Purchased realme X2 pro cost of 30000 from Flipkart on 22 may with I'd OD OD[protected] made return request within 10 days but they not return or replacing this device has battery charging and drainage issue and hangs and slow chipset in this and now on 17 July they denied from returning the product

    The warranty of this laptopwas activated in 2019 itself. There's only 55 days left for the warranty to end. I was promised 1 full year of warranty. You have cheated. This a clear fraud.

      It's Dr. Abhinav Lonare, my sister Rutuja Lonare ordered POCO X2 purple color [Order ID : OD[protected]] which we received on 6th of July. There is Changing issues and Battery issue in the mobile. It's takes 3-4 hours to charge it completely and the battery gets discharge within 6-7 hours even without using it. If you charge in the night, the battery will low in the morning even if the Mobile data is off.
      I Send refund request on 12th July as only that option is available on the site. I received the confirmation massage regarding the refund request. Your customer care female lady called after 2 days i.e on 14th of July and we Explained each and every issue regarding mobile phone with her. I told her we have received damaged mobile phone so kindly fulfill my Refund option. If Refund option is not possible then the Replacement option will be ok for me. She gave me silly excuses. She said because of your app your battery might be taking time to charge & it might be discharged soon just because of your storage. I told her it's a 256 gm storage phone with 8gb ram & only 3 application are downloaded till now and there is no connection between charging & battery issue with the storage space. Even I told her I have one more same POCO X2 in purple and there are many videos & apps in that mobile still it working nicely that's why I order one more POCO X2 in blue. She disconnected the phone and we received msg from flipkart that our customer care will talk to you on 16th of July at 2 pm. On 16th of July we received msg from flipkart that we will call you on 17th of July at 2 pm. But on 17th of July in morning (9.02 am) means today we received one more msg from flipkart that we will not fulfill your refund request.
      So this is the way you guys are providing services to your customers? Very disappointed from you. you should refund & replace the product if it's damaged, it's not customers fault, we are paying you for good quality products.There is one more issue with your service when your customer care call us, there is no response in first call, we keep saying Hello Hello!! but there is no response from other side and when we cut the call we received the msg " we are trying to call you but we are not able to reach to you". The customer care person does not call again. We called on customer care number 2-3 times but the recording keep saying we are not able to fulfill your refund request & saying to check your msg and mail id.
      I have each and every msg received from flipkart. Even have noted the time when your customer care person called us. You can hear the call recording which you have. Do whatever you can, I want my money back. I have mentioned my Order ID in the starting of this msg.
      If I am not able to get any response from this complaint within 3 days then I will further go ahead to lodge complaint against you guys.

        I didn't get any order status in flipkart but payment was successful to PayZippi.
        I placed the order again and it was successful, because i urgently needed the products.
        Please refund the amount paid on the first transaction and update me about the same as soon as possible.

          I sent below mail to flipkart which is self explainatory

          Dear Sir,

          This is regarding refund request generated against Order ID OD[protected] for Samsung Phone A50. [ 12th July 2020 ].

          1. The request was raised as phone software was not working. [ Long selection was not working ]

          2. After many follow ups, I received call from your executive on 16.07 after noon. Call got disconnected in between and no call was received further.

          3. Yesterday evening again service request was logged by me, after which another call was received from your executive which also could’nt be completed as her voice was not audible. I told her to call again but call never came. [ Same experience as in first call ]

          4. On 17.07 morning, I received sms from flipkart informing that my refund request has been rejected. On checking flipkart app, its mentioned that my query has been resolved by troubleshooting which is completely incorrect and false information. Now on trying to your customer support, its updating that my query has been resolved.

          I am really very disappointed with this experience from flipkart[ Been a regular customer from last many years ]. This phone was a bought as a present for my mother on her birthday due in this month.

          Request you to look into the matter and take appropriate action for processing my refund on urgent basis.

            I have placed an order on 24th of june and expected the delivery by 9th of July. Intially they extended the delivery by 15th of July and now 20th of July. They blaming Vision Star for not proper communication. Please deliver the product because im helpless in this situation.

