This is regarding my Samsung M01 phone purchased from Flipkart, it is not working properly and hanging all the time, i tried to contact flipkart, they sent a technician and told there is no issue, i again requested for return and refund but they are saying that no refund will be provided. Order ID is OD[protected].

I don’t want replacement for the profuct as i don’t trust flipkart now, provide me with full refund as soon as possible.

    My amount was debited on 9th of April for huggies paint diapers.but the order didn't received yet and also my money was not reufnd. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible otherwise I'll file complaint against your company. I didn't received any reply yet.       I am seriously not getting any help from your customer service team. As I escalated on 22nd July that I haven't received the phone ( IPHONE 7 Plus ) which I ordered from your website. Despite ample requests on Site, Social media and Phone calls every time I am getting weird explanations. Now I got an update that the request for a warranty card has been processed, whereas my concern is entirely different. I am just rephasing myself that on the 22nd July the parcel which was delivered at my place, product was missing in it. Please let me know what other information is required from my side so that issue can be resolved. Earlier time line was given on 24th July, then it further extended to 27th July and now it's 29th July that too I am not aware what requests have been raised by your customer service team.

      Please help me it's almost more than a week. I am following up with you guys

        The delivered product had only 4 vests in the pack. The product details shows it has 5 vests. Please clarify why 1 vest was missed out in the product delivered?

          This is my order number

          I had order 2 qty of oil sunflower of gulab of rs 1558... Inclusive of all taxes paid shipping and packing. It means should get product in proper condition that when i open it should be usable
          I had received poor packing product because of that two oil container collide with each other with no precaution in it product damage during transit this happen due to poor packing all oil was leaked inside and the product also given to me old stock which is almost expired i m paying money blindly thinking i wil get order in good condition and keeping trust on flipkart and this i had recived on return
          I can't accept this product in corona pandemic condition of leakage and expired product please arrange reverse pickup and refund my money back in my original payment gateway account can't take risk on health by accepting damage and expired product from flipkart

          This is 5 order i had order of milk powered because the amount was low so i had ordered 5 qty of different order but i didn't knew i will get old stock and damage also due to poor packing from seller the product damage internally the milk powder supposed to come with safety polybag and have some air bag inside... But this seller does not do this all material was damage inside dur to poor packing and all powder came out of it.. We can't accept this openly and damage product in corona pandemic condition please arrange reverse pickup and take this back to u and refund my money back immediately

            On[protected] at : 8:55 pm i have placed a order of power bank and paid rs 749 through kotak mahindra bank app to flipkart.

            Rs deducted from my account and i had received sms from bank for deduction towards payment to flipkart vide order id od[protected]

            But item is not appearing in order list and no sms received from flipkart for confirmation of order.

            Pl. Refund the money or deliver the item

              I lost my mobile number which is registered with the flipkart account. When i tried to update my new mobile number they are sending an otp to both my old and new number. I am not getting the otp sent to my old number and thereby i couldn't able to update my new mobile number.
              Now i have ordered a combo pack of a menstrual cup and its hygiene wash solution, but today i received only the hygiene wash without the menstrual cup. I posted an issue in my account and they are trying to contact me in my old mobile number.

                        I have request for returned but request cancelled by you, without justify. There is many problem in phone like that poor battery backup, fingefr senser not working properly, photo guesture not working properly. I done all activities as per guided me by trobuleshooting execetuive. But problem not reslolved.
                        Why seller is not able to fullfill return request, they deliver faulty mobile to me and now not taking any responsbility. Mobile phone is total useless bakwas.

                          I recently ordered niscomed pulse oximeter from flipkart for rs. 1999/-. However, they have delivered a duplicate product which is manufacture by contec which actual price on flipkart is rs. 851/-. Please see the attached photos.

                          It clearly shows that how flipkart is cheating with a customer in a time of pandemic and promoting chines low-quality products. Their customer service is also pathetic.

                          I would like to raise a complete to get a refund and along with compensation so that flipkart will stop doing it with other customers.

                          Almost one month completed but Flipkart did not resolve this issue. they even did not reach out to me. Pathetic service, looting people by selling china made low quality product in name of some other branch. I would like to escalate this issue to consumer court.

                                I have contacted several times but till now my issue has not been resolved.
                                Also lodged complaint at flipkart but they do nothing.

                                I request you to kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account.
                                When i see my credit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from si (Creva kissht) of in rs 20, 000
                                And this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score.
                                So i have contacted bank to do so. They asked me to clear the dews if any and asked me to contact flipkart pay later to deactivate following which they will clear the loan immediately.

                                So please kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account immediately.

                                  I purchased mi tv in flipkart... Its damaged... I raised 10 times return request.. Still again and again my return request they canceling it... Keep on doing almost 3+ month over still no one responding. I received damaged item raised return request till now no one coming for pick up... Shame on flipkart... Flipkart cheated me.
