This is a complaint against order id od[protected], for dell inspiron 14 5000 series core i3 8th gen - (4 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home) 5482 2 in 1 (14 inch, silver, 1.7 kg, with ms office).

The order was placed on 13th june 2020, with the expected delivery date as 21st june 2020.
So far i havnt received my order.
I first contacted the customer care on 21st june 2020, inquiring about my order and was told to wait for a day more.
Then again i contacted the customer care on 23rd june 2020, and there was no response from them. They asked me to wait again and that they would get back to me. As my complaint had been registered and it would take upto 6-7 working days.
I waited for another 3 days and contacted them back again on 26th june 2020 and 27th june 2020.
They said that my issue would be resolved by 1st of july and that they are launching a complaint to the supplier and logistics team as my order has reached the nearest hub on 16th june 2020 and has still not been delivered.
Then on 29th june 2020, i received a call from flipkart to cancel my order and re-order again.
I replied in negative saying that i wont cancel my order as the product in that price is out of stock and when i checked again the price has increased by rs. 16, 000, which is a huge amount. Even though the seller is same - corseca.
The date of issue resolution was changed to 9th july 2020
After a few more calls with the flipkart customer executive, they assured that the product would be delivered by 16th july.
On 16th july when the product was not delivered i contacted the customer care again and they told me to wait for 1 more day.
But on 17th july 2020, my order was automatically cancelled. Without any updates.
As i contacted the customer care and asked to speak to a senior, i was put on hold for over 30 mins without any response.
No resolution was given for my problem, and the order was cancelled without any confirmation from my side.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
