I had ordered ghee and oil both i had received in deffective condition and almost expired product

Ghee 2qty i had received tracking is fmpc[protected] in that product the product is totally bend due to poor packing from seller all ghee was out of it and all bad smell was coming from the product and when i had seen the date it was october 2019 almost last year product last old stock given to me which is no use of and it is damage it was not wrap properly from seller in transportation the product has been damage i had kept the product aside it is not usable for daily use it his hazerdous to our health so kindly arrange reverse pickup for this order and refund my money back immediately

And other is oil tracking id is fmpc[protected] i had ordered oil of 2 qty and paid rs 179 for delivery charge in that all packing and shipping is included then why i had received product damage during transit the person who had packed he should have sense it should coated with plastic of extra layer that product will not damage during transit because heavy load are on it and this i had recived damage during transit caps was open it was leak and no use of it and also the product was november 2019 packet and after my order it was out of stock it indicates that old stock given to me without any checking asked seller how we had given me the parcel no extra safety of covering just given in 2 box tightly i can't accept this product

Please arrange reverse pickup for this my two order and take this deffective and old stock and damage product back to u and refund my money back once it clear from u r end

        I have purchased a MOTO G8 power lite Mobile phone from flipkart on Dated 2 july 2020. First i got delivery of phone on 5th july 2020. After the use of it i came to know that it has support only LTE network whereas it should be support VoLTE according to the flipkart description provide it on official website so called to the customer care then they assign a technical person to pay a visit at my home to check my handset he came and found i was right flipkart agreed to replace with the promise that i won't get this problem again in connection i got second replaced product on dt 8th july 2020 and had the same problem again. Again they sent same technical person this time he ask his senior about the problem and he said that VoLTE and LTE both are the same thing and if jio 4g sim is supported so its mean this phone is VoLTE and no need to replace and flipkart has cancel my replacement.
        Now as the false information has provided by the flipkart about the product and i have receive same product with same issue twice so i want to return and ask for refund my money but they are not ready to refund neither replacing

We are happy to let you know that the courier service provider has scheduled the pickup from your address by 13 Jul 20. Once the product is picked up and reaches the warehouse then the seller will process for a refund. This refund will reflect within 2 business days as per standard banking procedures.

              I have ordered Honor 9x pro mobile Order OD[protected] on July 8th, when i received my mobile it was already unboxed / not sealed, and the mobile screen protection cover is full of air bubbles .And the phone performance is too bad not able to use any basic apps . many apps are getting freezed and not working properly. even the browser version doesn't support many applications and signin problems persists. Not able to stream videos from video streaming sites . I have raised return request in the next 2 hours .
              While buying the phone it was clearly mentioned 7 days return policy now the mobile is already out of stock to get a replacement. They doesn't except a return or an exchange for other phone .
              I have raised a concern with flipkart help line and they said they will assign a technician by 13th even that is a long gap i agreed .now the technician visit changed to 17th July .i can't work in any way without my mobile. I blindly trusted flipkart services . I made several calls to flipkart and no one really helps.online services should make our process easy instead they are making very difficult to trust flipkart services again.
              Is this a way you treat your customer when we are being genuine? An amount of 18K is very less for a gaint firm like flipkart, but it take us several months to get it saved and in the end we get cheated by a giant firm like flipkart.I cant use this phone in any way except for making calls .The least i expect is an exchange or a refund or the same amount which ever way i can again place another mobile in flipkart .
              Hope someone understands my pain and helps me in a genuine way . Hoping flipkart people doesn't cheat their loyal customers.

                I ordered a Dream Care Fitted Queen Size Waterproof Mattress Protector, order ID (OD[protected] your website on 03 June 2020. I paid 949 through debit card on 03rd June 2020 and then some unknown reason again i paid same amount to the Flipkart account on 17th June 2020.Hence, I paid two times for same order and my amount is debited twice. So i request you to refund my money (one of the amount(949)as soon as possible.

                      I ordered "Suncrown Furniture Sheesham Wood Solid Wood 4 Seater Dining Set (Finish Color - Teak Finish)" from flipkart, I already paid from credit card. First, the way to track the order is supremely screwed, I am never going to order anything from flipkart ever again. I wish the company gets closed asap. I ordered on 14th. June and it was expected to arrive on 4th July, they rescheduled it to 9th July first and now the website is saying it will be delivered on 14th July. I am not able to cancel my order neither I am receiving it. Bill has already been generated. They are biggest frauds. I appeal to all, please do not buy any products from Flipkart. The customer care service is also not letting me talk to an executive, always they redirect to a computer generated voice which is no help at all

                        I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account

                          I placed an order for a phone when my phone seized to work. You can already understand how desperate the situation must have been. Flipkart's website showed a 2 day ETA for delivery. After placing the order, the delivery date furthered by 2 more days. Come the promised date of delivery, I was constantly reassured by the support staff that I shall receive my product by EOD. Yet, I didn't. All I got was emails and SMSs quoting "sorry for the inconvenience". After that, the day of delivery advanced by two more days and it's the second day in a row today since I haven't received my order.
                          One of the customer support staff said that this issue is arising because of the pandemic. But how come there are so many people complaining the same complaint for the same Bamnoli sorting centre as I have, and these complaints are not even from 2020, they go way back?
                          I am absolutely done with Flipkart.

