        Dear sir,

        I have ordered "mi led smart tv 4a 40inch" from flipkart on 21-jan-2020. The tv was delivered on 30th jan 2020. The tv was installed on 3rd feb 2020. At the time of installation, i requested the service engineer to provide me the demo of the product. He told me that he didn't have much knowledge about the features of the product. So, i requested mi service engineer for the demo during next week. There was no technician visit schedule for the demo. After that i myself started trying to understand the features of the product using mi tv you-tube videos. I found out that the product has mirror/screen cast problem. I raised the concerned for this issue on 11th feb 2020 to flipkart. The complaint was registered and return request for the product was approved on 16th feb 2020. For this, technician visit was scheduled by 16th feb 2020 and uninstallation was to be expected by 18th feb 2020. Pickup was to be completed by 28th feb 2020 (Screen shot attached: order return approved dated[protected].
        But flipkart cancelled my return request on 20th feb 2020. I escalated the issue again on the same day but there was no positive response from flipkart. On 23rd feb 2020, flipkart again re-opened the complaint for return and refund of the product. The technician visit date for uninstallation went on increasing for 1 month after continuous followed up with flipkart telephonically almost daily calling of about 1 hour. During this period, there was an issue of refund of rs. 499 for the wall mount which the official installation partner of flipkart (Jeeves consumer services). This amount was paid in cash by me to the technician visit on 3rd feb 2020 for installation of the tv. Neither flipkart not jeeves consumer services was refunding this amount to me as the product has to be returned back to the seller. Wall mount was required with the product. As the product is being returned, there was no use of the wall mount also. This was also to be returned back.
        After continuous follow-up, flipkart added rs. 499 as gift card on 17th march 2020 (Screen shot attached: gift card added to your flipkart wallet for order od[protected].
        Later on, i informed jeeves consumer services to initiate the uninstallation of the tv (Screen shot attached: flipkart uninstallation). But due to covid-19 pandemic lockdown in india was announced on 24th mar 2020 by our honorable pm shri narendra modi.
        My return was delayed again due to lockdown (Screenshot attached: return delayed).
        On 5th june 2020, flipkart cancelled my return request without informing me (Screen shot attached: update on uninstallation). On the same day i raised the complaint to flipkart (Screen shot attached: update request no. In[protected] which was to be resolved by 9th june 2020. Till today, flipkart has neither contacted me even after has not given me any resolution.
        I have called your flipkart customer care 4 times in last 20 days for the issue on 9th, 11th, 16th, 19th june 2020. Every time i am getting same response that flipkart will contact me in 24-48 hours. Even after submitting written message to flipkart app on 14th june 2020 and 23rd june 2020, there is no update from flipkart. My last email communication dated:[protected] is attached for your reference (Screen shot attached: email dated[protected].
        I have mentally suffered a lot after purchase of this product. I want refund of my money for the product as well as compensation for mental agony.

          You had sold a fake laptop to us. We had asked for return of the laptop on the second day itself. But had reverted that your reseller had rejected the return and refund the 63900/_
          After calling you umpteen no of times, no response. Hence we had decided to file a police complaint and also consumer complaint. None of you had responded.

            Flipkart has blocked my another account which is a plus account by saying that i am reselling product, what if my whole joint family don't know how to order i am ordering on behalf of them also but for family use only and they are bloacking my account. This is #, now i want to download my invoices, what shall i do?
            Unblock my account urgently please.

              Dear sir,

              I have online purchased syphony air cooler from m/s. Flipkart website on dated[protected] and from flipkart they delivered symphony aircooler on 31/05/2020. After that i have open the product and find that syphony cooler performance is not that up to the mark as mention on flipkart website. So i raised the product returns request on very next day 01/06/2020.
              After that they approved my returns request and said that product will pick up within 10 days on date 11.06.2020. (Screen shot is attached for flipkart returns approved). But till date they are not pick up his product or not giving me a refund.
              I have raised lots of complaint on his website portal and i write mail to his team as well i write on his twitter account but same answer i has got from him “ we are surely give solution to you, sorry to hear that we understand “
              Even i have got lots of call from flipkart, his representative said within 48 hours we will surely pick up the product from your house.
              So, please kindly help me out to get the my hard earn money from flipkart

                I ordered the product and delivered on 15/6/2020. After 4 days the product suddenly stopped working. Then i requested a return process on 20/6/2020.
                But now flipkart rejected my return request. They not done any technician visit.

