I have order poco x2 on 24june, the day i ordered it show that it will deliver on 7th july now it have change to 30 july.. Also it shows that the shipment date on 31st july.. So you are going to deliver before the shipment. What kind of problem is this? Please fix it and deliver my order on 7th july

          According to flipkart i should receive my refund on[protected] but i didn't received my refund till date and when i call or mail to flipkart they hang up my call in 30sec, flipkart is doing so wrong with me i need help i have updated statement if any need

            There was flipkart link of sale on 26 june at instagram i visited the nd done phone pay transaction of 4999 for mobile phone. After that no detail of that order is available to me.. Nd i had already reported it to flipcart customer care through help at application. I have been calling since transaction done to customer care service but busy line. I need my money back.

                I am divya. My order id: od[protected]Samsung 253l frost free double door 3 star (2020) convertible refrigerator). I have placed the order on 16th june 2020 by the name satya (Phone no:[protected]) in flipkart online shopping website. The item was delivered on 19th june 2020 and the installation person named shiva (Phone no:[protected]) visited our home on 20th june 2020. He said that there’s a problem with the legs of the fridge and it is not balanced. Shiva (Installation person) said that the technician would come and see. The technician (Phone no:[protected]) came on 22nd june 2020. Even he said that there’s a problem with the item so he took the photo of the item and told to return. I placed the return of the item on 22nd june 2020. It’s been a long time since i placed return of the item and asked for refund. No one came till now to pickup the item. I contacted the customer care multiple times, everytime they said they will resolve the issue soon but haven’t solved it yet. They are just sending messages that they will resolve the issue by 29th june and even today when i contacted the customer care, they again postponed the date to resolve issue. I want the pickup of this item and refund before the lockdown is announced within 2 days. Kindly consider my problem and solve it. Please send a reply.

                I never expecting this type of resolution they are just cheating me again they send me technician for return request the technician has said again the same that the product is damage and I also called customer care and made technician to talk with the customer care that the product is damaged.they are repeating the same old story that it should update.even after 24 hours they are saying the same.they are cheating me by not giving my money back.
                This website is fraud website they never give ur money even after multiple request for damaged product people like me should never trust them they just bluf[censored] by saying they will resolve ur problem but they are just cheating.

                  Mai aapko yeh awgat karana chahta hu ki maine flipkart se 01 tv thomson (55cm) liya tha october 2019 me, abhi jab maine apna room change kiya tab maine apne tv par external speaker lagana chaha or maine dekha ki tv ka audio jack ka plastick ka hissa thoda sa break huya mila jiski complaint maine 03 june 2020 ko ki parantu complaint lodge nhi huyeee or mujhe yeh kaha gaya ki aap direct thomson me apni complaint kariye tab maine phone karke thomson walon ko apni problem batayee parantu unhone problem solve karne ki jagah alag alag excuse diye jaise ki kabhi kaha ki aapka area red zone me hai, kabhi kehte hai ki aapke pincode me service nahi hai, kabhi kaha ki lockdown ke baad theek karwayenge aisa kehte kehte 10 se 12 din ho gaye isi douraan mai flipkart ke sampark me bhi raha parantu kahin se koi bhi solution nahi mila. Uske baad 18.06.2020 se mere tv on hi nahi horaha hai maine iski complaint bi flipkart me ki or flipkart se yeh message mila ki 22.06.2020 tak aapka solution ho jaayega, phie 22.06.2020 ko flipkart se message aaya ki 23.06.2020 tak aapki problem ka solution ho jayega, uske baad 24.06.2020 ko mr. Ashish gupta ka call aaya jeeves se or unhone kaha ki mai aapko software link provide karwata hu use install kar lijiyega tv on ho jayega software issue hai dinnank 26.06.2020 ki shaam 06.30 pm par unhone mujhe software link diya jise download karke maine unke bataye anusaar tv par pendrive dwara chalaya parantu us se bhi kuch nahi hua, or phir se maine ashish gupta ko phir se call lagaya tou unhone mujhe conference mein lekar mr. Sanjay rathore jeeves se baat karwayee tou unhone mujhe yeh kaha ki aapke tv ka motherboard change karna padega maine kaha kyon who tou warranty me hai tou unhone kaha ki tv ka audio jack break hai or who motherboard me hi hota hai maine unhe yeh kaha ki agar yeh audio jack ki wajah se hota tou 07 ya 08 mahine mera tv kaise chala phie maine unhe yeh kaha ki aap pehle engineer visit tou karwaiye tabhi pata chalega ki problem kya hai…. Lekin abhi tak engineer visit nahi huee hai. Sir jee lockdown ke samay ghar par ek tv hi hai jiske sahare ghar par raha ja sakta hai lekin pichchle lagbhag 15 din se tv bhi nhi chal raha hai aap hi bataye ki aam aadmi kya kare. Flipkart, thomson, or mere is case se related meri jis jis se baat huyee hai mere paas un saari conversations ki audio recordings hai aap kahenge tou mai aapke send karuinga tab aapko pata chalega ki kitna haraas kiya gaya hai. Kripya kar meri is problem ka nivaran jald se jald karwane ki kripa karein main aapka bahu aabhaari rahunga.

