Hi, i am from gurgaon, hr.
So, had placed an order on 30th june, 2020 n as per the details the promised delivery date was 6th july, 2020.
As per last update it had reached gurgaon warehouse on the 6th july, 2020 n delivery was then showing as 7th july, 2020.
Now 3rd day has passed too, without any update as its still showing the same update today n no sign of delivery. Not even a single courtesy call from flipkart customer care and no promising reply on email. The only reply ive got twice on email is "sorry to hear, please give us 48 hrs. Now 72 hrs+ have passed n nothing. So would like to know where my order is and when will i get it. Simple.

Complaint marked as Resolved Well, the tracking delivery udpate was showing "out for delivery" today n it got delivered in the afternoon. Hence, closing the complaint.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

as you can see this order was placed on a flash sale event, and I wasted my time. but this ain't the only time this happening to me. if you can please check into my account related to the order id. I could barely place an order in flash sales. theoretically I can and you show me the order has been successfully placed but then after is the real issue happens. if the issue is as you mentioned of poor stockage trend of the seller then you must warn him not to approve orders surmounted above his stock capability if the message order placed successfully is showing because of this reason. more clearly saying; I don't wanna see order placed message if you are about to cancel it afterwards, that's it. if you can't give it you must say the stock is out. that's it. with that I could go on with my things rather than wasting time on your product page for nothing at 12pm occasionally.
