    From past 15 days i am being harrassed by a pickup of wrong product delivery by flipkart. Whenever i speak to the flipkart customer service about it they tell me to wait for 24 to 48 hours for resolution. But so 15 days have passed like this yet they are not resolving this issue of refund and puck up.

      From more than half a month (more than 15days) i am waiting for the pickup of a wrong order delivered to me by flipkart. Every time whenever i speak to the customer service they say me to wait for 24 to 48hours for the puck up for my refund to happen. But over 15days has past like this which consists of so many 24 and 48 hours yet the product pickup and refund didn't happen. And they are not responding with an authentic resolution.

        I placed the order on 12 th june'20 and it has been more than 24 days and no update regarding dispatch /delivery date from flipkart.

        With repeated interaction to the customer service team i'm getting only resolution dates, that too are getting postponing and no concrete updates.

        I ordred the item based on their estimated delivery and such a long waiting is not serving my purpose of buying.

        If the seller is not responding flipkart should take action and forced them to cancel the order. Keeping the customer waiting for such a long time is not acceptable at all.
        Since there is no shipment and no update in the last 24 days from the seller, flipkart should interect with the matter with priority.
        I am facing this type of problem second time with flipkart.

        Sorry but response from flipkart is so poor and this is true.

        Pl act and cancel my order asap..

        Today 15th July and no action from flipkart. This is total disappointment. Surprised, why flipkart is not able to resolve this issue.
        I ordered this item with some specific purpose and since flipkart is not cancelling this order, my money has stuck and I’m not able to order from others good.

          I had purchased an MI android TV from flipkart, that got delivered on 30th of june, 2020. But even though the TV installation was scheduled on 2nd of july, as notified by flipkart, the installation didn't take place, and it has now been 6 days, that the TV is sitting there without any installation.

          I would like to request installation of the product asap, on or before 8th july is much preferred, since I would need some time to fully test out the tv for any defects.

            I don't understand those who are following all rules and regulations still suffering from your customers care executive and courier boys. Due to covid 19 effect, if flipkart has tightened it rules for them so they are doing fake complaints, extra marked complaints due to that we customers are getting marked as blocked. Few days back i had called, email to you and time was provided 6 jun20'..4:00 p. M. Bt i didn't receive a single response. So shameful and mismanagement of huge chain.
            Please i request u to unblock my account because it was not my fault... Most of the time i got my courier opened or non flipkart packing or sometimes it was single piece or broken. Whenever i complained to delivery man, he forwarded wrong remarks like unmatched, different item. Already i didn't get my huge money back from previous orders bt whenever i complained.. I don't know what showed in systems that they blocked my account... Still i m sitting quietly and writing mail... Bt if i will get no loyal judgement and response from your side so i can knock the doors of consumer forum that without my fault as a customer i am suffering for a long time and besides of hearing my problem flipkart had blocked my account.
            Hope will get positive response.

              1. Order placed on ~15th jun 2020.
              2. Delivered on 17th jun 2020
              3. Samsung technician visit and unboxing on 18th jun 2020
              4. Damaged item was cancelled on 18th jun 2020
              5. Still my item is lying idle as on 30th jun 2020
              6. It was informed that technician will visit on 7th jul 2020
              7. Today i see that my replaced order expired on return policy ended on 27th jun, wherein i have rejected the damaged item on 18th jun 2020

              Support us in this regard, we require replacement and cash of 2.00.000 lak for making customer go to these hardship.

                I had ordered infix hot 9 today. With taking all my efforts as i was unable to place order in last sale. But all my efforts gone in vain. You cancelled my order just saying that my account already purchased mobile.
                I am really getting disheartened 😭 by your service. And will surely boycott your flipkart, if next order also got cancelled.

                    I ordered 2 sarees and they delivered only one saree and they are not ready to refund the missed product money.
                    I have the received packet and saree as a proof.
                    This is not a small issue, they are just cheating customers.
                    Each saree worth 1088, that's not a small thing in this carona time.
                    It's clearly showing that packet won't sufficient for 2 sarees.
                    I am ready to fight against flipkart/seller in court as well.

                    I am not sure why Flipkart people are requesting me to share voter Id, Pan card, Aadhar card?
                    Here issue is very simple and if they send any executive then also i will show him the package cover and product. It's clear that seller sent only one product instead of 2.

                    I can say one thing if flipkart entertain this kind of fake sellers then some day they will also be like Snapdeal for sure.

