OD[protected] I have purchased a JBL headphone from Flipkart which I found to be defective as it was not switching on also so I placed a return request to Flipkart but after much follow-up and waiting for 3 weeks I have not got any concrete answer from Flipkart they are just giving me excuses and extending the date for my resolution they are telling me to go to JBL directly and they will give me a resolution but when I am purchasing a product from Flipkart and die making of payment there how can I go to GBL service desk and how can they give me a solution that however when I have written to GBL about this I am not received any reply from them so I am left with no way to sort out night issue and find that my purchase on Flipkart is a waste of money and Flipkart is not bothered about it as nobody from the management team has called me they have given meet date of 17th August and again extended that date for next 48 hours and again now for the expression has come from next 48 hours so nobody is bothered for the customer grievances

    My treadmill Installation and demo has been cancelled by flipkart without any notice and now no one is even contacting me now. I bought RPM Treadmill and now i am getting very bad experience. I need my Treadmill to be installed and given demo by the authorised people

      I've ordered LG 49 inch smart TV (order ID : OD[protected] on Aug 5th and got delivered on Aug 7th. It was noticed that I've received a defective product during installation. LG technician also confirmed and took a photo copy, sent to his superior.

      So we placed a return request on same day (Aug 8th), but it got rejected. When I contact the customer care they told due to "technical issue" your request got rejected. And they asked me to place return request again, I did the same on Aug 10. Again it got rejected, so same story with flipkart customer care team.

      Totally 5 times I placed the return request and it got rejected. No proper response from Flipkart team. Now my product return date is expired (Aug 17th was last date), and no clue on how my request can be closed and assurance for my money back. I paid 33K for this TV, no refund till now

        I have created Flipkart account few years back with a mobile number. Few months ago I lost my mobile phone and the number.

        The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the OTPs are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number OTP and account password, but the OTP of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my Flipkart account.

                My name is Jyoti and I am your Flipkart customer I have purchased Thomson 40inchs Smart LED on 9 Aug which was delivered on 17th Aug and installed on 18th Aug by your Jeevas technician, order OD[protected], but today I found a dark line showing in the middle of the LED screen, so I tried to raise the complaint through my Flipkart account but when I am trying to log in my account it's showing blocked by customer support,

                I tired to multiple time to customer support but no one is ready to help in this condition they all are saying they can't help in this and they send an email on email id registered with an account by I do not add any email id with my account. please help me with the replacement of TV or return and refund the amount

                    Unable to reset my flipkart account password as i forgot my last password.
                    Tried forgot password process with different platform but got the same error - "unable to process request. Please retry."
                    And also tried with laptop, desktop version flipkart site but the issue still persistant, also tried with different browser but still showing error.
                    In mobile app, no option available to reset password.
                    I have called customer care thrice but my issue is not yet solved.

                              I've ordered "Realme 6 Pro" phone with Flipkart.com on 12th August. I paid online in when ordering. During the payment, they mentioned the shipping period as 5-7 days. Today the date is 20th August. Till now i didn't received the product and even they are not responding.

                              Really i was so frustrate with their service and customer care.

                                    Prepaid payment of rs 5215

                                    The estimated delivery date is 17th august
                                    The status was made as product delivered on 13th august
                                    I am writing this letter today (19th august)

                                    I haven't received my product still

                                    The delhivery courier service has reported the product as delivered eventhough i haven't received it yet
                                    I made a complaint to the courier service also and received a reply mail with proof of delivery which they say as delivered

                                    This signature doesn't match with mine, family nor with friends

                                    The coordinates provided doesn't match the addres provided in flipkart

                                    The coordinates is several kilometers away from my home

                                    The deliver person haven't contacted me or any one related to me.

                                    No messages regarding delivery person nor deliver

                                    No message even after delivery

                                    The delivery person have delivered to someone else

                                    There may be a probability of forgery

                                    I suggest you for a enquiry

                                    Else

                                    Take the product back from where you have delivered and return my money

                                    Forward a procesure for making a forgery complaint regarding this

                                    Its complete distress for more than 10 days because of the services provided by flipkart

                                    I lost my money but haven't received my product but claimed by the courier service and flipkart as delivered

                                      On 9th august 2020, during flipkart sale, i have ordered motorola 109 (43inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart android tv (43sauhdm).

                                      On 14th august the wrong & cheaper model with lower specifications of motorola 107.6 (43inch) fhd (Not 4k) tv (43safhdm) got delivered.

                                      (Carefully check the model numbers)

                                      Please check the pictures.

                                      1. The tv box which mentions tv is 107 cms (This is stndard definition tv with lower specifications. Also 5000 lesser than orderd tv)

                                      2. My order details which mentions mototola 4k tv 109 cms. (This is advanced version tv with higher specs)
