I have ordered 2 pairs of CROCS Reviva Unisex Blue (size 7) slippers but got the delivery of only one pair. I have complained regarding this issue but instead of solving this issue they blocked my account.
Kindly arrange to deliver one pair of slippers or refund the amount as earliest as possible.

      Product was suppose to be delivered on 15th june. But its rescheduled 4 times and new date is given as 14th july. Its almost 1 month late.

        I have ordered a laptop for studies (OD[protected] before lockdown. It is automatically cancelled due to pandemic CoVid lockdown. I have accepted the reason...
        Then after, I have ordered another laptop (OD[protected] *Big Savings Day*. I am happy, for reaching the product nearest hub to me...
        Today(10/07/2020), I have noticed that, order was cancelled due to multiple delivery attempts. Till today, I haven't received any Out for Delivery... I will be waiting for the possible delivery time...
        It is not affordable for me to buy with increased price...Please make a look at this...
        If Flipkart gives me, a prior notice...I would have suggested for possible delivery...

          I have been very old customer of flipkart.

          Please refer order id od[protected].
          My return pick up was scheduled on 22/06/2020 but never picked up till now.
          I have been given issue resolution date 6 times already till date.

          Flipkart customer care executives are clueless. Already many orders are delivered and returns also picked up. But my return never picked up.

          Flipkart customer care executives are clueless, useless. They are authorised just to engage you and waste your time. No information and no authority is given to them.
          I tried to connect with flipkart more than 50 times in these many days. But only i wasted my time.

          Flipkart team on their own will never give any update. All the time i have to call after passing of each resolution date. They will come all the time with new resolution date just for sake of delaying.
          Even i talked twice with senior executive but still no resolution.

          I want my refund now without further harassment.

            Dear sir/madam
            As per my order (Order no - order od[protected]/ od[protected] i (Controller of examination, igit, saranga) received a parcel from flipkart platform containing 02 nos of xerox xerox 106r03392 black ink toners/ cartridge on[protected] for official use. Due to covid-19 pandemic, our institute was closed on[protected]. After reopening of the institute, i opened the parcel to test the toners in the printers. I found that out of the two toners, one toner spilling black ink powder on the toner itself and also on the packet itself. One toner is working in all printers while other toner is not working in any printers in spite of many attempts.in my opinion, the toner spilling ink powder has been damaged during transport.

            I informed the matter to flipkart on[protected] and received phone calls on[protected]. I have received two calls by the number [protected]; one in the morning around 9.30am and second at around 4.00pm on[protected]. I received email stating that "we tried to get in touch with you on these number [protected] to discuss the issue but couldn't reach you." which is totally false. The flipkart closed the issue mentioning, ’resolved’ in my login page and i was not able to communicate with flipkart further.in both times, they tried to convince me about the return policy of the products/sellers which may be valid in normal situation/times. Under the abnormal situation/times covid-19 pandemic, state bank of india, indian railways, airlines and many others change their return policy, but flipkart can't. Being one of the oldest customers of flipkart, i was denied to return a defective (Or damaged during transport) product on the pretext of return policy. It is nothing but harassment to the customer.

            (1) is flipkart not responsible for giving platform to unscrupulous sellers to sell their defective/damaged product?
            (2) is flipkart not responsible for giving protection to these sellers by putting their defective products under non-returnable category?
            (3) is flipkart not responsible for giving platform to sell products without quality check??
            (4) is customer responsible for the damage of the item during transport?
            (5) have i not been cheated by flipkart?
            It is interesting to know that the online site like flipkart gives postal address for communication instead of email id! Very funny.
            I was cheated and harassed by flipkart
            Please kindly help me if possible as per the law of the land.

                The case is damaged, teared, the earphones had some dirt in buds, already used earphones i have got.
                Left earphone is damaged and not working.
                The case which i have got is teared from inside.
                What is this?

                  Mera flipkart account jo ki mere mobile number [protected] k sath register hai uske sath koi email register nahi hai. Mera account blocked ho chuka hai main flipkart plus ka member hoon aur kaafi samey se shopping kar raha hoon. Mera flipkart account yeh keh k block kar dia ki maine zada return kiye hai.
                  1. Ek return tha biotique lipstick ka jo khrab tha. Uska return mujhe mil gaya.
                  2 dusra return tha donara organics ka maine 4 pcs order kiye the aur usmein mujhe sirf 1 pc he mila package mein.. Aur maine delivery boy k samne khola tha. Uska refund b fasa hua hai mera 250 ka.
                  3 tisra return tha dabur erand oil jo main 90 mrp wala order kia mujhe 58 mrp wala mila 6 pc.58*6..348... Aur maine cod pay kia 396... Means maine 48 extra pay kar dia actual ammount se. Par uska refund mujhe aa gya.

                  Yeh teen issue the pichle kai orders mein... Yeh bol k mera account block kar dia k maine kaafi return kiye... Mere hisaab se yeh mere genuine returns the.
                  Abi mujhe apki taraf se koi sahayta nahi mil rahi... Mere account mei mera 4552 gift card balance b pda huya.
                  Please mera account restore kiya jana chahia.

