This is to notify you about a problem i am having with the customer care service of flipkart. The following series of events have happened as follows :
- got a notification on 12 june, 2020 that my account has been blocked due to unusually high number of returns in my purchase history.
- to be more accurate this issue is regarding about orders on 1 june, 2020 (Order ids - od[protected], od[protected] which were cancelled by me (Because i found it at another cheaper price) and orders were not dispatched so these orders can't be considered in returns.
+ regarding my returns, this year is only one item.
+ this is very disheartening as i have been using flipkart for 7 years and the total value of products ordered this year is more than rs 1 lakhs.
— i have contacted customer care executives many times and written emails many with proper facts but i have been getting the same automated replies and not listening to my reasoning.
Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. I am hereby requesting you to unblock my account.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