                    I book order of samsung a 50 mobile. Payemnt done 15499. After some time i cancel my order. But refund payment not credit my bank account. I told flipkart. But flipkart says i credit your payment. Contact your bank for any query.

                      This flipkart is cheating.. This is the second instance i had the problem with them. Had similar issue 5 years ago. Thought walmart take over would bring changes. But all same. Tookaway my working washing machine.. Delivered damaged one, and now says, seller does not have anything execept that. I could sense the cheating involved. They would return me the money back with the evaluation of my washing machine... At 2000. Cheating completely cheating.. No way to contact the seller.. And flipkart says, they can't help.. Hopeless and shameless., when they test the product while taking back, why dont they show up, when they deliver? Now who will give me back my old washing machine? I gave it because i got the good deal, now, since i get teh refund, when will i get my wahing machine as well?

                        Respected sir,
                        I want to say that my problem is not getting solved, flipkart authorities are just giving me further dates, they are not looking into my problem, they just call me and a new date is issued to me and asked for a feedback.
                        I want to know when will my issue get resolved i have been waiting since 25 days!! How much should i wait more, if the product was not available, then flipkart has no rights to take money from loyal customers and loot them by just giving dates, its against consumer rights! No updates, no messages, no emails for update even after enabling subscribing feature. If the product was not available flipkart has no rights to give a promise day and ruined someone’s day!!
                        Every day i called customer care, they just say we are sorry you will get resolution soon. We will give you a new update on this this day but still the same, no calls no updates!! I know if i cancel the order i will get my refund, but why should i? Why should i waste my 25 days waiting for you?

                              I had order nokia tv 43inch on 8 june, 2020 and was delivered on 19 june, 2020. Since them no technician has came for installation. As per there policy you cannot open tv as it will void warranty only technician can open it. I had call service centre more then 25 times but no one is helping. They are only giving me multiple dates for technician to come which were 21june, 25june, 27june, 29june now they are telling me 11july. I just want my refund.

                              Please request you to help me and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Flipkart allow me to open Nokia tv without any technician and also my warrently will not be void. and also when i open tv it was demage and then another Technician called me out for checking and uninstalled process, now flipkart approve my demage tv to be replaced. Thank you

                                Hi..
                                This is arjun... I placed an order for seagate external hard disk - 2tb, price of ₹ 5699 on 01st june 2020 (Title of product - seagate backup plus slim 2 tb external hard disk drive),
                                Which got delivered on 04th june 2020 but unfortunately its defective piece (I can't transfer any file into the hard disk) based on issue i raised a return request on 07th june 2020 which got approved on 09th june 2020..

                                Since then no one turned up to pick return parcel. I raised my concern over this with customer care which was registered with ticket (Flipkart customer service for [incident: in[protected] assuring to pick the order by 16 june 2020.. 6pm.. Since then i'm continuously following up but till now no one responded...

                                Worst thing is : they closed the ticket with out contacting me and mentioning as issue resolved... On reopening ticket, customer care executives are doing the same thing without contacting me closing the ticket.

                                Please look into this and try to help me with this issue and arrange a return parcel pickup.

                                      I have been tracking realme 6 for quite some time. It is never available in flipkart although it shows "#justhere". It comes and goes. Flipkart doesn't even have sales of phones as such. I am very disappointed.

                                        Vu premium ultra HD 4k 50inch tv is not available from 10 days.Daily I am calling to customer care but they are not giving right answer.so, contact the seller and solve the issue as fast as possible.
