I request you to kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account.
When i see my credit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from idfc first bank of inr 60000.
And this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score.
So i have contacted bank to do so. They asked me to clear the dews if any and asked me to contact flipkart pay later to deactivate following which they will clear the loan immediately.

So please kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account immediately.

    I ordered moto fusion plus on 24/06/2020. Delivery expected was on 7/7/2020. Till now order is not shipped, called many times to customer care. They just give answers like wait for 48hrs, then 72hrs, now again given a time period of 48 hrs. Also told to cancel the order from our side. Booking mobile on flash sale is herculean task, also price has increased now.

    When? At least tell what is the basic issue in shipping product? Don't just give timeline.have u contacted sellar..what he is saying.
    When?..please at least give some other response than 'wait for 48hrs or 72 hrs'.just tell what is the basic problem in shipping .we can wait if we know cause of delay from your side.its nearly month

      I have ordered a shoes after 5 months, and i didn't like what i got... So i raised a return and they blocked my account..

      They have blocked many accounts, my friends account, family and many people's.. But they will block my account also i was not knowing..

      Unnecessarily they will block accounts of people.. Such a fake company

        Please refund the amount which i have cancelled the products that the order id: od[protected]Order date 1/7/2020) for the cost of 2, 261 and cancellation accepted on july 5th 2020 and i got message that said amount will be refund to the debit card of my account directly by july 14th but still now i didn't get any notification and not yet refund to my account and i have checked with bank also we not yet receive any refund on the given reference id by customer care. Please check and refund immediately or else add to my flipkart account for my any further purchase.

          The issue that i have experienced was: on 27th of june, i have ordered motorola one fusion plus (Od[protected] for 16999. Its packing date was expected to be on 3rd of july and delivery was expected to be on 9th of july. After the first sale its price was also increased to 17499. On 4th july after seeing that that item hasnt been packed yet i contacted the customer support they told me it will be delivered by 9.
          But after few days it was still not packed so i contacted them again and this time they told me seller might be facing some unforeseen issue and delivery should be done by 10th of july, yes they increased the date to 10.
          And after few days the item was not packed and delivery was extended to 15th july.
          In this time i contacted the customer support staff again and again but every time they told me there is some unforeseen issue seller is fainf. Customer support was not helping me.
          And yesterday on 15th july customer supprt staff called me on my number and told me i will have to cancel my order because they cant deliver it and they have faced some issue.
          Note that i have ordered already on 13th of july another moto (Order id - od[protected] because i was thinking that item could be cancelled. But i had to order the phone at increased amount.

          It occurred on: 16/07/2020

          From flipkart i want a compensation of the time they wasted of mine and forcing me to buy again at higher price. Also it is illegal to cancel a product by flipkart and then selling at higher price.
          I want a full compensation.

          I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

            I had ordered ghee and oil both i had received in deffective condition and almost expired product

            Ghee 2qty i had received tracking is fmpc[protected] in that product the product is totally bend due to poor packing from seller all ghee was out of it and all bad smell was coming from the product and when i had seen the date it was october 2019 almost last year product last old stock given to me which is no use of and it is damage it was not wrap properly from seller in transportation the product has been damage i had kept the product aside it is not usable for daily use it his hazerdous to our health so kindly arrange reverse pickup for this order and refund my money back immediately

            And other is oil tracking id is fmpc[protected] i had ordered oil of 2 qty and paid rs 179 for delivery charge in that all packing and shipping is included then why i had received product damage during transit the person who had packed he should have sense it should coated with plastic of extra layer that product will not damage during transit because heavy load are on it and this i had recived damage during transit caps was open it was leak and no use of it and also the product was november 2019 packet and after my order it was out of stock it indicates that old stock given to me without any checking asked seller how we had given me the parcel no extra safety of covering just given in 2 box tightly i can't accept this product

            Please arrange reverse pickup for this my two order and take this deffective and old stock and damage product back to u and refund my money back once it clear from u r end

              I have purchased a motorola tv on 28th may, 2020 from flipkart [order id: od[protected]]. Initially there were lots of problems appeared specially tv remote overheating. On 28th june my remote stopped working and i logged a complaint [in number : 0f28-37814koscri-2377688] and registered mobile number is [protected]. On 29th may engineer visit my place and raised a new remote request on the same day.

              I had ordered rice of 10 kg i taught flipkart will take care of my product from packing to shipping until it delivered but unfortunately it has not given me in proper condition after paying all the taxes through the product

              I had ordered 10 kg rice i had recived 10 kg of single quantity of 1 kg of 10 packet... The product was not come in box the seller has save his packing material charges instead of giving with box and safety matter...

              Still i had ignored becaue that inside product would be hard never mine... But wheni taken one packet and was checking the price i had seen small live insect in the product and it was live roaming inside it...

