social media platform and consumer court to get justice and take necessary action against flipkart who had taken request to closed my account

                                  I will recommend my all friends circles not buy any product from flipkart

                                  And this matter i m esclating to sachin bansal sir and binny bansal sir in their respective email id... Let see who win flipkart customer care or customer of india

                                      This is 5 order i had order of milk powered because the amount was low so i had ordered 5 qty of different order but i didn't knew i will get old stock and damage also due to poor packing from seller the product damage internally the milk powder supposed to come with safety polybag and have some air bag inside... But this seller does not do this all material was damage inside dur to poor packing and all powder came out of it.. We can't accept this openly and damage product in corona pandemic condition please arrange reverse pickup and take this back to u and refund my money back immediately

                                      Continuously i had contacting the flipkart from when i had received this damage product i had not get the resolution and flipkart had blocked my order saying high return i had not return anything whatever statment flipkart will provide

                                      Fine take the product back and clear my refund i will not shop from flipkart and recommend all the family and friends not to buy from flipkart

                                        I had ordered this 2 gulab oil container and flipkart seller had given this product in poor condition not put support with each other due to transportation in transit the product is totally damage and oil has leakage we can't accept this lekage oil in covid pandemic condition so i had requested flipkaart from day 1 when i had received and esclate many times... Finally they are sending me mail lots of return from u r end so we are closing u r account... This is unfair from flipkart end..

                                        I m requesting to consumer court and social media platform raised my complaint against flipkart and tell them to give me resolution and don't back out from my complaint i had shared my content to all my friend and family member so they also will raise voice on behalf of me and all public will stand for my complaint flipkart will know what customer voice... I want money from flipkart with the compensation loss that they had frusted and harrassed me mentally
