My order id is od[protected], i purchased thomson 123.2cm (49 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart android tv add on with complete tv protection (3 years)
Delivered on 18th of may 2020 within two dsys on 20th installation also done from your side, on same day i found fot on display and replacement request sent on 21st of march 2020, your customer care person call me and give me an commitment of technicians vist on two working days from my requested date but till 25th of march 2020 no one vist my place and even i didn't receive any communications from your side, it this situation tv remote also not function on 12th of may 2020, i decided to return this worthless product and request also done through flipkart application, from that date six commitment dates are given from your side and there is no solution for my issue, even your customer service person connect my call while i'm explained about my issue, till date i may spoke 15 customer care person but all are worthless and no one gave me an solution and answer my query status, even my resolve date for my issue 5th commitment as on 29th may 2020, now it also changed to 19th of june 2020, are you people bluffing with me, in this scenario you can send person for new installation but unable send person for refund process past three month, what kind of logic in this, now my refund date commitment on 2nd july 2020, i really fedup and disappointed with your worthless service and i can't wait till your commitment date, i want my money back within a week otherwise i will file legal action against this issue.
