I have ordered the laptop on 6th May and received a faulty (not working) laptop on 9th May. I raised the return of the product on 9th May itself.
Flipkart had promised me to give a replacement by 23rd of May but have not received it till now (17th June). Meanwhile, your seller 'Buzz India' has rejected the return more than 3 times without providing any reasons.
Your customer care was again inefficient to address the customer's concern and made me call daily to check the status. I am frustrated and tired of contacting you on daily basis to hear that customer support cannot help or do anything on this.
Recently, I was told that a replacement laptop has been sent via your delivery partner ekart and it showed the status as out for delivery on 11th June. 7 days have gone but I still didn't receive the replacement and neither your delivery partner is attending the call.
I understand from the customer complaints forum that your seller 'Buzz India' is a fraud company selling used faulty items and counterfeit items as well. Also, your delivery partner is keeping the laptop worth of 55, 000 for more than a week with them. I don't think that the replacement product sent by the seller is new and authentic product. Even, if they've sent a legit product I am doubting that your delivery partner ekart would be damaged the product by now or planning to deliver a fake laptop.
Anywhich ways, please provide the full refund as I lost all hopes on flipkart as a ecommerce website, fraud seller 'Buzz India' and cheating delivery partner 'ekart'. You are just cheating by taking away my two months worth of salary for a faulty laptop.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
