Hi Team,

Order #OD[protected]

I placed an order for one plus TV on 19th and Delivered on 21st June. But instead of oneplus TV, LG TV was delivered and the same was updated by the installation team and he made a request for replacement.

From then on i have multiple requests following up for the replacement

Couple of earlier requests were rejected with no reason and after further follow up your support team has raised a new replacement id and assured the backend team would resolve the issue.

The height of stupidity was in the latest request updates were as below :
Hello Girish To help us review your return request forFull Life Mobile Battery For Oppo F11 Pro BLP697, please share the required product images within the next {48 hours} clicking on 'Contact Us'. Please ensure the files are only up to 2MB in size (JPEG, PNG, PDF formats only).

First of all my name is not Girish and I am not requesting replacement of the Mobile Battery oppo F11Pro which clearly shows the guy who updated the ticket doesn't even understand the request i have raised for Oneplus TV. and then next comment he added is as below

Sorry, the return request cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I purchased an office chair on 03rd July 2023 through flipkart worth Rs.3155, tools and screws were missing, I applied for replacement through flipkart app within 10 minutes of product delivery, tech visit was done by flipkart on 12th july 2023, tech visitor closed the application without taking any action to replace the product, after that I again filed this careless complaint on flipkart Return created due to Mr. even after 4 tech visits Despite this, neither the chair has been returned nor the problem has been resolved

        Unauthorized transaction done by flipkart from my HDFC CREDIT CARD

        When i reviewed my HDFC Credit Card Statement and found that one unauthorized transaction of Rs. 11, 529.27 done on 11th July 2023 without my knowledge and without getting any OTP etc.
        Detail of this fraud transaction is as follows :

        Kindly file a complaing against flipakrt for this unwanted transaction without...

          I had ordered(OD[protected] "Red Tape Walking Shoe" size 7 from flipkart which got delivered initially.
          As the size was larger, I raised exchange request for size 6.
          Generally when we are not available at apartment, we share the OTP with delivery guy and ask them to give the product to Apartment security which we collect from security in the evening once we are back from office.
          On 17 July 2023, we did the same and in evening found that the Exchange item (SIZE 6) was not given to Apartment Security.

          On 18 July 2023, I raised a complaint(IN[protected], ) that the new product was not delivered and OLD PRODUCT(SIZE 7) is still with me. In system it(size 6) was marked as delivered.
          Every time the incident is either auto closed or closed manually with a comment that the product is already delivered.
          Every time I have to call customer care, explain the whole issue from beginning and all I get in response is assurance, new incident and a new time for resolution. (New Incident IN[protected])
          Within some time, again the issue is closed with a comment that the product was delivered. thanks for shopping. There is no one from the flipkart team who calls me back even to check before updating the incident. I have even sent mails but no response.

          I cannot return the product as in the app, I can return SIZE 6 which I never received. The previous item SIZE 7 is still with me intact.
          Even when I asked the Flipkart to raise a return from their side even that is not being done.

          There is no escalation matrix, no mail id or contact provided for next level of escalation.

            I Have Purchased A smartphone (Samsung S20Fe5G) for 27959rupees .and i got it 2days ago when i get this phone at that time onwards Iam facing high battery draining issue and high heating issue around 46degree when i checked by thermometer Then I Try to Return The product for replacement but that time it is showing error and Iam trying it for 3days. but no result and 26 is the last date of return policy. then today i visited Samsung Authorized Service Store for Checking Issue Then They Said This Phone Has Switched on Around 1Month Ago They said This Is A Used Complaint phone please Return It on Flipkart but when i try to return it is showing error. Iam Saying to Flipkart why you guys are cheating us what did you get by doing this Fatherless Type Work...I Hope This Consumer Complaint site will solve my issue and i will get my phone replacement as soon as possible. Thankyou

              I ordered an asus laptop from flipkart which is defective. When I'm trying to request for a replacement, an error is occurring and the customer care is also not providing any solution for it. It is really mentally Harrasing.

                I ordered sony Bravia google tv 32 inch. On june 30 from flipkart, I received defected item, on 1 july when sony technician came for instalation he saw screen was brocken from inside, we raised many complaint since then but never got ant satisfactory response from flipkart they always raise complaint for replacement but it never happened even the sailer is not contacting us . What should I do kindly look into this matter otherwise I will have to move consumer court.

                  My account has been blocked by flipkart due to which i m unable to log in to my account..
                  I m calling flipkart no. They r just alloting 2 hours waiting time since two days
                  They r only saying that their system is updating due to which they cannot help me
                  I am a genuine customer, please unblocked my flipkart account, "I have a pending loan of pay later if my account is blocked then how to pay my loan ". I have been a loyal and regular customer for several years, and I rely on Flipkart for all my online shopping needs.

                    I placed an order for google pixel 6a on 14th July 2023, my product was promised to be delivered by 16th, but I didn't get my order on 16th and asked for help from customer service. They told me to wait by 20th and so I did and called them again but this time again they told me to wait till 22nd without proper communication, they couldn't figure out the problem and kept extending date. On 22nd they cancelled my order without consent. First made me wait all this time and then cancelled it. I even had to exchange my old phone and I had removed my data from it so for these 7 days I couldn't use my phone either. The price of the mobile has gone up already. When I called to ask why they cancelled from their side . they said "unknown reason" and simply told to reorder without any other help. I just want my phone at the price I paid, I hope this helps me get my phone before I'm off to college.

                          I have recently purchased a laptop from Flipkart on 11 July and it was supposed to be delivered by 16 july. All though I have rescheduled the date to 18 july, they didn’t deliver the order till 21st July and all of a sudden the cancelled my order without any prior notification, and now they even increased the price of the laptop. Basically they stuck my money with them for 10 days which I could have used to buy from another place as it was very important. I want compensation from Flipkart for harassment and wasting my money and time. I couldn’t work for 5 days because of them.

                            I have ordered a product and received it whose order id is OD[protected] . I have rated and submitted my review on this product but its not showing on product page. what i have written in review is showing is as published in my review section but its not showing on product page, its showing as published on 17 july 2023. but still not showing in product page. i have done complain regarding same with flipkart too, but they are just making fool extending dates and sending same email of system generated again and again.

                            i am attaching proof of same too and also i am sure that i have only written truth about product not any false language.

                                I placed an order of 200rs from flipkart and received a broken mobile tempered glass from flipkart since they have no return replacement policy that does not mean they can send a defective product to their costumers totally disappointed and regret shopping from flipkart.

                                  Product order on 06 july 2023 and received on 11 july 2023 bt when I received the product i saw the product missing from packaging and then i am immediately contacted customer care and they created return request bt after 2 days seller cancelled my request and from that day i am struggling to get my refund

                                  After that on 18 july 2023 compny asking about my id card after that provided company called me and saying seller policy not giving u refund sorry
                                  After that 19 july flipkart contacted me and created a return request bt not approved after that day 20 july request was cancelled and 21 july one call comes and saying we can’t get u refund because seller not policy was ended

                                    On 03/07/23 i apply return request of noise buds VS404 from FlipKart and after somedays i registered for warranty but on filling up i checked on serial number and found that the serial number on package and number imprinted on the product are different before this incident i just return the first product (noise vs404 same product) on getting a defective product . on my invoice there is no serial number . i need refund or return on my product

                                      My order number is OD[protected]. Product: POKHINDA Slim Men Black Jeans. I have raised a return request and the courier person came and picked the product and left the location. On the same day at midnight i got a message that return was rejected., but the pant was already picked by courier person. Now the refund was not provided as return was rejected and courier person never gave back the rejected product. Raised multiple issue in flipkart but useless.