              Black insect in rice occur due to deffective quality of rice and long storage of rice either both of them... I can't accept this love insect product which is hazerdous to our health because we are living now in invisible enemy and virus... And in my packet live insect is there hoebi would accept

              I m attaching the images of rice of black small insect and please inform the seller if he doesn't have the stock then cancel the customer order don't give them garbage product and hazerdous product because we are not a beggar who would purchase ration shop rice... This rs 100 per kg rice product this we can't accept in deffective condition

              I m attaching the images of product of packing also and insect product also... All the 10 packet are same insect product due to deffective quality or long storage... This live insect is hazerdous for human being health

                I have ordered a smart phone of price 9899 inr on flipkart on 22nd march 2020 you've promised to deliver 24th march. Central govt allowed non-essential goods delivery from 18th may even though you are delaying the product delivery. I have raised a complaint on flipkart till now i didn't get any update they have said the problem with ekart logistics. Finally yesterday they cancelled my order without my request. I have wasted my time for talking to flipkart customer support for help. Please let them compansate my time spent on flipkart. Or reorder same product for my new address

                  Realme x2 pro cost of 30000 from flipkart on 22 may with i'd od od[protected] made return request within 10 days but they not return or replacing this device has battery charging and drainage issue and hangs and slow chipset in this and a guy visited has not disclosed full report and said solve it by update but it's not solved and flipkart not changing or returning it after complaining continuously 2 months still on 14 july i made call and they said wait for more days they continue saying this and without contacting me they claim to make call attempt and on asking they say call answer but no one contacted me during these and continuously timeline extension they are not returning my 30000 rupees

                  Update: on 14 july i get call from sr executive from flipkart he told me directly your phone return as problem in battery and it's charging no technical visit but next day again technical visit happen and they said problem solved by troubleshooting which is not true i im using it and facing battery drainage and charging from day 1 and it's not normall they send the damage product and after 2 months still the problem continuously with this and when i made return request i'm getting the no response and they cancel my request without any confirmation to me

                    I have purchased a zoomcar coupon for 50% off flat but now when i am using it is show offer expired.
                    For this i contacted the customer care for 4 times on 28 th june, 3 july, 6 th july then 14 july and today but just the same answer wait for 48 hr and nothing else.

                    I have contacted and send all the snap shot in my earlier conversation but now as three of 30 july is coming they will say the offer is expired.

                      There is no where mentioned in the product that if I face issue I have to visit in service center for brand new mobile and bring the sheet from them I paid money and if I'm facing the issue so who's responsible for this if there is no issues then replace the mobile what's the problem in that ?

                      I visited to the service center and like all companies they don't find any defect in their product they denied to accepting the drainage when I already shown the drainage graph after spending 30000 now I have to run here and there

                      said your technician and service center not accepting the drainage issue
                      but I'm suffering with that drainage in this new mobile and I want change
                      I'm giving the option either replacement or refund whatever suits you can
                      provide me but at least replacement or refund provide no need of technician

                        I brought a hundai i 20 cover, but the product that i received was completely different from that i ordered. I want to return the product, however, the return is being cancelled. I want to know what is the issue, inspite of 10 days replacement policy with my product why it is not being approved.

                          - got a notification on 12 june, 2020 that my account has been blocked due to unusually high number of returns in my purchase history.

                          - to be more accurate this issue is regarding about orders on 1 june, 2020 (Order ids - od[protected], od[protected] which were cancelled by me (Because i found it at another cheaper price) and orders were not dispatched so these orders can't be considered in returns.

                          This is very disheartening as i have been using flipkart for 7 years and the total value of products ordered this year is more than rs 1 lakhs.

                                When i login my account on flipkart then it will show an error 'login unsuccessful' and 'something went wrong' (On app).

                                    Flipkart had blocked my account suddenly without any prior notice, and blame me that i have higher number of returns for blocking. They deliver defective products and then blame customer that how i am doing with flipkart. And they deliver products after their guaranteed delivery date then they blame the customer for return. And i purchased a samsung tv worth ₹77500 and still, they blame the customer. First of all they should check with their resources and sellers and delivery systems how well they are doing their jobs then try to contact with the customer that why they are returning your product. I am not a free man that i have a lot of time to do these return things again and again. I just tried to buy from an indian website rather than any international one. But now i think these guys are not doing up to the mark for customer support. Now i just request flipkart to make me login into my account so that i can access all my product invoice and use my super coins which i have earned and are going to expire soon. And i am only talking about my rights. I won't purchase anything from flipkart now onwards but i just need all of my invoices. I have purchased a lot of mobile phones from flipkart and haven't returned them and recently purchased a tv worth ₹77500 so i need to urgently access invoice of them. Please ask them to unblock my account as soon as possible, because i my phone is dead and service centre is asking for invoice which i can download after logging into flipkart secondly my tv installation is pending samsung is asking for invoice

                                      Address: Flipkart Harhsil home appliances

                                      Have ordered a lg double door refrigerator from flipkart on 6th june 2020 for a price of 26, 050 rs. The product was delivered on 15th june 2020, flipkart's technician has arrived on the following day on 16th june 2020, he found dents on the outer surface and physical damages (Breakages with holes) in multiple locations inside the refrigerator.

                                      He examined and suggested us to apply for a refund/replacement and he took photos of damages. We have immediately applied for a refund (As replacement is'nt avaiable) on 16th june. Got a message that pickup is scheduled on or before 20 the june. We are continually following up with the pickup process and flipkart keep on extended the pickup date to 24th june, 27th june, 7th july, 11th july, 15th july by citing unclear reasons.

                                      On 14th july, a support mail from flipkart asked me to cancel the current return request and make a new return request for processing it again. As directed by them, i have cancelled existing return. I could'nt make a new return request as flipkart did'nt open that option to me as promised to me in mail.

                                      We were waiting for this damaged product to be picked up and despite having numerous calls and email, twitter conversations with flipkart support, got false assurances and the product is never picked up.

                                      As a consumer, in my so many years of shopping online, this particular purchase from flipkart tested my patience, wasted my precious time and money besides requesting them in every possible way to pickup the damaged product. I, therefore request the concerned people to look into this matter and resolve.
