Since the product was delivered to you on 30 Oct 19, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

    - got a notification on 12 june, 2020 that my account has been blocked due to unusually high number of returns in my purchase history.

    - to be more accurate this issue is regarding about orders on 1 june, 2020 (Order ids - od[protected], od[protected] which were cancelled by me (Because i found it at another cheaper price) and orders were not dispatched so these orders can't be considered in returns.

    +{ imp} + — regarding my returns, this year is only one item.

    This is very disheartening as i have been using flipkart for 7 years and the total value of products ordered this year is more than rs 1 lakhs.

      I ordered the product on 11/07/2020 and paid using my gift card. But it is showing against the order that payment not yet confirmed for the bank.
      While cheating with the customer care they are saying the item cannot be delivered. Make another order why shall i make another order and wait for another 1 week.

            It was 18th june, i had issued return my book. But it is now 13th july, almost 25 days, but still my return is not approved. I had called in flipkart several times and they only told me i have to wait for sometimes. They told me that they are really sorry and they will reach me for that issue as soon as possible. But till they don't do anything. On 10th july i have again called in flipkart and an executive told me to wait for 48 ours. But the time is already over. I was waiting and kept patience for a long time, but now it is really bad and i am afraid of them that they are simply cheating on me and they are trying to make me foolish.

              I have started getting the error message "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions" from last 2 days and it does not allow me to play any of the games on the gamezone.

              I have never cheated or used multiple accounts ever to play games. I have however won games multiple times in the past. So is my account blocked from playing games just because i keep winning which does not "seem fair to me"

                  Already i pay completely payment and payment deducted in my bank account but still flipkart say payment hold you'r bank i am all chake bank side payment deducted and flipkar not given my mone back 1614 there still say me please contact you'r bank and bank say please contact flipkart but all clear i have transaction id 2 time my transaction done and flipkart cleary not give my money in my account

                    Order not placed but amount debited.

                    Read it carefully, i ordered tv cover of 329 rs and in payment option, i paid through phonepe wallet, amount instantly deducted from wallet and when redirected to flipkart page, it showed we had delay receiving amount from bank and order was in pending list and showed flipkart takes 90 minutes to process payment, after 90 minutes it is showing that order was not placed, flipkart will say that they did not receive any money so order was not...

                    I have purchased a sony wireless bluetooth headphone of rs.3290 when i recieved the one side wasnt working so i return the item. They sent a mechanic to see if it was true and the next day a delivery boy taken the product. That was more than one month ago. By the flipkart procedure my refund should be intiated by 3 buisness days but i didn't get my refund so i called customer care they said in 2 days you will get your money. I have called them more than 20 times now in different days till now, they have posponed the date more than 12 times still i didnt get my money. They assured me 5 days ago in 48 hrs you will get your money and still i didnt

                    customer care called me 3 days ago and asked for bank details again, and i give them the details they said within 78 hrs you will get your refund also they said they will call me for the update .as always they lied i didn't get my money and they aren't picking up when i called . i need my money, or tell them to give that money to the flip kart delivery store near me, i will go there and take it myself

                    they also sent a msg of getting around 16000 to my account ...fake msges from flipkart
                    i didnt still get my money they said they will give my money in 3 buisness days .they need to understand i worked very hard for that money im not an adult so this amount is very huge to me once i returned it they said i get my money in 7 buisness days so on the behalf of their word i took loan from someone to buy another from a nearby shop i was supposed to give back money since i didnt get my money i had to work 7 days in a company to give that money .i had every right to be angry when i called customer care but still they said it will be refunded in one day, two day still they are lieing

                        I had ordered 10 kg rice i don't expect that flipkart will give in poor condition not even in box that also i had neglected

                        The product which i received is 1 kg packet of 10 qty she. I open it i saw there is huge insect of black which is black kernel when i had open the packet in that small insects were there i had taken the images and now i m attaching the images please check it

                        This product is hazerdous to our health and also harmful for anyone we are living in invisible enemy of corona which can't see but affect human organ system badly but this product small insects which are live and affect our body who will responsible

                        Please take this back all and refund my money back

                        And also there is one request after this order seller had made this order out of stock it means when time of giving the order he doesn't have the stock he had given old stock he doesn't have the stock

                            I have ordered a samsung galaxy s9 midnight black from flipkart on 19th march and it was a prepaid order. The product was supposed to be delivered within a week but due to lockdown it got delayed and then further delayed and now even the lockdown was lifted, now today is 12 july 2020 the product is still not been delivered, its been more than 4 months now. The company is forcing me to cancel this order, but i refused to cancel it and demanding the delivery of my product.

                            Today i spoke with one of the customer support executive of flipkart (puja), she was just saying we are sorry for the delay of your order please cancel this order, then i got harsh with them and i insisted her to transfer this call to your senior officer so that i could take up with him then she was saying as we are working from home, so we cannot transfer this call to our senior officer but we assured you that your product will get delivered by 18th july 2020.
                            now i am waiting for the delivery...

                                I purchased ipad mini 5 from flipkart way back on 6 june 2020. As due to lockdown i was different state and was unable to come home. As i reached home day before yesterday i began to use ipad mini 5. I found that the apps which i have to use are not available on ipad as per its software issue.                                   - i have put a order for purchasing of laptop dell vostro vide flipkart order od[protected]. The item has been delivered on 22 mar 20.
                                  -after receiving the delivery of item it has been found that the laptop is missing in the package. The outer packing of the package was ok but the inner packing was in deteriorated condition and laptop was missing. The item that i was receive in package is only laptop charger and manual and a anti virus cd.
                                  -the same matter has been disclosed with flipkart team immediately and the video and photo taken while opening of package has been shared with flipkart team for better understanding and resolution of issue.
                                  -the complaint of the same has been raised by flipkart helpline and after two week it has been rejected by saying that item has been delivered. A lot of effort has been taken for replacement or refund of the order but flipkart is simply denying by saying that package has been delivered, but in real package has been delivered but with a missing product.
                                  -the photo and video of the opening of package has been attached.
                                  -resolution: flipkart team kindly look into the matter and process my refund of the same or provide replacement (The laptop that was missing)
