      Me and my husband Flipkart account suddenly got blocked together. On raising it to customer care, they said that it's due to returning of items in the past.

      My concern is they blocked the account without prior notice and I am unable to return a footwear which is small in size. Since they have a 30 days return policy, they cannot just deny return for the same. I have been contacting them regularly; however, they are not entertaining.

        Respected flipkart higher authorities and consumer court department

        This is my two order number

        I had order dal from online shopping department of flipkart because product was getting at my door and in cheap and not to go outside in corona pandemic condition

        But i didn't knew that seller of flipkart and ekart logistics will play fun of my order...

        Even i had paid rs 65 shipping and packing charges of the products still i had received product in damage and deffective condition

        The product inside it was damage and materials was out of it this happen due to poor packing from seller and flipkart and small stone amd black kernel insect in the product which can't acceptable

        The packet was damage internally i should ignore but the stones and small insect live insect i can't acceptable

        It is against thr law so i m requesting to higher authorities of consumer department of india and flipkart higher authorities please give me the resolution from my order take this back and refund my money back in my bank account

        I can't accept this deffective product which is harmful and hazerdous of my life so please arrange return pickup and take this back and refund my money back immediately

              To avoid going outside in this Corona Virus pandemic situation, wanted to place an order online and decided to use Flipkart service. I searched all the items i wanted one by one and added them into the kart and placed a single order with Order ID OD[protected]. But looks like Flipkart is using this as an opportunity to make money in wrong terms by charging very high delivery charges.

              When i finished adding all the items in the Kart and it showed me the total amount for all the items selected is Rs. 2877 and i placed cash on delivery Order successfully. But later i see Flipkart started delivering each item individually and added additional delivery charged for each item delivered ranging from Rs.80 to Rs.400. As it is individual deliveries and not knowing the list if items inside it and i ended up paying the amount upon delivery and never noticed i am ending up paying high delivery charges for each single items getting delivered.

              When i realized about this is i got one more package for delivery for which as usual i paid, and when i opened later to see the items inside is only Chakki Fresh Atta and i knew the exact amount of it and realized why they took Rs. 400 more for this delivery which is delivery charge (very shocking). Only then when i calculated and realized each item delivered they have charged Min Rs 80 to Rs. 400 for a single delivery.

              As per Flipkart and many other online shopping companies, if we order anything more than Rs. 500 then delivery would be free. But here they cheating by diving the delivery into each single item.

              I raised the complaint with Flipkart on this and then i got the callback on the same. I explained the problem upon request from the executive and told we will start the return process and requested to send my bank account details on the email they sent. Then later again after sending the required details as i saw no response for few days, i replied to the same email for follow-up. Then again a separate executive calls and tells they cannot take return and cannot help on this matter. Upon insisting he told they will raise this issue with higher management and come back. Then again no get back, again follow-up then explain whole story to the executive calls and he agrees for return and then another executive who again says no return on this. This goes on and very frustrating and each executive conflict with each other.

              Writing this for help from consumer complaint form, seeking help on this very high charges. Why do i pay Rs.80 delivery charge for the item cost 150? why do i pay delivery charge of Rs 400 for the item 730? This is too much and nobody would place order knowing these facts.

              I appreciate your help on this matter. And also i have attached one of the email screenshot where they have agreed for the return as they don't have option of refund for the high delivery charges.

              Is there any update on this? It's been 2 weeks since i raised the complaint here. And i had more than 2 to 3 week's follow-up with Flipkart support team where one used to help resolve then the another used to call and start over from scratch and taking additional time. Same process kept going for more than 2 to 3 weeks.
              Is there any update on this. more than 1 month but no update. Now Flipkart does not care about the even to respond to the consumer complaints?

                On 6 th July I tried to purchase a water purifier in flipkart by my icici credit card.My transaction was completed but the order was not confirmed.After 5 mins i tried again.This time the order was confirmed successfully.But the amount deducted in my first transaction is still not refunded.I have both the transaction nos.

