damaged non-returnable product delivered and no response from customer care

Address: INDIA

I had ordered a non-returnable food product as on 24.06.2020 but when i received the same as on 28.06.2020, it was in damaged condition. I tried to contact flipkart on the very day but unfortunately i could not do it. However, i did the same along with sufficient supportings on the following day (I. E. On 29.06.2020).

But there was no positive response from their side except the following message: "we are working on your issue....

            This is a complaint against order id od[protected], for dell inspiron 14 5000 series core i3 8th gen - (4 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home) 5482 2 in 1 (14 inch, silver, 1.7 kg, with ms office).
            Seller - corseca

            The order was placed on 13th june 2020, with the expected delivery date as 21st june 2020.

            So far i havnt received my order.

            I first contacted the customer care on 21st june 2020, inquiring about my order and was told to wait for a day more.
            Then again i contacted the customer care on 23rd june 2020, and there was no response from them. They asked me to wait again and that they would get back to me. As my complaint had been registered and it would take upto 6-7 working days.

            I waited for another 3 days and contacted them back again on 26th june 2020 and 27th june 2020.
            They said that my issue would be resolved by 1st of july and that they are launching a complaint to the supplier and logistics team as my order has reached the nearest hub on 16th june 2020 and has still not been delivered.

            Then on 29th june 2020, i received a call from flipkart to cancel my order and re-order again.

            I replied in negative saying that i wont cancel my order as the product in that price is out of stock and when i checked again the price has increased by rs. 16, 000, which is a huge amount. Even though the seller is same - corseca.

            The date of issue resolution was changed to 9th july 2020

            After a few more calls with the flipkart customer executive, they assured that the product would be delivered by 16th july.
            On 16th july when the product was not delivered i contacted the customer care again and they told me to wait for 1 more day.
            But on 17th july 2020, my order was automatically cancelled. Without any updates.

            As i contacted the customer care and asked to speak to a senior, i was put on hold for over 30 mins without any response.

            No resolution was given for my problem, and the order was cancelled without any confirmation from my side.

              I bought an ifb washing machine from flipcart, which has been installed on 18th july 2020. The problem is that the error button is clicked in the machine running condition and in rinse and spin operation. When in mixed fabrics mode, wollen mode is automatically turned on.
              In this covid situation, the company should be checked and a product should be sent to prevent outsiders from coming to the house again and again. Now it is better to tell me what to do.

              No flipcart says 23 july technician will visit where the status of the product will be updated by him although i have already sent them the video where it is seen that there is a problem with the product. He also said that the product will be packed on the 26th of july which means someone will come again. And the 3rd august pickup means one again. And on 5th august i can get refund. So this pandemic situation on the one hand and the need for the product emergency so much embarrassment in it has made me very worried.

                I had ordered boat aavante bluetooth sound bar on 24th june and delivery promise was on 29th june. But till date (19th july) it haven't delivered. Approched customer care many times, but no resolution. Only thing they want me to do is wait for 48 hours. I want my product to be delivered asap.

                Most importantly the escalation matrix of flipkart is worst. The customer care agent haven't forwarded me to the supervisor not even one time.

                  The product was delivered on 10th july. I wore it for a while but the performance of the watch was very bad and looked kind of defective. So i filed a return request which has been rejected 2 times and according to return policy, last date of return is 20th july. They don't call me, just a sms which say unable to reach you. I tried contacting customer care nobody returned a call in 10 days. This watch was worth 3500rs. I was a return and refund!!!

                    I purchased a painting from flipkart and made the payment of the same through flipkart pay later and i receievd the product on 2nd of july and opened it on 3rd of july instead of the painting i ordered i had received a much costlier embossed 3d painting from the seller and i tried to place a return request around 10 am in the morning but due to some error in application i could place the same then i retried at around 11 am and i was shown message in my app that my account has been blocked and recieved a mail that all your orders stands cancelled and you wont be able to login into your account again. Now the problem is that my pay later bill was generayed on 1st of july for an amount of 1533/- and the last date of payment was 10 of july but because of the fact that my account is blocked i am unable to make payment of the same and not only this i had informed the company about the said problem in making payment of the dues but all turned out to be futile. And even requested the company to either unblock my account for a day so that i can clear the dues or provide me a special link for making payment of dues. And on one hand company is saying that all your orders stand cancelled now when orders are cancelled then what for are they charging money what for they are sending me mails and emails regarding payment of pending dues of flipkart pay later and also imposing penalty. When orders are cancelled then nothing can be charged against cancelled orders. Then nothing remains pending. Flipkart please clarify it if you want that dues be paid of i am ready to pay off the dues.

                    Sir first thing that my return request was not at all placed and second thing is that now the return period for the product has also exhausted. Now the only thing left is that i am reciving emails and calls and messages daily regarding payment of flipkart pay later dues. Now what to do for that they are imposing penalty day by day. Please provide a resolution for that. Either bear the pending dues or provide an option for making a payment. I am ready to pay off the dues. Either unlock my account fot a day or provide a special link for payment.

