I have ordered a lg double door refrigerator from flipkart on 6th june 2020 for a price of 26, 050 rs. The product was delivered on 15th june 2020, flipkart's technician has arrived on the following day on 16th june 2020, he found dents on the outer surface and physical damages (Breakages with holes) in multiple locations inside the refrigerator.

He examined and suggested us to apply for a refund/replacement and he took photos of damages. We have immediately applied for a refund (As replacement is'nt avaiable) on 16th june. Got a message that pickup is scheduled on or before 20 the june. We are continually following up with the pickup process and flipkart keep on extended the pickup date to 24th june, 27th june, 7th july, 11th july, 15th july by citing unclear reasons.
On 14th july, a support mail from flipkart asked me to cancel the current return request and make a new return request for processing it again. As directed by them, i have cancelled existing return. I could'nt make a new return request as flipkart did'nt open that option to me as promised to me in mail.

We were waiting for this damaged product to be picked up and despite having numerous calls and email, twitter conversations with flipkart support, got false assurances and the product is never picked up.

As a consumer, in my so many years of shopping online, this particular purchase from flipkart tested my patience, wasted my precious time and money besides requesting them in every possible way to pickup the damaged product. I, therefore request the concerned people to look into this matter and resolve.

    I ordered my ring on 6 july 2020 and it was to be delivered on 14 july 2020 but they did not deliver it and extended the date to 17 july 2020. I don't know where is my order as tracking id provided is useless the seller has not updated the current status of my order. During shipping also they did mistake as shipping was to be done on 9 july but they did on 11 july. Last location of my order was gurgaon on 11 july 2020 and still no updating where it has reached.

      Dont know for what reason they blocked my account. I cant login the account on any pc. But same account was loggined in my mobile till the time i formatted it for lag or bug issue. Nw its clearly showing my account is blocked. Bt i dint do any kind of resseling thing or other. I sued only for my personal use.

        1. I had placed an order for asus vivo book s series on 10 jun 20 my order id is order id was od[protected].

        2. Product has been successfully delivered on 12 jun 20. However, on checking of invoice it has been observed that product serial number has not mentioned on the invoice for which i have lodged a complaint on 10 jul 20. The customer service has assured me that my issue is to be resolved by 13 jul 20 and thereafter 14 jul 20. However inspite of repeated requests to the customer service the issue has not been resolved so far.

        2. Additionallly, i have registered for avail 2 years of extension warranty service @rs 99/- in asus. But, asus customer service has put my registration on hold due to the product serial number has not mentioned on the invoice and last date for submission correct bill is 16 july.
        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Even I am facing the same issue. There is no product serial number on the invoice downloaded from flipkart. My warranty is not being accepted because of this.

          In july 2020 i checked my cibil report and found there is personal loan of 60000 rupees on my name by idfc first bank for which i never applied before. As well i don't have any type of intimation or information on mobile number or e-mail from idfc first bank. While i contact to idfc bank they said to contact to flipkart to close pay later account but flipkart's customer care number not even connecting to executive as well no option available to raise case. Then i applied case to reserve bank of india about the same and then i got call from idfc first bank said will close this loan in 10 days. I am waiting to get this loan closed for which i never applied. Now the concern is why flipkart is doing so with their customers? How they got rights to log personal loan on any customer name without his approval or without intimation to him on his mobile or on email? Please take necessary action against this issue. Jay hind 🇮🇳

          In February 2022, i checked my cibil report and found there is personal loan of 2000 rupees on my name by idfc first bank for which i never applied before. As well i don't have any type of intimation or information on mobile number or e-mail from idfc first bank.

          This thing came to my knowledge when my home loan ( Loan Application no: HOU/RAI/1121/931548 from PNBHFL) is about to be disbursed at the final stage through PNBHFL and this CIBIL score which is again checked by the PNBHFL for meeting some final disbursement criteria.
          As a result my CIBIL Score get a disastrous effect from 759 (October/2021) to below 700...

          While i contact to idfc bank they said to contact to flipkart to close pay later account but flipkart's customer care number not even connecting to executive as well no option available to raise case.
          I am waiting to get this loan closed for which i never applied.

