I am order a mobile realme c11 ( Rich green 32gb) on 22/7/20 & order id is OD[protected] & delivered on 27/7/2020 shipment id FMPC[protected], after delivery I found product is missing in the Flipkart box only received charger adapter and usb cable . 3 time complain request for refund but auto reject my refund id is[protected],[protected] and[protected] (complain on 27/72020, 28/72020 and 30/7/2020 respectively).I contacted their customer care 7-8 times.I am face these problem from 1 week, but Flipkart didn't resolve my problem.
So, I want my money back. I attach invoice issued by Flipkart and rejected requests below.
