I had received product today 21 july 2020... I had ordered 2 oil quantity of rs 1442... Star 555 sunflower oil 5 litre container of 2 qty

As i had ordered 2 qty it is responsibility of flipkart to give me product in good condition with proper packing and shipping...

Flipkart has given me in small box of light quantity and 2... 5litre can of 2qyy provided in small box and it was tightly packed no support no wrap by plastic poor packing and shipping the product has been damage during transit when open the product material out of it can't accept in corona condition

The product is leakage this is due to poor packing from seller and also not check by packing department and it has damage transit i m attaching the images old stock product given to me.. And usually oil is used for 6 month not more than that

We are living in invisible virus which is harmful to our health and in that we received such pantry product in unhygienic condition it is very bad can't take risk on health the product is no use of it both product damage i had attached the images it is totally disposable and harmful product

Please check from u r end and resolve the issue i m waiting for the resolution from flipkart department

    Hi,

    I've requested to change my number on flipkart account as i don't have access to my old number on july 6th but till now the issue is not resolved. Everytime they're saying wait for 2/3days i did wait till now, but it's not resolved i've shared my voter id scanned copy 3 times but still no use. If you people can't help then why u have customer support team? I've sent message in twitter also but still no use at all😠

      Its being a month now, please provide me with a date of the day when you would really really stop this ongoing calling me each day. I am being called and harassed everyday. Everyday a new guy comes to our door from flipkart. I am telling you, you are neither reverting not stopping to bother me.
      First they delivered a wrong rather fake of the original brand product as claimed in their order image. Then whenever i called for pick up and refund they kept telling me 24 hours waiting time but more than 20days past like this. Now the customer support guy called to inform that they are refunding without pickup and i can dispose the fake product if not picked up in 24hours. So i waited again and when they didn't come i disposed as suggested. Now suddenly they woke up and keep calling me everyday for the fake product. I guess they want resell the fake imitation product again to a customer. And let me tell the product is mask. Now flipkart is trying to get the fake mask after telling me to dispose on one hand and on the other wanting now to take the mask back to resell and fool other customers.in the pandemic such a dirty trade and harassment of mask should be stopped at once!

        I order the product in flipkart on 28th of june 2020, order details "bio-oil specialist skincare oil scar removal (125ml)"
        Order delivered on 3rd of july 2020, but the package contains different product,
        On same day i raise a complaint in flipkart by taking a picture of the invoice & delivered product.
        There is no action taken by the flipkart till 8th of july 2020, hence i called customer care on 8th july 2020, since i requested they are take the responsibility & replacement order generated with delivery date 14th of july 2020,
        Till the 16th of july 2020 replacement order has not delivered, hence checked the status till 16th july it was showing as product packed & ready to pickup.
        On 16th july 7:30pm status is changed as cancelled,
        Immediately i called customer service team & requested for replacement once again,
        But the flipkart representative denied to take a request & he ask me to callback after 24 hrs.
        I called next day after 24hrs for the replacement request flipkart representative still not ready to take a request he told there is a technical issues.
        There after lot of conversation had & they are not ready to give a replacement.
        Finally call has been escalated & they take a further action for refund without customer feedback,
        As a customer i need the part which i ordered not a refund,
        If they took their own decision for refund what is the value for my efforts for these many days???
        What is the benefits for i left the money with you appx. About 30 days???
        What is the value for being patients for 30 days???
        What is the value for my time which i spent for this issue???

          I have ordered lg 190 l direct cool single door 3 star (2020) refrigerator. With order id od[protected]. On 29 jun 2020 i have received product which was damaged or defective. I have complain for replacement so plz tell me when i received new product. Till date i have complain u many times still my problem is not solved. I want replacement for my damage or defective product. There is no technical fault in my product. My product is damage or defective. Every time flipkart assistant ask me for the same issue. So tell them i have already complain for damage or defective product. So work on it to resolve my issue.

                I'd ordered samsung tv on 8 july and they delivered on 13, on 14th installation guy came and when he unbox the display was broken and edge was crack after that i've requested to return on 14 it self but still showing technician visit, there was technician visit on 17 but they didn't came and haven't done any process whenever i call or mail they didn't reply they just ask to wait 24 to 48 for proper reply one of the executive said that product...

