I am seriously not getting any help from your customer service team. As I escalated on 22nd July that I haven't received the phone ( IPHONE 7 Plus ) which I ordered from your website. Despite ample requests on Site, Social media and Phone calls every time I am getting weird explanations. Now I got an update that the request for a warranty card has been processed, whereas my concern is entirely different. I am just rephasing myself that on the 22nd July the parcel which was delivered at my place, product was missing in it. Please let me know what other information is required from my side so that issue can be resolved. Earlier time line was given on 24th July, then it further extended to 27th July and now it's 29th July that too I am not aware what requests have been raised by your customer service team.
Please help me it's almost more than a week. I am following up with you guys