Uske baad mai jab flipkart pe baat kr rha tab woh log mujhy 24-48 gnte ka tym mang ke complain aegai forwd kr rhe na koi help kr rhe meri na detail bata rahe taki mai bank ja k pata kru bs bewkuf bana rha... Mere pas call recording se le k sare prove h ki mere acount mai paisa nhi aya hai woh bar bar bol rhe apke falana acount mai paisa gya h jb bhi woh mera acount hai he nhi... Mai up east mai rehta hu mau mai aur paise company ne banglore k acount m bheje h aur mujhy keh rhi apne acount update kiya h jb ki mera us id mai acount rahul raheja k nam s update h.. Pls meri help kriye

                    Flipkart is having worst service, service provider and customer support team ever i have seen.
                    I purchased lenovo ideapad l340 core i7 9th gen (Order i'd -[protected]] rs. 72415 for my son and flipkart delivered on 23 jun but when i check warranty it is showing 9 month left only and having battery issue. Battery provided only 2.5 horse only. I have raised issue with flipkart team and raised ticket on next day.
                    On 04th july technician has visited and checked my issue and confirmed this is used laptop provided by flipkart and they certificate for replacement. Flipkart team also confirmed pickup and replacement on 13th july.
                    On 13th july, suddenly cancel my replacement request. Immediately, i called to customer support team and this time they give me new date, which was july 25th.
                    Again, today morning (26th july) i received message form flipkart “you request has been cancelled” and ticket closed. They cancelled my replacement due to unknown reason but i know the reason, they were just cheating me form last 35 days. So every time when i called to flipkart executive and inform them about this but reply was so funny i felt i am getting cheated they said i raised a concern and your issue will get resolved.

                          I ordered a mtb from flipkat on 26th june and delivery date is 8th july. But i didn't get the product till date even product didn't shipped yet. Meanwhile my installment of the product is start and i pay for that and no one from flipakrt is not sincere about that. I log many complaint on flipkart but they close the case after some days. And the customer care representative always provide wrong information, and say higher authority will contact to you. I share 3 number with them 2 are fully functional but i didn't get a call from there side.
                          Please provide any solution asap.

                            I have ordered the crompton ceiling fan combo pack of 2 on 12th may and received only 1 pack on 25 may. I have raised a return request for refund on the same day reason as 'missing part' but after 20 days almost i have called them again and asked how much time will they take to take back the product and the customer executive said that they will be coming soon and asked me to confirm the reason of request. She said it is an incorrect request as it is an item missing not the part missing and then she has raised a new request for me mentioning that it is a item missing. Again after 10 days i called them back and the other executive said.. The incident raised by customer executive is also an incorrect request and has raised another one. This has repeated for the 3 time also. And after 2 months now the flipkart has canceled my request. I have contacted flipkart more than 20 times and they said it is the mistake from flikart end and they will find the best solution for me within 24 hours. I have been calling since 2 months continuously and they repeated the same song &they said issue is escalated so executive will call back which never happened. And today when i myself called them again, they are telling me that the refund period has exceeded and they can't provide the refund and they can only provide the replacement of a single fan as the app is deleted the combo offer & showing it is a pack of 1 now. We have all screenshot with us. So please help

                                  I have ordered this tv on 25/07/2020 paid with my credit card, order was confirmed by flipkart and was under processing then same day by evening i received and email saying due to high demand and limited stock your order has been cancelled. Ok agreed and if i check the product still shows in stock for my pin code 442401 if they don't have stock they shouldn't accept order's. I have placed an order once again and i want them (Flipkart) to deliver my order this time. Please kindly help to get this order delivered.

                                    I have ordered some products from flipkart and make the payment immediately from gift card which was purchased from hdfc bank. Due to irrelevant products i had returned product and requested for refund. Since 45 days approximately i am trying to get refund but the same not yet done. Again i had some coupons left so decided to utilise all flipkart coupons to buy groceries. I had ordered that approximately 4500+ 350 rs payment done from my credit card but order was not placed but all the money lost. Till yet i haven't received any confirmation for refund. Need strict action against them.

                                        I didn't get my order but flipkart showed the status as item delivered, i got shocked because i already made the payment but didn't receive my order. This is really shocking don't know whom delivery boy delivered my product. Even he didn't call me, not even that i tried to call him many times but it's not reachable...
