I wanted to return this product because of the size issue (I require a much larger size, which is not available on the Flipkart application).

Twice the complaints were raised for both the products.
The first complaint was raised right after the pickup date was breached and the product was still not picked up. The Flipkart team called me and said as a resolution to my complaint, they will have to re-raise the return so that a new pick-up date will be generated. Then the new pick-up date generated was breached too, and no one came to pick up the products.

On the 25th of July, I again raised a complaint for both products a second time and on the same day, my complaint was closed stating the pickup team was not able to contact me, which is not true at all as no one called me or came to my home to pick up the products, even though they already have my phone number and contact address with them.

It's been 10 days already and Flipkart has done nothing regarding my problem. This was the first ever order I placed through Flipkart and this is how I am being treated.

I had no other option but to contact the Flipkart team again, and what they did is, they again raised a return for the 3rd time and asked me to wait till the pickup date is breached (which is the 1st of August) and raise a complaint again.

I have also shared an image of the response that I received from Flipkart on the complaints raised. Also, every time I raise a complaint Flipkart mark it as resolved, without even calling me or messaging me. They do it as if they have resolved all my problems, but the truth is they do nothing at all.

This kind of behaviour is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. So it is my humble request to please help me with my refund first, and then the pickup team can pick up this order at their convenience so that I don't have to go through this inconvenience again and again.

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
If you have a debit/credit card, dispute the transaction and create a chargeback against the merchant in the dispute category of "Goods/Services not as described" If it's a Visa card then the chargeback code is 13.3. Download the dispute form from the bank's website fill it in and attach this complaint with all the relevant proof and send it to them. Bank might ask for proof of delivery of returned goods and services, say flipkart has no returns centre but have created return request, hence they should pick the product back.

    This issue is regarding my Flipkart account.
    My Flipkart Pay Later Option was blocked without giving any reason. I am a plus member for the past 5 years. Currently, I have more than 700 supercoils with nearly 200 on the way. I m a regular customer of Flipkart
    I have ordered various products. Also, I have to pay some pay later bills and
    I am willing to pay.
    Please let me know regarding the same. At least arrange a callback. I am
    not a reseller, I always order products for my personal use.
    instead of a blocked pay-later option for your own customers. I paid all bills regarding pay later then why me blocked without any information Not expected this from a company like Flipkart.

      I order a mivi duopod f60 from flipkart the delivery boy open it by his own and at the time of my asking why he is opening the item he click photo and upload it.then he ask for otp i gave him .. biut when i check product it is giving much heat .. now i am retiurning it back flipkart do not accepting it . they betrayed on me please replace or return it

          Deposite of multiple followup Flipkart/ekart team is not delivering my product m it's a parcel for location sundergarh Odisha Rajpur and my tracking I'd is FMPC[protected] which has error shown on ekart site when I try to track and I get everyday call in the morning saying product will be delivered and the number to call when I call they say by evening they will deliver and by evening when I don't see any intention to deliver I call and I ended unanswered call by the delivery person. Not sure why but it's been going on from last 4 days. I have raised concern/ complain as well after multiple try to connect with customer care IN[protected] but it doesn't work I am in d same situation after 4 days of story going on and on . I have multiple message with delivery person number and code 127, 143, 118 to connect but no go not yet delivered .

          It's been days now delivery personal is playing game with me .. Flipkart sending a number with code to connect them and they do call and confirm they will deliver the product by evening and then by evening when I call they won't just pickup the call and this has been a practice going on from last 4 days . I am fed up and and I don't want any more fake behaviour call egre hence I have to cancel the product from my end. .. as they have absu###nglutely no intention to deliver it. So keep the product and I stopping to use Flipkart here as this has put me in trouble on my construction of house simple waited for a week where I should have brought from out side. This face behaviour is not expected by Flipkart

            I have ordered grocery products from Flipkart grocery there would be around 42 items in which 5 items were missing I have already paid the amount of all 42 items but now they are not refunding my amount of 5 missing item I have already complained several times but they are keep rejecting my orders request to return my amount of my missing item

              Had pre booked the nothing phone 2 from flipkart and the delivery was scheduled for 22nd July. Since i am working on saturdays i rescheduled the delivery for 23rd july (sunday). but didnt get the delivery on sunday and the customer support doesnt give a definitive response for the questions asked. the chat support is like a robot and the call support doesnt give you a exact resolution. very pathetic and poor cutomer service.

                  I have ordered LENOVO V15 Laptop on 13 JULY and same has been reached to hub nearest to me on 21 JULY, and expected delivery date was 22 JULY but product didnt went out for delivery, today is 24 JULY still i didnt got my product received.

                  I have ordered it during sales via card discount and now the price of product also got increased, so i dont want it to be get canceled and i have already waited for 13 days till now no delivery despite product reached hub nearest to me 3 days ago, kindly deliver it Asap .

