I have booked an air ticket from raipur to kochi on 27th february 2020 for my daughter reshma who has been a pg resident doctor at aiims, raipur. order cancelled by seller pls do justice

Order cancelled by seller iam flipkart plus customer and i have order asus laptop from flipkart on 22 march 2020 after 1 week i think, order was cancelled by seller without even intimation or message. It costs 45000 not a joke. I know he cancelled because he can't deliver product due to lockdown

What i want is when flipkart starts its sale

After lockdown i need my same product with the same rate which i ordered....

paid flipkart pay later due amount but they keep on saying transaction is failed while i have proof that transaction was successful

I purchased a boat rockerz 510 headphone worth 1799 rs from flipkart and availed their pay later system and i was given a deadline to pay the due amount within 10th of april.

I paid the amount on 3rd april, my money got debited from sbi bank account and i also got a confirmation message and also a reference no for the transaction was generated.
But flipkart is saying they did not receive the amount and also saying that...

invoice not showing for my order

I purchased power bank with order "od[protected]" in oct-2019 and
Recently i noticed charging problem. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

Please look into this...

refund money not processed

I had purchased a poco smartphone through flipkart on 17th march but the order got cancelled later by flipkart.

The pre paid payment was done through my icici credit back for rs 16499. I got a message that on 24th march, the refund has been processed but am yet to receive the amount.

On following up with flipkart through mails, i am not getting any satisfactory reply and they are saying that refund has been processed...

No refund for my order id OD[protected] has been initiated to my bank account and it's been more than 13 days and whenever I'm sending you my bank statement your team is replying me with the same answer that your refund has been credited till now. Kindly look after my issue for this.
