I bought a mixture grinder on 9th june 2020 from flipkart, which was delivered on 14th june 2020. After unboxing it was found that the product was defective and as per the policy i immediately raised a product replacement request. But on 16th june 2020 my request of replacement was cancelled without my information, so i again requested same as it was within replacement policy. As i was getting no response from flipkart i called to get information on 24th june 2020, one of cs executive asked me to cancel the request so that she can raise a new one internally as my replacement policy was over by then.
She assured me to wait for 48hrs, but the issue was not resolved till 28th june 2020. I again called to know status but they still asked me to wait till july 2nd, but there was no response & also my request was cancelled again & every time i was asked to wait for 24-48 hrs but no resolution was given. Once again they forwarded my request on 8th june & today it is 11th of june but i got same reply that my issue has been escalated to concerned team kindly wait for 24hrs.
Defect found: after unboxing i found that the earthing terminal of 3 pin plug of power cord was bend due to which it was not possible to plug it into power socket & further operate the mixture grinder.
As per the return policy i was not supposed to get money refund for the product but replacement was claimed by flipkart as well as supplier.
But still no resolution is provided to me.
