The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered product on 02 Jun 2020. Initially promised delivery date given was 15th June 2020 but product not delivered and flipkart team revised the delivery date from back end to 22June to 26 June. Once again product not delivered and date revised to 03 July-04 July 2020. Same repeated one more time product not delivered and revised again 13 to 14 July.

I called more than 10times to flipkart customer care, each and every time they are telling you wait to till the delivery of the product (as per promise date given in flipkart online portal).

I wait more than 1month 10days and still counting...

Flipkart revised delivery date from back end each and every time, next day if i call to customer care..only 1answer from them is you have to wait. And If i tell them im not satisfy with the given answer they will disconnect the call in between and disrespect customer.

Still the product not not delivered. Again delivery date has been revised to 26-July-2020 by Flipkart order page. And i called to customer care again and they told that you have to wait for latest delivery date updated in the flipkart page.

Already delivery date changed by Flipkart 7times (from 02-June -2020 to till date). Again and again you are changing date, not at all taking this seriousness of this issue. Just tell me how many days i have to wait for this product. Already crossed 45days and still counting.

    सर इसमे मुझे एक प्रॉमिस दिनांक दी गई थी जो कि 10 जूलाई 2020 थी उसको किसी कारण बढ़कर 12 जुलाई2020 की गई और अंत में ये आर्डर हमको बिना कोई सूचना के कैंसिल कर दिया जाता हैं अतः इस पूरी प्रक्रिया मे हमको परेशान किया गया है केवल और हमारी किसी भी समस्या को हल नही किया गया है
    अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि मुझे परेशान करने का क्या कारण है मुझे बताये ओर मेरा आर्डर हमको प्राप्त कराये
    और सेलर पर आपके द्वारा क्या कार्यवाही की गई इसको हमको अवगत कराएं
    ओर मुझे किसी दूसरे सेलर के द्वारा हमको मेरा ऑर्डर उपलब्ध कराया जाए और हमको जो परेशानी हुई है उसकी भरपाई तथा मुझे मेरे रुपये तुरन्त मुझे दिए जाएं मै 1 हफ्ते का इंतजार नही करुगा

            I ordered wireless keyboard on 11/7 and it is supposed to be delivered on 12/7 but it has not been delivered on till now. Nor they have updated in their site. When talked to customer care they say wait untill 18th they need 10 days to deliver the product. Now I think to uninstall Flipkart lost confidence on Flipkart weather I receive my product or not.

            FMPP[protected] logitec key board from Secunderabad (origin) to kukatpally(destination) do you need 1 year time to deliver. If you cannot deliver the product then why do you promise to deliver in 1 day

              Hi,

              I order a mobile phone realme x2 pro (8gb, 128gb) on flipkart and it was a pre paid order. The delivery was expected on 10th july which was delayed to 12 july and is now further delayed. When i contacted to their customer care they just the repeat their scrip "we have forwarded your concern to the relevant team and they will contact you soon"

              I read few more people complaining for the same issue but no action been taken yet or they haven't tried to smoothen their process. Would like you to register my complain and take some strict action on it

Since the product was delivered to you on 30 Oct 19, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request.                   - got a notification on 12 june, 2020 that my account has been blocked due to unusually high number of returns in my purchase history.

                  - to be more accurate this issue is regarding about orders on 1 june, 2020 (Order ids - od[protected], od[protected] which were cancelled by me (Because i found it at another cheaper price) and orders were not dispatched so these orders can't be considered in returns.

                  +{ imp} + — regarding my returns, this year is only one item.

                  This is very disheartening as i have been using flipkart for 7 years and the total value of products ordered this year is more than rs 1 lakhs.

                    I ordered the product on 11/07/2020 and paid using my gift card. But it is showing against the order that payment not yet confirmed for the bank.
                    While cheating with the customer care they are saying the item cannot be delivered. Make another order why shall i make another order and wait for another 1 week.

                          It was 18th june, i had issued return my book. But it is now 13th july, almost 25 days, but still my return is not approved. I had called in flipkart several times and they only told me i have to wait for sometimes. They told me that they are really sorry and they will reach me for that issue as soon as possible. But till they don't do anything. On 10th july i have again called in flipkart and an executive told me to wait for 48 ours. But the time is already over. I was waiting and kept patience for a long time, but now it is really bad and i am afraid of them that they are simply cheating on me and they are trying to make me foolish.

                            I have started getting the error message "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions" from last 2 days and it does not allow me to play any of the games on the gamezone.

                            I have never cheated or used multiple accounts ever to play games. I have however won games multiple times in the past. So is my account blocked from playing games just because i keep winning which does not "seem fair to me"

                                Already i pay completely payment and payment deducted in my bank account but still flipkart say payment hold you'r bank i am all chake bank side payment deducted and flipkar not given my mone back 1614 there still say me please contact you'r bank and bank say please contact flipkart but all clear i have transaction id 2 time my transaction done and flipkart cleary not give my money in my account

                                  Order not placed but amount debited.

                                  Read it carefully, i ordered tv cover of 329 rs and in payment option, i paid through phonepe wallet, amount instantly deducted from wallet and when redirected to flipkart page, it showed we had delay receiving amount from bank and order was in pending list and showed flipkart takes 90 minutes to process payment, after 90 minutes it is showing that order was not placed, flipkart will say that they did not receive any money so order was not...

                                  I have purchased a sony wireless bluetooth headphone of rs.3290 when i recieved the one side wasnt working so i return the item. They sent a mechanic to see if it was true and the next day a delivery boy taken the product. That was more than one month ago. By the flipkart procedure my refund should be intiated by 3 buisness days but i didn't get my refund so i called customer care they said in 2 days you will get your money. I have called them more than 20 times now in different days till now, they have posponed the date more than 12 times still i didnt get my money. They assured me 5 days ago in 48 hrs you will get your money and still i didnt

                                  customer care called me 3 days ago and asked for bank details again, and i give them the details they said within 78 hrs you will get your refund also they said they will call me for the update .as always they lied i didn't get my money and they aren't picking up when i called . i need my money, or tell them to give that money to the flip kart delivery store near me, i will go there and take it myself

                                  i didnt still get my money they said they will give my money in 3 buisness days .they need to understand i worked very hard for that money im not an adult so this amount is very huge to me once i returned it they said i get my money in 7 buisness days so on the behalf of their word i took loan from someone to buy another from a nearby shop i was supposed to give back money since i didnt get my money i had to work 7 days in a company to give that money .i had every right to be angry when i called customer care but still they said it will be refunded in one day, two day still they are lieing

                                      I had ordered 10 kg rice i don't expect that flipkart will give in poor condition not even in box that also i had neglected

                                      The product which i received is 1 kg packet of 10 qty she. I open it i saw there is huge insect of black which is black kernel when i had open the packet in that small insects were there i had taken the images and now i m attaching the images please check it

                                      This product is hazerdous to our health and also harmful for anyone we are living in invisible enemy of corona which can't see but affect human organ system badly but this product small insects which are live and affect our body who will responsible

                                      Please take this back all and refund my money back

                                      And also there is one request after this order seller had made this order out of stock it means when time of giving the order he doesn't have the stock he had given old stock he doesn't have the stock
