I have created a Flipkart account long ago with my old mobile number. I lost my mobile number and it got de-activated in a way that I couldn't get hold to.

The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the OTP is being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
I post a complaint on Flipkart customercare 2 weeks ago with complaint ID :IN[protected] but the only response I got when asking for an update on this is "wait for 24 hours" it's been so many 24 hrs I heard in such a way that I stop asking for the update through Flipkart chat. I lost 15 super coins which expired this month due to unable to access them because of this problem. I want them back and please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    My issue is not resolved even after multiple follow ups for the order OD[protected]

    I raised a return request for Mast and Harbour Blue jeans with flipkart. I had given the product to my cousin as I had been to my office. Wish master came and told it seems there is one return pick up. My cousin gave one jean (Brown jean from different vendor) which I had given to her.

    Wrong item was picked by your wish master. He even dint verify the product brand and color. Now Ajio item went to flip kart seller. Seller accepted my return and the seller initiated the refund of 1104rs.

    So I cannot return AJIO item as it is picked by flip kart executive. I have Mast and Harbour Blue jeans which is also I had requested for return as it is not correct fit for me.

    I am supposed to return this product to AJIO to get refund of 2643.20INR as below. But I could not return now.

    My question is wish master mistake or not adequately trained by you people to distinguish between brand and colors. Why should I (customer) incur the loss. So if any wrong item gets picked means imagine about costly electronics devices which resembles almost same. I can return and get refund by returning some fake product. So this will give bad impression about flip kart for next potential customer. Any bad customers can take advantage of this kind o[censored]ntrained Wish Master.

          Really struggling asns feeling low about the ecperience getting from fliplart.
          Not allowing me to clear my dues flipkart later and will be a defaulter.
          Daily my half day going on writing and talking to agent to just allow me to pay the balance due to acc locked or else give me link to clear.

          Hope this platform allows some remedy

            His is regarding my two order numbers-

            1-
            Od[protected] apple iphone se2020 red.

            I purchased this order from flipkart but the item was defective. After so many follow ups from flipkart within 10 days i got revert from flipkart that you have to take the phone to apple service center. If i need to take the phone to apple service center then what is the meaning of return policy??? However, now i have given my phone to the apple service center for repair. It is very strange that within 7 days of purchase i need to handover my phone to apple service center.

            Anyway i agin purchase new phone from flipkart i. E samasung galaxy s10 with order id-
            Id - od[protected]

            But after two or three days i came to notice that it's side bixby button is broken and damaged/defective. I doubt the seller has shipped a used phone to me. I have initiated a return request but still no confirmation from flipkart.
            This time i don't want any replacement. I want my refund back.

            So i humbly request you to kindly initiate my refund. Thanks in advance

              I was orderd realme 6 (Comet Blue, 128 GB) on 16th may 2020. And it’s deliver me on 19th may 2020. When recive me my shipment then I saw phone missing to the box. Only accessories recived in the box. I was forwarded many time complain but flipkart didn’t give me any resolution. When I am calling flipkart customer support then they give me 24 - 48 hour for waiting. This problem I am facing last 1.5 month but I have not recive any resolution.

                This is to bring your kind attention to the below grievance.

                I have purchased an orient electric 20 l room/personal air cooler on 23rd may 2020 @ 5495 rs vide invoice no. Facxam[protected] and the same have been delivered to me on 30th may 2020. Regretfully i would like to inform that the item received with a defective manner and returned replacement on same day. I have received the confirmation from flipkart the item will be replaced on or before 29th june 2020.

                I would indicate to that now more than one month has passed but i have not received the item until now. We have purchased the order to get relief from extreme temperature whereas it was not able to get any usage during this summer season.

                I communicated with customer service team many times with mail as well as telephone for this issue. I have received various mail mentioned on different dates to resolve this issue.

                Finally yesterday on 2nd july 2020, i received an email detailing the update would be communicated on 9th july 2020. Also it is mentioned our area is a restricted location as per government authority.

                With anguish i would like to indicate to, please note the word which used in last mail. Only they are giving “updation” on 9th july2020 after 40 days. Also i am staying in chandigarh, it was and is not at all a restricted area from any such concerned authority, which you may please note.

                Hence, i request attention into this matter and resolve this issue without any further delay. Also i would like to request that if it takes much longer time further for delivery, better to cancel the order and refund the amount into my account.

                Today on 08th July I received above message.
                Please they are still need to update above matter on 15th July 2020. They are still telling restriction on our area. I couldn't understand what restriction is there in our locaton i.e Chandigarh. Simply sending message to keep delaying delivery.
                I complained you to get resolve this matter yet I am note getting any solution for this issue.
                Kindly let me know your favour on this matter as it almost going to complete 60 days now.

                            I ordered 2 quantities of curtains amounting to 1318 rs (659 each) with cash on delivery option on 31st may, 2020 and received the order on 4th jun 2020. I paid 1318 amount to the delivery guy and when i opened the packet, 1 qty was missing from it. I sooner connected with customer service of flipkart, they raised the return request and it got rejected after few days. I was taking the follow up almost every alternate days but with no success, they were repetitively re-assuring me that the issue has been escalated and i will get the resolution asap. Today (3rd july, 2020), when i called them and asked them about the issue, they said it cannot be resolved now, because as per the policy return can be made within 30 days of delivery and it's your fault why you did not call the team within the given time period.
                            I was following up with them almost every alternative day and this is what i heard from them.

                            Please don't return the product but atleast give the refund of missing item.
                            Will never recomment flipkart to anyone nor myself will use it again.

                              I purchase nike shoes from flipkart site on 16.06.2020 with order id - od[protected].
                              Item was delivered on 19.06.2020.
                              Due to size/ unfit issue i made return request on 19.06.2020, with return id -[protected]
                              Which was accepted by the seller and pickup was scheduled on 23.06.2020.
                              However, no body came to receive the item, instead i got a msg that return has been denied due to missing item.

                              I raised the issue with customer care of flipkart and again registered return request.
                              Request id is[protected], and they rescheduled the pickup on 27.06.2020 and then again on 01.07.2020.
                              However, no pickup happened till today.
                              I have called flipkart many times but everytime they assure that issue will be resolved.

                              Looking into such long delay in return process, kindly help me in getting my refund.

                                1). Order placed on 16/6/2020
                                2). Delivered on 21/06/2020
                                3). Under my reviews shared the photographs of the product i received.
                                4). Return requested on 23/06/2020 due to package is not satisfactory.
                                5).in receipt of the message on 26/06/2020 stating that the "technician visit scheduled on 27/06/2020.
                                6). Without the visit of the technician on the scheduled date, it has been shown under my order that the"installation & demo completed on 24/06/2020"
                                7). Again under my order on flipkart website, it is showing that the"delivery scheduled on 30/06/2020 and installation & demo on 04/07/2020"
                                8). Today i. E. 02/07/2020 i have tried with customer care no."[protected]" and opted for a call back due to non-availability of representative/executive directly.
                                9) i am in receipt of sms on 01/07/2020 stating that “we have escalated the issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 04/07/2020 by 5:00 pm. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679”.
                                10) i am in receipt of sms again on 02/07/2020 stating that “we have escalated the issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 07/07/2020 by 5:00 pm. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679”.
                                11) as of now also the package is at my home with asis condition when delivered.
                                There is no clear information from the flipkart team.
                                As of today, neither the technician visited my home nor escalated the issued with senior flipkart representative regarding the replacement of equipment.

                                Is this much follow-up is required from the customer?

                                    I ordered a pair of rubber hand gloves from flipkart. Received the consignment on 23rd june. However i received 2 left hand side gloves only.
