    I ordered iPhone 14 from Flipkart during Big billion days.

    My flipkart order ID - OD[protected]

    Ekart Logistics track ID - FMPP[protected]

    My product delivery date was 16-oct-2023 and i am continuously taking follow up of delivery executive throughout the day and finally they told me to come at certain place even it is a door step delivery.

    so accordingly, i reached that place but then he is not answering my calls (26 calls) and rejected my product without any intimation with comment "order rejected during delivery" without meeting me.

    And immediately i raised complaint to Flipkart customer care against E-KART delivery executive @8.34 pm.

    and i also have call recordings of that delivery executive who told me to come and also Flipkart customer executive who said that your products will be delivered within 24 hours & complaint will be raised against delivery executive

    afterwards in morning 17-oct-23 (@6.39 am), I received massage from Flipkart regarding order cancellation & refund processed.

    How anyone can reject my order without my confirmation or intimation?

    before cancellation Flipkart should first verify the status from buyer & then go for the cancel or refunding process.

    kindly requesting to give my order ASAP or give a coupon of difference amount with current amount.

      I ordered Iphone 14 plus(128GB) on big Billion day sale at Rs.64647 which was scheduled to be delivered on 12th October 2023. As per Flipcart's order tracking system the product was out for delivery on 12th October 2023, however, this delivery was rescheduled on 14th October 2023, further this delivery again got rescheduled on 17th october 2023.In this whole period, i contacted Flipkart's customer care to enquire why the delivery was getting rescheduled. to which i got the reply "To be tension free and the product will be delivered as soon as possible". now today ie on 17th October 2023 we received one email that "order was canceled" around 7am and around 8am we received SMS of "replacement of the product sent" and now again on contacting customer care they informed that the order was completely canceled by flipcart/seller and refund was processed without informing me regarding order cancelation. on questioning customer care regarding order cancelation now they said that " product was lost during the delivery process". Also now if i check my order status it is still showing "replacement accepted" and "refund processed" both at same time.And now the price of the phone has increased to Rs.71, 999 . which means i will have to bear a loss of around Rs7500 as i had previously order for Rs64647. if the product is lost by Flipcart/seller/delivery agent why should i bear a loss of Rs7500. i have requested customer care several that i dont want refund and i want the product which was ordered by me at Rs64647 or give me a discount coupon of Rs7500 if i have to now order the same phone ar Rs.71, 999. i request you to please solve my problem i need this product urgently. Note: I don't want your sorry or any emotional drama, I want my product, so don't tell me to wait for the next sale/offer, you blocked my 64647 rs for almost 12 15 days, i want my product, if you're not capable then why you take my order, i don't want sorry any apologize msg from your side, next time will not happen this fake promise i won't, i want my product on rs 64647 that solved,

        I had ordered an Iphone14 128 GB(Blue) from Flipkart.The Ekart tracking Id is FMPP[protected].
        The delivery was expected on 11th Oct'23.But unfortunately the delivery attempt has not been made till date.I fail to understand why delivery is not attempted even after the item has reached the nearest Hub.
        Kindly arrange for delivery asap.Expecting a positive response from your end.

            I HAVE ORDER OD[protected] A PRODUCT HUMBLE KART 6 Compartments Plastic Cabin. on 6th of October, 2023, my delivery time will be given on 10th of october, 2023, Today is[protected] still my order not received. i have call a customer care number but they give new date always as per delay delivery. its already passed 8 days from delivery date but they not deliver my order, i have paid already amount when i order.

                My name is Jeet Tandel, I've ordered a laptop worth near 1 lakh and it is not shipped yet although 15 oct was the delivery date of my product.
                I've reached to Flipkart couple of times but they ignored my message and never respond anything about it.
                I've already paid for the laptop and still no progress is concerning for that price.
                I recently got to know that seller is also a scam as this happens to many people except me.
                I demand a sincere apology as well as the delivery as soon as possible without a single scratch. Not to mention seller done it so many time that I'm now so concerned about my product. Please don't do anything horrible @flipkart and send my product to me.

                  My name is Jeet Tandel, I ordered a laptop worth around 1 lakh and prepaid the order via EMI and that is on credit card.
                  The expected delivery of my order is 15 oct and up untill now, it is not even shipped yet. And I got to know that seller is a fraudster who accomplish many scams in his life. I contacted Flipkart twice and both the time they tried to give further dates only and avoiding the situation. It is not the cheap thing and it may be the worst thing to do to an individual.
                  Now Flipkart needs to understand certain things as a middle man,
                  1. Understand that this is not strawberry world, everyone has there time management for certain things. It needs to be completed on time.
                  2. Scammers are everywhere, it is on your website that to for long 7 years. What are your plans to avoiding it?
                  I demand the sincerest apology for this act and request you to complete my order without even a single scam.
                  Please help me about it as soon as possible.

