I purchased an iphone se 2020 64 gb white on june 16, 2020. I got delivery on june 25, 2020. The moment i received the box, i opened it, and i found the piece screen popped up from its body. It was damaged. Photographic evidence is attached. I immediately raised the complaint with the flipkart cs agents. They said they will get me a replacement. Now, from 25 june until july 3nd, i followed up with flipkart cs team and on 3rd june, 2020 they told me that return window is closed and they cannot do anything about it and provided me with apple service center no. Saying you have to go and get yourself fixed there and that this is what the flipkart resolution portal update says and we cannot do anything further
As return windows is closed. I even tried to contact apple support team for the issue but they told me that its flipkart's liability to fix the issue and provided me with this case id. Case:[protected] flipkart policy clearly mentions that is liable to replace the product if i found it broken on delivery and notified which was the case. I have been referred to you for an expedite recovery. Photographic evidence of issue history is also attached.

Updated by vsagarwal The Flipkart support team nudged after continous request regarding replacement of Damaged goods. They provided me with replacement ID of 122***********426270 and timeline to fulfill until July 13, 2020. I hope they will not miss this deadline and provide a complete resolution on the date. Much appreciate the hardwork.
