Have ordered a lg double door refrigerator from flipkart on 6th june 2020 for a price of 26, 050 rs. The product was delivered on 15th june 2020, flipkart's technician has arrived on the following day on 16th june 2020, he found dents on the outer surface and physical damages (Breakages with holes) in multiple locations inside the refrigerator.
He examined and suggested us to apply for a refund/replacement and he took photos of damages. We have immediately applied for a refund (As replacement is'nt avaiable) on 16th june. Got a message that pickup is scheduled on or before 20 the june. We are continually following up with the pickup process and flipkart keep on extended the pickup date to 24th june, 27th june, 7th july, 11th july, 15th july by citing unclear reasons.
On 14th july, a support mail from flipkart asked me to cancel the current return request and make a new return request for processing it again. As directed by them, i have cancelled existing return. I could'nt make a new return request as flipkart did'nt open that option to me as promised to me in mail.
We were waiting for this damaged product to be picked up and despite having numerous calls and email, twitter conversations with flipkart support, got false assurances and the product is never picked up.
As a consumer, in my so many years of shopping online, this particular purchase from flipkart tested my patience, wasted my precious time and money besides requesting them in every possible way to pickup the damaged product. I, therefore request the concerned people to look into this matter and resolve.

Because Amazon paytm and other platform unblock it in sometime
