Ordered Blackber A1 PEN PHONE, received whitener in the box, on 6th july tried to complaint and return but did not get proper response from flipkart till date they are not understanding the seriousness of the matter what if it's been misused by someone else as I have ordered it, I might fall in trouble, please help

    Hello,
    I made a purchase for a ASUS laptop ( Model S430FA-EB006T with Serial No KCN0CX01E385491 ) from Flipkart - Order Id - OD[protected] which was delivered on 11th June. I was facing audio issues with the Laptop for which I raised a complaint with ASUS on 15th June. ASUS service engineer came and examined my laptop on 19th June and they found that there was some issue with the Mic and since they were unable to repair it they issued me DOA Letter on 2nd July mentioning that I could replace my laptop with a new one from the merchant ( Flipkart.com in this Case) by providing this DOA letter from ASUS.
    So, after receiving the DOA letter from ASUS I had provided the document on 2nd July itself to Flipkart with the DOA letter and describing the chain of events. From Flipkart end and incident was created for this IN[protected] and I was assured from their side that they will get back to me by 6th July and issue would be resolved by then. Upon not receiving any further updates till 6th July, when I again dropped an email and called around 6th July EOD, Flipkart gave a new date i.e. 7th July. Now when again I did not receive any communication from their side on 7th July, I again followed up and they again gave a new “FALSE” date and again a “FAKE” assurance that my issue will be resolved by 8th July . So today is 8th July, today also I have not received any communication from their side and hence writing this email to you for resolution.
    Even though I have a DOA letter from ASUS, it looks like Flipkart does not want to provide the legitimate replacement Laptop I should receive. This is outright fraud and cheating customers in the name of doing business. Also just to give you a perspective of since how long I have been following up on this, I had intimated Flipkart already when I was in the process of receiving DOA letter from ASUS just to make sure the process goes smooth. Still Flipkart chose to do this unfair practice and is continuing to do so.
    I would request your urgent intervention on this as I am not getting any support from Flipkart end for this and all they are doing is harassment in the name of customer service. Request you to look into this.

      The item was ordered on 22 june and it reached my nearest hub on 27 june. I waited till 30th of june as it was the delivery date. Since there was no update i raised a query and flipkart said me that it will be delivered on 6 july. So i waited till 6 july and on that day the order was cancelled. I was shocked to know that i the order was cancelled without delivering on the same day. I again raised a query and they said to reorder the product. I will not do it because i ordered it on a sale and now the price has increased. So i want to buy my product for the same price again or i need to get a compensation.

          This is pure harassment from Flipkart.

          I ordered 2 hand blenders but received only 1 and when I called customer care for the same concern they asked me to open the flipkart app and report the same issue as -
          Return product - missing item - write issue

          Hence I did that.

          I've got call recordings of the conversations with delivery boy and customer care executive too.

          I paid for 2 blenders and I got only one.

          Now the recent communication from the company says that complaint has been resolved and the flipkart app says SELLER has rejected this??

          What kind of scam is this??

          Is it too much to ask for as a customer??

          I am attaching the bill mentioning the units I ordered.

                Dear Flipkart Team

                I had purchased a Realme Buds Air with Wireless charging which was delivered on 07-Jun-2020. The order id of the purchase isOD[protected].
                When I started using the product I found that it was defective and so I contacted your customer support. A technician arrived at my house and confirmed the same about the product and told me that my product will be replaced. Later I came to know that he reported otherwise because of which my product replacement got cancelled, which was a lie as I am having video evidence that it has several issues. And so I raised another complaint regarding my replacement and I got notification that I will get a call from your executive by 25-Jun-2020 and later the date of contacting me was extended to 26-Jun-2020. I am really disappointed by flipkart as your team resolved my issue on its own without even contacting me on or before the given date to me. I am attaching a video here where you can see that my device is connected to ear buds via Bluetooth while the earbuds are still in the case.
                I hereby kindly request to see into my complaint and resolve the issue at the earliest. I also request you to be nice enough to contact the customer on or before the given contacting date. Hope my faith in flipkart will be restored, awaiting your reply.

                  flipkart pay later - personal loan account created

                  I have opted for flipkart pay later option. It was shocking to know that, they created an idfc personal loan account without taking my consent and later has started showing due in that account, which is impacting my cibil score. This is a serious fraud of creating a financial transaction without my knowledge, against my name. I reached out to flipkart and idfc, but to no avail. I didn't get any response from either of them....

                  I ordered a phone nokia 7.2 from flipkart.
                  On the very first day, when i was checking camera quality, it was not even clicking pictures, i had to restart the phone.