              I have ordered my laptop on 26th June and delivery date was 3rd July. I haven't received my product till now. 3 days back, I received mail that by 17th July, 1pm, issue will be resolved. Customer service agents are telling delivery date is 17th July. But i haven't received any message regarding delivery. My orders page or Ekart page was not updated regarding delivery. So how come agents saying I will get laptop by 17th July. Please solve my issue and deliver my product on 17th itself.

              What is going on with Flipkart and Ekart. They are making me a lot of stress and frustration with the delivery. Why do they delay? It has reached my nearest hub since 16 days.

                I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                  I have recently purchased iPhone XR from Flipkart order I'd OD[protected]
                  The MRP on iPhone XR is 49900/- as per original box. But they have sold me this product on 52500/- I had sent them a message on their app but they haven't reverted back from 4th July also they are not reverting on twitter as well.
                  I don't know where to complaint regarding the same...no one can sell their product above the MRP but how Flipkart is doing so..
                  Please help. i want refund of differential amount

                    For those who think this is due to lockdown, I have received 3 deliveries from amazon.in this week itself, including a delivery today morning.
                    So it is clearly an issue with Flipkart. Also Flipkart also not explained the delay is due to lockdown, they simply don't know where is my order.
                    So Amazon.in is providing far better service than Flipkart, at least in mumbai.
                    I have received a call from flipkart, and I have recorded it, pasting the link here.

                      Dear flipkart,
                      I have booked a flight ticket with pnr no : KMQN8N for the date of June 1st 2020 but as the flight on June 1st is cancelled from airlines side.I got a rescheduled ticket the dated 3rd June and flight one June 3rd is also cancelled again I got a rescheduled ticket for 8th June 2020.and flight ticket again got rescheduled to June 8th as requested by me.I have found an alternative and cancelled this ticket directly from airlines and refund amount of Rs 5493/- is processed from indigo airlines end. but I haven't got any refund from flipkart end.

                        I ordered a lpatop from flipkart on 5th july received on 9th july, it had manufacturing defects display had black dots i returned laptop on same day, its been 7 days passed no response from flipkart i called flipkart on 16th july they said wait another 4 days,,, and flipkart employee (Yeshwanth babu) put my call on hold above 1hr... I have all recorded proofs theyre giving worst customer service

                            I have ordered and asus laptop worth rs.30990 through my icici credit card, on 3rd of july and cancelled the same on the same day. But yet now i've got the refund back. When i called flipkart customer care, they said the refund amount is processed on 3rd july and credited back to my account on 8th july but the bank confirms that they have not credited the fund. I dont know what to do. Its been 3 weeks since my money is missing. Kindly help me out

                                  I bought samsung ac on 01/07/2020 payment made on same date, which was delivered on 06/07/2020 and installed on 07/07/2020. After installation engineer was not able to complete setup as the ac unit was defective, immediately i placed a replacement request on 7th july 2020 and waited for updates, few days later as there were no updates for replacement i started calling flipkart care again and again they just kept assuring me technician will visit the on 12th july then 13th july and then 15th july and now they are saying they will be back by 18th july with a resolution. Not even flipkart care executives provided details of technician arranged for the visit its been 10 days but the problem still remains the same flipkart is not arranging any technician as details are not shared. I am a regular customer of flipkart but never expected the care service is this bad

                                    I have booked 3 tickets from flipkart travel.
                                    Date of journey was fourth of april.
                                    All tickets was booked in vistara airlines and journey was from kolkata to delhi (Uk708).
                                    Booking id:- ff[protected]Vivek kumar), ff[protected]Kunal kishor),
                                    Ff[protected]Chetan singh).
                                    It's been many months i'm requesting to proceed refund, whenever i call flipkart make a new excuse.
                                    First they were complaining that airline has not initiated refund, but when i had a conference call with flipkart and vistara then vistara cleared that they have initiated refund from their side and flipkart is not proceeding refund to me, from that day onwards flipkart is asking for 7 days and after completion of 7 days they again ask for next 7 days...
                                    It's been 3 months facing such problem...
                                    It's kind request to take legal action against flipkart and return my refund amount as soon as possible.
                                    I will be thankful for such.
