I purchased HP Smart Tank All In One 580 Multi-function WiFi Color Inkjet Printer from flipkart on 8july 2023 with order id(OD[protected].
First page of the printing was worse and issues have page jam and pickup.

Hp customer support had sent onsite engineer to verify the problem and engineer had approved a doa (Deficient on arrival) certificate to hp and said that the same would be replaced after receiving a certificate by hp.

So, i contacted flipkart as i purchased my product from flipkart for the replacement. But, flipkart executives are denying to replace my product even after all legal procedures and certification of replacement had been provided by hp to them. I
raised this complaint two times but both the times they took 1 week to contact me and refused to replace the product.
This type of response from flipkart is not expected. This is a mental torture for me as a consumer as i find flipkart cheating with me or using their services.

    My order is cancel without any communication and my order is in transit.when i contact it says different types of reason by different Flipkart team.and it takes seven days to refund.my order is big amount so i unable to purchase again

          I order an pendrive with order id:-OD[protected] on 2nd june. The delivery date was 5th july but i didn't receive order, then delivery date changed to 7th junly but not recieved order.Also there is no cancellation option available at the moment.Today is 14 july and I'm still facing same problem with no feedback by Flipkart and E-logistics.

          Kindly provide me genuine reason and contact number of delivery boy.

            My order is OD[protected]. I bought a new phone Infinix zero 5g 2023 at no cost emi from flipkart.It was an open box delivery and when delivery boy was come he open the phone box himself and take otp fast and he went immediately. When i come at my place and check my phone properly there was some scraches on phone without my touch. How it possible? I complain at flipkart but they denied because of open box delivery. But i dont have much time to check phone at the time of delivery. Now what i do? I think the phone is open for service... I felt cheated.. I just want new phone nothing else.. plz help me. They call after some days and say that they change my phone. But till now no any movement from flipkart. Now i want compensation for harassment.

              Hi,

              I am Prateek Kumar. I paid the pay later payment for the June bill on 12 July and money got deducted. I used phonepe to pay the same and in phonepe it shows successful but in flipkart, it shows dues are pending .

              Please please please, help me for this. I want my money refund to my bank account. Or else check with the transaction and clear the June bill.

              I contact flipkart ragrding my problem and they said to wait for 24 hrs or 48 hrs beacuse some time bank takes time to process the payment and the 2nd next morning i recieved msg of flipkart pay later payemnt succesful.

                      This order was originally placed on 24th June. It arrived in a damaged box with no tags and the strap on it was coming off. A return was organised but the so called wish master denied pick up citing damage. Till then there is no news from Flipkart and they keep marking the issue resolved and apparently I told the couriers that I don’t need the product and it was cancelled which I haven’t. No one called me. Their support is getting worse by the day. Escalations are not being followed up at all.

                        Have booked flight through Flipkart travel..No messages were shown in the order list of Flipkart app nor any confirmation mail has been sent to us.. Trying to reach them since a day and a even at midnights..They have not yet confirmed the ticket nor they hav cancelled..So if i ask airline to cancel they are not giving me full refund..The stress we are going through this booking is too much and is unfair from Flipkart travel side to not to respond us as soon as possible

                          Dear Sir,
                          I have purchased the Home Theater through Flipkart as per the details below.
                          Item :'LOUDSY Best Buy Popularity Powerul Sound Audio Extra Bass...'Seller is BALRAMENTERPRISE, ordered on 06-Jul-2023 and got delivered on 11-Jul-2023. The Order ID is : OD[protected] and it was not opened and verified at the time of delivery.
                          I have unboxed the same and while checking, I found that one of the speaker is not working (not able to hear any sound)
                          I got worried and tried to contact with the Flipkart Customer through the numbers which I found from the Internet and I was not able to reach them out.
                          Later I tried through the Chat bot given for the purpose of raising the issues with the purchased product if any.
                          But, I got the message like 'Oops Looks like this order does not belong to your account' . so, the Help Center given for the purpose of raising compliant is stopped in this way.
                          How can I raise if there is no scope to reach them at all.
                          Kindly help of this and requesting Flipkart to either give Replacement or Refund for this order.
                          I shall order another product available in the portal with the same price.
                          I wish to hear from you assp as the window period given by them us 7 Days only for reporting the issue. thanks in advance.'

                            Recently I bought a new phone on flipkart worth 45k after using 3 days it display got blank and I requested for replacement and after tech visit it too get approved and after 6 days when the delivery guy from ekart came he refused to pick up my device giving a silly reason that it's display is blank so he is unable to match IMEI whereas the IMEI was mentioned on box and he refused my pickup..absolutely ridiculous why would I ask for replacement if it's display was working ..and after talking to flipkart customer care they are daily giving me new dates absolutely harassement 10 days has gone stil no response

                              This is much needed to raise a compliant about worst customer experience, harassment and ignorance. This is in reference of my Flipkart order (Order ID: OD[protected], I have attempted to resolve this issue with customer service (all levels including Cs.flipkart/Escalations/Manager/Cs.head) but no sign of positive outcome or any resolution. All they did was escalate to the concerned team and gave a timeline to wait. Not even a follow up or update. Therefore, I am forced to knock on your door after waiting almost a month. Let me brief the concern.

                              I have ordered a Hitachi 1.5 Ton AC on 11th June 2023. The product was delivered by Delhivery courier services on 14th June. It got installed the very next day. After a couple of days o[censored]sage, we noticed some cooling issues and immediately informed your customer service. I got a call from a lady asking more about issues, I shared all the details and requested for replacement. She told me replacement is not possible so the machine will be returned after a technician visit. I agreed and requested her to get it done as soon as possible because it was very hot and humid weather at that time. the technician came on 16th June, he diagnosed and told us its manufacturing defect, so will get returned to Flipkart. The same can be confirmed by the technician ([protected]). It was not a good experience because the machine was needed in such weather conditions. I immediately ordered another AC blue star which was delivered, installed and working properly. You can check my order history. Since after the technical visit was done, no update from the Flipkart side. I am tired of calling, emailing and having conversations with at least 30 different people but only receiving fake assurance/ false information.

                              I believe that this issue is a violation of customer agreement and it has caused me stress and so much discomfort. This is a question on Flipkart reliability and trust. Such kind of experience was never expected and no chance of further usage of your platform. Therefore, I request a proper research/investigation on this incident, disciplinary action against ignorance and immediate resolution.

                              I feel like am a victim of Fraud after ordering this product, Fraud by seller as well as Flipkart. After one month Flipkart has closed and rejected return request. Its a organised Fraud by Flipkart ! Finally, I have raised Grievance and also going for legal proceedings against Flipkart. Now days Flipkart seems to be making money by Scamming and doing such fraud!!!

                              I hope that it will be taken into consideration with top priority. Feel free to contact me for any further information.

                                    sadgatih Back Cover for HONOR NOVA 3I (Soft & Flexible Back case), Black Order And received order[protected], next day[protected] return request then same day i delivery message your item mismatch so reject return with out any courier person pickup. so i complain flipcart customer care no of time 6 time but five time rejected my request, so i last complain customer executive says we have not refund your payment without pickup, but note his courier coming my address, with out pickup courier partner send message your item miss match. its fraud for flipcart and his courier partner and also his supplier