          As per their scrutiny done through my CIBIL report, it has been shown that the personal loan of Rs/-2000 from IDFC FIRST bank is reflecting in Active status.

          Therefore, it's my request to you to kindly acknowledge this matter urgently and attentively, so that my home loan can be disbursed from its final phase and take steps immediately whatever it suits for my case in order to reverse the report in my CIBIL score and reset the initial state without any further delay.

          Now the concern is why flipkart is doing so with their customers? How they got rights to log personal loan on any customer name without his approval or without intimation to him on his mobile or on email? Please take necessary action against this issue.

            Ordered allie wood sheesham wood solid wood 6 seater dining set (Finish color - brown) - od[protected]

            Placed this order on 9th of june and 27th of june is the delivery date but it never got delivered and seller directly calling us to pay extra rs. 1000 to ship that product. I don't want to pay 1000 and i already paid 400 as delivery charges while placing the order.

            I tried to look for an option to cancel it, unfortunately, the product could not be cancelled. Even flipkart customer care is not responding correctly for cancellation of the order/or in delivering the order.

            I have already paid complete money to you, for which, i have paid the 1st emi to the bank too, for the product which is not delivered.

            Updates in app shows that product will be delivered in next working day since 27th. Till now 5 dates has been changed and product is not delivered and seller and logistics person are calling me to pay 1000 and they are saying unable to cancel the order from their end.

              I have ordered a mobile from flipkart with order id - od[protected] of brand vivo and model is z1x on 28/06/2020 and received it on 2/07/2020. The package was intact but the mobile was completely dead i couldn't figure out what could be the issue with the product, then i have put in charge and it took around 4 to 5 hours for charging and when i tried exploring options in mobile i noticed heating and sudden drop in battery level from 100 to 70 percent. The images were blurred and i have been trying explain the issue to team flipkart but they are paying no heed. I request the concern department to look into the matter and help me to find a resolution. I am expecting a refund. Thanks

                  Ghee 2qty i had received tracking is fmpc[protected] in that product the product is totally bend due to poor packing from seller all ghee was out of it and all bad smell was coming from the product and when i had seen the date it was october 2019 almost last year product last old stock given to me which is no use of and it is damage it was not wrap properly from seller in transportation the product has been damage i had kept the product aside it is not usable for daily use it his hazerdous to our health so kindly arrange reverse pickup for this order and refund my money back immediately

                  And other is oil tracking id is fmpc[protected] i had ordered oil of 2 qty and paid rs 179 for delivery charge in that all packing and shipping is included then why i had received product damage during transit the person who had packed he should have sense it should coated with plastic of extra layer that product will not damage during transit because heavy load are on it and this i had recived damage during transit caps was open it was leak and no use of it and also the product was november 2019 packet and after my order it was out of stock it indicates that old stock given to me without any checking asked seller how we had given me the parcel no extra safety of covering just given in 2 box tightly i can't accept this product

                  Please arrange reverse pickup for this my two order and take this deffective and old stock and damage product back to u and refund my money back once it clear from u r end

                        ₹18499 on flipkart on 2ndjuly and the payment was debited from my account... The next day, product was cancelled and limited stock was shown as a reason... When i asked about the refund, the customer service said it would be refunded by 15th july but i haven't received any refund till now... And moreover they blocked my account...                             I have purchased a mobile of realme 6 (Comet blue, 128 gb) on cash on delivery i received a parcel on 4th july 2020 i have very exited in that day and i went home and i opened the parcel in that thing is there i got shocked and realized that never use the service of the flipkart and i rice the complaint on the same to flipkart team they give me the resolution date is 16th of july now the team is prolonged my resolution...

                              Order id: od[protected]. We placed an order on july 08 2020 for d-link dsl wifi router.in their webpage, it is clearly mentioned that this router is compatible on airtel broadband connection. We received this product on july 9. The product is not working on airtel broadband in the entire society. The product is of old technology and we started using for another adsl2 broadband connection by different isp. The router is getting heated within 20-30 minutes. Then we requested to replace the router within 10 days of receipt of the product which is the company policy. The company denied our request. We also requested to replace the item with advanced vdsl type router from the same seller. We are ready to pay for the remaining amount. Even this request is also denied without any reason by flipkart. Please help to resolve the issue.