                    Flipkart customer support is just worst, they are not even responding. I am not sure how they can cheat people like this?

                    Till now no one from the customer support reached me, Flipkart CCARE is not at all useful towards customers, they are helping fake sellers. If like this happen then one day for sure they will be like snapdeal.

                        I joined flipkart affiliate program in 2018, and the have have their own payments rules like if you need egv (Electronic gift voucher) then minimum amount is 2500 and if you need money in bank account then you need minimum 4500 inr to transfer amount for the same.

                        And recently in march i just made it to 2200 inr (Approved payments) in flipkart affiliate, after lockdown i just checked my affilate marketing stats and i realized that flipkart affiliate marketing program is not showing any previous payments reports and other details and my account balance in flipkart affiliate marketing program is zero!,

                        I think flipkart affiliate program is fraud, i mailed their team so many times and they havent replied. I think flipkart affiliate program theft my approved payments.

                        I have already uploaded documents which is required.

                        For reference you can check the screenshot i have attached.

                        I am hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. I have worked very hard and now i'm not getting my earned money.

                        Please help me to receive my approved payments back in flipkart affiliate program.

                            I have ordered Lotto shoes with order ID OD[protected]. But what I received was completely different model and size which was of no use to me. I files replacement request but was cancelled. I again talked to customer care and again raised replacement request but again was cancelled by flipkart. When I raised comolaint, everything was in order. like raised the complaint same day I received order and my request was genuine. I urge everyone not to use flipkart as they don't value your hard earned money.

                              Flipkart team delivered a defective washing machine and they admitted that they will pickup the product and refund the money. As per their promise it supposed to be picked up in march and i was given with multiple dates for pickup may14, 31, june8, 9, 10, 29, 30, july 8, 9. I got a below message on july 2nd "return update: pickup services have resumed and your bosch 7 kg fully automatic front load silver is scheduled to be picked up by 09 jul 2020. Please keep all items received ready in the product box, along with the tags, accessories, and the invoice for a seamless pickup experience. Kindly note, the pickup date is subject to change based on the government guidelines for your zone. Thanks for your patience. Regards, flipkart" but in their website, they have cancelled the pickup on july 3rd. I have lost in flipkart company, i have almost spent 32000 rupees and mentally under depression for more than 4 months starting from march 7th to till date. Please consumer forum, interfere into this situation and do the justice or else i have to take weird decision like commit suicide. Being a middle class family, i know what is the value of 32000 especially during corona pandemic. I have already detailed everything in ticket 2073373. Company replied that they have tried to connect me and asked for alternative number. I have almost raised 42 complaints and in every complaint i have provided my alternate numbers but they didn't provide any resultion.                                   I have been purchase a IFB 6 KG washing machine.On 26th june Installation person came and make the installation then when I use it make noise. Then I call to the installation person he says he will come tomorrow. On 27th june come to me and find the product is damaged from outside back. He told me return the product because it's a damaged. I make return the product and there was given a time to technical person will visit on 2nd july but no one came and then give a date on 4th july. Still now no one came to approve the return. I call to customer care many time but they tell me only for waiting. In this time my EMI will be start and O have to pay extra interest also. My money also engeged and I can't utilities the product. Now I get a message my problem will be short out on 9th july. It's too much for waiting and I feel tension that they will not return my money. There have also no exchange option.                                     Reason for compliant:- i have order product from flipkart on 23rd july bcoz good offer for product seen, after ordering product i have started tracking product (Also attached pic of delivery track for reference), later product reach to nearest hub, and also tracking details showing same, i was waiting for delivery agent boy contact number with pin but neither msg receive form delivery agency nor no call and product got cancel on 28th june without informing. Need reason for this
                                    Also product was prepaid, if i want to cancel my order than y i should order prepaid, payment mode was by credit card which i converted the amount in emi with processing fees for same.
                                    Tried calling many time spoke to many people (You can check call history in system, ans also way i talk to them after this bad service) but they cannot provide any solutions told sorry sorry sorry but they are sorry cant pay my processing fee and emi and apart from them y i didnt told to transfer my money
                                    For an example:- if i buy a product from market than that product is mine, not the seller. So seller should give the product to mine, i will see what to do with my product not an seller.
                                    Please i need revert on this... Flipkart is doing fraud with me... And i am regular buyer of flipkart if this doesn't resolve i will circular this in review...
