I have been a flipkart customer since last 10 years and this the first time flipkart is acting like this. I ordered a router from flipkart and I had cancelled it later, even then the delivery guy came which i refused. Still I did not get my money back. In app it is showing cancelled, I reached out to them on app, twitter still no help. Customer support is saying this is due to technical issues and it has been escalated and twitter support is saying to connect with flipkart customer support. Already been a month since still nothing happened, stuck in same stage.

What should a a customer do?

More than 2 year everytime i try to login my flipkart account with mobile no [protected] i recived error that login unsuccessful retry in minute. please unblock my account fast.

My product is stuck at CentralHub_BHW1 from the past 7 days and today is the delivery date not sure it will deliver today or not because there is no location update try to solve this issue...

I've recently changed my phone number on flipkart since I lost my old number and I'm not using it anymore. After changing the number, I'm unable to recieve otp for verification of Flipkart pay later. I've been using the paylater for the past 6 months, and now I'm having this issue. Whenever I choose the Flipkart pay later option, the app keeps loading or buffering and that's it. But I'm recieving the otp for everything else on flipkart but...

So I'm trying from past 4 month's to change my current Flipkart number to another one which is new sim and I just want to switch my all accounts to that new number but when I tried to change it I got following error :- unable to change number, please retry, after trying many times I did a call to Flipkart customer care and they told me that the number which I want to update was already registered and that account also banned by Flipkart I just surprised I don't know when it was registered or maybe that number used by another user earlier before I got that. I explained everything to the customer care executive I said my all banking and other government realated services are linked to that new number and I just want to update because I don't want to carry both sims. I asked for help executive told me that he registered a complaint for unban account and after unban just deactivate that account and update with your older Flipkart account but I got mail today just with reason why that account was got banned and the ticket was closed without solving my issue. Kindly help me 🙏

I ordered a pair of shoes from flipkart. The item was delivered to me on 15th june and the next day I applied for return as the item had size/fit issues. However the Wishmaster kept rejecting my return request everyday without informing me. I had to go to their office and then ask them what the issue was. They said it’s a serial number mismatch issue. I have been contacting customer care for 2 weeks regarding this issue. Every time they say this will be resolved but they never solve it. The Wishmaster keeps rejecting the return because of the serial number mismatch issue.

I placed an order for Peter England Blazer order number OD[protected] and the size was small so placed a return request I did not keep also price tag was not available on the product but the return guy canceled my return request saying that without the MRP tag product will not be returned is this a joke without breaking the MRP tag the product could not have been worn it was sealed so how could I try the blazer without breaking the MRP tag now as the product is small and I want to return or exchange for 44 sizes the return guy is not taking the product saying MRP tag is broken I will file a case with consumer court if product is not returned or exchanged or I dot get my refund i have already filed a chargeback with my credit card either ask for no show pickup or refund my money

Purchased a Chocolate order id OD[protected] the chocolate came in a fully melted state attaching pictures for reference it doesn't even came with an ice bag and Flipkart is not refunding or replacing my product other companies refund or replace the product but Flipkart is saying non returnable product NCH look into this asap I will also file a case with consumer court if money is not refunded and the product is not replaced

I ordered sneakers but I got flips from Flipkart. When iam asking about it they are not responding. They delivered wrong item but now I'm suffering for it.

I want to change my phone number registered with Flipkart. But I don't have access to old phone number. I need to update my number as I need to make a return of faulty product and it asks for OTP from old number during refund process.

I have order a redmi 9 Pro, i still didn't receive the product.also the money got debited and i lost that too.so kindly deliver the product or return the money please.

26/06/2023 was item ordered, The item was ordered from my Flipkart account, I didn't get any OTP or notification, And the item was not ordered byme, someone ordered from my account, Paid from my Flipkart Pay later account, Whose OTP did not come to me and Payment deducted from Flipkart Pay Later account without OTP or notification, I have also complained Flipkart Customer Care, But they are just saying that our team will contact you. But they don't have any answer yet, It has been deducted from the account without OTP, they are not accepting it, ordered item is realme smart watch, the price is 4999 and now they call me for payment, and customer care said nothing about this, what i do next

I have order redmi 9 Pro in flipkart lite, but i hav'nt received my order and lost my money too.so deliver the product or atleast return back my money.

I ordered a wireless Bluetooth realme headset and when i received the product i tried to use it but it was defective. Even after charging for 3hrs the headset was not even turning off. The product was utter defect.I talked with the helpcentre for help and they are telling me to directly contact realme service centre.Not even taking the responsibility of selling bad products.How are we supposed to buy from this site anymore.I hereby request a refund or replacement.

If it not possible to create an account outside of India? I constantly get the "invalid phone number" error when I try to put my Luxembourgish number on it

I have ordered above mentioned product on Monday 3rd of July 2023 from flipcart website.
THe product was supposed to reach me on Wednesday 5th of July 2023 but same is not reached to me at given point of time. I rescheduled the delivery on 6th of July 2023 but on the same as well delivery did not took place.
Hence I have rescheduled the delivery on today 8th July, 2023 but there is no responce from Flipcart Delivery Team regarding my delivery.
Kindly help to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
