I have ordered two rackets but i have received only one ...I contacted customer care but they are reluctant to refund
I have cctv footage of the delivery guy delivered at my reception and I have opened it in front of camera I have all the evidence to prove that I am not lying

    I purchased a Thomson r9 32 inch tv from flipkart and installation happened on 20th June 2020. After 2 day o[censored]se the TV started showing problems. The Tv taken long time to switch on and so I raised a complaint and technician came and said that he cannot slove the issue as it was under 10 days replacement policy. Flipkart promised to replace the defective product but till date they have not solved the issue and have rejected my replacement and not responding to my mails.

      I brought lg monitor from flipkart which was fully broken at corner and totally unshield.
      just right there i requested to return the product.

      1. two days later i got a call from e-com service for pick up my return requested product. and he wanted to pick up the product without giving me any receipt copy with " rudly behaviour". and i deny to handover the product without any proof.

      2. i complained my problem to the flipkart customer support as per day.they told me that "team was working on my issue and i will get back call from their".

      3. i have not received any call from their.

      4. and suddenly few days later i was noticed that my return
      request canceled by flipkart before my pickup date.

      5. i astonished without knowing any reason.

      i think i have to go to police station ..flipkart cant resolve my issue ... every time when i try to contact with flipkart, the flipkart executive says that the team is woking on this ...But there was no solution..

        Hello Team,

        I am not able to play game's into game zone section and Flipkart banned me on 5th June 20.
        I won 4 small prizes and many 25rs coupons before game Play stopped. Those all winning prizes are still pending to reflect in my account.
        I had called many time to Flipkart cs team about the issues but they are saying that it will get started after sometime but 1 Month passed but nothing happened till date.
        I am very old genuine customer till now so pls look on this from your end.

        Pls advise & assist about my account issues on urgent basis.

        This is not the proper way to handle query and you have not provided any solution and answer to me.

        Your customer service team and you both are not working for customers.
        Your reply is shows that you even don't care about any complain from customer from anywhere of platform.

        I wish your service get banned in India and your team loos your job then u feel the pain of customer and their query.
        till date no revert received and my id is still blocked.

          I have ordered 4 cinthol soaps of 100gms each thro Flipkart against order no OD[protected] and they have supplied against invoice no FADGS[protected] . when I opened the pack I found the MRP was blackened. I have one 75 gms cinthol soap which is priced at 26/- and this was priced at Rs.67/- each which is more than double. I wanted to know what is the exact price of 100gm Cinthol soap price. online sellers cannot increase the price to double. I am attaching herewith a copy of the bill, photos of the soap, and the cover photo of 75gm product for your reference.

            The product of OrderID-OD[protected] was expected to be delivered to me on 6th of July 2020. There is an inordiinate delay in delivering the product even though the product has reached my town on 4th July itself. Moreover I am not being updated about the product for m past two days . Since payment is already made and it's not cash on delivery u seems to be negligent about the product delivery.

            I have already raised a complaint by calling flipkart customer care. Complaint no is IN[protected]. Still no response from u r side.

            Find attached the status of my order on the Flipkart app. No more updates are being provided.

            Failure on u r part to come up with a prompt and satisfactory action will force me to take appropriate legal penal action against you and furthermore you will be loosing a good enthusiastic customer permanently .

              Flipkart blocked my account, when I reach customer support they are telling my account have more returns and I cannot access my account ever. I have ordered around 9 products once, In that I ordered a shoe, I received one shoe with 8" size and another with 9", So in this case what I need to do ..? Do I need to keep that ..? NO right . I ask the same to customer care and they are telling they will update in 24-48 hrs every-time. I am getting same reply from past one week, I am get getting proper response from Flipkart end, the way they respond to the customers are highly bad and unsatisfied. If they send me what I have ordered not only me No one will return the products. If they want any return requests from customers they should have maintain proper quality and they should send us what we ordered, Please do needful

              Hello Flipkart, May I know how many returns I have made ..? I you don't want any returns from customers you should not gave return policy while we buy the products, and also you should think about why we return the products . Even we dont want to return the products we purchased, again it is a headache for us also to raise a return request and followup with you. So, now you are telling I have high number of returns, I have raised return because I didn't receive the correct product which I ordered. For example, In my last order I ordered for Redtape shoe, I received one with 8" and another is 9" size, In this case what should I do ..? please educate us ... I have ordered the products which have return policy, So, I think this is not a mistake from my side, I need a resolution on asap .

                  Flipkart Order ID: OD[protected]

                  On 13th june they delivered product, installation done by them and their mechanic found its manufacturing defective product.
                  Placed replacement request along with Uninstallation.
                  They accepted it.
                  Pickup courrier partner everyday returned in empty hand because it was not uninstalled.

                  Requested flipkart customer care many times but they failed to give the service yet.
                  Everytime I call them they give one deadline and fails to resolve.

                  Finally they told via call, your Uninstallation request is cancelled.

                  It's one month now. Summer gone. Winter is about to come.

