It's Dr. Abhinav Lonare, my sister Rutuja Lonare ordered POCO X2 purple color [Order ID : OD[protected]] which we received on 6th of July. There is Changing issues and Battery issue in the mobile. It's takes 3-4 hours to charge it completely and the battery gets discharge within 6-7 hours even without using it. If you charge in the night, the battery will low in the morning even if the Mobile data is off.
I Send refund request on 12th July as only that option is available on the site. I received the confirmation massage regarding the refund request. Your customer care female lady called after 2 days i.e on 14th of July and we Explained each and every issue regarding mobile phone with her. I told her we have received damaged mobile phone so kindly fulfill my Refund option. If Refund option is not possible then the Replacement option will be ok for me. She gave me silly excuses. She said because of your app your battery might be taking time to charge & it might be discharged soon just because of your storage. I told her it's a 256 gm storage phone with 8gb ram & only 3 application are downloaded till now and there is no connection between charging & battery issue with the storage space. Even I told her I have one more same POCO X2 in purple and there are many videos & apps in that mobile still it working nicely that's why I order one more POCO X2 in blue. She disconnected the phone and we received msg from flipkart that our customer care will talk to you on 16th of July at 2 pm. On 16th of July we received msg from flipkart that we will call you on 17th of July at 2 pm. But on 17th of July in morning (9.02 am) means today we received one more msg from flipkart that we will not fulfill your refund request.
So this is the way you guys are providing services to your customers? Very disappointed from you. you should refund & replace the product if it's damaged, it's not customers fault, we are paying you for good quality products.There is one more issue with your service when your customer care call us, there is no response in first call, we keep saying Hello Hello!! but there is no response from other side and when we cut the call we received the msg " we are trying to call you but we are not able to reach to you". The customer care person does not call again. We called on customer care number 2-3 times but the recording keep saying we are not able to fulfill your refund request & saying to check your msg and mail id.
I have each and every msg received from flipkart. Even have noted the time when your customer care person called us. You can hear the call recording which you have. Do whatever you can, I want my money back. I have mentioned my Order ID in the starting of this msg.
If I am not able to get any response from this complaint within 3 days then I will further go ahead to lodge complaint against you guys.