                    And as regards unsual number of return request i would like to inform you that i have been a flipkart plus customer and i have been shopping heavily all time and always gave it a preference over amazon. And moreover i am not fond of placing return request it was due to wrong product sent by your sellers and moreover this year there would have been a maximum of 3 returns which are negligible as compared to orders placed. And this time also i was trying to place return request for the benefit o[censored]r seller so that no loss is incurred to him as he had sent a very beautiful and much costlier art piece instead of painting that i had ordered.

                      I had ordered multiple items from flipkart which all arrived on the address given except for this one bata footwear which was delivered to some other building in my area just because both shared the name raheja society. The delivery guy delivered it to the wrong society and now due to lock down i cannot think of going inside another society, the flipkart team has not responded in any way, i had written an email and even written inside their own app feedback and complaint section. Please help asap

                        Flipkart had target me or not i don't know earlier i had also order product not given to me by panvel warehouse which was nearest to me that oil and dal od[protected]. Now same thing repeat order given to us but deffective product given

                        We are living in invisible enemy virus which is not seen but we are scared of seeing such insect in health products

                          Regarding unsolved issue of order id od[protected] as mentioned in email dated 18th july 2020 that "our courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id od[protected] with the product being intact". as i previously mentioned that we are not denied to delivery but when we opened the packet and inside mobile box, it contains only charger and earphone. There was no mobile phone. that's why i complaint for product missing in the package. But my complaint was closed saying that "we’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id od[protected] with the product being intact." this is very unfortunate to me and for flipkart services, so, kindly re - enquire my issue and do the needful. Take initiative to resend the missing item or refund the amount from the seller.

                            Ps: please don't reply "we will revert on it". I have heard enough of that. Reply with detailed information about what happened and when you will deliver my product.

                            This is a completely cheating process that you are doing right now. You gave me resolution date as 17th july, at 1 pm then again changed to 18th july, at 2 pm. Till now i didn't receive a call or message regarding update or delivery. What is this going on? Are you playing with my life daily?

                            This was a prepaid product worth 55000 and now i can't get my laptop or money back. You are telling this matter is being taken seriously but i can't see that. How long should i wait to get my product on time? I want the update by today itself, the delivery date and everything. This will not be tolerated.

                            Please call me back and it's urgent. This isn't something you have to play with. You are giving a resolution date for fun? No one contacted me regarding this. Whenever i contact customer care, they tell falsy information or to wait. This is not what is to be done to any customer. I have experienced a lot of stress and frustration by ordering this product.

                            I want immediate action to be done in this matter. Call me within 24hrs for a resolution and delivery must be done asap because i ordered this laptop on 26th june and it's going to be one month.

                              Hi team, with order id#od[protected], i have purchased a tv on 23rd june, along with 2 year extended warranty. But the tv has some display issue so it replaced on 7 july 2020. The installation of the replaced tv happened on 11th july. On that day technician informed that tv serial number is mismatched with serial number mentioned in invoice. Therefore i have raised a issue with flipkart to update the invoice or take appropriate action for it.

                              They have promised resolution date given 16th july but afterwards no response, when ever i called customer care they just saying they're working on it.

                              Serial number on invoice is :123.
                              Serial number present on the tv received.

                                  Dear consumer complaint it's been long i have contact flipkart about my order i'd od[protected]
                                  And i have called their customer care too but they didn't tell me anything completly and more ove the incident is that they give me empty parcel but i order my redmi 8 mobile but they give me empty parcel and it contains damaged box of some speaker. And the tape is also like tampered. I have contacted cc of flipkart but they didn't tell me anything properly...
                                  Please help me they didn't even mail me and when they place return request at my first req then the app suddenly said that issue is resolved by trouble shooting...
                                  Please tell them to solve it and mail me on my respective mail id...

                                    I placed an order for redmi 8 with order id od[protected]. I paid for my order online at the time of booking 23 june. I was promised delivery by 27 june. On 26th expected delivery date changed to 29 june. But the order didn't get delivered till 14 july and then i made a complaint so that my order get delivered. The order was shipped by flipkart's own courier ekart (Tracking no fmpp[protected]) but on 17th july i found that the order has been cancelled and refund initiated and will reflect by 29 july. This was a case of total fraud by flipkart in which they bound my money for more than a month and then even not giving me the order against which they took money from me. If the package got some issue in transit, they would have issued me a replacement. But they cheated me. Plz take strict action against flipkart so that this never happens again with anyone.

                                      I ordered a tv on 22 june nokia 4k 139 cm tv i received tv on 27 june and installation date is 2 july and when i gst time i tart to watch but no response given by tv so i complaint on 6 june to flipkart and then technician came and analysis the tv make a vedio and then confirm to return the product then the dilevery boy came and dont uninstall said to uninstall by myself then i again complaint to flipkart but no result come out i tried 4 to 5 times no resolution always saying to wait for 24 to 48 hours and then again i have to call i want my money