                  They didn't resolve the issue yet 1st thing.
                  2nd they took 1900/- for installation instead of their rate 1599/-.
                  3rd, if they resolve issue in cold days i will not able to use it to experience their machinary defect and warranty will void between this time.

                  I need refund from them. Its too late now.

                  Today again your pickup partner came and returned back, they denied for Uninstallation.

                  They told- "it's not our work. We will only pick up the uninstalled packed item. Ask flipkart to do that".

                  Fyi - I need the money back. AC is not in use, out of expected use duration.

                        Hello,
                        I made a purchase for a ASUS laptop ( Model S430FA-EB006T with Serial No KCN0CX01E385491 ) from Flipkart - Order Id - OD[protected] which was delivered on 11th June. I was facing audio issues with the Laptop for which I raised a complaint with ASUS on 15th June. ASUS service engineer came and examined my laptop on 19th June and they found that there was some issue with the Mic and since they were unable to repair it they issued me DOA Letter on 2nd July mentioning that I could replace my laptop with a new one from the merchant ( Flipkart.com in this Case) by providing this DOA letter from ASUS.
                        So, after receiving the DOA letter from ASUS I had provided the document on 2nd July itself to Flipkart with the DOA letter and describing the chain of events. From Flipkart end and incident was created for this IN[protected] and I was assured from their side that they will get back to me by 6th July and issue would be resolved by then. Upon not receiving any further updates till 6th July, when I again dropped an email and called around 6th July EOD, Flipkart gave a new date i.e. 7th July. Now when again I did not receive any communication from their side on 7th July, I again followed up and they again gave a new “FALSE” date and again a “FAKE” assurance that my issue will be resolved by 8th July . So today is 8th July, today also I have not received any communication from their side and hence writing this email to you for resolution.
                        Even though I have a DOA letter from ASUS, it looks like Flipkart does not want to provide the legitimate replacement Laptop I should receive. This is outright fraud and cheating customers in the name of doing business. Also just to give you a perspective of since how long I have been following up on this, I had intimated Flipkart already when I was in the process of receiving DOA letter from ASUS just to make sure the process goes smooth. Still Flipkart chose to do this unfair practice and is continuing to do so.
                        I would request your urgent intervention on this as I am not getting any support from Flipkart end for this and all they are doing is harassment in the name of customer service. Request you to look into this.

                          The item was ordered on 22 june and it reached my nearest hub on 27 june. I waited till 30th of june as it was the delivery date. Since there was no update i raised a query and flipkart said me that it will be delivered on 6 july. So i waited till 6 july and on that day the order was cancelled. I was shocked to know that i the order was cancelled without delivering on the same day. I again raised a query and they said to reorder the product. I will not do it because i ordered it on a sale and now the price has increased. So i want to buy my product for the same price again or i need to get a compensation.

                              This is pure harassment from Flipkart.

                              I ordered 2 hand blenders but received only 1 and when I called customer care for the same concern they asked me to open the flipkart app and report the same issue as -
                              Return product - missing item - write issue

                              Hence I did that.

                              I've got call recordings of the conversations with delivery boy and customer care executive too.

                              I paid for 2 blenders and I got only one.

                              Now the recent communication from the company says that complaint has been resolved and the flipkart app says SELLER has rejected this??

                              What kind of scam is this??

                              Is it too much to ask for as a customer??

                              I am attaching the bill mentioning the units I ordered.

                                    Dear Flipkart Team

                                    I had purchased a Realme Buds Air with Wireless charging which was delivered on 07-Jun-2020. The order id of the purchase isOD[protected].
                                    When I started using the product I found that it was defective and so I contacted your customer support. A technician arrived at my house and confirmed the same about the product and told me that my product will be replaced. Later I came to know that he reported otherwise because of which my product replacement got cancelled, which was a lie as I am having video evidence that it has several issues. And so I raised another complaint regarding my replacement and I got notification that I will get a call from your executive by 25-Jun-2020 and later the date of contacting me was extended to 26-Jun-2020. I am really disappointed by flipkart as your team resolved my issue on its own without even contacting me on or before the given date to me. I am attaching a video here where you can see that my device is connected to ear buds via Bluetooth while the earbuds are still in the case.
                                    I hereby kindly request to see into my complaint and resolve the issue at the earliest. I also request you to be nice enough to contact the customer on or before the given contacting date. Hope my faith in flipkart will be restored, awaiting your reply.

                                      flipkart pay later - personal loan account created

                                      I have opted for flipkart pay later option. It was shocking to know that, they created an idfc personal loan account without taking my consent and later has started showing due in that account, which is impacting my cibil score. This is a serious fraud of creating a financial transaction without my knowledge, against my name. I reached out to flipkart and idfc, but to no avail. I didn't get any response from either of them....

                                      I ordered a phone nokia 7.2 from flipkart.
                                      On the very first day, when i was checking camera quality, it was not even clicking pictures, i had to restart the phone.

                                      On the 2nd day it was hanging and voice is breaking in between, creating too much issues
                                      I applied return request and not accepted yet!!
