I have raised a concern/issue to customer care that I am not able to login to my account as it is stating that my account is blocked. I have stated my point that if the consumer is not getting desired product, the person will return the product only. Then what is the issue in this and I am a valued customer of the company from last 10 years. But I am not getting any desired response from any of the customer care executive. Everyone stating that please wait as the issue is raised and no response is coming on that front.
If the response is final that the account will not be opened now then I have two main concerns which I have raised as below:
1) I have to pay my pay later bill i.e. around 2480, but as the link shared by company is not working and app is also not getting opened, how I can pay my bill.. but there also no response from customer care executive. My last bill date is 10th July. As a valuable customer, I want to pay bill but as no response from flipkart end. So, any late fees after 10th July 2020, who will bear this.
2) I have around 500 rs amount which is my money present as a wallet balance. Which I want to use, but there also no response from the executives
If the account cannot be opened due to policy concerns, I am fine with it.. But at least please help paying the bill and also how to use my balance amount present there.
Mails for multiple requests to flipkart are attached and also contacted Customer care multiple times.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to let you know that our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

I am saying to atleast help in paying a pay later bill.
Last date is on 10th July. Please go through the complaint raised.. and provide adequate response..
