    I have cancelled 10 orders in the month of may and june 2020 in flipkart, however they have shared the transaction ids but amount not credited in my bank account. I tried to reach out to flipkart customer care to raise the complaint from last two months but its connecting. Please help me to get my amount, i have attached bank confirmation mail, transaction numbers, return confirmation mails from flipkart.

    Hi Team,

        The shipment reached to rishikesh, but it was supposed to reach haridwar.

          Dear team,

          I have purchased a microwave oven from flipkart, it was delivered by 3rd july 2020 and demo and installation date was 7th july 2020. But no body has come then i have raised complain but they haven't taken any action. After that i have contacted multiple times but they really don't take any action till now. There customer executive's behaviour were not profession at all. Over an above they have charged interest where i have taken that item with no cost emi using hdfc credit card.

          Please look into the matter.

            I had ordered a bosch washing machine from flipkart. Apparently my new house was not ready yet and i scheduled an installation for a month later. And after a month when i finally open the machine it's dented at the base. Like it was dropped from a crane or a truck or so. The machine does not balance on the floor anymore and i'm in a loss of 26k.

              My approved payment is 2973. I have selected my payment mode as EGV whose threshold is 2500. I have also uploaded non-gst declaration form and it's been more than a month and it is still pending for approval.                   I had ordered mobile phone yureka note from flipkart and i got defective mobile then i raised the complain and got replacement. The second time again i got the defective mobile now they are delaying and not arranging the reverse pickup.

                  Whenever i call the customer care they put me on long hold and then phone gets disconnected.

                  Now i feel cheated from the biggest online store.

                    I received my order yesterday (22 july 2020)
                    I opened the package today (23 july 2020) but to my surprise i only found the infrared thermometer & not the oximeter.

                    The invoice says it's for both. But there is item missing from the package.

                    Attached are the some pictures of the package.

                      I had received product today 21 july 2020... I had ordered 2 oil quantity of rs 1442... Star 555 sunflower oil 5 litre container of 2 qty

                      As i had ordered 2 qty it is responsibility of flipkart to give me product in good condition with proper packing and shipping...

                      Flipkart has given me in small box of light quantity and 2... 5litre can of 2qyy provided in small box and it was tightly packed no support no wrap by plastic poor packing and shipping the product has been damage during transit when open the product material out of it can't accept in corona condition

                      The product is leakage this is due to poor packing from seller and also not check by packing department and it has damage transit i m attaching the images old stock product given to me.. And usually oil is used for 6 month not more than that

                      We are living in invisible virus which is harmful to our health and in that we received such pantry product in unhygienic condition it is very bad can't take risk on health the product is no use of it both product damage i had attached the images it is totally disposable and harmful product

                      Please check from u r end and resolve the issue i m waiting for the resolution from flipkart department

                          Hi team, i have ordered an water purifier on flipkart last month which was delivered to me on 26th june, i was asked to wait for the installation till 22nd july and they haven’t send anybody to get the work done, unfortunately they send a mail as “we came to know that you were being charged for installation provide us the bill we will send a gift card of flipkart for the amount you spent”, i don’t understand how they had send the mail, a customer has no right to open the package until a techinician from flipkart open it, even if a customer opens and if he finds product is damaged flipkart will not accept it as it was opened by customer, so i kept that aside and waited for them, now i called them as i received this mail how can a customer opens what if it is damaged, i can’t take risk so i would like to return it and flipkart denied in accepting return of product as return policy was expired, as i was asked to wait by flipkart and now they claim it as my fault. First time it was assigned to hindware and they cancelled the installation process on july 11 which was beyond the expiry of the return date of product, i have contacted flipkart regarding this and they stated as that there won’t be any expiry as the defect is from our side not to worry and now they denying this,

                          I got a call naming as he is a Flipkart customer executive and was asking the details of the card through which I have made the payment, why would Flipkart ask for that you can revert it on the mode of payment I done for buying, this seems this site people are fraud, do not discuss any card details with them

                            I ordered samsung level u bluetooth headset with order id od[protected] from flipkart worth rs 2760 on 21st july, 2020. The package was delivered to me on 22nd july, 2020. When i opened the outer box, i found that samsung box seals were broken and the headset was missing (Only user manual was there). I was blank for a moment as it happened to me for the first time and i was buying from flipkart for the first time in my life.

                            I called flipkart support immediately and informed them about the same, i was being asked, if i want the refund or product. I told them for refund. They told me that they are raising a refund complaint but will investigate about it and it will be resolved by jul 26.

                            People all across india love flipkart because of its high-quality products, best offers on the wide range of products, customer obsession and much more. But all these points now seem to get faded as these types of incident happens.

                                    I have ordered for mee mee walker on 27th june and got it delivered on 7th july. However was shocked to see when i received parcel. It was not packed well.
                                    *no manual/instruction card was provided
                                    * finishing were so sharp that it could cut when pressed hard
                                    *stopper didn't serve purpose
                                    *and totally it looks like first copy product

                                    I have cancelled for the product the same day and date of pickup was 25th july. Today when i visited app, i was shocked to see that seller has cancelled my return request on 14th june. How can it be possible.

                                    She said it will b reverted on 24hrs.
                                    Its more than 72hrs passed. Still there is not even a single reply for my mail.
                                    This is how u ppl work and give importantance to customers?
                                    And again they have closed my issue which I reopened fr second time in app, . Without giving solution, how can u ppl natk complaint as resolved.

                                      Hi there, i had done a booking from flipkart travels with pnr: mil93b.
                                      The flight was rescheduled and then cancelled my the airline (Spicejet)... For which a full refund was processed to the travel agency (Flipkart travels) on 29th april '20 as confirm by the airlines.

                                      When reached out to flipkart with all the necessary information they are still saying the the airline is still pending confirmation for the refund.
                                      Its been over 4 month that i have still not received my refund.

                                      Flipkart need to refund the amount that they have received from the airline, for which they are delaying it month by month.

                                      Can you guys please help me here.
