Some days before, I ordered a product at very low price than other time from flipkart. But flipkart cancelled it by their own. After that, I again ordered an another product at very low price in sale from flipkart. But flipkart again cancelled it by their own. But I don't want to cancel these products.

    They are not helping me use my wallet money, as i had already discussed with the customer care executive stating that my registered mobile is not in use before the return to which she said not to worry mam we will refund it on the other number. And now they are not helping even after raising the issue multiple times, they are just absconding and updating the status to resolved. This is vey unprofessional way of dealing it. Please help me get my money back

      I have ordered "Safari Mosaic set 4w trolley's" with "order ID: OD[protected]" on 15th July 2023. as per the flipkart promised delivery date is 21st July 2023. But it wasn't delivered as per the promised date, instead extended the delivery date to 29th July 2023 after i have contacted the flipkart's customer care over the phone on 21st July 2023 they promised that the order will get delivery without any further delay. And now today 29th July 2023 i got a messagef and mail from flipkart that the order got cancelled and i rechecked the same in flipkart app too. later i came to know after speaking with flipkart's customer care agent that because of the logistics issue from the flipkarts side order got cancelled. They were simply saying that to reorder again the same it will get deliver. But as of today (29th July 2023) the price of the product which i ordered got increased to INR.700/- extra.
      Now i have to bare that total extra amount from my pocket becuase of flipkart's mistake and also the mental tourcher so far by calling the customer care agents again and again for diconnecting my calls while speaking with them which doesn't resolved my problem.

        I ordered football from Flipkart 1st one was defective then i replaced the order with a new one again this time this was defective and now the rude delivery person is not picking up the product saying that there is some dust in it
        . It is a football man we have to check the ball in playground now what customer can do if there is some, so rude he was not taking the product.
        Never expected this experience from Flipkart.

            Hello, my name is Jatin dhadwal I purchase a product on 9th June after delivery of the product I found that the product is broken as the screen is damaged and the inner side of the packaging if damaged. I had no choice but to use that because I do not have the other phone but that phone was not functioning properly as the battery is draining. so I decided to raise a complaint after two days but my complaint was canceled three times because of the wrong guidance from Flipkart customer support. after struggling a lot with Flipkart the return request is made on the 25th of July but that request is still pending today the 29th of July. moreover after sharing lots of pictures of the product Flipkart asking the product pictures again by saying that that was not clear or something missin. without any hesitation, I shared pictures again but now I m seeing that the date of resolution increased from 6th August to 9th August. I raised complaints so many times by mailing, doing comments, and posting on Twitter but no solution was found. they are just delaying my refund acceptance request by giving nonsense reasons. I request to initiate my refund as I have a flight on the 2nd of August and I also discussed the same with Flipkart many times. please help me with my refund, I m very disappointed with Flipkart services and they disturbed me a lot by changing the resolution date and not giving my refund. I TRUST FLIPKART AND THEY NEVER BREAK BUT THIS TIME THEY MADE ME MORE ANGRY BY DOING THIS SILLY THING

            I am waiting for so slog and they cancel my return request which is generated on the 25th of July after lots of struggle moreover they are saying that the seller has confirmed with logistics that the product is not broken, i need justification as how they confirm even the delivery boy is not available during the opening of the product, please help me to resolve the issue and to obtain the justice by replacement or refund.

              I have booked moto edge 40 on Flipkart delivery date is 6th August i need this on 2nd August is it possible to deliver it fast there are some sellers they are delivering on by 2nd August.

                I've ordered the Cheston MS Steel Ladder from flipkart on 16th july 2023 and received it on 21st july 2023 due to the poor quality I wanted to return it but the return option is not showing although it has the 7 days return policy, in the order panel it is showing order is cancelled by the buyer but I've received the order.I've also connected with support team of flipkart several times also sent them 4-5 times email regarding the problem but the issue didnt resolved yet.I'm attaching some proofs that I've received the order.

                        I order Product Name - LG 24 inch Full HD LED Backlit IPS Panel White Colour Monitor (24MK600M) on flipkart, 17 july 2023 4pn around I get delivery of product and I open product and start the screen so GREEN Color line come on Screen so I rise return request to flipkart then on 19 july 2023 they automatically reject return request without notify. then again on 19 july 2023I rise return request with attached proof of screen shorts and also talk with customer care representative but again after two day 22 july I get call from flipkart and she tell me I cancelled your request here due to showing on your order but I help you and we accept your return and our person collect this before 27 july 2023. again 25 july I call them and tell them no one call me and nobody come for collection so they told me wait 27 july 3.45pm before your time they collect. but on 27 july 2023 11:00am they mail us like we try to calling you but we can't reach you but this is extremely liar because I did not get any call so same time I call back to flipkart but that person told me wait 3:45pm you get call again but still days over but not get call and we get mail like your request solve out 28 july 2023 3:45 pm but that day also over and still not get any call from flipkart. when I order that time they showing 7 Day replacement policy but they play politics game with me and reject my request and did not get any answer from them. Order Date of purchase is 15 July 2023 and delivery Date is 17 July 2023 and return request on 17 July 2023. under warranty order time policy 7 Days return policy and 3 year warranty, Model No - 24MK600M, FSN - MONFB6JQFJEP7BZX, Complaint no two times - Replacement ID:[protected] / Replacement ID:[protected]

                          I Manik had a Flipkart Account Registered with mobile Number: [protected] which was blocked in 2020 for a reason stating that I had returned a lot of orders, I literally have more than 400+ Orders from Flipkart as I was using Flipkart since 2017.

                          Whenever I tried to review my orders & see the returns they refused to give any reply instead give a automatic response stating that "Your Account has been blocked due to high number of returns detected by our systems".

                          I requested them a Human Verification for my Account but they refused.

                          So I request consumer complaints to intervene in this matter & ask Flipkart to unblock my Account.

                            Hi,
                            I have places 2 different orders for the item HP Deskjet Ink advantage Ultra 4826 All-in-one Multi-function WiFi Color Inkjet Printer and both two orders were shipped and reached the local warehouse as per tracking information.
                            We received a call from the delivery person and he asked to pick the item from their office. Since we opted for home delivery, we don't have the time to pick the item from the courier office. And both of the orders were automatically cancelled after 3 days. We registered a complaint before cancelling the second order and no solution was provided. We want to know the reason for cancellation and we don't want to repeat the same again. This shows the irresponsibility of the delivery partner/person and there is no option to complain to flipkart against this. Now the price of the item has increased. We are spending a lot of time placing an order and it is not getting delivered on time. We would like to know the reason for the cancellation.

                                  As a Flipkart Plus customer, I placed an order for a Hindware geyser on 19th July 2023 and made the payment online. The promised delivery date was 25th July 2023, but unfortunately, the product wasn't delivered on time. Despite my attempts to contact the customer support center over the phone, they couldn't provide a clear answer regarding the delivery status. They assured me that they had escalated the issue, but there was no response from their end.

                                  In frustration, I decided to write an email to the Flipkart support team, but even after sending the email, I received no response from them. Given the circumstances, I am left with no choice but to file a case against Flipkart to address this matter.

                                      I bought a casio Gshock GM 2100 watch from flipkart on 25/07/2023 for Rs 14, 400 and the product was delivered to me on 28/07/2023 but when i opened the product it turned out to be fake, i did not even received a warranty card or user manual, indicating the product was fake and i even checked on company website where it did not matched the product i received . please help me to get my money back
