Please note that the our end booked boat aavante bar 1200 80 w bluetooth soundbar (Premium black, 2.1 channel) in flipkart against order id od[protected]. Same get delivery yesterday but unsealed package opened, that's why rejected from end. But our end requested to re-send product with good quality but they are rejecting. Now product price value changed in website around 3k more.

Kindly request you to resolve the issue and arrange the product with same amount. And note paid amount also not returned to my account

Flipkart not resolved and don't want any patience from my end getting product.They requested to cancellation and confirmed to not get delivery .that's why cancelled my end only. Flipkart also fake company...don't take any complaints from the customers and no resolutions from thier end also.

    Flipkart is not able to deliver my order on promised date and has revised it three times so far. There is no way to track the delivery as well. I have raised an incident with them but there is no good response.

    I request you to help me resolve the deadlock with my order as I have made this order work from home easily. Every delay is causing me back problems.

    They just delivered after the need was over citing issues with the seller. No quick resolution nor a refund. In the end received a defective product.

    Every six days I receive a delay notification for 6 more days for the past 3 scheduled delivery. This was ordered for preventing backache when working from home. I will have to press for a case for compensation if the delivery does not happen by 5th.

      Horrible first time experience with this company. I'd ordered poco x2 on 23rd june which was supposed to be delivered by 29th. Now it is changed to 1st july. And yet haven't received my product.

      They don't even provide proper update in time.
      And seeing all the complaints from other customers same as mine, i choose to never buy anything from this seller and i will try and make sure others i know do the same.

        I have purchased 2 hindware water geyser were it has water leakage issue and technician has visited and confirmed that the product is not working properly and he has taken the video and images of the product and told 2 or 3 days the product will be replaced by the brand and still no 1 has come

              I have ordered iphone se from flipkart on 17th of june 2020. Promised delivery date was 19th jun. It never delivered. I had to follow up more than 10 times and finally had to cancel the order and placed a new order on 27th june again. Same sort of stupidity was repeated by flipkart. Product reached to nearest hub then back to bamnoli then dispatched to nearest hub. These incompetent people just play with the orders themselves.
              Flipkart as taken money in advance doesn’t care at all.

                I had ordered some product from flipkart that was not delivered to me but in the flipkart ordered list it shows delivered and i had already paid price for the product through online payment system. The product is dr. Vaidya herbiacide capsules. And it's price is rs. 386. It is a fraudulent by the flipkart and also by the delivery boy.
                Please take some necessary action against the flipkart.
                And do something so that my loss has been recovered by refund or by delivering my product to me.

                After the response of Flipkart I was shared order I'd with them and 3days went for that but Flipkart didn't take any action regarding my order that was not delivered to me and that was show in my order list delivered and that product order I'd was OD[protected] . I was order that product on 24th June 2020, and it showed delivered on 30th June 2020 but I didn't received any product on 30th June 2020, such a fraud done with me by the Flipkart and after complaining and contacting with their customer care number they didn't gave any response and also not do anything to solve my problems not even refund my money for that product or not replan for delivery of my product

                    Ordered godrej washing machine on flipkart and the product recieved was defective.
                    I placed a replacement request, it was supposed to replace by 24th june. Flipkart is very careless about my order they are not giving me any update regarding this. They are not replacing the defective product.

                      I purchased a refrigerator from flipkart (Order ID - OD[protected] on 13/06/2020. The product was delivered on 15/06/2020. However after few days I found that the product is defective. There was a gap between inner and outer walls of refrigerator. The gap was wisely filled with foam like material to hide it and make it more subtle. As it was within return period, I raised a return request on Flipkart on 24/06/2020. My request was accepted and a technician was sent to confirm the same. The technician visited our place on 26/06/2020 and confirmed that the product was defective and eligible for return. But the same thing was not at all updated in my Flipkart account even after 30 hours. So I inquired Flipkart customer care regarding the same. They accepted my query and confirmed that issue will be solved by 1/07/2020. I was waiting for the response. On 30/06/2020 my account updated. But I was shocked to find that my return request was rejected without any reason. I again contacted Flipkart to sort out the issue but didn't get any proper response.
                      Now I need justice. When the technician has approved for return then why does my return request got cancelled. I want the item to be returned and the money to be refunded.

                        I bought two furniture from Flipkart on 6 jun 2020 as per expected delivery date order should be deliver before 14 jun & 27 jun but now they are extending my order 14 jun to 20 jun then 26 jun then 30 jun now extended to 7 July, customer care giving false promise did not sharing any tracking no courier detail. i have to pay my credit card bill they should deliver my order or at least refund my amount.

                          Hi Flipkart

                          I have purchased Lg smart TV(32 inch) from Flipkart. The product got delivered to my location on 27th June 2020. And installation and demo was planned for 2 nd July 2020.
                          And today I received SMS from Flipkart that installation and demo has been cancelled. Also on the APP, status is showing as cancelled. Please reach out to me via call as this is urgent. And who will be responsible if the product is damaged. We haven't unpacked our item yet waiting for service engineer to get it successfully done by him.

                              I had bought a Samsung TV from flipkart on 09th June, 2020 which was delivered on 12th June and Installed on 13th June. After few days o[censored]sing the TV i realized the one connect box (i.e. setup box) that comes with this TV is heating up very much. So i put an replacement request on 16th June. The box heated up so much that it somewhat melted my wifi router kept on top of it. After request i was told technician will visit on 22nd June, 2020 which never happened. I kept on insisting that my 10 days replacement policy will expire they kept on extending days. Finally the guy came on 24th June, 2020. He said everything is fine there is no issue TV will show you if it is getting extra hot. He said keep the TV on for two days and will follow up. No one ever called me back. I kept on asking flipkart they kept on saying we will resolve in two days. And finally the cancel my replacement request without informing me on 30th June, 2020. On chatting back with them they said technician said he resolved and customer was happy and exited the chat. I have read multiple forums of Samsung around the world saying this heat will kill your device.

                              Now I don't want replacement but I want return the product.

                                Flipkart has itself cancelled my product from their end after making me wait for 1 month+ and alleged me that "I have cancelled the order" when I neither had a conversation with the flipkart team, nor did I communicate by any means talking about the cancellation.

                                I hereby, confirm here that I do not want cancellation at all. I simply want my order to be delivered. Flipkart is probably trying to cancel it through unfair means, maybe because I ordered the product for a great price and cracked a good deal.

                                One more false claim through flipkart stating that "the order is delivered".
                                Its is absolutely clear that the company did not intend to deliver the product ever, using COVID-19 as an excuse.
                                I am saying this because it is a heavy order, and requires some efforts to make the delivery.
                                As a result, repeatedly false claims are made by flipkart executives regarding the status of the order.
                                Sir, I request the consumer complaints board to punish flipkart by providing me with a compensation for waiting uselessly for 1 month, ending with a flipkart delivery failure.

                                    Ordered Bosch Dishwasher from Flipkart and as per Bosch technician the product is damage and suggested for return.

                                    Dishwasher delivered on -9th June
