    I am a flipkart plus member.

    Description:-
    I purchased this product based on description and testing performed by flipkart that this product is 100% termite-free but after few months – i opened my bed and saw some shocking – millions of termite have damaged all my degree certificate – my passport and including my clothes, and books, please find the attachment for the same.

    Based on an above concern i called flipkart customer service and explain them consider this as a critical issue because it's related to health and just because of this issue i could not take a risk with family and stay in the same house with full of termite - so i had decided to leave the house until so i had shifted to my cousin house but – they still logged normal case and gave me time till 18th of july, – it's very frustrating and disappointing.

    On 9th of july, one technician came to my house to see the situation and do uninstallation - even he was shocked about the situation - he did uninstallation on 9th of july, but strange things:- flipkart still did not update the status in their application so i called each day multiple times to their customer care center but they said they can not do anything except escalation - every time i was notified about escalation but that escalation team never acted up and based on this i used social media platform twitter but still i did get resolution.

    Since this is a critical and health-related concern - still flipkart is not responding to me - even after waiting till 18 of july - still, this product is lying in my house and i am paying rent without staying in that house.

    I looking for justice with the help of consumer complaint platform.
    - desirable resolution for my complaint:
    1. As earlier as possible send some to pickup this damaged/disease product.
    2. Refund for my order amount.
    3. Fine for rupees 5000 - for clothes eaten up by product termite (Which is claimed by flipkart its 100% termite free and gone through multiple testing for the same)
    4. Fine for rupees 2900 - my books are eaten up by product termite (Which is claimed by flipkart its 100% termite free and gone through multiple testing for the same).

    flipkart representative, can you please confirm when are going to revert on this? I hope you understand this is health related concern - still I am in my cousin's house of this issue n it's been more than 18 days - can you confirm when will you revert on this with resolution, not with sending messages that we are looking into this - n suppose it would had happened to your house, can you wait for this long

      The issue that I have experienced was: I had ordered Gap jeans but the size was bigger for me I tried to exchange it but my exchange got rejected by the seller (as per the info on the app).
      So I tried to return it, to my dismay the return also got rejected by the seller (although the product falls under the category of returnable items). In the meantime I ordered smaller size too. And for returning bigger size I got in touch with customer care and they suggested me to wait till the seller responded...yet again return got rejected by the seller ( as per app info). I called customer care yet again, that reprensentative informed that the seller requires verification so an email regarding the same will be sent to me. I received the said email and as per email they asked me to send copy of my Adhar Card and resultantly I had sent the same. But still they refused to pick up the product and refund via email.
      Furthermore, the smaller size I had ordered also dsnt fit me so now I am left with 2 useless jeans which Flipkart refuses to take back.
      Still I am struggling to return the said product.

      Kindly help and get my grevience redressed.

        I ordered grocery to my home however flipkart made me to wait for 3-4 days and cancelled without any notification. Such double standards as they don't respond to calls or messages.

          I need to change my mobile number in flipkart account, I tried changing, however page says, OTP was sent to old mobile which I currently don't have.
          I stopped using my old number may be 2years ago.

          Need to resolve this! There should have been a way in the flipkart site only, unfortunately there is none.

            Recently, 3-4 days ago i have purchased a sony srs xb10 bluetooth speaker worth of rs.3500 but i was not happy with the quality of speaker and the speaker was also look "used" so i filed a return for my item but they have rejected the return request of my item and when i am trying to contact them they are not properly replying to them.
            I wanted a refund of my item not any kind of replacement i just wanted my money back.

                  Payment was successfully but the order was not placed. I don't have any order i'd because my order was not at all placed. Your employee called and said i will call you back in a minute and he didn't.

                        I ordered three items on flipkart & I did transaction using phone pay. Money got deducted from my bank account and I got transaction message also but I didn't get any order confirmation from flipkart & it is not showing in my account - My orders .

                            I've ordered the iqoo 3 (8/128) for 32, 990/- in flipkart. The payment i did through my debit card was successful and i received a message concerning about the payment from my bank. Flipkart app also acknowledged the payment and redirected me back to the home page. When i checked the "my orders" section there wasn't any listings. I only received the messages from my bank that the payment is successful and all. I didn't receive any mails or messages from flipkart that the order was placed nor any tracking details.

                              I order iphone se online and did payment through credit card. Payment deducted from credit card, but when i checked flipkart order section, to my surprise, there was no orders placed and there was no confirmation email.
                              My email id registered with flipkart from which i placed order is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                Dear Sir/ Madam, Good afternoon...

                                I am Dr Sunil VK Gaddam. My mobile no: [protected]. I hve ordered 4 items from Flipkart on 3rd July 2020.
                                Ordered Items:
                                1. Muebles Casa Croma Leatherette 3 Seater Sofa (no. 1)
                                2. RoyalOak Panter Leatherette 1 Seater Sofa (no. 2)
                                3. Crystal Furnitech Avia Engineered Wood Coffee Table (no. 1)

                                Item no. 1 was delivered on 11-July-2020 and Item no. 2 & 3 were delivered on 13-July-2020.

                                But, you have not installed neither of them till date. It's almost 7-days (1-week) passed by. I have kept the items in Warandha (corridor) since the packs are too heavy and not fit through door. If you unpack, we can take the items inside the house.

                                If items get damaged because of insects/ rats etc., I will send the items back to you.

                                Though I have called a no. of times, NO RESPONSE neither from your side nor from Jeeves Consumer Service. This is very very bad on your part.

                                Very very bad service ever I have in my life.

                                [protected] is too long for installing these items. From Jeeves Consumer Services, they told that they re-sheduled installation date to:[protected]. But, till now there's no response though I have called them and flipkart, a no. of tmes since morning.

                                Earlier they have given some Technician name and his no. His name is Dhupam Sreehari. His mobile no is: [protected]. Though I had called him a no. of time, no response from him too.

                                This is very very bad on your part. Is this the treatment that you would give to your customers?

                                At least, even now let me know exactly, when you are sending the technitian for installation. I am facing a lot of trouble by keeping items in the corridor.

                                Do the needful at the earliest...

                                  I was searching for a competitive exam prep book aka, "rc 100" which was only available on flipkart at that time. So i bought it using my father's debit card. During the placement of order the mobile portal stopped working and it shown the message "translation may not be completed." the amount was deducted from my father's bank account but no order was placed.                                       Hi i have ordered hemito comfortable cotton swing for kids/babies up to 15kg with safety belt with order od[protected] on 4th of july and expected delivery date was 17th july, on 16th july it has reached to my nearest hub, but on 17th it was not delivered, on 18th i got delivery reschedule message still it was not delivered on 18th then i filed a complained on flipkart site with [incident: in[protected]], still no reply, today when i tried to track it is saying you are having no orders under my order tab.
                                      What is this behavior... It already late by 4 days and now i am not able to track my order in flipkart website also..
                                      This is very embarrassing and frustrating, we order from trusted website so that there is no glitch but it is not tolerable at all.
                                      Kindly help with my order
