I really appreciate your service, finally I received my phone yesterday (29-05-2020). Since I made a complaint, so that I use to get updates from Flipkart. I really thankful for your help.

Myself Gangesh VS. I wish to Complaint about my order IPHONE7 PLUS 32GB/ ORDER ID:OD[protected] and EKART LOGISTIC-FMPP[protected] this my Flipkart. I ordered this product on March 22. Still I did not receive the product yet. Due to lockdown they have been extended the delivery date to until April 30. Afterward I have contacted them and checked about the tracking details. For that they told me to wait until May 15. I agreed for that. When I tracked my order it have been reached at Cochin Transport Centre. Afterward again I called to customer service for the updates so they informed that they have updated some details in ekart Logistics regarding the details of EMI which I paid till now. After that I contacted to Ekart they are asking me to cancel the order.
This is to inform you that I'm requesting to get my product as soon as possible. Kindly let me know the further updates.

Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible. Every month I'm loosing my money even though I'm not getting my product also. Almost it gonna be 2 months, not even giving any extact tracking details also.

I received a call from flipkart on[protected]. They informed me to wait until May 30th, I hope there is no change gonna happen again. Now in tracking details it's showing at Kochi. Please don't make any change in delivery date. Hope I will receive my phone soon.
