Respected higher authorities

This my friend order number which we are raising complaint against flipkart for not helping to him after raising the complaint to flipkart

This is two order number

I had order dal from online shopping department of flipkart because product was getting at my door and in cheap and not to go outside in corona pandemic condition

But i didn't knew that seller of flipkart and ekart logistics will play fun of my order...

Even i had paid rs 65 shipping and packing charges of the products still i had received product in damage and deffective condition

The product inside it was damage and materials was out of it this happen due to poor packing from seller and flipkart and small stone amd black kernel insect in the product which can't acceptable

The packet was damage internally i should ignore but the stones and small insect live insect i can't acceptable

It is against thr law so i m requesting to higher authorities of consumer department of india and flipkart higher authorities please give me the resolution from my order take this back and refund my money back in my bank account

I can't accept this deffective product which is harmful and hazerdous of my life so please arrange return pickup and take this back and refund my money back immediately

    I had already ordered Air conditioner and the Installation has to be done.. but the technician hasnt come from Flipkart side... They told me to do the Installation from third party and the extra amount will be refunded as I got the offer for 499 for Installation. I had already invoice of the bill of Installation. And since they haven't done the refund as they say seller will not agree for the refund. So i siad I want the refund of the Installation or else I want return of the product.

    The amount which was to be... Refunded tehy haven't refunded... Only half amount was refund on the reqst by the customer care... Whcib should not happen...it will be like they are making fool or fraud from their side

                        Huwaia smartwatch GT2 I order but only I received box in side watch was total different and mail to customer care and I talk to consumer care chat to customer service I send photos also but no response and there was my issue was rejected., I spend for that watch 15000rs one month salary for my friend gift but flipkart is cheating me.. definitely I will go police station and consumer court also

                                  I ordered a realme x2 pro from flipkart during the narzo10 sale on july 21st by mistake and immediately cancelled it. Flipkart said that the refund has been done and it will reach by july 29, 8 days later. But i still did not recieve the amount. I tried contacting them by phone and emails but to no effect. Then i tweeted this issue tagging them. Flipkart support immediately messaged me regarding the issue and said the same above that they had refunded and asked meto check with the bank. I asked the bank and they said no refund has arrived and it can't be tracked until flipkart gives the utr (Unique transaction number) to trace the refund and it is not possible for them to track with flipkart's refund reference number. When contacting flipkart again, they say that they have helped with the issue and it's over. How will it be over before getting my money? I want flipkarrt to give me the utr number and my money back. The seller is visionstar which is flipkart owned.

If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.

                                    My flipkart account has been deactivated and now i want be activate it but it is not activating.

                                    When i enters my mobile no / email and password it says "reactivate" but everytime i clicked on it show "unable to process request. Please retry."