                    I placed an order for Jack & Jones men regular fit printed casual multicolour shirt on 8th july. I received the product on 17th july. After receiving, I did not like it so I thought of returning. Delivery agent came on 17th july but refused to accept it as the product was showing mismatched due to different style code. But I received the exact same product as shown in flipkart. I talked to flipkart customer care multiple times everyday. Everyday it is the same, they say my return will get picked up and they are trying their best. Till now my return got rejected 5 times. The customer care does not even mention in the return that the Style Code is different hence the product is showing mismatched. Flipkart customer care is mentally harassing me everyday with their fake promises. On 27th my return will get expired. What will I do then? Can't deal with it anymore! Please help me get my refund

                        I placed an order for jack & jones shirt 8th july. I received it on 17th july. After receiving the product I did not like it so thought of returning. The agent came to pick up the product but rejected it saying the product's style code is not matching. I did receive the exact product as shown in flipkart. Called their customer care multiple times everyday. Everytime they are like " don't worry your product will get picked up" . It got rejected 5 times. I have tried so hard to make them understand that my product's style code is not matching, still they are not taking back the product. They are mentally harassing me. I want my refund back to my source account by tomorrow i.e 24th july. I can't deal with it anymore.

                          "maximum units allowed for purchase reached", am experiencing this kind of popup over my screen whenever i am trying to place any order. And that item has not been ordered by me in the near past also. Such poor service by flipkart although i don't get these types of error kind of things over amazon or snapdeal and this is what kind of experience you are providing to your customers....

                          I ordered Poco F4 (12GB RAM, 256GB ROM) on 16th July 2023. After applying an exchange offer of 8, 650rs and a Citi bank offer of 1, 000rs I paid 12, 508 rs for the order. Order ID - OD[protected].
                          It was about to deliver on 18th July which it didn't. I kept waiting until on 22nd July it got canceled on its own from Flipkart.

                          There is completely a breach of contract here. Now the phone is being sold for 39, 999 on Flipkart.

                            I had ordered a Travel trolley from Flipkart and got it delivered on 15th July 2023.
                            Product already had damage on body and so I decided to return the product and opted for refund since I did not like the product quality.
                            Product has a return policy of 10 days for any return reason.

                            Return was approved on 16th July and return pickup was arranged for 17th July.
                            On 17th E-kart was out for pickup but did not attempt pickup or contact me. Neither the contact I received for communication was working.
                            I raised this issue to flipkart customer service and they promised resolution by 20th July. I waited and on 20th July they call again and ask for another 24hrs. Again on 21st they ask for another 24hrs. And once again they asked for 24hrs on 22nd of July.
                            I was very much irritated with this and i demanded to speak with a Senior Customer Service Executive. He looked into this and guaranteed my issue will be resolved. He even said that he will make sure I would not have to call customer service again.
                            After all this drama my issue still remain unresolved.

                            After 6 days of calling customer service they cancelled my return request today morning without any reason. I had to re initiate my return request. Called customer service and they again asked me to cancel my 2nd return request and they initiated a third return request.
                            Today I receive Out for pickup message from Ekart and when I contacted the provided contact number the delivery agent told he won’t come.

                              I have ordered to moto e13 19th July but delivery expected time given by seller is 20th of July but it was not delivered and said it will be delivered by 22th of July after that I am not received any update from the seller and no any intimation about the delay again my order is on hold without any reason and I am not able to track my order and app shows that your order will be delivered by 26th July.                                 Yesturday i brought a new logitech z623 home theator in flipkart ... its totally defective product ... then i raise a return request in flipkart but it showing "opps something went wrong" ... flipkart is not taking returns now a days they fruding people ... they given faulty products and thet doesnt take returns from customers ... need to take leagal action againt flipkart

                                  I have order HP Pavilion 15 (2023) Intel Core i3 12th Gen - (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home) 15-eg2017TU Thin and Light Laptop (15.6 Inch, Natural Silver, 1.75 Kg, With MS Office) on 14th july same it was delivered on 16th July . after 2 days i noticed the laptop display have keyboard dark spot . then I try to Submit Return/Replacement Request it could not submit error showing something went wrong. then i called Flipkart customer care and discussed the same then one of flipkart executives told it cannot happen so please wait 24hrs . but 24hrs gone still same issue . please solved my issue ASAP.

                                    I ordered a mobile REALMEGT2 from Flipkart in offer period they have confirmed my order on 19july2023 it shows me a delivery date on 26 july2023 all of sudden they have cancelled my order on 22july2023 and I asked them to clarify the issue but thy said to buy once agin and it costs me 3000 more for re buying it please kindly solve my issue

                                      Firstly manager told me to invest 7000Rupees then you will get 10% profit I invested then they are saying investment 23900 rupees you will get all money back together will more profit I payed 23900 also with their Bank details after that they saying pay remedial amount 40000rupees you will get your money back otherwise you won't get your refund
                                      Same thing happened with me today. I paid ₹48600 and got ₹65520 in that flipkartlite explore plus account. From the same account where I had got a profit of ₹770 by investing₹3000, and also I had withdrawn that amount.
                                      After getting ₹65520 in that explore plus account i tried withdrawal but my account has been freezed and the manager now says pay ₹236000 to get this ₹48600+ ₹236000. What should I do? Shall I go to cybercell or pay them ₹ 236000 ??