                I placed an order for motorola fusion+ mobile phone yesterday and received the confirmation email. When i check this morning, the order was suddenly cancelled. If the stock was limited, why was my order accepted in the first place? This feels like getting cheated after waiting for a whole week to place the order. My order number is: od[protected]

                  My flight was cancelled by the airline due to covid - 19. As per the policy i should get a full refund for the same. My refund is pending with flipkart since last 6 months and no one is taking any action against the same. Customer care executives are least bothered about it. I have already called 15-20 times for the same

                      Description:-
                      I purchased this product based on description and testing performed by flipkart that this product is 100% termite-free but after few months – i opened my bed and saw some shocking – millions of termite have damaged all my degree certificate – my passport and including my clothes, and books, please find the attachment for the same.

                      Based on an above concern i called flipkart customer service and explain them consider this as a critical issue because it's related to health and just because of this issue i could not take a risk with family and stay in the same house with full of termite - so i had decided to leave the house until so i had shifted to my cousin house but – they still logged normal case and gave me time till 18th of july, – it's very frustrating and disappointing.

                      On 9th of july, one technician came to my house to see the situation and do uninstallation - even he was shocked about the situation - he did uninstallation on 9th of july, but strange things:- flipkart still did not update the status in their application so i called each day multiple times to their customer care center but they said they can not do anything except escalation - every time i was notified about escalation but that escalation team never acted up and based on this i used social media platform twitter but still i did get resolution.

                      Since this is a critical and health-related concern - still flipkart is not responding to me - even after waiting till 18 of july - still, this product is lying in my house and i am paying rent without staying in that house.

                      I looking for justice with the help of consumer complaint platform.
                      - desirable resolution for my complaint:
                      1. As earlier as possible send some to pickup this damaged/disease product.
                      2. Refund for my order amount.
                      3. Fine for rupees 5000 - for clothes eaten up by product termite (Which is claimed by flipkart its 100% termite free and gone through multiple testing for the same)
                      4. Fine for rupees 2900 - my books are eaten up by product termite (Which is claimed by flipkart its 100% termite free and gone through multiple testing for the same).

                      flipkart representative, can you please confirm when are going to revert on this? I hope you understand this is health related concern - still I am in my cousin's house of this issue n it's been more than 18 days - can you confirm when will you revert on this with resolution, not with sending messages that we are looking into this - n suppose it would had happened to your house, can you wait for this long

                        The issue that I have experienced was: I had ordered Gap jeans but the size was bigger for me I tried to exchange it but my exchange got rejected by the seller (as per the info on the app).
                        So I tried to return it, to my dismay the return also got rejected by the seller (although the product falls under the category of returnable items). In the meantime I ordered smaller size too. And for returning bigger size I got in touch with customer care and they suggested me to wait till the seller responded...yet again return got rejected by the seller ( as per app info). I called customer care yet again, that reprensentative informed that the seller requires verification so an email regarding the same will be sent to me. I received the said email and as per email they asked me to send copy of my Adhar Card and resultantly I had sent the same. But still they refused to pick up the product and refund via email.
                        Furthermore, the smaller size I had ordered also dsnt fit me so now I am left with 2 useless jeans which Flipkart refuses to take back.
                        Still I am struggling to return the said product.

                        Kindly help and get my grevience redressed.

                          I ordered grocery to my home however flipkart made me to wait for 3-4 days and cancelled without any notification. Such double standards as they don't respond to calls or messages.

                            I need to change my mobile number in flipkart account, I tried changing, however page says, OTP was sent to old mobile which I currently don't have.
                            I stopped using my old number may be 2years ago.

                            Need to resolve this! There should have been a way in the flipkart site only, unfortunately there is none.

                              Recently, 3-4 days ago i have purchased a sony srs xb10 bluetooth speaker worth of rs.3500 but i was not happy with the quality of speaker and the speaker was also look "used" so i filed a return for my item but they have rejected the return request of my item and when i am trying to contact them they are not properly replying to them.

                                    Payment was successfully but the order was not placed. I don't have any order i'd because my order was not at all placed. Your employee called and said i will call you back in a minute and he didn't.