                                But now when i'm reopening my flipkart account with the same number, they told me that contact with flipkart consumer complaints portal and submit a compaint.

                                I want to reopen my flipkart account with the same number.

                                  First they delivered a wrong rather fake of the original brand product as claimed in their order image. Then whenever i called for pick up and refund they kept telling me 24 hours waiting time but more than 20days past like this. Now the customer support guy called to inform that they are refunding without pickup and i can dispose the fake product if not picked up in 24hours. So i waited again and when they didn't come i disposed as suggested. Now suddenly they woke up and keep calling me everyday for the fake product. I guess they want resell the fake imitation product again to a customer. And let me tell the product is mask. Now flipkart is trying to get the fake mask after telling me to dispose on one hand and on the other wanting now to take the mask back to resell and fool other customers.in the pandemic such a dirty trade and harassment of mask should be stopped at once!

                                    With due regards i would like to tell you that i am your customer since 2012-13 and this is first time i am facing this kind of issue. I am really upset what happened recently as i am feeling cheated.
                                    I order many products after lockdown for home as offline shopping was risky because of covid. Two products showing delivered in my order list but i never received them at my end because they were missing in the package and both courier packages were prepaid.

                                    Note:- flipkart should choose sellers and courier agent wisely for better service and customer satisfaction. I had worst experience in 2020 on flipkart. I lose all faith and i m afraid to order new products on flipkart again in future.

                                    Products are:

                                    1. Kuber industries shirt stacker
                                    Order id - od[protected]

                                    Cost 599.00

                                    (I got a courier as a big box which mentioned two products on the box, “a vanity box” and “shirt stacker”, i received vanity box and instead of shirt stacker, i got “waste polythenes like 5-6 quantity”, which used in courier packaging by flipkart of different people names of different addresses of jaipur, this package came from jaipur)

                                    Ps i informed seller regarding this matter via call and he said to me it was most probably done by courier wishmasters on the way and i can complain in flipkart.

                                    2. Dreamkraft small glow in dark radium birds sitting on branch sticker
                                    Order id - od[protected]

                                    Cost 242.00

                                    (I ordered two units but i received only one inside package and on courier it was written two units and i got notification that both units delivered which is false)

                                    Ps i informed seller regarding this matter via mail with pics and seller replied to me on mail.

                                    It was delivered by “ekart” as i got ekart feedback confirmation. I am attaching screenshots of related products and messages i got.

                                    Ps i already accelerated this issue on flipkart customer service and after many days of calling again and again they processed my request for refund and asked me to wait 72 hours that i will get refund.

                                    But backend team rejected refund without any enquiry. I can tell this because i already informed sellers by mail and call regarding this issue and they assured me i will get refund, i just need to file a complaint in flipkart customer service and they will send this case to backend team but backend team rejected it by their own without enquiry and i got both products rejected refund mail same time same day.

                                    It is my humble request. Kindly give a resolution for this as soon as possible. Provide me my product or give refund, whatever accepted by flipkart and seller.

                                      To whom it may concern,

                                      I had put a product (Motorola one fusion +) in my cart which was on sale at 12 noon on 6th the price was rs 16999 and on 13th of july-2020 the price of the product was increased to rs 17499. While proceeding with the payment (Please note: the product was in my cart), while checking out, within seconds, there was a pop up saying the product was out of stock.

                                      I had anxiously waited for the product but all in vain. I am disappointed that flipkart did this to me. I wrote to their customer care but there was no solution/ response from them. If they didn't have the product in stock why fool customers by advertising on your web site and misleading with the customers like me who anxiously waited for the sale but in grief that the product in my cart was out of sale in no time once the sale commenced. The product is still in my cart, what shall i do now with it. The product is in my cart since 6th july and i can't purchase it.

                                      Please look into the matter. Your supportand cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated.