                  On the 2nd day it was hanging and voice is breaking in between, creating too much issues
                  I applied return request and not accepted yet!!

                    Could you please give an explanation of canceling my order, when the price of the item got increased after the sale happened last week, are you guys playing a dirty game here.. Feeling every bad about flipkart for this behavior.. This is the first time i am facing this issue. I confirmed with e kart delivery the they will deliver the product by 11 the july as i have noticed them that our family is serving quarantine. Also i have informed the customer care executives the same about it. Today moring i could see a message my order has been cancelled. Same thing i enquired with customer care they are telling they don;t know anything about it. Seems like filp kart playing some dirty game in the name if sales and fooling the customers once they order the items.
                    Please do resolve my query, i don't have a way out buy a new one.

                      This is let you know that i've very bad experience of buying apple iphone xr from flip kart. First the delivery came 10 days late. After delivery my old phone apple iphone 7 was taken in good working condition but today morning i got a call from delivery personnel that my phone is damaged by him by mistake and we have to return the new phone.

                      This is completely unprofessional behaviour, the delivery person is calling me again and again from different numbers and troubling me to take the old phone back and return the new phone.

                      My question is after the delivery person examined the phone for 40 minutes how can he blame us of any screen problem. Moreover, how can he trouble us for something we have not done.

                      Atrocious behavipur, not acceptable!!

                          I purchase lg 1.5 ton 5 star split ac from flipkart. There it shows that i have to pay total amount 34929 rupees as whole. They even made my bill as same amount. But after that they told me that i have to pay 36999.
                          And now they are charging me 4110.89 rupees and 407.50 tax total 4518.39 rupees.
                          It means that i have to pay total 40665.51 rupees for this product.
                          They misrepresent the data.

                            Sir/mam i'm naresh kumar naik i have ordered a phone poco x2 worth 18499/- (Prepaid) and i canceled due to late delivery process. And applied my refund query & it accepted by them.
                            After on 29th june the seller refunded my money to my debit card according to flipkart but flipkart had gave due date on 7th july to complete the process and money will reach in my account. But on and after the due date there is no money i received yet, but flipkart saying we are completed your refund. But till now no balance credited my account yet. What i'll do? I'm very depressed regarding this and 18499/-i is very huge amount for me. Please help me.

                                I ordered asus rog phone on 27th june and promised date was 3rd of july. Package reached my closest hub on 2nd july as per tracking in app. However on the promised delivery day of 3rd july, i got the notification that (Product can not be delivered today and will be delivered in 3 days). Upon approaching the customer care, no resolution was done as i was surprised why would a product take 3 days to deliver in the same city. After talking i observed that promised date was changed to 9th july and no assistance was provided. Changing promised date is not a issue but i was not notified about the exact reason for the delay. I even propsed to collect the package myself from the local hub but exact location of the package was not shared.
                                I am worried flipakart is deliberately delaying and can delay next promised date as well since they don't have any excuse for not delivering the product in same city for almost a week. I also suspect seller might not have even dispached the product and they are just covering up with the fake tracking info in app. This is my 3rd instance of late delivery with flipkart. And i might choose to ignore flipkart usage in future if there is any further delay.

                                      I have raised a concern/issue to customer care that I am not able to login to my account as it is stating that my account is blocked. I have stated my point that if the consumer is not getting desired product, the person will return the product only. Then what is the issue in this and I am a valued customer of the company from last 10 years. But I am not getting any desired response from any of the customer care executive. Everyone stating that please wait as the issue is raised and no response is coming on that front.

                                      If the response is final that the account will not be opened now then I have two main concerns which I have raised as below:
                                      1) I have to pay my pay later bill i.e. around 2480, but as the link shared by company is not working and app is also not getting opened, how I can pay my bill.. but there also no response from customer care executive. My last bill date is 10th July. As a valuable customer, I want to pay bill but as no response from flipkart end. So, any late fees after 10th July 2020, who will bear this.

                                      2) I have around 500 rs amount which is my money present as a wallet balance. Which I want to use, but there also no response from the executives

                                      If the account cannot be opened due to policy concerns, I am fine with it.. But at least please help paying the bill and also how to use my balance amount present there.

                                      Mails for multiple requests to flipkart are attached and also contacted Customer care multiple times.

                                      Sir, I have already said if acount can't be reopened, I am fine with it.
                                      I am saying to atleast help in paying a pay later bill.
                                      Last date is on 10th July. Please go through the complaint raised.. and provide adequate response..

                                      Not getting support from Flipkart team. To wh I can take help for paying bill.