                    I ordered one item on Oct-12 and it was expected to be delivered by Oct-15. On Oct-15, it was out for delivery from the nearest hub to the delivery address which is in distance of 2 km. But it was not delivered on that particular day. Neither I get any update on the next day (Oct-16) from Flipkart or ekart i.e logistic team responsible for flipkart delivery.

                    Hence I contacted flipkart customer support and asked for an explanation they couldn't help me instead created a ticket for this issue and asked me I will get a call from logistic team which I still didn't..

                    Again on Oct-17 I got sms that item has been out for delivery and tried to connect to delivery agent whole day. Neither he picked the call nor he delivered the item. On contacting to flipkart support, they didn't take responsibility again. It looks like a scam. There is no contact id or support number to connect ekart hence reaching out here. It looks like a scam which is repeating in loop. Can you please take action immediately?

                        Hi, i have purchased a Samsung crystal 4k TV 43 inch from
                        Flipkart and didn’t receive installation service till now. It’s been 24 hours after delivery, i have received my ordered tv..
                        I talked to costumer service agent and they said that I have to wait upto 21 oct but my return period is getting over on 23 or 24 oct, if further delays happenes the I have to return Flipkart product

                          I had placed an order of Butterfly mixer on 8th October during Big Billion day sale with payment being done upfront.

                          Delivery expected was on 12th October but as of now there is no movement as product is still not shipped yet. The order time of flipkart is goofed up with shipping date as 19th October and expected delivery date of 12th October which is ridiculous.

                          I have placed multiple complaints on their website but the resolution date just keeps adding up and no proper answer is being given as to when product would be delivered

                              I am writing to inquire about the status of my order with order number OD[protected], which was scheduled to be delivered on (12 Oct). However the order has not yet been delivered, and there has been no update regarding the same.

                              I would also like to request that this matter be escalated to a higher authority if necessary, as I am expecting confirmed delivery date when order will be delivered as I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart and have always received prompt and excellent service, but this delay has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration.

                              I would appreciate it if you could respond to this email with an update on the status of my order and any steps that are being taken to resolve this issue.

                                I have ordered a Real me Pro 11 plus mobile from Flipkart through GRAHGOODS RETAIL seller on Oct 8th. Actually the product was supposed to be delivered on Oct 9th. It has been updated as out for delivery and its been more than a week and i did not get product. Flipkart customer care is saying they cannot cancel the product because the item is out for delivery.
                                They are not taking any further steps to help the customer.

                                I suggest not to buy any products on flipkart.

                                    Hi,

                                    I ordered a samsung s22 phone on flipkart. I received the item, but it has overheating issue. Flipkart is refusing to return the item or refund unless I contact the samsung service center.

                                    The service center people are also making life harder for me as I have to wait at their office for about half a day and they are saying they will take a look and come back after 1 day.

                                    Why are they making the customers run around for their mistake and refusing to take any action.

                                      1x iPhone 14 256gb (Delivered) + 1x Apple 20W charger (Undelivered) + 1x Lighting cable (Undelivered)

                                      Hi, I had ordered three items as part of a recent sale on Flipkart, 1 phone, 1 charger and 1 cable. I have received the phone, but have not received the charger and cable, without which I cannot charge the phone ever since I received it (since the last 10 days).

                                      The undelivered products have been ordered on 7th October 2023, but have still not even been shipped yet by the seller. The original date of delivery was 11th October, which was moved to 16th October and then to 17th October.

                                      I have spoken to the Flipkart customer representative the 2nd time today, and they've assured me delivery by 20th October. I got another call from a different Flipkart representative sometime later asking me to cancel the order for the undelivered products. The representatives are unwilling to share confirmation over email, despite promising and assuring various things over call. There is confusion from Flipkart, regarding the status of the order and if it will be delivered or not.

                                      As the 3 products were purchased together in a single transaction under EMI, the interest on the EMI will be charged for all 3 products every month. If the undelivered products are to be cancelled and the money is refunded, the overall cost will still not be recovered as the interest via EMIs will still be charged for all 3 products every month.

                                      Hence, cancellation of the undelivered products is not feasible. I request Flipkart to provide a clarity on the status of the undelivered products and confirm by when can I get them.
