I cancelled hindware nevio plus 90 from flipkart on 23june20.

Return id -[protected].
Order id od[protected].

I haven't received the refund to my bank account. Nether any update. It's almost more than 16days. I am trying to contact them through my order, mail and contact number but still i am not able to contact them and not getting any update regarding same.in my order it is just showing that refund process has been accepted and amount will be refunded when seller will receive product, after that i didn't receive single update. Most important when i cancelled this product, it was packed and ready to be shipped.

    I won a samsung a30s in guess what game on 19 april but didn't get the coupon for buying product at rs.1 when i complaint flipkart customer service on 13th june they told me on 26th june that a gift card worth around rs.15800 will be added in my wallet within 48 hours. Now till today they copy paste the same message 8 times mentioning amount will be added in your wallet within 48 hrs. This is how they running game zone i request everyone dont waste your time in such games running on flipkart because they are running scam instead u can try ur luck on amazon atleast i[censored] won you will get whatever you won as per their t&c and no this type of time wasting fake thing happened with.

    The complaint not resolved at they call every 2nd and told me that i will get the amount in wallet within 48hrss. They can ran it till the consumer dont say that he dont want his money. I my case also today the 19th time i got the same reply which i mentioned in the SS above through gmail and call both. Now i realised that they dont give me money so i have to stop this complaint because i dont want to waste my time as nothing gonna do ever...

      I had placed an order for zebronics keyboard and mouse combo on flipkart on 28th of june, 2020. The price shown was ₹569. I have received the product today on 9th of july, 2020 and have paid ₹569 to take delivery, but on the box the mrp written is ₹449 which shows that i have been charged ₹120 over the mrp. This is a clear act of cheating the customer. Also the price of the combo being shown now on flipkart is even greater which is ₹699.

        My flipkart account has been blocked without any reason..

        When flipkart coins reached 2450 then automatically flipkart account was blocked..
        After getting more 50 coins flipkart had to pay 5000rs voucher to me, thats the reason flipkart blocked my account...
        If they can't provide such vouchers then why they bring such types of offer or directly they can inform that we are not capable of providing such coupons, flipkart shouldn't block anyone's account without any reason..
        I want justice

          I purchased a washing machine from flipkart, it got delivered on 1st july and till date it wasn't installed. No executive has reached to install the product and its still packed, i am unable to use it completely. If this is the service from flipkart then i believe its best to buy from local markets. I even called up the customer service as well, didn't get any help from them too. Sorry to say no more purchasing from flipkart.

                Sir few days back i ordered a laptop but due to some defects i raised a replacement for it. Replacement was approved on 21st june and the pickup date was 24th then they rescheduled it to 30th and then 7th july 2020. Whenever i am contacting there customer care service that are telling wait for 24-48 hours they will pick your product but no one is coming. Tell me what to do. I am very old customer of flipkart and they never did like this but this time i am fed up of them i am tired of calling them kindly help me.

                          Hi, i am from gurgaon, hr.
                          So, had placed an order on 30th june, 2020 n as per the details the promised delivery date was 6th july, 2020.
                          As per last update it had reached gurgaon warehouse on the 6th july, 2020 n delivery was then showing as 7th july, 2020.
                          Now 3rd day has passed too, without any update as its still showing the same update today n no sign of delivery. Not even a single courtesy call from flipkart customer care and no promising reply on email. The only reply ive got twice on email is "sorry to hear, please give us 48 hrs. Now 72 hrs+ have passed n nothing. So would like to know where my order is and when will i get it. Simple.

                                    I had received moong dal in old and poor condition when i open it the product was damage internally due to poor packing from seller and when i had check clearly small live black kernel inside it... Black kernel is live insect which create due to deffective condition and might be old stock

                                    I can't accept this product in cornoa virus condition which is harmful to my family and me please arrange reverse pickup immediately and refund my money back immediately or replace me new condition product

                                      Why are my orders getting cancelled one after another. If you don't want to sell this item to me why is it on sale? I placed an order for the mobile realme narzo 10 worth 8999 rs. And it showed congratulations your order has been successfully placed. Then i go and check the orders window, it shows the order has been cancelled. It's not the first time this is happening with me and also not just with this flipkart account associated with this order but also with my other accounts also suffer from this issue. And i must say this issue is more often that we could say i could barely place any order at all. It's so rude to do this to a customer because if you can't sell a product then why would you show the order has placed successfully, you shouldn't because it is like doing fraud for a moment. You are wasting people's time by doing that especially on the occasions of flashsale events. I plea for justice and for all the others those who face this issue. If the particular seller is the culprit or responsible for this then he should be taught a lesson.

                                      as you can see this order was placed on a flash sale event, and I wasted my time. but this ain't the only time this happening to me. if you can please check into my account related to the order id. I could barely place an order in flash sales. theoretically I can and you show me the order has been successfully placed but then after is the real issue happens. if the issue is as you mentioned of poor stockage trend of the seller then you must warn him not to approve orders surmounted above his stock capability if the message order placed successfully is showing because of this reason. more clearly saying; I don't wanna see order placed message if you are about to cancel it afterwards, that's it. if you can't give it you must say the stock is out. that's it. with that I could go on with my things rather than wasting time on your product page for nothing at 12pm occasionally.
