    On 18th of June, I received my new phone, Realme 10 from flipkart for which I had to exchange my old phone Poco F1. My poco F1 was was picked up from my place on 28th of June, approximately at 10:00 am in the morning. I was promised a refund of 1950 Rs, but to date, I haven't received the amount at all. I am constantly in touch with the flipkart executives and everytime they keep mentioning that you will receive a solution from us in next 24-28 hours, yet today it is the 9th-10th day and I haven't received my refund as well as a satisfactory response from them.

    Now, apart from the refund, I also need a compensation from flipkart for I am a student of 21 years old, and coming from a middle class family every single penny, from rs 1 to infinity matters alot to me.

    I have everyday, been polite with the service, have been patient, but they have not responded. I even asked for their address to which I can send a complaint letter myself, but to that also they haven't responded. I have been mentally devasted and troubled because of the same,

    Apart from the 1950 rupees, now, I need a compensation for the 10 days that I have been affected.

      I have paid money via flipkart scanner and it is deducted through my account on 7th JUNE 2023, Time-1:38 But in the delivery agent app it showing tha payement has not done and we waited for 10 minutes but payement was not still not done.Please resolve my issue and return my money.

        I recently purchased a product (Order ID - OD[protected] from Flipkart, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. I initiated a return request, which was approved by TASMIYA X, Flipkart Customer Support Team after registering a complaint on National Consumer Helpline [Incident: IN[protected]].

        As per your instructions, I kept the product ready for pick up and was waiting for your Ekart courier partner to visit my location for the return. However, to my surprise, I received a message from Ekart stating that the return has been cancelled due to the product being mismatched but no one from Ekart came to pick it up after sending a message 'Out for Pick up'. I was shocked to receive such a message as I had not experienced such a situation before with Flipkart. (Screenshots of the messages are attached)

        I tried to contact your customer service team via call and Twitter, but they were unable to provide me with a satisfactory explanation for the cancellation. I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart and have always trusted the brand. However, this experience has left me disappointed and frustrated [Incident: IN[protected]]

        I would like to request you look into this matter and take appropriate action. I would also like to request you to arrange for a pickup of the product at the earliest as I still wish to return it.

        Please take this matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

            Regarding my recent order, #OD[protected], not only was my order not delivered as promised, but to add insult to injury, my refund request was unjustly rejected. This entire experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with your company's services and has seriously undermined my trust in Flipkart as a reliable online shopping platform.

            To provide some context, I placed the order for four atomberg fans, with an expected delivery date of June 9, 2023. However, only one fan was delivered, and there is no sign of the rest of the package. I immediately reached out to the delivery person and he just asked me to contact support, which I did right away. I have been patiently waiting, hoping for a resolution, but it seems like my concerns have fallen on deaf ears.

            I have made several attempts to contact the customer service team through your helpline, but each time I am put on hold for an unreasonably long duration, only to be disconnected without any assistance. It is utterly frustrating and disrespectful to be treated in such a manner after being a loyal Flipkart customer for many years.

            To make matters worse, when I submitted a refund request for the undelivered order, it was shockingly rejected without any valid explanation. This is a blatant disregard for my rights as a customer and shows a lack of responsibility on the company's part to rectify the situation promptly.

              Now I want to tell you that 3 times (once myself and two times customer care) return requests generated for same products and because of that Flipkart system have detected higher number of returns generated in my Flipkart account, reason I already mentioned above So now i request that please unblock my Flipkart account, so that I can resume shopping on Flipkart. I also want to tell that i have wallet balance more than thousand rupees and more than two thousand super coins balance in my Flipkart account. So again
              request you that please unblock my Flipkart account.

                Ordered 3 quantities of SHOPEE Steel C Clamp Stud Holder Mount for Light Stand Straight Flash Bracket and only one was delivered. When I told customer care to either refund or deliver a balance of two quantities, they disabled my ID. I have premium membership also.

                  I had ordered moto edge 40 on 28 june, when i ordered it, it shows that it will be delivered on very next day, till now on 6th july my product not shipped yet. i have complaind flipkart about this. but no responce from them.

                    I ordered a screen glass. after it was out for delivery the agent called me but i couldn't take the call. but after few minutes i called them back.after verification from flipkart boat i connected with the agent but he rejected the call. after few minutes i got a message that the product has delivered.
                    Actualy i doesn't got the product. I complained flipkart costumer care(incident:IN[protected]) I does got any solution. my problem remain unsloved.

                      I had placed the product in Flipkart since May last week 2023 but i received the product in hindi medium again i request for return and refund the Flipkart boy came and pick up the product the amount is refunded via Flipkart gift card the amount is 665 Indian rupees ..again I had placed an order regarding same book it has taken extra 100 to deliver long ..but on that day only the boy make a call only one time ..i didn't lift his call due to iam in college i have given an alternative Mobile number but he doesn't make a call to that num also .. the item is not delivered it is showing in website is it is delivered ..iam having exam but the book is doesn't received ..I had call customer service 30times they is no response plse take an action on whole team

                            Ordered Realme buds wired headset through Flipkart on 27 Jun'23 and on 1st of July'23 got notification from Flipkart mobile application stating that product got delivered to my address. But I never got delivery related information through email or sms neither got call from Ekart delivery executive while delivering my product. While contacting customer care no proper response and they are disconnecting the call when I ask proper explanation. This is so ruthless behaviour from Flipkart.

                              I ordered my mototora edge 40, on 28th june, it was showing that it will deliver next day but the moment i ordered it starts showing 9th july... i seriously need a phone as my old phone is about to dead... i even raise my complain to flipkart support nd ask for faster delivery but there is no action from them... even now, the itep is not shipped yet...
                              this is the most pathetic experience i had ever face, worst seller they are