                      I ordered 2 quantities of curtains amounting to 1318 rs (659 each) with cash on delivery option on 31st may, 2020 and received the order on 4th jun 2020. I paid 1318 amount to the delivery guy and when i opened the packet, 1 qty was missing from it. I sooner connected with customer service of flipkart, they raised the return request and it got rejected after few days. I was taking the follow up almost every alternate days but with no success, they were repetitively re-assuring me that the issue has been escalated and i will get the resolution asap. Today (3rd july, 2020), when i called them and asked them about the issue, they said it cannot be resolved now, because as per the policy return can be made within 30 days of delivery and it's your fault why you did not call the team within the given time period.
                      I was following up with them almost every alternative day and this is what i heard from them.

                      Please don't return the product but atleast give the refund of missing item.
                      Will never recomment flipkart to anyone nor myself will use it again.

                        I had ordered 3 Yozo orthopedic foam solid pillow worth Rs 769 each. Today I received only one of them. I was surprised but thought that the other 2 items will be delivered. But when I checked my orders section in my account I found all the pillows are in delivered status. I have already paid Rs 2300 including delivery charge. Never expected this kind of disappointing service from Flipkart. I also called support to for this but did not get any assistance from them. They told me to place a replace request also could not assure me that my money will be refunded. Either deliver the rest of the products or refund my money. This is really disappointing.

                          Flipkart blocked my account [protected] due to returning the products. I was unable to receive that bcz i was out of town..& also i returned some products bcz i was not satisfied with that. That's why company block my account.. Customer purchase products bcz he need that.. Satisfaction of product is more important.. So customer has right to return that product which is not satisfied.. That not means company to block his account.. Trying for 3 months or more to unblock my account..

                                Display is not working correctly. Nor hdmi port is working

                                We have contacted flipkart customer services for the resolution but we only get the deadline dates, no one came to check it out nor technicians call/message received from any end.

                                It's been 30 days we are facing an issue but still not getting any positive response from flipkart side.

                                  I brought a mobile micromax canvas infinity pro from flipkart, the order id is od[protected] the delivered mobile have an issue with mic and while calling the receiving person not able to hear the voice properly and i gave the same as a complaint but the technician who visited the home does not even listen to us what is the problem and he told that everything looks fine and he not even answer our question and left the house now we are not able to reach any customer care via email or call to give this as complaint i am wondering why flipkart doing such a service the mobile mic is not working properly then why the technician not even listen to us i need you to help to resolve the issue

                                  If the issue is not resolved then i failed the complained because if the mobile is handover to the service center then the can easily find that the mic is the problem

                                  And its know to everyone that flipkart cheating the customer

                                  Better we can have a call to discuss on this issue

                                  This is one of the worst services from flipkart not even understand what is the issue customer is facing

                                  Without understanding the issue, simply giving a resolution statement

                                  How you are expecting that customer will accept if the defected product is delivered

                                  I am not sure why you doing such service

                                  I am really getting frustrating on this issue

                                  You are not serving free of cost to the customer, you have to satisfy the customer for the amount they have paid

                                  I am wondering why you are delivery defect product to the customer and nothing fixed by a technician and you are mentioned that technician was fixed the issue, if i have the issue then i can contact the service center

                                  This is really not acceptable service from filpkart

                                  I need proper resolution need to be taken for this issue

                                    I had ordered some things from flipkart and since i belong to village area the network here keeps fluctuating yet i always keep an update of my deliveries and today when i spoke to the delivery boy and asked about my order he told me to come in a different place. When i told him i'd like my order to be delivered on the location mentioned he behaved rudely and replied that he can't do whatever i want to. Now tell me what does that mean? Ain't the delivery person supposed to deliver the order on the mentioned place.

                                    I've always liked this app and it's delivery service but this time i'm really disturbed by the inconvenient behaviour of the delivery person.

                                      It's really a pathetic service experience which i had with flipkart from past 15 days.

                                      After so many attempts to connect with your service team but still having empty hand because i can't understand where is disconnect that you guys running a professional online service and failed to address a single complaint. How you manage your customers serrvice tat and maintain your sigma.

                                      Really bad customer service. Now just need one support from your company to cancel my order and process the refund immediately.

                                        This is to notify you about a problem i am having with the customer care service of flipkart. The following series of events have happened as follows :

                                        - got a notification on 12 june, 2020 that my account has been blocked due to unusually high number of returns in my purchase history.

                                        - to be more accurate this issue is regarding about orders on 1 june, 2020 (Order ids - od[protected], od[protected] which were cancelled by me (Because i found it at another cheaper price) and orders were not dispatched so these orders can't be considered in returns.

                                        + regarding my returns, this year is only one item.

                                        + this is very disheartening as i have been using flipkart for 7 years and the total value of products ordered this year is more than rs 1 lakhs.

                                        — i have contacted customer care executives many times and written emails many with proper facts but i have been getting the same automated replies and not listening to my reasoning.