Hamara product hame har haal main 13 july se pahle mil jana chahiye hme company ki service bilkul achhi nahi lagi.

                                I have to buy poco x2 and there is only one option to buy i. E. From flipkart. And since 1 months it is showing that it is not available.

                                  I have purchased the motorola one fusion plus for 16999. I have been waited for long time and bought it on first sale (June 24). I have given my village address. As per the address my product should be delivered by july 5 th. I have contacted flipkart support guy so many times. My simple question is
                                  "why the hell my product is not yet packed?"
                                  I can understand the situation of corona. But if the seller really has a product then he should have packed and update the status. But whenever i approach flipkart support always says
                                  "team is working reallllly hard to resolve the issue"
                                  And the next day i will get message your issue will resolve tomorrow,
                                  How many tomorrows i should wait
                                  At last today i recieved message. My issue will resolve by july 13
                                  Why the hell i should wait? There is no pain at all in flipkart a*, its my money the pain will we under me.
                                  If there is any statement like if the product is delayed and the compansation will be like product will be free then flipkart support will truly work

                                  My questions:
                                  1) why the hell my product is not yet packed? (Cheating 1)
                                  2) i have changed the address to bangalore to but still my product is not delivered as promised date why?
                                  3) if the seller is in trouble, then how come second sale happened at july 5th and my friends recieved their products too. What happend to my device then is it went to moon or mars?

                                  You people just grabing money from guys like me and get interest and do festival. But we will suffer and atlast we cant do anything. Pain will be ours always. If i stop using flipkart nothing will happen. You will loose just one dump guy who trusted flipkart.

                                  Team is really working verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry hard to update the status will be resolved tomorrow and tomorroow again tomorrow ... till my death there is tomorrow.

                                  Today morning I have received the message that My issue will be resolved by July 14.

                                  This is not gonna hurt Flipkart people. Its hurting customers. If the flipkart gives punishment like if the product is not delivered with in time and 10 days grace period. They should give punishment to seller like the product will be not posted for that perticular seller for few days like a week or two weeks. Then the seller will work properly.

                                  If you stop posting the vision star products . then the seller himself contact you why it is not poseted. then the hell word I am listening since my device brough "TEAM" who ever working can explain him the situation.
                                  Then he can kick his own ba*** and work properly.

                                    I had reported to flipcart that i did not receive the price tag with both the same products of different sizes. I ordered the two products just to check the sizes.
                                    The wish master is, again and again, rejecting the pickup stating that there is no price tag. I had contacted to flipcart many times but they are not resolving the issue. This is total unfair trade practice and befooling of customers.
                                    I will further escalate the issue with other government authorities also if it does not get disposed satisfactorily. Flipcart executive has assured me that they will arrange for pick up but not arranging for the same.

                                      I purchased an iphone se 2020 64 gb white on june 16, 2020. I got delivery on june 25, 2020. The moment i received the box, i opened it, and i found the piece screen popped up from its body. It was damaged. Photographic evidence is attached. I immediately raised the complaint with the flipkart cs agents. They said they will get me a replacement. Now, from 25 june until july 3nd, i followed up with flipkart cs team and on 3rd june, 2020 they told me that return window is closed and they cannot do anything about it and provided me with apple service center no. Saying you have to go and get yourself fixed there and that this is what the flipkart resolution portal update says and we cannot do anything further
                                      As return windows is closed. I even tried to contact apple support team for the issue but they told me that its flipkart's liability to fix the issue and provided me with this case id. Case:[protected] flipkart policy clearly mentions that is liable to replace the product if i found it broken on delivery and notified which was the case. I have been referred to you for an expedite recovery. Photographic evidence of issue history is also attached.

                                      The Flipkart support team nudged after continous request regarding replacement of Damaged goods. They provided me with replacement ID of 122***********426270 and timeline to fulfill until July 13, 2020. I hope they will not miss this deadline and provide a complete resolution on the date. Much appreciate the hardwork.
