I had ordered iphone se 2020 on 27 june 2020 and on 1 july 2020, i recieved my order, next day, i complaint flipkart that speaker is damaged, flipkart is neither providing me refund nor replacement of product, but according to policy, within 7 days of purchase of product, we can replace the product, if issue is there
I want refund or replacement of the product as soon as possible

Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
I have to explain them everytime what has happened from begining god knows how is the company working.
If i had mail id of the CEO i would have emailed him correctly why are not able to make progress because of such third class customer service.
This is my last purchase from flipkart after receiving refund i would uninstall the app and make sure non of my contacts buy anything from flipkart.
Coming to my case
FLipkart customer care executive on call had closed my return request suggesting it is taking long for LG to respond and re-opened new return request which i am unable to track or do anything from the app as in app it says return request rejected as it is re-solved and i have crossed the deadline of 15 days return policy...
After contacting customer care as obvious they dont have any clue they say tech visit was planned on 10th july but did not happen, whereas i received message from LG tech visit would take place on 13th July which also did not take place.
Please let me know "the consumer complaint " forum if you are able to resolve it or else i would go striaght to consumer court and sue flipkart for the nuisance and problems they have caused me in this whole month.