                  Dear flipkart,

                  I am a flipkart plus member and flipkart provided pay later facility on[protected], back then pay later service was provided by idfc first bank flipkart tied up with idfc first bank and flipkart asked customers to complete kyc, i have completed the kyc.

                  The issue is, this pay later is reflecting in my cibil report as personal loan of rs 60, 000 from idfc first bank actually flipkart provides limit...

                  My order id is od[protected]. When i am received my order on 12:30 to 1:30 on around.
                  And your delivery boy collect my old phone then give me new phone. He has updated on 7 :44 pm phone is delivered. But when i am checking the order status is confirmed delivered. Then see the exchange phone is not showing. Your delivery boy is mention i have to pay the cash amount. I want to know about where is my exchange phone which phone your delivery boy collect me. I want my exchange phone and provide me contact number of your delivery boy.
                  I called many time flipkart customer care they told me you wait for confirmation mail or msg. But till now i am not received any call or msg from flipkart.

                    I have ordered renberg orchid induction bottom cookware set. It supposed to be 7 total item in package but received 4 items, that to damaged.

                    The packaging was worse raised multiple request but all got rejected and the latest one got rejected stating that the seller declined as he sent the intact one.
                    But i have received bad product that to with worst packaging, no mrp or box, just the flipkart carton box with cello tape on it.

                      Hi team,

                      Delivery date: 25th june, 2020

                      It has been more than a week now since the product was delivered.
                      1. The product was delivered in a damaged state. Both outer packaging and inner products.
                      2. The return option on the flipkart website or app doesn't work even though product is eligible for return. Its 8 days now and flipkart is still not able to process the return request.
                      3. Seller guarantee a assembly by seller within 72 hours of delivering the product. It has been 8 days and there has been no communication from seller regarding assembly.

                      I have been calling to complaint regarding the same daily since the delivery but no support has been provided.

                      This has been a mental harassment from the service provider

                        My friend have ordered a mobile phone vivo z1pro with exchange of my old phone and paid the amount of the phone. The phone came to me after 10 days delay. And the deliver agent mr. Sanjay kumar dagar refuse to take my old phone and walk away with the new phone, didnot gave the new phone. The phone should show in my order section of flipkart as canceled order. But it is showing the phone has been delivered. I am trying to reach the customer care for this problem. But not able to talk to any customer care personal since 3 days.

                                Splenda sachets no calorie sweetener 3.5 oz sweetener

                                I recieved a duplicate product from the above seller. When i claimed for the refund customer care people took some time and told me we had a word with seller he is telling the product is genuine and they told me if you have dought you can call the splenda company and get back to us at any time and they marked my issue resolved.

                                  I was trying to place an order of One plus Bluetooth earphones but it was not successful but payment got deducted from My Kotak account of 1999rs. I tried to contact flipkart customer Team but couldn’t connect.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased voltas 1.5-ton 3 star split inverter ac - white on 30th may 2020 with order id: od[protected]. For a consideration of rs.31249 paid via icici bank credit card. The product got delivered on 6th june 2020.

                                    The said goods are suffering from the following defects:-

                                    There is cbu code mismatch on odu and idu hence the voltas/flipkart technician informed me that the product can’t be fixed. Enclosing the service report.

                                    I have reported the above matter to flipkart several times by sending the email and by calling the flipkart customer care but despite all my pleadings, flipkart has not made a good effort in resolving the issue. Which is indeed regrettable. On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same the product is present in my home without installation. Which you are liable to compensate to me.

                                    Flipkart are hereby finally called upon to replace the product with a new product or return the price/charges paid within 10 days of the receipt of this notice failing which i shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressal of my aforesaid grievances and recovery of the aforesaid amount such proceedings, both civil and criminal as are warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of the consumer protection act, 1986 exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences which please note.

                                      I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                      The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                      Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account. My old mobile no. Was [[protected].] and my new mobile no. Is [[protected]]. Plz update on flipkart.
