      I have checked my cibil report on 21st july 2020 and found there is personal loan of 60000 rupees on my name by idfc first bank for which i never applied before. As well i don't have any type of intimation or information on mobile number or e-mail from idfc first bank. Flipkart's customer care number not even connecting to executive as well no option available to raise case. I am waiting to get this loan closed for which i never applied. Now the concern is why flipkart is doing so with their customers? How they got rights to log personal loan on any customer name without his approval or without intimation to him on his mobile or on email? Please take necessary action against this issue.

          Flipkart organised games on daily basis in fun zone where they claimed that winner will get declared prize but yesterday I found them cheating with me, their game quiz time held daily 12o clock, 8pm and 10pm where each user gets 100 points for each right answer and plus fastest fingers points like if a person gives answer in just one second out of 10 seconds then he will get plus 9 score extra means 109 for one question I played this game from 4 months but never succeeded to achieve the score but yesterday fortunately I score 1087 but they declared the winner gets 1085 score and removed me from the game even after that they blocked me from fun zone, it means winners was already selected more then one person scored 1085 it means if I scored 1085 then also I will not be selected as winner because too many scored 1085 and 1085 means 5 questions answered in 2 second means fot every 5 question they will get 108 and 5 other questions they answered in just 1 second means 109 for other 5 questions each then they can score 1085 but by chance yesterday 21 july2020 in 8 pm quiz I answwred 7 question in just one second that's I score 1087 bycance but they not even declared me winner but also blocked my id in finding

          I hope you understand and will take necessary action against this flipkart scam so that other people's in india can be secured from their fake strategy to make indians fools

I had placed a order for rs 499 on flipkart on 4 july 2020 and product name is jockey women sports bra and the product was delievered to me on 7 july and due to inappopriate quality i had placed return request for my product and the product was picked up on 10 july but till now they have not initiated refund to me and i had complaint to them for several times but no respond came from their side. My a/c no. Is [protected] in central bank of india. Please solve this complaint as soon as possible.

              Worst experience by Flipkart. The product wasn't delivered even after 8 days of the given delivery date. After cancelling the product, I haven't received my refund. The customer care executives just keep on extending dates and say the team will contact you.

                Where I saw that there is an active loan on my account of rupees 60000.
                But this loan was not applied by me.
                When I make a constant to bank they are saying that it is sanctioned by flipkart. Please talk to them.
                So, please take an strict action against this.

                  I ordered a smartphone from flipkart on 11th july, order id - od[protected]. The promised a 2 day delivery by 13th july. I did not receive my order till 16th so i cancelled and re-ordered the phone on 16th july, order id - od[protected]. The again promised a 2 day delivery by 18th july. Today its 22nd and i haven't received my order till now.
                  I have contacted the customer care many times but they are not helpfull, they just give a random date and ask to wait.
                  Flipkart is running a scam by the name of flipkart plus membership where the promise 2 day delivery but do not fulfill the promise.
                  I need a delivery date for my product and flipkart should apologise for running a 2 day delivery scam.

                    I have been facing issues with the operating system as well as the display of my new Realme device with respect to my Work profile as once it is enabled the font for recent apps becomes invisible. Further, while accessing the work apps such as Outlook, Word, etc. whenever I type something it randomly types some letters/ numbers twice without me giving such input which has become a real problem. I have been a customer of Realme in the past and have been satisfied with the device quality but this issue has completely shattered the trust in the brand as no efforts have been made either by Flipkart or Realme to resolve the issue.

                    You may note that due to the above-discussed issue it is clear that a new device is not solving the purpose of its normal use even appropriately and I would seek your support to either resolve the OS problem or getting a refund for my device.Further support staff is very inefficient as they always says that your return request will not be rejected and will be confirmed before rejection but it is never done so. It has been rejected 4 times without any specific reason.

                      Sir i am helpless i order matteress from flipkart on 2nd of july. The product was reached on 13th of july to my nearest hub. I all ready paid whole charges of that product but your delivery boy and there team demand me to pay transportation charges and said if not paid they will not deliver my product. After that i complaint to customer care they will not take action against them since 10 days. Please deliver my product with in 24 hours otherwise i will go for legal action in future.

                        I ordered a package in which 12 items had to be delivered & it was on non returnable basis. I have bought many items on non returnable basis so trusted flipkart this time too. It was delivered to me on 2nf july but i opened it a bit late not immediately. When i saw it 2 items having high value were missing. When i complaint to flipkart, they said they can not help me in such case. It is not a matter of loosing money but a cheating done by someone at the end of flipkart. You should check it as what happened with me should not happen with any1 else. It is related to the goodwill of flipkart.

                          I bought sony bravia x8000g 65 inch with order id :od[protected] on 15 th july 2020 worth rs 113499. The product was bought on emi however when i received the statement the bank have charged the whole amount so i called bank first to enquire on it and they said they have not received request from flipkart regarding the emi conversion. So when i checked my bill it clearly says there is a discount for emi conversion. I contacted flipkart again but they are saying they are still checking and it's a huge amount. I have never accepted such a disgusting and pathetic service from flipkart. Please resolve my issue asap or else i will go to consumer forums in such a pandemic situation you are cheating people with your scam i am not going to spare u will go to the ceo of flipkart. I have also attached the bill where it says discount for emi

                              I want to buy a new and after selecting a phone, was looking at the exchange offer, i have redmi note 8 pro and my imei number it shows me an error, "entered imei number doesn't belong to the brand and model".

                              When i checked in other imei check online website it shows me all the correct details of the phone.

                              I have attached both the screen shot.

                                Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                                I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know. My flipkart id: [protected]@gmail.com
