      Hi, i am from gurgaon, hr.
      So, had placed an order on 30th june, 2020 n as per the details the promised delivery date was 6th july, 2020.
      As per last update it had reached gurgaon warehouse on the 6th july, 2020 n delivery was then showing as 7th july, 2020.
      Now 3rd day has passed too, without any update as its still showing the same update today n no sign of delivery. Not even a single courtesy call from flipkart customer care and no promising reply on email. The only reply ive got twice on email is "sorry to hear, please give us 48 hrs. Now 72 hrs+ have passed n nothing. So would like to know where my order is and when will i get it. Simple.

        I had received ghee in deffective condition and old stock as in lockdown period we are taking much health conscious we are not going outside anywhere

        I had preffer order grocery product from flipkart first experience but bad from flipkart seller

        I had recived old stock almost expired product and also in damage condition due to poor packing and shipping

        The ghee money is totally wasted of rs 982 please arrnage return pickup for this product and refund my money and don't give expired product to anyone no use of it and also don't give damage condition also

                I had received moong dal in old and poor condition when i open it the product was damage internally due to poor packing from seller and when i had check clearly small live black kernel inside it... Black kernel is live insect which create due to deffective condition and might be old stock

                I can't accept this product in cornoa virus condition which is harmful to my family and me please arrange reverse pickup immediately and refund my money back immediately or replace me new condition product

                  Why are my orders getting cancelled one after another. If you don't want to sell this item to me why is it on sale? I placed an order for the mobile realme narzo 10 worth 8999 rs. And it showed congratulations your order has been successfully placed. Then i go and check the orders window, it shows the order has been cancelled. It's not the first time this is happening with me and also not just with this flipkart account associated with this order but also with my other accounts also suffer from this issue. And i must say this issue is more often that we could say i could barely place any order at all. It's so rude to do this to a customer because if you can't sell a product then why would you show the order has placed successfully, you shouldn't because it is like doing fraud for a moment. You are wasting people's time by doing that especially on the occasions of flashsale events. I plea for justice and for all the others those who face this issue. If the particular seller is the culprit or responsible for this then he should be taught a lesson.

                  as you can see this order was placed on a flash sale event, and I wasted my time. but this ain't the only time this happening to me. if you can please check into my account related to the order id. I could barely place an order in flash sales. theoretically I can and you show me the order has been successfully placed but then after is the real issue happens. if the issue is as you mentioned of poor stockage trend of the seller then you must warn him not to approve orders surmounted above his stock capability if the message order placed successfully is showing because of this reason. more clearly saying; I don't wanna see order placed message if you are about to cancel it afterwards, that's it. if you can't give it you must say the stock is out. that's it. with that I could go on with my things rather than wasting time on your product page for nothing at 12pm occasionally.

                        I purchased a Thomson r9 32 inch tv from flipkart and installation happened on 20th June 2020. After 2 day o[censored]se the TV started showing problems. The Tv taken long time to switch on and so I raised a complaint and technician came and said that he cannot slove the issue as it was under 10 days replacement policy. Flipkart promised to replace the defective product but till date they have not solved the issue and have rejected my replacement and not responding to my mails.

                          I brought lg monitor from flipkart which was fully broken at corner and totally unshield.
                          just right there i requested to return the product.

                          1. two days later i got a call from e-com service for pick up my return requested product. and he wanted to pick up the product without giving me any receipt copy with " rudly behaviour". and i deny to handover the product without any proof.

                            I am not able to play game's into game zone section and Flipkart banned me on 5th June 20.
                            I won 4 small prizes and many 25rs coupons before game Play stopped. Those all winning prizes are still pending to reflect in my account.
                            I had called many time to Flipkart cs team about the issues but they are saying that it will get started after sometime but 1 Month passed but nothing happened till date.
                            I am very old genuine customer till now so pls look on this from your end.

                              I have ordered 4 cinthol soaps of 100gms each thro Flipkart against order no OD[protected] and they have supplied against invoice no FADGS[protected] . when I opened the pack I found the MRP was blackened. I have one 75 gms cinthol soap which is priced at 26/- and this was priced at Rs.67/- each which is more than double. I wanted to know what is the exact price of 100gm Cinthol soap price. online sellers cannot increase the price to double. I am attaching herewith a copy of the bill, photos of the soap, and the cover photo of 75gm product for your reference.

                                The product of OrderID-OD[protected] was expected to be delivered to me on 6th of July 2020. There is an inordiinate delay in delivering the product even though the product has reached my town on 4th July itself. Moreover I am not being updated about the product for m past two days . Since payment is already made and it's not cash on delivery u seems to be negligent about the product delivery.

                                I have already raised a complaint by calling flipkart customer care. Complaint no is IN[protected]. Still no response from u r side.

                                Find attached the status of my order on the Flipkart app. No more updates are being provided.

                                Failure on u r part to come up with a prompt and satisfactory action will force me to take appropriate legal penal action against you and furthermore you will be loosing a good enthusiastic customer permanently .

                                  Flipkart blocked my account, when I reach customer support they are telling my account have more returns and I cannot access my account ever. I have ordered around 9 products once, In that I ordered a shoe, I received one shoe with 8" size and another with 9", So in this case what I need to do ..? Do I need to keep that ..? NO right . I ask the same to customer care and they are telling they will update in 24-48 hrs every-time. I am getting same reply from past one week, I am get getting proper response from Flipkart end, the way they respond to the customers are highly bad and unsatisfied. If they send me what I have ordered not only me No one will return the products. If they want any return requests from customers they should have maintain proper quality and they should send us what we ordered, Please do needful

I you don't want any returns from customers you should not gave return policy while we buy the products, and also you should think about why we return the products . Even we dont want to return the products we purchased, again it is a headache for us also to raise a return request and followup with you. So, now you are telling I have high number of returns, I have raised return because I didn't receive the correct product which I ordered. For example, In my last order I ordered for Redtape shoe, I received one with 8" and another is 9" size, In this case what should I do ..? please educate us ... I have ordered the products which have return policy, So, I think this is not a mistake from my side, I need a resolution on asap .

                                      On 13th june they delivered product, installation done by them and their mechanic found its manufacturing defective product.
                                      Placed replacement request along with Uninstallation.
                                      They accepted it.
                                      Pickup courrier partner everyday returned in empty hand because it was not uninstalled.

                                      Requested flipkart customer care many times but they failed to give the service yet.
                                      Everytime I call them they give one deadline and fails to resolve.

                                      Finally they told via call, your Uninstallation request is cancelled.

                                      It's one month now. Summer gone. Winter is about to come.

                                      They didn't resolve the issue yet 1st thing.
                                      2nd they took 1900/- for installation instead of their rate 1599/-.
                                      3rd, if they resolve issue in cold days i will not able to use it to experience their machinary defect and warranty will void between this time.

                                      I need refund from them. Its too late now.
                                      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Hello Flipkart,
                                      Today again your pickup partner came and returned back, they denied for Uninstallation.

                                      They told- "it's not our work. We will only pick up the uninstalled packed item. Ask flipkart to do that".

                                      Fyi - I need the money back. AC is not in use, out of expected use duration.

                                        On 13th june they delivered product, installation done by them and their mechanic found its manufacturing defective product.
                                        Placed replacement request along with Uninstallation.
                                        They accepted it.
